Hello!  The energy this week feels off the charts.  In my life I am witnessing endings, breakdowns and departures, as well as revelations.  All of the beginnings seem to be on hold.

 

There are two conversations today, both from the Spring of this year.  They each reference this time we are in right now. It seems that we are attempting to do what is not easily or usually done, forgive and accept as One. Once we demonstrate this, everything is altered not just on Earth, but everywhere.

 

Before connecting I make several declarations, including “Highest and Best for all concerned. Complete and absolute truth only. No ego. Just love. Pure love. For assistance only.”  And recently, “Complete truth regarding your identity and place of origin.”  Then I see who shows up. This is verbatim. Enjoy!

The following conversation took place on March 12

th, 2016.
“Is there someone who wants to connect?”
 
There is Sophia, yes.
Who and for what reason?
 
The reason is for a relay of information to you at this auspicious time on planet Earth.
We have thoughts and words which we feel will be of help to you. We realize you are not privy to the same long distance view we are, and have no such perspective.  We come now to offer this perspective.
We are co-inhabitants of the cosmos.  Not so much neighbors but similar in appearance to a human and occupying a similar galaxy.
You are not from our galaxy?
 
 
No, we are not.
Why do you reach out in this way then?  Does the Earth’s evolution involve you in some way?
 
It does not involve us, as in direct participation, no.  Yet all of life is altered with this evolution.  It is singular in its type and method; occurring after eons of control and in full consciousness of those at the helm.  This kind of change has an effect on all of creation.
Okay.  What is it you have come to say to us?
 
(We’ve come to say) that you are revered by those many of us watching.  (We’ve come to say) that we anxiously await your choice as to method of not only ascension/ evolution – but timing and method of dealing with those who’ve prevented it from occurring for so long.
These beings have not a conscience or notion of serving “other”.  It is not in their vocabulary.  They are not the only beings in creation operating this way.  Yet they are the most consistently cruel to their fellow beings, wherever they reside.
This problem of dispensing fair justice is not just Earth’s, as it is a recurring situation of control and ownership.
What is most anxiously awaited is mankind’s handling of them.  It is evident the “jig is up” and many of them will be herded away.  Only then to be at the mercy of those who they once enslaved.
What will humanity do?  It is that question, once answered, that supplies all of us with knowledge and authentic unity.
These physical romps are hard.  It is a challenge to perceive oneness.  Those humans who’ve set out to solve this dilemma by incarnating now, at the time of the great physical shift, have taken on a massive course.
It is the opportunity to walk the talk of Oneness in real time and physicality.
This is not easily done.
Are you complete?  You seem to have stopped.
 
Yes, for now.

This conversation ended.
 
This second conversation took place on April 7, 2016.  I was woken up at 4:00 AM for it. It is incomplete.  There was a great deal of contact in the spring of this year; at times it was a constant onslaught of beings.  Those conversations that took place, in many cases had to be ended before they were complete due to time constraints and other obligations (in this case, work). As you will read, perhaps it will be continued again, after the shift.

Hello.  Please introduce yourself.
 
Yes, hello.  Well, I am another from your realm.  Does that make sense?  We share this dream.  This does not mean you see me physically with your eyes; yet you sense my presence in this now moment because I too am participating in your current time/space continuum.
Is there something specific you want to talk about?
 
This concept of reality is a shared illusion.  I experience life as if it is concrete and solid and progress on a continuum – meaning that there is a passage of time.
I am not human from earth – but of another place and very much like the human.
What has brought me to this conversation with you is a sort of personal expansion.  Your process of growth or ascension is not my own.
Yet as we share a star cluster, I too see the shift your planet makes.  It has an effect on all the stars at the time of its occurrence.
Reality very much takes place as you expect it to – until moments like this. This is a moment of global transformation while physical and for you a fundamental alteration in construct.
I reached out because I wanted contact before this occurs and changes everything.  Then I desire contact again after it happens. I suspect your energy signature will be even stronger and your “voice” quite different.
Well, I’ve intended these conversations to be for assistance for my race, my readers.  I’m not getting that from your words so far.

I’ve come to say hello.  I am another being, who, like you, is human.
 
Maybe it would help if you define “human”, because I am not getting your meaning.  So far this feels like a nice chat yet not particularly helpful or informative.
 
I see you mean business.
This conversation ended sort of mid-sentence.  It was a work day, my alarm probably went off. I start my day around 5 AM.  I suspect this being will reach out again, (or I may reach out myself) after we complete this shift. Stay tuned!

Hello!  It is August, the month filled with astrological predictions for major change. This conversation concerns a major shift we are all feeling and again, seems well timed. Many times the message has been, if we all just got together and refused to ___ (fill in the blank), it would end.  Our cooperation in the situation here is not a small thing.  It is THE thing.
 
