“We are the Ones we have been waiting for” ~ March 13, 2017

“You are human. Gloriously, exuberantly, perfectly human. There is no better version of you. Let go of your “higher” self. You are multi-faceted. You have lots of parts. There is one version of you, the one with an expanded view, who has decided to watch you now, joining this life you are living. Your life. The messy one. The one with you in it.

What is going to emerge at the other end of all of this is another version of us. Call it what you want, time is an illusion and Oneness is truth. This means that we didn’t “start” anywhere and there are no “higher” parts of ourselves holding wisdom we don’t yet have. It’s all you, all the time.

What we need are new words. Words to unleash the creativity of a world full of multi-billionaire light beings. What does a world with no restraints feel like? Can you imagine life without financial, spiritual, mental or physical limitation? Can you even visualize ten billion dollars? It is a one, followed by ten zeros. Those zeros, that seem to have all the power, are just a whole lotta nothing. It is the One in front of them that makes it all happen. That One would be you, the force of creation, here now to craft a world without limits.

The whole point seems to have been to drive ourselves to the edge of insanity, waiting, wondering and miserable; only to realize no one is coming. It is done.

There are no ascended masters, galactic saviors or “higher” versions of ourselves on the way to save us. This is our planet and we love her. We are the Masters, the ones here to shift with her.

This was the trip you came for. You have everything you need. No extra attachments are required to utilize the power here. The power source is you – you’ve just forgotten how to turn yourself on. You’ve done this before. Today you are here to do it as a human. You chose and were chosen to do this. You are not alone.

We knew before we came that we’d have to get to this breaking point before we realized the truth:

The only answer is us.

The only place to be is here.

The only time is now.

The only ones to do it knew that they could, and that when the moment arrived, they would.

It is upon us now to find the new. We need words and tools that never were. That 90% of unused stuff in your brain is getting itchy. Your ability to create is legion. It’s why you were chosen. Take the crayons out of the box. Work some magic.

Start happening. Imagine eternal vitality, relentless abundance, pervasive peace and wild joy, right alongside no traffic, great parking spots, good hair days and free concerts. Hold happy. Breathe music. Whisper trees. The vision you are holding is the life you are molding.

We are addicted to ourselves and there is not a 12-step program. We wouldn’t join one if there were. Humanity is the hottest game in town. Everyone is watching and wants to join in. We are passionately unhappy, dramatically ecstatic and violently loving. We create things just to tear them down from boredom. We run too fast, hide in corners, sing off key and gossip. The human condition is us, and we love every inch and nuance. We excite ourselves.

There is no better version to become. We are here to harness our innate essence. While every single channel we listen to tells us how cool we are, we continue to believe we’re supposed to be something else. These voices are reminders, nothing more or less, and we put them there. This entire life is our creation.

We were never supposed to change. The answer is not outside of ourselves. We planned to fall desperately in love – with us. We’ve hidden our magnificence in gold, in others and in promises of more. We’ve blamed our failure on lack, on others and on outside limitation.

There’s no place else to go with this. We’ve reached part 2 – self-emergence. Your emotions are the trigger and the best part of you; they fuel the human experience and create worlds. Enjoy them and watch what happens.

You love to emote, to feel and to push beyond. The angst of your heart is the subject of every song, each story and all of your favorite movies. To dream is your birthright. You’ve grown up inside institutions and ideas that said looking out the window was wrong, wasteful even. This attempt to systematically erase your core truth has failed. You are bigger than any method of thought.

Embrace your humanity. Your emotions are key to your power. You only need desire and it is done. Love who you are, see what you want and don’t stop until amazing happens. Contrast fuels creation.

