How can we escalate this shift? Or, at the very least, assist in its progression?
What can one person do?That answer is found by examining the efforts to halt it. These are easily discovered. These have been shouted at us these many years. Mainstream media broadcasts them regularly. First, realize that everyone has an agenda. There is nothing offered without an end result embedded within its offering. The outrageous revelations plastered across the headlines and websites today, tell a story of desire, power, control, money, ownership, horror and fear; all of these occurring right beneath our noses, as we go about our lives. Blockbuster movies, hand held tech and money manipulation all contribute to this. They are our constant companions and always in our awareness, if not within our immediate reach. The goal has been to use and influence the passion that is our trademark. Do not underestimate the power you yield. What you can do now is refuse to be manipulated. This single effort denies sustenance to the controllers and their minions. Things that are not fed will not survive. The war is thus won without firing a single shot. Keep your emotions in check, unless they are productive and pointed towards a desired end. Our fear has provided a feast, and allowed the enslavement to continue unchecked. What is now being exposed on a grand scale, carries with it the potential for yet more violent emotion. For sure, these exposures of sexual predation and depravity are horrific. Equally certain is the fact that they happen. They keep a force in power here that has in mind the dual goal of complete domination and perpetual slavery. This will not occur. We are here to be sure it does not. The way to do that is with pre-emptive meditation, nutrition and holistic health. You are one. Become strong emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. This kind of strength is discovered and emerges. It is not fought for or given. You will survive these atrocities as you learn of them, and not feed the perpetrators your energy, by remaining calm in the face of every storm. You are thus recognizing your sovereignty. Realize what is trying to distract you. Be aware of what is meant to terrify you. Notice what can help you, and utilize it. Use discernment in each moment and at every new bit of news. There is nothing more powerful than your energy. This is why it is sought after and has been harvested with such aggression. It creates worlds. You are no longer in the dark. You realize now the omnipotent nature of you. This is no small discovery. We are like the infant who finally forms her first word. There is such potency here! The world becomes a place to control rather than a place to be at the whim of. Do not hide from these truths as they are revealed. Instead use them. Shout “NO MORE”! Become the poster child for sovereignty. Stand in your own authority and decide. Choose strength. Embody compassion. Walk freedom. Consciously contribute. Refuse manipulation. Walk your talk and speak only love. This is neither weak nor subservient. It is the force beneath creation itself. Remember always where the value is. It is held within you, controlled by you and the secret elixir that builds reality. Passionately, vibrantly and absolutely show up. We need you now. You are the one we’ve been waiting for. Thank you. as we shift – polarity’s echo ~ Feb. 8, 2017
 This blog has become a sort of echo. This is probably true of most blogs. They become sign posts, reverberations, statements, depictions of the world as it appears in that particular moment to this specific writer. As we look at movies, books and all art forms, we will come one day to look back at blog posts. They are unedited scripts; society’s laymen’s version of history. This version is not written by only the winners, but by all of us. These words today are three hours in the writing and counting. I avoid what I am feeling now. It’s not pretty. I know how this works. What is in my line of sight is a reflection of some inner orchestration. It is really not the other way around. So what am I hearing and seeing that I’d rather not? Polarity, dissention, anger, pain and even blood. These songs and words, stories and comments are uncomfortable. This is not a world I want to look at. Yet there it is; and there, and there and there. My world demands I notice these replicating bits of misery. It is time I pay attention. So I do. It is a challenge. I longingly glance back at my rose colored glasses. They seem to ask to be worn, but I am determined. They remain off. Let’s do this. What I must do now is look within. What do I harbor that makes me so anxious and doomed? What internal truth am I avoiding? I cannot blame another; my life is mine alone. I know this. The feelings are familiar. I’ve held them forever it seems; blamed family, lovers, bankers, illnesses and numerous others. Yet I see, (with so many of the old ones gone and replaced now with new ones), the familiar persists. I feel uncomfortable. Like an addict, I relive the cycle – happy, sad, angry, regret, repeat. This is our life’s cycle, awake or asleep it echoes. We cannot escape this echo. It may sound different over here (on the awake side); yet it feels familiar. That’s because we create it that way. It is the only way to get the fix. We need that fix, desire that hit, and set it up for maximum effect. As with any addiction, it takes just a little bit more each time for the same effect to be felt. What’s your emotional addiction? Is it anger? Self-pity? Sadness? Disappointment? What have you come to accept as a consequence of being you? What have you decided can’t be changed? Are these things you want to hold on to? We have to move out of range of the echo, it is the only way. We are getting to the core now. In order to proceed we’ll do it as One. This means all parts included have been consciously chosen. You see, as we unify a planet, we join together as a species and accept all components that make up the whole. In order for acceptance, there must be acknowledgement. These parts must be seen so that we can consciously choose. This is where we are; full exposure. Your finest and most self-destructive traits are shouting, “look at me!” It is why I’m noticing and not liking things today. They point out to me what I would rather avoid. It is my own addiction. After years and Quests and methods and meditation and loves and losses – still I avoid this. Still I hear myself blame. As with a heroin addiction, there is only one way