On another note, these publications are being shuffled off to spam by Google, at least for some of us. There is a way to tell them this is NOT SPAM, and it hopefully will correct itself.

The story follows the 3 year conversation I had with a being who identified himself as a Guardian, one of the Forces of One.  In it, he consistently said that this experiment on humanity would end in August of 2016 if not sooner. Last weekend, on July 23rd, I was told by several sources that the experiment came to its conclusion with the removal of a final group of beings (read 1%).  Read that story here. Things are looking to be very different, very soon! There are multiple reports of the “veil” being removed as well (click here & here). I think, my friends, we are about to witness the spectacular from here on out!!!

“Who is this that wants to connect now?”
 

 
It is I.  I am of the Galactic Federation and what I want now is a clear and complete discussion with you.  This concerns some things general and some things specific; specific to you.  Are you willing now to engage?
I am.  Please continue.
 
Good. Yes. There are topics of consideration for you now.  So many are coming forward with truths; truths/things that are known by few and not by many.  It is some of these we draw your attention to.  The possibility for the human is so much more than is currently realized.  Healing is complete in all things when the physical organism is understood.
The understanding of the physical organism has been withheld from you.  The advancement and possibilities of technology have been hidden.  Once these things are known, the human will undergo a metamorphosis.
Without pre-occupation of self and body and physical condition and maintenance, i.e. food and shelter and how to supply them, man will have an open mind to the possibility of free and sovereign thinking.
What occupies the head of an enslaved being is survival.  What occupies the mind of a free being is exploration and growth and the vast possibilities of experience.  A being can feel the heartbeat of life when he or she is a conscious and willing member of that life.  If you contemplate the joy of very young children, there you will witness unfettered living.
They may experience some minor discomfort when hungry or hurt – yet for the most part it is wide open eyes, heart and attitude to whatever is before them.
You will come to know this.  The life of every being in the cosmos is not such a life – but there are many.  Mankind has been thwarted in his expression while playing out the games of his enslavers.  No more.
Are you saying then that these changes are upon us now?
 
I am attempting to raise your awareness to the possibilities for you.  The concept of “no bonds” is not one completely contemplated by your kind.  It is a practiced approach.  What will have to be considered is a releasing of all attitudes of discomfort and subordination and compliance.
This way of thinking held by your race is very deeply ingrained in “us vs them” and “spend and earn” and “come now to your rightful place as winner or owner or master.”
Even that word “master” implies there is someone who is not.  New ways of being will have to be introduced and tried.  These have never been felt in your history as it is one of creation – one of the (next – I am not sure “next” is correct, as it doesn’t make complete sense in this context, but that is what I seem to have written, Sophia); followed by worship, duty and ownership.
This is such a complete alteration of thought that we felt perhaps an introduction to what is possible would inspire for you some preliminary thinking.  Thinking that would potentially inspire an eclipse of self-made thought – thought that initially sort of opposes what is cooperative and productive – yet that could eventually help usher in attitudes held by free beings everywhere.
These alterations of thoughts will create a response of pushing back. The whole notion that this is necessary is not even considered by most humans.
Is your origin a place where all beings exist freely and in a sovereign state?
 

 
My planet is not enslaved, and has never been such.  When we encounter a human it is always with surprise at what little resistance he offers to any suggestion of change or demand for action.  Humans assume it is their right to demand of others beneath them to comply with their wishes and therefore when confronted with someone new, they instantly adopt a role of cooperation and almost subservience.
I am not saying that cooperation is a bad thing.  I am saying that when it exists in your life as a predominant force and overtakes any other thought that it is restrictive and even stifling.
Pleasing another, when done in order to remain either paid or un-harmed, is slavery – regardless of the amount paid or the congenial nature.
Attitudes of un-cooperative thought could, at this juncture for mankind, be instilled into your everyday.  Once demonstrated, alternatives will raise up into your consciousness. These are not recognized now because once you’ve complied – all thought stops.
The slavery that’s gone on so long for man is a mindset as well as a system put forth by a specific group.  Once the group is removed (click here) there will be layers of others feeding and fed by the system.  These others will continue to operate with subservient expectations until forced into new thought.
Slavery doesn’t work here.  The human is not only resourceful but ever expanding and has clearly entered a point of no return.
It was felt that your readers are those among the earliest adopters who will consider applying new thought to “get the party started” as it were.
It is not only the big things that enslave you; it is small concessions that happen in your everyday.  Man does not have to put up with these and part of sovereign consciousness is first a noticing.  These concessions of your individual thinking and choice are felt internally first – notice them.
We don’t advocate arguing for the sake of disruption but opposing what feels like unnecessary compliance to rules steeped in polarity and unequal distribution of power and wealth.
This is what I wanted to introduce. Start now as there will soon be so many structural changes and possibilities you’ll need practice at new thought.

