What follows happened 8 years ago. There are several parts. They may not seem connected, yet in a greater sense they each illustrate what’s happening for us right now.
Nothing is at it appears to be.
We are multi-dimensional.
I was sitting in my home in a semi-meditative state. I was staring out the window. It was a clear day, with birds & clouds in the sky and leaves on the trees. As I stared, this picture of reality was pulled back. What appeared instead was a huge patch of black; a void. It was pulled back as I watched, like seeing someone rip back a color form* figure from the background black base. I sat up then and said “WHAT???” It re-covered itself with blue sky, clouds, birds and trees. This pretty much blew my mind.
I was driving very early on a Saturday to return a rental car to the dealership. It was a quiet sort of sleepy morning and my thoughts were not focused on my task. I was on a route I’d taken many times; there was little traffic and few lights.
I suddenly realized that I was no longer heading to my intended destination. I had passed it by miles and was in the country a bit; same road, but not the same town.
I turned the car around and headed back. I felt odd. Cars were acting as if I wasn’t there; they didn’t see my car.
I drive an old but high end car. This dealership treats you like royalty. When you drive in, they are all over you to help. There is no wait and two people to assist every time you pull in.
On this day, I pulled in which activates a huge and very loud door. I sat in the car for five minutes while watching three different employees walking and talking and ignoring me. I got out of the car and slammed the door. No reaction from any of them. Then I realized, for the second time that morning, it was as if they did not see me. I sort of stamped my foot and made a decision then to be seen – NOW. Suddenly one person looked up, surprised, and asked if I’d been helped. I said “No”, as the other two men rushed over looking confused.
After I got in my car, I noticed I’d missed two calls on my cell phone. It had been with me and on the entire time, but I never heard these calls. I felt so strange that I later asked my partner to channel his group so that I could consult with them.
They confirmed that I had left the dream. The reason I was ignored is because I wasn’t there physically (until I decided to be seen and stamped my foot). They told me that I had imagined the door opening because that was the only way I had ever entered the shop. In truth, I’d just materialized.
They asked me to try and remember where I’d gone, but I did not. Maybe next time. They advised me to not do this again until I was sure I could “get back” to this dream!
In truth there have been other times when I moved my focus and ended up elsewhere. In one instance I again de-materialized. There were witnesses to both my absence and return. On several others my body remained . Once I was almost fired as whoever was “standing in” for me did not know how to do the intricate work I was paid to do, and just sort of improvised! When I “came back”, I was just one mistake away from losing the editing contract I was working on. Needless to say, I have been more careful since then!
These occurrences happen in my normal day. There appeared to be nothing unusual going on, yet a great many things had changed. It is like that now. Nothing is at it appears to be, and we are multi-dimensional – while everything looks “normal”. I just heard that the Dakota pipeline has been stopped due the co-creative efforts of several Native American groups. This is transformational.
We are creating this shift and it appears that we want everyone possible along for the trip. I am reminded of a video produced four years ago (shared below): Ascension.
There is no need for worry. Things are happening in every now. The precise time for any event cannot be foretold. It must be created first; by us.
We, in a movement of unity and love, are postponing this dance until everyone is out on the dance floor. It’s more fun that way.
We are writing now what oneness looks like in a human suit. It looks like us.
We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.