We do that for each other. We supply contrast. We give each other sparks. We are the Masters and the answer to every prayer. We know what to do. The reason we haven’t seen it yet or heard it yet is because we haven’t done it yet. We’ve been waiting.

as we shift – ascension fatigue ~ March 9, 2017

There is, perhaps, a diminished tension in the air, while a remaining floating physical stress remains. Waking up is a lot to do (both literally and figuratively). Once awake, the sense of reckless shots of forceful energy blasts are not as prevalent as they once were. What persists though, is a sort of fatigue. To muster enthusiasm for new projects or endeavors is a bit of a struggle. What’s weighing us down? What force threatens to keep us pinned to the mattress each morning?Contemplation leads us to a specific culprit. It is, I suspect, a symptom of this gradual 3D release.
There is no blueprint for this transformed human. We are a WIP; work in progress. As we shed non-supportive patterns and let go of heavy attachments, there are parts of us new, bits of us reforming, and some of us still deciding what to hang on to and what to release. We are doing this without instructions and we are doing a great job!

Watch carefully and you’ll see evidence in your every day. Just today, one of my friends shared with me the fact that he and a mutual co-worker had reached a compromise. They decided they were both right. Until this now, they’d been mostly arguing.

Other pieces of evidence spring from the children. One of them comforted a staff member when a mistake was made. One more told me today, as he played a game with a younger child, that he’d “take care of her” so I could work with some of his older classmates. 😉 Still another left our table to engage and instruct a much younger child in a different and more age appropriate activity. All of this without request or instruction by myself or any professional in the room.

These may seem like unimportant moments. Yet most days include a cacophony of “Me first!”, “I’m right!” and “Look at me!”; with little, if any, regard for anyone else. These are minor miracles, indicative of major alterations.

It is the children who will first express the deep nature of this incoming energy. They are showing it in the way they watch and subsequently attempt to help each other. There is an emerging sense of collaboration.

In a place where self-love is consistently felt, the desire for constant reinforcement diminishes. This is what I see in the majority of interactions.

There is also a struggle witnessed in some. I’m happy to report that this is not most. The struggle is evidenced in their ever-increasing staunch refusal to be challenged or pulled closer. Their demand for authority, their refusal of close emotional contact. These are the hold outs. It is for them we must retain our vigilance.

It may appear they have no need of our approach or comfort or attention. They would be the first to assure you that “they’ve got this”. For sure they do. Yet our moments now are not superficial or isolated. In our choices to either embrace or refuse, we telegraph our answer. Are we separate and isolated? Are we united and together? In each moment, we decide.

What I feel lately is an increasing degree of discomfort with those who cross their arms across their chests and declare their truth. A far more comfortable place to be in, is that place or person or organization with open arms and listening ears. Choose carefully where you are standing, for in each moment we announce our intention.

There’s been speculation around how we give our answer. If you are not sure of the question, it’s being asked of you in the headlines as well as your relationships – “Unity or Polarity?” We are giving our answer in every choice and intent. There will be a “you can’t erase your previous answer” moment, at some point. We aren’t there yet.

The polarity shouted from the news begins in our everyday relations. What we are reading and watching is orchestrated to divide us. It won’t work if in our hearts, we are unified.

This is a gradual unfolding. We are not being asked to let go of every belief. Only those that do not support a sovereign people.

It can be hard to release things you imagined were holding this life together; things like rules and systems and even a sense of history or god. These things we imagined were the bedrock of society.

This switch will uncover the real foundation of society, and that would be us. For society is an extension of the individual. It rises and falls on what you hold to be deeply true.

Hold fast to your heart and realize in every moment you can love. It is in each small choice to accept and welcome, that mastery resides. This is the choice before you now. It is one you’ve gladly taken on. You knew you could do this. You are in the perfect place to get this done.

You are the one’s we’ve been waiting for.

as we shift – ascension and onions ~ March 4, 2017

I experienced a healing this week. While it was going on, there were times I felt lifted off the table. I saw colors and felt them move through my body. Although my eyes were closed, I saw a bright light poking through, as from within a dark room, where someone was cracking the door open. Beyond them, a brilliant light was shining and this is what snuck in. Afterwards, I was told that the area I was envisioning was indeed where several angels stood. Not surprising, and a nice validation.

What did surprise me was who showed up as my heart was being “worked on”. This was someone very close to me who left this earth a dozen years ago, under tragic circumstances. I was told that sometimes during these healings, other beings we have known will show up to experience the healing as well. In this way, the healing can help more than just the physical person who came to be healed. Pretty cool.

