I am Sarah and I want to thank you today that you so stubbornly and with such a solid trust hold on to the light in your heart. The love that shines out there gives life to everything that is all around you, whether it is to people, plants or animals. Everything alive absorbs the love particles that shine out from your heart. It is wonderful to see these rays of love from so many hearts today. You shine in unison with nature, which now has received a shimmer of gold around it. All auras look lighter and more beautiful today. They have started to have stronger and clearer colors. Enjoy your time on Earth now dear friends as it will become more beautiful by the day.

Many of you have turned inwards and let the light clear out the negativity that has taken hold there. They have let go of envy, anger, fear and shortcomings in their lives and instead forgiven themselves. They have given themselves and their bodies some more love. They can now move on with a lighter mind and a happier body. They see the light instead of the dark and they thank their guides and their Father/Mother God for all the help they have received. They understand the difficulties with getting on while on Earth in this heavy energy and are humble of mind for their sister or brother that they see carrying a heavy burden. They understand that they with their own living can get this sister or brother to discover that there is another path to follow. They are willing to grab the hand that is stretched out to them, but are humble enough to understand that each one has their own journey and that the free will is everybody’s free will. They can stretch out a hand, but are just as loving if the hand is not received. They are grateful to be a servant on Earth and are happy to get to help whenever they do something for the people or the Earth. Their hearts beat for all that they see, hear or sense. Everything is God’s gift and their love pours out from their hearts. They are the tools that God sent to Earth so that people once again would find their true self – to be a humble servant in love, light and wisdom.

We find ourselves in an event of rebirth – rebirth of love and light. It is a fantastic wonderful time and we watch humbly how you all strive towards your own rebirth in the light. It is a great wave of energy and vibration over the Earth today and you all impact this great wave. It is stirring in your hearts and you want to both laugh and cry at the same time. It is a movement between sorrow and joy, tough memories and a strong liberation when you let go of the past. You are born free dear children on Earth. The yoke you carry is not your yoke. It is not meant that you should carry anything. Instead you should follow the wind and feel happy and free. How many of you have not looked up in the sky and wanted to be free as the bird flying there? Is it not so that deep inside you also know that you really should be – Free and happy with an easy path to follow. Instead you have let the heavy energy push you down to the ground. This has now been changed and the heavy energy is now being dissolved to a lighter energy. It influences you to let go of what is heavy in your body to gratefully receive a lighter energy, which gives you the freedom and love that you wish. The freedom, the light and the love are here my friends and we rejoice and celebrate with you.

I am Sarah and today there is a full moon where you are. It is a beautiful moon and it has many stories to tell. There is a twin, a feminine aspect of this moon, which disappeared many thousands of years ago. Ever since then this moon has been used by many travelers in space. The time is soon here when it will be reunited with its twin soul. You will then see two moons in the sky. It will be a blessed day for Earth as by then you will all have reunited with your twin souls and every thing is at peace and in happiness on Earth. Even the moon has started to wake up and long for the feminine aspect of itself. We are all one and one thing affects something else. Thousands of years ago the people who lived on Earth stood and looked at these two moons and they had a rare and beautiful feeling for the world they lived in. Everything was united, everything felt holy. They savored life and they gave back everything they took to survive on Earth. Everything lived in unison with everything. We are on our way to live in unison with everything again. It is not that everything will look the same. Everything is in motion the whole time, but the rare beautiful feeling for everything that exists around you will come back – Light and love in your heart for yourself, for all life and the life you are living will again find its place in your heart.

All these signs in the sky are a beginning to everthing that will happen on Earth. They speak of a new time that is born on Earth. They show the way by influencing your hearts and mind towards a higher consciousness. In turn this sets in motion the transformation in your bodies so that they are adjusted to your higher self. The female and male sides of yourselves grow to equality and you become one with yourselves and the world around you. A new and beautiful world has opened its portals and it is time to enter this portal and serve your selves to all the blessings that are waiting there. It will become a wonderful reunion with your families who are waiting at the other side of this portal. The portal is dressed with the most wonderfully beautiful flowers and a light is shining from in there out to the world you live in. The step is not far now dearest friends so take some deep breaths and breathe with the Source that is all around you. Feel the love and trust in your heart as you breathe in the holy that shines all around you and within you.

Humanity has now taken a big step forward and everybody is now waiting devoutly for the next step to be taken on Earth. There are many beings who are around you now and they try to get you to catch the ball that they send to you so that you more quickly will arrive. Everybody is eager and wish so dearly that a reunion will take place. Their longing is equally great or even greater than yours. Together you form a great team – a great team of light and love. It swirls of rose colored rose petals around your feet so that you can take them to your heart and the heart portal can be opened to its fullest. An open heart is a strong brave heart and it walks on its path and has only its goal in front of itself. There are no barriers that can stop this heart, it just steps over and moves on. It is this that all the beings want to give you and that swirls around you now – A strong and brave heart that steps over all the obstacles and walks right through the portal to all them that who so eagerly are waiting for them.