The unfoldment reveals gradually and all at once, what’s going on here. There’s the magic. There’s the mundane. At the end of the day, all that differs between them is perspective.
We are here now to accelerate what is already happening. The extreme energetics of the last few weeks has wreaked havoc on everything personal. Wait, let me re-phrase that. Personal issues that are holding up the realization of freedom are being illuminated in these intense energies. There has been physical and emotional pain. There has been confusion. There are exits and near exits and breakups and unions.
Mercury is no longer retrograde; we can again move steadily onward. Two employment offers in as many days validate that planetary change.
What becomes ever so clear is that we are not actually going anywhere. As the magician shows his hand, the illusion fades and we find ourselves looking in the mirror in our own home.
As above so below or as below so above – it doesn’t matter what you call it. It’s always been about you.
The reason there are no definitive dates of events is that it’s all been up to us and how soon we “get it”. The next place is here, right here. Those that see it tell me it’s as real and as close as the next room, and just as easy to get to.
So what’s the hold up? It’s us. Yet, this was part of our plan all along. We require acceptance which leads to belief which supports intention which fuels creation. The acceptance bit is where we are stuck. Or, to keep it clear, where I see we are stuck.
Acceptance of something we’ve yet to see is a bit of a stretch for associative beings. So, in our typical crafty and brilliant fashion, we re-define ascension while physical until all of us can see it. How is it we do this?
We use polarity and these powerful frequencies to lay out quite clearly what it is we don’t want, what doesn’t fit, won’t resonate or will not match a comfortable range of vibration. Gradually we then find ourselves in a place surrounded by others who are resonating the same way. This becomes unity and a singular voice.
As the volume increases, creation replies in kind, and we shift. It is not that someone shifts us apart from our own actions. Essentially we are shifting ourselves.
Nassim Haramein speaks of this. He says it’s not really the law of attraction. We cannot attract things to us that we are not in the resonant field of. What does this mean? It means it’s our magnetic energy that creates the field in which we find ourselves.
What I’m seeing is people creating opportunities and synchronistic events in what will look magical only if you don’t know them personally. If you did, you’d notice that their life and situation matches them perfectly. We will not escape ourselves either here or in the next dimension.
It’s a bit of a scary thought if you see it that way – an unhappy person’s field tends to stay that way (unhappy). Yet, if you grasp the power and internalize it with a decision – you’ll see how asking anyone else or anything else to change your life for you – is ludicrous. Nothing else can. It is the unhappy that are fiercely motivated to seek change.
All along we’ve looked elsewhere, which was, in fact, the intent of the previous controllers. Their part in this drama has played itself out.
We now know the only place to find actual transformation is within. And once found – everything outside of you changes. This brings into focus freedom, clarity, prosperity and joy.
We’ve been playing our very own game of hide and seek. We hid the answers we’ve spent all our energy looking for. Once we assume the magnetic frequency of our new life – our new life is realized.
So this is about disclosure. Here is its definition: “the action of making new or secret information known” It is a combination of dis, which “expresses negation” and closure which is “the act or process of closing something, especially an institution, thoroughfare, or frontier, or of being closed”.
It is, perhaps, the most often used word in our current journey, and yet it starts with a negative? This does not connote power. Words are creative. It is not only our emotion and intention while expressing them, it is the words themselves. “In the beginning was the word.” John 1:1. We are in historic times.
Perhaps the reason these movements have not produced fruit is because we are still asking. This implies dependence. Sovereign beings don’t ask. There is a difference between expecting; even demanding an end to corruption and with living free will full sight.
When you were little, if you attended government schools, you had to ask to use the bathroom. Adults don’t do that. It would feel ludicrous to ask another adult’s permission to take care of a basic human function.
As we proceed ever closer to the final quarter of 2016, we witness many changes. We are a vastly more enlightened bunch than we were 4 years ago. Yet we are still expecting someone else to give us the keys, or permission, or truth or tech. We are frustrated at the delay. We are angry. This is because we have not embraced fully our power in this story.
You may have read the conversation with Ra and the subsequent Disclosure Manifesto. The huge response to both has inspired some new thought. This post is an attempt to share and explain that thought. As the truth is exposed and we discover all that has been hidden, we seek more. We feel, and perhaps rightly so, entitled to a full accounting. It has become our focus.
I submit here that any movement starting out with a negative is bound to fail. Life moves ever forward. The past is nowhere. You cannot see it or touch it, and it does not matter. What matters is what we do now. And now. And now. And now. Reconstructing a past of painful and abusive actions serves only to justify your present emotion of anger. This anger is not creative. It sort of sucks the air out of your manifestation muscles and stores it away. It is not productive.
I am not saying anger has no value or place. All emotions serve a purpose. I’m saying that anger and negation are not going to enrich our lives. They will pull our focus into a past that is no longer relevant. We will visit anger for sure; let’s not suppress or sugar coat it. Yet we will not live there. We know who we are. We are creator gods.
We are entering the most exciting and wild era of our lives, right now. How this looks and feels is determined by our attitude. Something brand new cannot push through the negation of “dis”. It needs a smooth pathway in which to make its way, something comfortable and allowing. How about Inclusion? Here’s the definition: “the action or state of including or of being included within a group or structure”.
This is merely a suggestion; it could be any word that doesn’t start with a negative. The point is, to use our anger as a stimulus for creation and leave it there; it’s time to get to the good part. Let go of the “dis” and start something new. This, regardless of what you hear or read.
This is really happening. It is happening to us. It is happening now. How it looks depends very much on what we call it, how we want it to look, and who we are in the process. We are creator gods, here to answer the call of a planet and her people. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.