I was woken up.
 
“I am available now.”
 
We see that you are.  We would like to begin.
Okay.  Hello.  Please begin with an introduction.
 
Our race is another from your system of stars.  We share the sun.  We do not resemble exactly the human that you are.  We are similar in shape.  This shape however is of a larger size and then smaller – by many of your feet or by a meter in measurement and then some.
You would call us giants and then, there are some you would call midgets/dwarves, for they are very, very tiny by your reckoning.
In fact two different sorts of humanoids live on my planet and our form indicates our lifestyle – we work together only in that there is agreement on life sustaining activity for the health of our planet.  We do not war with one another over places to live.  In fact we share habitats often.
We do not, for obvious reasons share homes, but it is accepted that our planet and her resources are there for all of us to enjoy and utilize.
The difference in stature at times makes for interesting dilemmas.  It is not that we don’t physically see one another but voices are not the most efficient or successful method of communication.  The sheer volume of the sound from those of us larger is disturbing to those of us smaller. We communicate mind to mind where sound emissions are unnecessary.
There is care for both ends of life’s spectrum here – jealousy or ownership over land or resources does not exist.  It is comprehended that while the larger of us use the most land and food, they also contribute the lion’s share of structural manipulation of the land so that it becomes livable and harvestable.
The smaller of us are expert healers and often called upon for diagnosis of ailments in the larger of us.  Those who’ve gotten ill have most appreciated the energy work performed by the smaller of our race.
We co-exist.  Our paths intersect when land is to be expanded for purposes of transport, food or development and in times of medical crisis.
We do not have a ruling class but separate spokespersons from each grouping.  Although vastly different in length, our purpose in governance and care is similar – we aim to live in harmony with every life form and prolong or sustain the life of our planet.
We notice on Earth there are fights over land and resources and styles of life and we see that as contrast; part of the polarity you are leaving and soon.  Our home world has not experienced polarity.  We’ve been here together and in cooperation always.  We do not therefore fully comprehend your dilemmas or dramas with what appear to be differences in coverings (skin).
Here we are also different in hue, but not so different that it would cause us to desire a negative outcome.  We actually have no wishes for a negative outcome for any of us and appreciate how many different ways life can show up.  We do not see a reason for ownership.  We do not see a reason for control. We see each other as life, differently expressed.
Our differences in stature could create (and easily) a class consciousness.  We are aware of that, sort of one faction living to serve another, that seems to be so popular on your planet.
Our teaching has been only about the worth and importance of each part – how life itself is a structure that mutually depends on all of its parts.
We see how your race will have to adopt a broader view based on truth before it is able to appreciate that.  Your race has been hypnotized by parts of itself, (the owners), and willingly so. We cannot see any benefit emerging from lengthening this hypnotic effect – not any longer, as parts of your race appear to be waking up.
As you are viewed and seen energetically there are pockets of lights that at times seem to almost light the whole planet.  It brings joy to many of us sharing our star for you have been in darkness for too long.
We do not see the specifics for these bright spots of light, but know the source is love without condition.  Once felt, it is easy to recognize.
 
We reached out to you now because we notice more light and the light getting brighter.  We feel so much joy for this and for you as we are all sensitive to the increase and benefiting (from it).
We wish you a rapid return to truth and anticipate the benefit we’ll all experience as a result.  It will be most thrilling for us all when you emerge.  Thank you for being available.  That is all we came to say.

as we shift – the sweetest truth ~ July 22, 2016

There’s a sweetness to the air this morning.  The 90% humidity that was Thursday exploded last night into a remarkable light show. What was unbearably, heavy and life draining now drapes this yard in life giving nourishment.  A  cloak of water rests here.

The intensity of last night’s storm bears no resemblance to the cool quiet of today.  It’s like looking at another world. We do this often.  Humans are quite adaptable; we arrive, assess and adjust.

There is a great deal of discussion about the changes, both external and internal, happening for us.  It may be helpful to regard it all as a passing storm – transforming everything while its raging yet once it’s over, leaving everything its touched transformed. Like this morning.

If we remember that we contribute to all of it, things begin to make sense.  We are good at adjusting, yet we like to get used to things before we adopt them as permanent perspectives.  It takes a while for us to accept the brand new as true.

Now rain storms we’ve got down.  We’ve seen them over and again. A complete shift of consciousness is another thing altogether.  This may be why things seem to be taking so long.  We have set this up perfectly so that we’d succeed.  Of course it’s been a surprise how it’s happening – we like things as exciting as possible.