to stop it completely. I must move out of range, beyond this echo. I must stop listening. I must give it up. The good news is that it’s only an echo now. We know these are not true voices, but echoes. Echoes are like shadows; fleeting images of something as it passes through. Without the source, they dissipate. Polarity’s echo will be felt until you move beyond the need to hear it and stop listening. It is a choice. Know that there is no source. There is no “other” to cause you to feel this pain, not really. Our addictions gave us the illusion of comfort. In truth, these compulsions are patterns of feeling and habits of emotion. They are not “right” or “wrong”, they are bits of you as you used to be. You are awake now. You can instead choose again. This time, choose empowerment. Empowerment looks right at that addictive emotion and says “no thanks”. Empowerment chooses instead to feel good. We will walk into our new world without shadows or echoes; but with clear voices and brilliant lights ablaze. This was not meant to be easy. It was meant to be accomplished by only the fiercest and most steadfast Masters. The seductive allure of your addictions do not serve one such as you. Here in the United States, the transfer of perceived power is in our rear-view mirror. It has been accomplished. Deals were made in the final moments so that all able bodied past presidents were in attendance. The U.S. retains its image of political solidarity and strength. For those unaware, nothing seems to be amiss. For those aware, there are questions. The surface image does not portray a crumbling regime. So, what gives? The regime is in disarray. Those who walk amongst the rubble are either fools who believe they can still win or left-overs – too public to disappear (just yet) and quite far down on the totem pole of cabal control. What you are seeing is a power mirage. The actual trials and removals may never be front page headlines, regardless of who owns the main stream media. Yet the end has happened, make no mistake. This will transpire relatively quickly now. We will be swamped with changes. These may impact your bank account and your home on both ends of the spectrum – from badly to amazing. Already it is easy to get side tracked with protesting and sharing unpopular (but important) news. Those of us still asleep may think that shouting out bad things will help to get rid of them. The world doesn’t work like that. What you repeat, returns tenfold. Pay attention now for the field is ripe for new controllers. Amidst the exposure and disclosure of this now-dead regime, a new benefactor will emerge above the ruins. Benefits, aid and money will be dispensed. We’ll be fat, happy and believing we deserve to stay that way. We may become sedated in such a state, and negligent. We are tired and rightfully so. We came to free a planet and it’s taken oh so much longer than we imagined it would. We want the hard part to be over. It is not, not yet. It will be over when the control rests consciously in humanity’s hands – when we hold the reins and are using our own map to get where it is we’ve planned to go. What’s next is bound to be a much-needed boost of funds and technology. But it is not freedom, not yet. Those dispensing these things are in control and would like to keep it that way. Remember our plan was for us to be holding the reins of control. We’ve already done a really cool thing here, years ago, we decided on our own. We said “Thanks, but we’ve got this”, to other groups who were ready to free us. We’ve kept our word and done so magnificently. We’ve sent the cabal packing; their time is most definitely up. We are in a vague and unformed state now. What we say and do matters. It matters in a concrete, immediately felt way. It was easy to see your master when you were broke and miserable and sick. From there, it is clear who is in control. With money and health though, things can get fuzzy. You may not worry about who is handing out the good stuff, just so long as it keeps coming. Yet any system still based on money is a system of slavery. As such, we must remain constantly vigilant. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. It’ll just be a matter of time before we find ourselves obviously powerless and barely scraping by… We will no doubt become a moneyless society one day. We will not start there however. We must get ourselves there. In this next now moment, we must remember who we are. We are the brilliant lights of infinite awareness, here to focus our gaze on these beautiful human occupants of Gaia, long enough to remind them of who they are. as we shift – the trump card ~ Jan. 21, 2017

This time, which is of our own making, is asking us to make a choice. For some time now we’ve been told that this world was going to split; that there would be a 3D and divisive world that would remain, and a 4/5d unified world that would move on, “ascend”. This time is upon us now. The time for this is event driven and with the recently elected President Trump, we begin. It is time to breathe unity, regardless. You see, we are brilliant and this moment now is our unique method of surprising ourselves. Not with a blast from space (yet) or beings not human (yet), but with mundane and very human activities right now; political ones, social ones, governmental and systemic ones. We together are mutually horrified for any number of reasons now – folks are exiting in rapid succession, abuse and terror and corruption are uncovered each day; fear porn is everywhere you look. We’ve given ourselves the perfect storm. For regardless of religion or country or party or color; or of belief system or social status or job or age – we are each feeling the unraveling. It is at once frightening and stimulating. We are at times ill and sleepless and angry and exhilarated and regretful and exposed; every single one of us. There is, it seems, nothing to hang on to as this storm rages. We did this to ourselves. Remember. It is now upon us to love without hesitation or condition – everyone. There is no reason not to love. These are roles, not indications of value. We are equal. What suit being worn, or words being said, or position being held is illusion, not reason. We are One. In our magnificent style, we have played the perfect hand; the trump card (*definition: a valuable resource that may be used, especially as a surprise, in order to gain an advantage). We must now remind ourselves to believe the truth. For the truth is what will ground us as the