Well I didn’t intend to respond to the letter posted, yet here I am. Simply some thoughts that arose…
I am presently watching the world morph and change at an astounding pace. You might not necessarily be aware that it is, unless you watch “The Good News Network”. Every week, amazing and incredible is becoming the norm. Hearts opening and including all is par for the course. Change is rippling out at a pace that is nothing short of amazing, and it’s only the very very beginning.
And I understand the cry, the plea for help.
And that to me is the very issue. We have been under control for a very long time, it’s in our very bones, how to comply. As that net loosens, and we begin to see thru the veil, it takes time. Time to see, time to comprehend; time to begin changing responses, time to feel into freedom, so very far from what we thought we were living.
And all those technologies that will help. They are already here. All they need is whistle-blowers, and to be released to the world. For free, or for very little. The point being to change the world for the better, not the profit margin. And if you want help from your star family, look no further than the incredible children who can now come in, because of the work we’ve all done. They come bearing gifts of knowledge, technology, heart based, earth based knowing that can and will change our school system, medicine, technology, food processing, our whole world.
I can’t help feeling that if we allow or create a scenario where some Other rides, flies, arrives in to Save us. Then we are simply switching from Controllers and Manipulators, to Saviors.
Looking to any other at this point in our evolution, would I feel, be a set-back. We need time to learn to be who we really are without the influence of negativity constantly bombarding us. I think we will surprise ourselves with how incredibly fast we will change our world. It’s already begun. It’s un-stoppable. And I for one am looking forward to being a part of building it. Which means I don’t need an over-seer, no matter how benevolent. We as humanity, united with the animal and Nature kingdoms will determine our path forward. As a Free planet.
I wouldn’t trade that for all the saving in the world.”
You are each so very beautiful and powerful, like hidden treasures. This new day is self-defined. None of us knows precisely how or when it’ll show up, but all of us do; together as One.
Here is one more place that is not waiting; World Harmony. One of their team members, Holly, tells me this: “I’m grateful to be working with a couple of conscious inventors committed to bringing the energy part of the equation to light. We’re looking at some powerful technology.”
Fear is not the answer. Love is. Fear wears many costumes and one of them is anger. They can be fun for a party or a conversation or a springboard, but they are not meant for daily use.
Love is the sustaining and empowering emotion that brought you to this planet at this moment. Regardless of where you are on your journey, remember what you came to do. You came to shift a world. That happens with “yes”. It happens with “inclusion”.
You are the ones we’ve been waiting for.

SOPHIA Hi and thank you. Here is my answer. Music speaks another language and activates something within. I do not know exactly what or why, but it evokes emotion and is the driving force sometimes when words are insufficient. I believe you are sharing with me codes to spark memories within my own being that I would not have access to without the access point.
The music you share reaches deep. I often listen as I write, and somehow it works to inspire and coordinate thoughts that I otherwise have difficulty putting into words. Music has always had a calming, resonating effect on me. Not all music, but some.
I do not know if this is the only answer I have, but it is what comes up for me right now. I am very grateful for your sharing of music, and many others are also. Very inspiring and hopeful, when life does not feel that way.

G/E Yes, Sophia, You’re very correct! It resonates with Consciousness and with it You are receiving the hidden messages, or codes. As You’re remembering every sound has the ability to change the matter and mostly liquid matter like water. The negative words and music is changing the molecules into the chaotic state and positive words and music are making these molecules into orderly shaped geometrical structures. The more beauty is in the sound the more order there is.
This is helping by its own to find out lies and truth much easier. The cabal is using the sense that is most susceptible to lies, the sight. The hearing is less susceptible to lies, but is having a much more effect on the body than the sight.
The “new” epic genre of music I was giving You is of Creator’s origin, for example the music Icarus I gave You was the music that I heard before my incarnation, it’s the music I heard long ago and still remember that same old beautiful tune, it is my own beacon for a close completion of my objective.
I need to give You one advice when You need to know whether something is true or false. Just close Your eyes and listen for the variation of sound and different vibrations. The differentiate of sound is giving out the lies, or even history of the person You’re listening to.” Find the Guardian here!