Others were there as well, watching. I did not get names or sense these as individuals. I was told that sometimes this happens as a sort of learning experience for those who want to get to know how this work is done with the human. I was not surprised there was a crowd!

What did surprise me was the area that required the most “work”. It was my heart. I’ve been thinking about this since the healing, and working out why; hence the reason for this post.

I believe it has everything to do with onions. Hang on while I explain.

As most of you, I’ve been doing inner work for a very long time. Those of us who came now as bearers of the light, brought with us heavy burdens. These play out in our life circumstances, our relationships and our bodies as well as our mental and emotional processes. There was a lot we came to do! We arrived here to create a visceral understanding and experience of enlightenment. This can only happen with deeply felt transformation.

At first, waking up was so much fun! The law of attraction and creation was a new toy, and there was free parking and no traffic pretty much every place we went! It felt great.

Yet the amazing discoveries didn’t last. Hurt feelings and unhappy circumstances reared their ugly heads repeatedly, regardless of process or progress. Parking places were no longer cutting it. It was two steps forward and one step back, gradually becoming one step forward… WTF? This was not what I was here for.

There was a time of major ego. Feelings of being the only ones with the truth, created boatloads of separation. We felt different from everyone else, or most everyone else. And yes, better and more enlightened as well.

Time kept moving forward and gradually even the ego seemed to dissipate. It actually did feel as if we were all in this together, those awake and those still drowsy and even those completely asleep. It seemed as if things were not changing quickly enough though. Upon closer examination, it became apparent that there were layers of change. They were being peeled off gradually, much like an onion.

It is easy to talk about loving your neighbor when you don’t have to see them every day, or clean up after the mess they make, or watch them repeat the same actions and then complain about them over and over and one more time. These far away loved ones are the beginning layers.

What is clear after this healing, is that we are at or pretty close to the base layer of our onion. We’ve peeled back most, but not all, of it to get here. These final layers are stuck good. They’ve been here since the beginning. They were hidden so well, that no one was aware of what they looked like. They look like us.

I believe that while I was being healed this week, I was given a peek at the deepest level of me. This wasn’t something the healer saw, it is something I’ve some to see, now that it’s been a few days and I see what is showing up for me.

What is showing up is not pretty. I would have told you, if you had asked, that I was past all of it. Indeed, I would tell you, and this would be true, that I can accept pretty much any behavior or attitude or belief and still love without reservation.

What I am coming to realize is that, although true, the key words here are “pretty much”. And the one that is directing this acceptance is me. I have yet to fully accept me.

How do I know this?

I know this because there is still judgment. If I were completely healed, there would be no onion. If my heart was whole and healthy, my loved one would not have snuck in to get some of what I needed from that healing. She needed self-love, it was not something she had while alive.

Here’s the thing. What I sense in the world is what is playing out in my own body and heart and emotions, as well as yours. It is this idea that something is wrong.

Wrong with the government, with the systems of control, with the opposing parties, with the state of the world, with the parts of me I’ve denied exist, with certain attitudes and behaviors and beliefs and actions and parts and people. I don’t have to like all of these things. But I don’t have to judge them wrong either. Acceptance is not enjoyment, it is merely lack of judgment.

You cannot separate your feelings from your body. My heart was hurting because of a lack of acceptance, a denial. Denial and unconditional love do not co-exist. Unconditional love see’s everything and loves anyway. It loves every part of you, and then, every part of everything.

Our lives are circular. Today we are 3D and physical. We are moving towards an experience of oneness and from oneness we then move towards the infinite potential of the love that we are. From this infinite potential comes a desire to experience self/life. That desire produces first thought and “other” (which is the only and imagined way we experience self) with a return to physical creation. It is a circle.

What the healing this week did was illuminate the remaining deep onion layers that still need peeling. Perhaps yours are different, probably they are. I wonder, if as we each reach the inner onion, we realize and broadcast our light in a sort of explosion. Is this what enlightenment looks like?