None of us really know what this is going to look like or when.  It’s like asking an artist for a preview before she’s done painting or a chef for a taste before he’s added the last ingredient.  For sure, what you are seeing now is not the final result. That doesn’t mean it’s not happening.

Many of us are having glimpses, hearing things that resonate and we are anxious to put a stamp on these as “THE TRUE STORY OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN AND HOW IT WILL LOOK”.  That vision evolves and morphs constantly.  What we can do is add our favorite colors and ingredients.  And then, we can pay attention to the all around us.  These additions will birth the startling in ways that far exceed our wildest expectations; the sweetest truth.

Here’s a hint.  These additions happen in all sorts of ways that are not located on this screen you are watching.  They erupt in conversations, sing in the music you are playing, composing or listening to, and show up while visiting someone.  They also emerge while out on a walk, pop out of the garden you are growing, surface while you are passionate about anything at all and speak up in the midst of talking rather than texting.  They are made as we live, not watch, our life.  I notice that none of my sleep dreams show me looking at a cell phone or tablet.  My awake dream is another story.

This post is a reminder.  This shift will not speed up on this screen, that sort of acceleration is noticed in your every day.  That’s where it is imagined.  That’s where it’s believed to be real.  That’s where it shows up.  All of this because that’s where you are.

You are the ones we’ve been waiting for.

A chipmunk chases this midsummer morning along the back fence. Back and forth she scampers, turning and repeating her route over and again, moved by some inner compulsion.  Unaware of the breeze and ignoring the birdsong, she doggedly retraces her steps. What has she missed?  What has she found?

Pokémon Go, a brilliant mobile app just released, has millions of players out of their homes, their cars and their usual routines, seeking and capturing virtual Pokémon in the real world.  The streets and parks are filled with people day and night.  It seems we are all looking for something.  There was a wild “Pidgey” in my bathroom yesterday.

Perhaps this experiment, the one we’ve unknowingly been a part of, has merely capitalized on an instinct we came here with.  This idea of pursuit (in this case, pursuit of “the light”) is just too delicious.  Once it grabs hold of either man or beast, it drives everything.

It all seems propelled by an inner sense of longing.  There are the everyday desires for food, shelter, vitality, fun, sex and sleep.  There are though deeper, undefined longings.  Some will name these cravings for god or forgiveness or home.  Once found, we expect to realize a sense of finally belonging.  A sigh of relief brings an in breath of peace.  We are home.

Hiraeth is a Welsh word with no English equivalent.  It may come closer to defining what it is we are seeking; what unmet place we’ve yet to find.  This inner drive for completeness feels always someplace else.  Like the chipmunk retracing her steps and the Pokémon player on the hunt for the next one – it never ends.

So what is it?  This Hiraeth we all possess. Those who set this experiment up knew we had it.  It could be argued that the Creator was sure we all exhibited it as well. It’s the force that drives us on.  Under a certain light it may look like addiction; in another backdrop, determination or even insanity.  It is the influence that propels us and it’s here just because.

My neighbor has a pool for her baby.  You know the kind – small, round, hard blue plastic (pool, not baby).  For the last ten minutes this morning I hear the same splash, followed by the same baby giggle.  If that baby could speak it would be saying “Again!”  The word that explains it all.

It’s the word that has no reason.  Perhaps you could say it’s about what brings us pleasure. Yet there are some “agains” that do not, ultimately, do that. Self-destruction is rampant amongst humans, whether through food or habitual thought, belief or action.

What these disconnected thoughts lead to this morning is an idea that brings together “again” and “longing” and “seeking” and the end of this experiment.

We’ve been told that this is an experiment in consciousness; to see how far we’d go to reach for the light.  Those wearing the dark t-shirts have not stopped playing and we’ve seen the lengths they’ll go to succeed.  The white t shirts are ready to call it quits.  If it’s not over by mid-August, it will ABSOLUTELY BE ENDED.

This is a proposal to end it with a decision, a belief and intent.  Become the light.  Let go of searching, stop longing and give up needing something outside of yourself.  YOU ARE THE LIGHT.  Nothing else is needed.

It sounds sort of simple and it may not change your everyday behavior much.  Yet it will alter your belief and it is belief that creates our world.  If we saw ourselves as a group of light beings, (rather than a group of beings waiting or searching for the light) – everything would change.  I’ve seen and heard visions of beauty, peace and complete authenticity; our new earth.

This place exists in our heart.  We’ve all been there.  You see, life doesn’t stop once we settle there.  It expands beyond our current vision to more.

Once the more becomes our everyday, we do not stop seeking.  It is from there where we give.  All of creation is transformed in our light, just as all of our light is transformed in creation.  It starts and continues right here, with us.  It does not end.  Again!  Let’s see what we can do next. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.