“As for the beings from 2137 – any updates?”
Hello Sophia. We come to you now from your future, from the year 2137. We do not know in which subject you’d like updates about. Would you specify?
Yes. It was suggested the last time we spoke that things would already have begun to occur by this linear time frame – mid-September 2016. The words used seemed to indicate a financial restructuring would have already begun following collapse. There have been no such events and we approach the final quarter of the year. This request refers to our current time line and process as seen from your vantage point then. Has it changed?
Know that we would not see change so much as the view from here. The things mentioned to your prior to this now moment in your time frame still are in our awareness. I will re-state what we are told occurred during your cycle.
Financial collapse and restructuring. Government breakdown at the request of the people. What emerges does so after it is consciously built. The people create the new system.
What we are told is of a resurgence of self-empowerment that incites these changes and becomes then the basis for new. Structures in place now on Earth began from these – from you. The New Earth becomes so at the hands of her people. The New Earth is built by the New Human. All of this begins now. This is your story, as told here.

“I’m a notorious problem solver and dot connector so I would like our 8th Dimensional friends comment about my take on this business of ours some call Ascension and I call Inscension!
When putting the pieces together I’ve come to the following conclusion.
The human race is a makeup of about 22 plus races. All these races are watching us down here cause lot of us agreed coming in doing this work for the sake of all races thus the whole Universe. This is since our evolutionary leap will affect everyone of our cousines and beyond.
Now, as I understand it are we multidimensional beings by design occupying different parallell worlds simultaneously. Sometimes these parallel worlds “bleed” through and we get de javu’s, time glitches etc …
Being at several places at the same time is a bit of a challenge for our consciousness and awareness, our unconscious mind has no problem hooking us up to all versions though. This is why we are so exhausted after sleeping sometimes. Our aware imbodyment consists of one of the strongest sparks of our Soul Essence but just a bit cause that is what our current imbodyment can handle. The reason for this is that our current aware imbodyment is the version that experience things consciously.
What is about to happen is that this awareness experiencing essence Spark will take a jump into another parallel version of me in a less dense reality/illusion where there are other toys to play with from every aspect.
I’ve noted that we are very very close cause I have several people telling me that I visit them, some when awake and some astrally and some in dreams. Here is the kicker I’m not aware of me doing this which just adds to my theory. This is of course not by accident.”
This is a beautiful, simply told, rendition of ascension. The divine spark upon which this life is focused breathes out a bit to intake the air from the alternative forms it embodies.
What changes then is awareness. You become conscious of the hologram. It is not that you physically move. Your consciousness expands. You remember.
You are and will remain multi-focused. What changes is your grasp of each potential embodiment.
You see, my dear being, none of this is real. It is all an exercise in consciousness and a game you are playing. Your fellow players have agreed to play hide and seek so that you are reminded – you are everywhere.
As this focused assumption expands and you breathe out – all of your embodiments get an intake of the air – all are raised; all benefit.
The focus is necessary so that there can be concentration. Effort and intent are the part of the game you play now. This is a conscious process.

Signs formed on Gaia serve more than one function. They are sort of progress reports for Gaia – she feels them, “reads” them and knows.
Also for the many of your brethren watching – your non-human family in your skies. The parts of the Earth that are chosen are significant in terms of ley lines and your history.
The meanings differ according to who constructed them and who they are intended to reach. You can be sure that someone knows the meaning.
Sacred symbology relays sacred text to the keepers of the language used. Sacred geometry functions as both a field generator and a place holder. As your construct changes so does its geometric signature.

This is for the Andromedan Race.
“I had a question next time you’re in contact with your star friends. My question
is, Can other star races live anywhere and just not the name of their race? My
Andromedan family have informed me that they are from the Vega star system,
I have heard some Andromedans live on a planet called Percula in the Vega star
system. Can you ask if some Andromedans live there? Thank you, I just needed
to know for sure if the information I have is correct or not. Thank you so much.”
Yes. The question is two-fold. The first part is answered positively. Races originate from specific star systems. They sometimes move yet the move will be within the same system of stars but on an alternate land mass. This move would occur because of expansion or because of catastrophe.
The Andromeda race is an old one and inhabits more than one place. They have moved to populate and expand. As a race proceeds there are multiple reasons and intentions for its further development.
Sometimes small offshoots take off as explorers and end up settling in what are comfortable habitable zones. Other times large groupings are forced to leave in a mass exodus due to war or catastrophe. In either case, the later generations may not be fully aware of their purpose for relocation.