storm broils and blows. The truth of our power. This power does not reside in bank accounts or perception or election result. It is held within. Love anyway. You see now, on social, mainstream and alternative media, the reports of those who have forgotten. They are the chicken littles of this time. The sky is not falling, we are rising up to meet it. We are entering the time of our ascension. Do not fall into fear or send messages announcing how bad something or someone is. Release polarity altogether. It is the only way. Remember the butterfly. We have to let go of all that binds us. For as surely as the cocoon ensnares the wings of the butterfly, words that separate and destroy prevent our own flight. It is upon us to love. If you cannot encourage or support, remain silent. It is your focus and words and thoughts and actions that propel you now. Choose carefully. We wanted to participate fully in our own ascension. Can you imagine any way other than the climate in which we are now that we’d be able to do so? Each of us is fully engaged, paying attention, listening, reading, watching and waiting. It is not with hate or divisive emotion. It is with transparency, with honesty, with love and with action. Some of them have endured so much, yet they Love Trump. Love honly now want to assist in the correction of a system grossly out of tune with what makes sense, with what puts human beings first. They do not want to harm anyone. They want to fix what does. This is love without condition. Love Trump and Hilary and Putin and every world leader. Love each of the reporters and writers and anchors and officials. Love them all; they are yours, they are mine, they our ours. What better way to see if we could answer the question: “Do you love me?” than have it asked by the parade of characters on stage right now. None of them are lovable for any obvious reason. This question is ultimately the one we must ask the mirror. This mirror has expanded beyond our bedroom as all of what we’ve been told plays out. We knew it wasn’t going to be easy. We wanted it to be a surprise. Ascension is not for sissies. Remember who you are as you read, hear or see every version you’ve adopted for this next part. As We Shift – The Ascension vs The Event ~ Jan. 18, 2017
This article by Sophia Love is really worth reading folks! The basic premise is this, which happens first…evolution of the personal and internal psyche of an individual into a love-based persona (ascension), or the evolution of the world at-large when our new internal knowledge-base expands due to some sort of global energy upgrade (The Event).
As Sophia asks…which comes first, the chicken or the egg? I’ve spent some time thinking about this and since COBRA advises us that the level of mass vibrational BEingness of humanity will trigger “The Event”…there ya go, question answered.

Does a personal awareness of divinity propel a rapid-fire instant view of the chains around us and shatter them – resulting in freedom?
The Event includes a banking collapse, a Revaluation and disclosure of the non-human presence and its available tech. The Ascension is a shift in consciousness, from polarity into unity, often described with numbers and dimensions (as in 3rd – 4/5th). These are independent happenings.
The Event will be the game changing end for generations of human slavery on this 3D Earth. This sort of slavery is repeated elsewhere in the cosmos, so we are told. It is done by the same race who started the current Earth version. It (the Event) then must be repeated elsewhere, as this debt enslavement and resource monopoly fails every time, and must, eventually, end in a similar fashion. A parasite that destroys its host is a dead parasite.
The Ascension will take us away from this assumption of physicality and polarity and fear, assuming only love. What if, once love is assumed, fear falls away? Or is it that once fear falls away, love is assumed? The term “assumed” here signifies dimensions. In truth, we go nowhere. We are always now-here.
There are some who will tell you they know how this will play out, sometimes predicting dates. These too, become part of the process and our progress. Linear time eventually becomes irrelevant.
Today though, with bills to pay, bodies and land to heal and causes to promote, time is very relevant indeed. When? It is the question on everyone’s mind.
What is seen and heard from here now is evidence of our choosing with BREXIT, the US Presidential election, mainstream exposure of the mass network of corruption at high levels and this most recent update from Corey Goode, along with a few things I’ve been told, (but am not at liberty to share). What each represents is visible movement towards change. What cannot be seen is the surprise part in all of this – our Sun.
The Sun will act as the gun shot in a foot race – with a blast of energy that alters it all. This moment is meant to be a surprise. Each one of us will face it without warning. Perhaps this initiatory blast kicks both the event and the ascension into motion in one instant. Maybe it forces the Ascension which in turn brings out the Event, or vice versa. In either case, this moment is meant to impact our view of life as we know it today.
Life as we know it has changed, if gradually. We are more aware now of corruption, alternate life forms and advanced technology than we’ve been prior to now. We designed this life with one mind. As beliefs are changed, so does this reality. Perhaps what we’ve done is prepared ourselves for disclosure with these gradual and yet rapid revelations. This has been and continues to be our show. We wrote it and we are acting in it while watching ourselves.
There are a few stars, right out front and grabbing the spotlight. Yet they have Teleprompters which each of us add to. This is collaboration.
What starts out as a polarized question then – “Which comes first, Ascension or Event?” – becomes finally answered. Both do. Infinite wisdom determines ultimately that initial blast which incorporates a moment of sovereign awareness.
Whether that moment appears to expand over days and months in our linear time line or occur in an instant – matters little. We collaborate with one mind now and the outcome is clear. The shift and freedom of Gaia and her people are guaranteed. Relax and follow where your heart leads you. It knows. There are no wrong answers. We wrote the questions, remember? We hold the answer key, and always have.
We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.