We are here now because the next level of the physical is being reached on a planetary level while we walk on her surface. That promises to be an onion peeling moment, with layers unnecessary and all of us realized in full radiance.

We are actually perfect. As this healing demonstrated, we can accept ourselves pretty much and still require more love. I thought I had it; apparently, there is yet more love to give. What is cool about this is that we merely need to love ourselves. As we do, beings from all over experience the love and are simultaneously healed and enlightened.

I am wondering if there needs to be more love quests… some of you remember them… please share in the comments section if you have a thought on this. I stopped them several years ago; at the time, it was felt that there was nothing else to say about love. Perhaps there is.

Know that perfection is not necessary, but acceptance is. Accept that the bit of infinite love that is you is right now everything you’ve imagined, and that is more than enough.

Decide who you will be next and love him or adore her. She is just what Gaia ordered and we are so thrilled you have joined us.

I know two people alive today that I consider Masters. You do not know them. They are not on a pulpit or an altar or a blog or Twitter. They do not know each other. They live in different parts of the world. They differ in age and sex and color and creed, yet they have one thing in common. They are highly connected. Everyone knows them. They are consistent in their search for how they can offer themselves to help you. They do not think everyone is perfect, they believe everyone is worth their attention. That “everyone” includes yourself.

Love yourself. You are the one you’ve been waiting for.

as we shift – a friend from the pleiades has something to say ~ Feb. 24, 2017

Today, when I reached out to connect, I had a specific question. I’ve been feeling a sense of “goodbye” and of things altered in a way that they are forever changed. I am not alone in this feeling, having heard similar comments from friends, some awake and some not so awake. This tells me that there is something going on. I was contacted by my friends, and our conversation follows. Please see also the blog post written today which takes this into account.

I have come into your realm to supply some information that may be helpful. I am a friend from the Pleiades, and it is our realm that keeps a close watch.

Your intuitive senses are correct. There is no one that can predict or name an actual date for this coming event of change on your planet. The trigger pulling that event is guided by the hands of humanity. Estimates of time frames are just that – estimates. There can be no guarantees.

What can you tell me then?

I can tell you of the changes seen to approach. Approach may not be the correct term, for these are not seen fully formed and walking down the street. They are probabilities only. Probabilities for your planet.

Okay, I am clear.

What is seen is a crustal movement. This movement was foreseen by fortune tellers on the planet in other years. (Note – I don’t believe fortune tellers is the appropriate term, because the names in my head as it came were Nostradamus, and then Cayce. Sophia)

At this now moment it is not seen that this is avoided or that it has changed.

If anything, the volatile climate on your earth propels it forward. The world appears in a state of unrest.

What you’ve heard, “As above, so below” applies to every part of existence. It has never been that one part exists in isolation. Isolation is a lie.

Any violence, whether via gunshot or movie camera or pen, effects the whole. This is particularly true of THE WORD.

Words uttered reverberate into the everything. This is a fact of your existence.

What do you see happening?

There appears to be a crustal shift of massive proportions.

This is the crack that divides physically a planet already divided in every other aspect.

What results do you see from this physical shift?

I see, we see, a coming together – human to human.

The division you feel now and see now in people is only as real as you allow it to be. This division of the earth, as in cracks on the earth and in the earth’s crust, is felt by everyone on every “side”. This fact changes everything.

There is a shining moment, where humans do what they do best – allow for each other and love. It seems to us that Gaia has only one option left, a sort of last ditch effort to bring you together in time for the Event (of shift in consciousness).

This physical calamity will not be the event. It may change every monetary system and government as efforts are extended towards rescue and safety.

This is what we see. There is another scenario that precipitates a more peaceful change. In this scenario, the loud shouting of division is lessened in time for it to be unnecessary (for this “crustal shift” to be unnecessary is what was meant here – Sophia).

All is at choice – humanity’s choice.

Only this; every effort is productive. It is not clear what straw “breaks the camel’s back”. Remain hopeful and promote peace in all that you do.