“Maybe you can ask a question about this…I am curious how we can protect ourselves and stay out of the energetic zombie fields:) i know it is almost everywhere now…and the time comes that the old school stuff (like non dect phones) don’t work anymore.
How do you deal with Wi-Fi and these intentional disturbing tech frequencies? Tried tachyon, stones (onyx, tourmaline), and aconite and switched off our Wi-Fi years ago.
But it keeps building up…”
How this affects you depends on your resonant frequency. That means, as has been said, that your level of awareness and consciousness will, in a sense, affect your current vibe. Just as you’ve seen examples of beings with very high frequency walk through walls – this statement is made from the same principle.
For sure, while occupying a very dense physical body, it makes sense to cleanse, clear and surround your field with shielding technology. These can be emitted from crystals and stones, as mentioned in the question. And yes, it builds up because the source is not eliminated. Eliminating the source is another question entirely.
It comes to eventually building a form that is unaffected. This level of what you call mastery comes easier with the influx of energy from the sun and this ongoing shift.
Pendants worn are a help. There are many snake oil salesmen who desire an easy target so the best method is internal first and then personal, intuitive assessment.
What is effective for one may have little impact on the other. It becomes a statement of belief – which again is not a concept the human can easily incorporate. Yet all of life is a reflection of what you believe it to be.

You see what I mean?”
Yes. Know this. All experience is chosen and while one is experienced the other is not missed.
It is merely another. The focus is what shifts. It may be that all of life experiences every option – yet this gets played out in multiples of embodiments and numerous time lines.
The progress to Ascension is one every being makes. Time is illusory. The questioner’s deep awareness of this tells a story of his direction in this construct. All is illusion.

“Dear Sophia, My wife keeps having this recurring dream about a place called Altier (or some word that sounds close to that). She asked me to ask you if you have ever communicated with any race with a planet or civilization by that name. All the homes on Altair are made from Crystal; there is a central palace in the middle of town, the Royals (Guardians, Protectors) of the planet.”
Sophia, we are here. We are from a realm beyond this 3D.
I see it, sort of.
We attempt now to send you images.
It is bright. Many homes or buildings. I do not see a palace. This is not earth.
No. Our home comes to you from a non-earth planet in a frequency you are not familiar with. The one seeing us resonates with our vibration and remembers. We are not connected to the planet as much as we are connected to her. As she remembers more of her time there the reasons for contact will become apparent to her. She has things to see and learn here.

“That is so cool! That’s too bad they weren’t able to make the meeting due to the ‘sentinel’. How does the sentinel know who they are? I have many questions too! Do these people go to the doctor? And could a blood test tell that they were different? Do they have jobs? How many of them are there? I wonder what they wanted to tell you.
You are lucky that you get to communicate with all of these beings. I tried last night and fell asleep… lol “
The sentinel recognizes their unique signature. Our healing technology differs from humanities and we utilize our own methods. As we do not wish to be handled with the procedures and chemicals that man is – we stay away from your medical establishment.
Some of us have jobs that allow us to interface with the people or programs we could benefit.
Our numbers are many; thousands of us in this country alone. (USA) You have most likely walked next to us at one point and been unaware. Our signature is unique.

Here is the final question for this edition:
It refers to a posting from a source with the same name as the being I spoke to for 3 years and then wrote a book about, “The Guardian“.

But the “Guardians” only come a few moments before a major shift occurs. A few of us have been here a while speaking through various sources. But the majority of us have not been here. Now we are.

I am not here to make that announcement, but you will have an announcement very soon. It will come from the leadership of this country, but it will be an announcement that will reverberate across the entire planet.

So rest easy, our Brothers and Sisters of the Light. Rest easy knowing that you are going to be going through a monumental shift in consciousness. I am not saying it is tomorrow or the day after or the next week but it is very, very soon.”
I know you’d like to know if he and GE are part of the same consciousness group.”
The Guardians is an often used term. The consciousness speaking here encompasses all of them. The specific being to which you spoke had a specific role as guardian / executioner. Not all who go by the name are part of his group.
It is a bit like saying “doctor”. Not all doctors do the same thing. Some do research. Some fix feet. Some set bones. Yet all are doctors.
Guardians show up when a race is about to transition. Humanity is right on that doorstep and so you will see reference to the category more than once. None of them are in your history books. They do not appear. They do not leave as much as a footprint. They serve the whole.