You Are Anchoring the Higher Light on Earth ~ Dec. 21, 2017

I am Sarah and I am thankful to be with you here today. There are so many hearts that are waking up now and there are so many beautiful flowers being born. It is like sitting in a meadow where one exotic flower after another grow up and blossom into its full beauty. I just want to sit and enjoy this spectacle and I find it hard to pull myself away from this beautiful and wonderful experience. However, there is much that needs to be done. We all have our hands full. This goes for you on Earth as well as your brothers and sisters in the higher dimension of reality. These are busy days in the grand transformation. Everything has to fall in place in time and at the right moment.

It is the same for the reality that exists within you as for the reality that exists outside of you. You might have noticed that when you change your view on life, life also changes for you. It goes together, you recreate your reality and life takes you down a different path. It happens gradually and it is not always that you notice it, if you do not look back and discover and notice how much it is that has changed. It can be work, co-workers, family, social relations or your home. Maybe you have moved and changed living quarters. You might also have become more isolated in order to charge up for something completely new. You body might have needed some time in order to build up and adapt to the higher energies that are reaching Earth. If you have lived long in the heavy energy a greater adjustment might be needed than if you have lived a shorter time here on Earth. You have experienced more and it might be that the body has been exposed to more of a variety of sorrows and problems of different kinds. All bodies are now being retransformed and you will soon feel lighter of mind and body.

When you sit still in a meditation you can feel how it tingles inside of you. It is your soul and your essence at work so that you will be able to take in higher vibrations of light. You are receivers of the higher light and you are anchoring the higher light on Earth. It is big job that you are doing dear sisters and brothers on Earth. It is a big job you are doing by allowing the light to anchor itself in your body. You are the light bearers that make this whole transformation possible. You together with other beings on Earth help with holding the light so that the higher dimension of light can establish itself on the surface of Earth. You are our strong servants of the light on our Earth and you hold you light-sword or light rod high in the sky to bring down as much light as you can. Many children of the light have been born that now help you with this, but without your help it would not have been possible for them to be born. You are strong and you are loved beyond all understanding and we are all honored by your presence here on Earth. Mother Earth has now started her journey upwards and is grateful for all the light that you have sent to her and that so many of her children have woken up. Mother Earth can also see that there are many more on the way. It is as if a sleeping blanket is lifted up and all the life that is underneath is then revealed. It is as when you move a large stone in the forest and is amazed by myriad of life that exists underneath it. It is like going from a sleeping passivity to an awake creativity. You are all on your way to become awake, conscious and creative people. Earth now stands in the face of a large transformation and you are a part of this transformation.

I am so happy and glad for your sake. This is something you all have worked and waited for and expected to be able to experience.

It is a large and beautiful day that is being born and you are equally big and beautiful each one of you who walk down there on Earth.

I am Sarah and I sometimes walk right among you now. It is a wonderful time to be on Earth. It is now that we the opportunity to let go of all our fear that in some way has gotten stuck in our body. We think it should live there, but that is not the case. The fear has rooted itself during many hundreds of years, but it is not a part of the body. It belongs to your emotional life and it should come and go exactly as joy and sorrow. In some way it has found an abode in the body whether it is in the stomach or chest or somewhere else, where it thinks it belongs. The body should ripple with clear water and then the fear must give way for this water. It must move out now when the light comes to clean this water in our bodies. It can come back if it is needed, if we are exposed to danger of some kind and need to be on our guard. Then it should retreat again. It should flow freely in our body rippling with clean water. The violet flame helps you remove your inner fears, if they have gotten stuck in your body.

The light is pouring over you now and your bodies are being woken up to their pure natural form. Take care of what comes up. Feel that the body is willing to let go of all old negativity and wants to go towards the light. This is also what you have chosen in your heart. All the clarity that emerges when the light pours into your body is needed now on our dear Earth. The light that helps our body to ripple clear cleansed water gives us the strength we need now. It helps us see clearly and understand which path that you are supposed to follow. It gives us strength and courage to follow this path.

The clear water exists in all bodies. It just has gotten a bit contaminated along the way. The Light helps you now dear children on Earth, to cleanse your water again. It might feel a bit difficult when fear and anxiety comes to the surface, but try to see it for what it is, old phenomena and fears that do not belong in your body. Ask them kindly and firmly to leave your body, as you and your body has chosen the light – see clear water flow in your body and visualize the violet flame that transmutes the fear that can be found there. It might be that you need to do this several times, but it can also be that you afterwards feel a great relief and feel strengthened in body and soul. All depends on how much you have come down to cleanse. It can be both on an individual and collective level. We have come down to Earth during this time to cleanse many layers of fear and sorrow in both ourselves and in the planet Earth that we live on. It is a big and important job that you have taken on and you have done a fantastic job. This planet has started to release its chains and you are a big part of this.

There is much joy in the chest of our Mother Earth when she sees how much her children have battled and struggled. She has done the same for you as her love for you is incredibly strong – it cannot be described in words. Her great love and joy now lifts you up to a higher dimension of love and light. It is this light that now shines into your bodies and transforms your unclean water to clean water. You become strengthened and see clearly and you will walk consciously into the dimension of light that you always have belonged to. My joy is great and I walk in with you now.
