I AM Sananda. And as always it is wonderful to be with you with this group with all that share in our understanding our remembering of who and what we all are.

For this is the crux, everyone, this is what we came here to do. All of you … myself included for I came as you came with me so long ago. We all came together. We all are experiencing this evolution of man together. We are all feeling and knowing this consciousness as it raises together. There is no one here that listens and acclimates or resonates to these words — no one — that is not beginning to remember who they are.

The move through this awakening process or this re-awakening process for so many of you have been here and done this before. Many of you have experienced these changes, these levels of vibration that you are going through now. So many of you have experienced it long ago and are re-experiencing it now. And the time to feel down and depressed and like it is taking too long, that we need to speed these things up; that time is over.

The time to be is to be in the now, to be experiencing everything that you are experiencing in the now but feel it at a higher level of your being. Feel it as the Source within you for that is the expression you are all moving back toward, is to feel and know the Source and you as one, that you and your Godself are one. You have always been one and will always be one and there can never be a separation of that which you have always known because you have always been that and always will be.

The times that feel like all is lost, that feel like the world is falling apart, like people are not advancing, are not becoming who they need to be, those times are passed. It is time now to realize and understand that this is the moment you came here for. This is those times, those end times that were spoken of by myself as Yeshua. These are those times when all seems lost. But yet as you look at everything as lost you know that everything is about to come forward. Everything is about to shift and change. We are all about this shift, the shift in consciousness.

And when you experience these meditations you are experiencing the shift of consciousness in that moment. And just for that moment it is affecting you, it is changing you, it is shifting and changing your DNA. It is reawakening your third eye. It is bringing back the process of all that you have known previously because all that you have known previously is right there in front of you separated yet by a veil. That veil as you hear many many times is shifting, is dissipating, and will eventually be completely gone. But what will that be like when that veil has completely dissipated? What indeed will that be like in that time?

So you see, of those things that have been oblivious to you until now? Will you see that other side of life that you call death? Will you see those appear once again? Some yes. Will you see the Elemental world in front of you? Yes, many of you will.

You will feel and know all those things which you knew previously because all of that will come back to your remembrance in those moments as you fully remember who you are.

LADY NADA

Yes and I AM Lady Nada. So wonderful to share with you; to experience this level of consciousness that you are moving back into once again; to see and know the smiles upon your face as this shift is happening.

Some of you, yes, are feeling the shift in a more negative way at times. Some of you are feeling this shift and knowing how wonderful it is. But all of you are feeling the love expression being more and more pronounced within you, more and more pronounced in your fellow man. If you would but look and use your eyes to see and your ears to hear for so much is there right in front of you, you only need to open up to it.

The veil is only there for those who will not see beyond it. Know this. For the veil itself is not real. It is part of the illusion of this three-dimensional level of being. It’s only as real as you make it. So I tell you now, I ask you now, begin to look at that veil and see it no more. Know that it is gone. Not to simply believe it but to know it. And as you continue to work in this way, you will not only see through the veil, the veil will be gone. For it is there for each of you; within each of you but it is your own personal veil.

Yes there is a collective veil, but once you have dissipated that one within you the collective veil will be gone for you as well.

So I tell you to practice this. Practice seeing the veil as being gone as in the movie “The Matrix” seeing that “there is no spoon” — for there is not. There is only oneness in all things.

Practice this now. Work with this. Many more tools will be giving you as this continuing process develops. As each of you acclimate to these energies, as each of you are ready to continue to work with the higher level of energies you will be given newer tools … not given by us but remembered by you.

Sananda & OWS ~ The Consciousness Shift is About to Become Awakened Within All

I AM Sananda.

As always it is wonderful to be with you. To be able to continue to share, to be able to continue to open up so many things that have been kept from you, so many things that you have been separated from or you believe you have been separated from. But to be separated no more because so many things are in the works. So many things are about to shift and change and alter the very prospective that is you in the human dimension, in this human illusion of the 3rd dimension.

Mighty consciousness shift is at hand. It is so very close now. There are so many things that are about to what you would call ‘pop’ in the near future, the very near future.

And as you continue to look forward to these changes, the shift we have spoken of many times — that so many have been speaking of — know also that in the present moment that you are in is all that is important. Be in that ‘now’ moment. Be in the present. Be all that you can be now. And as you continue to be all that you are, to find the joy in every moment that you can, all that will be will be upon you before you can even blink your eyes. Because that shift, that consciousness shift that has been spoken of for many a millennia, is about to become awakened within all of you.

And so many things are coming to fruition. So many things are about to shift and change and move into a new consciousness level. You are about to move into a new consciousness level, as you speak in terms of DNA. As you speak in terms of shifts of consciousness that are happening now, you are in that shift. You are in that moment, that consciousness shift moment for you are becoming altered within you. You are becoming aware of who you are. You are becoming awakened to your full state of the being that you are, that spiritual being. No longer to be the human experience but to be the spiritual experience.

We watch you each and every day. We watch all of you. We watch over you and we watch you. We watch to see how you are shifting in your daily activities, how you are becoming emblazoned by the new consciousness that is moving through you. So many of you are feeling this consciousness so many of you are feeling this shift this knowing that is coming over you where you are beginning to hear the those of us that are beginning to whisper to you more and more and as you hear these whispers you becoming aware of that consciousness change that is happening within you. All is about this consciousness change and this shift now.

All is about this. There is nothing that is not about this in this moment. For this is what you came here for. This is what you evolved into in this time, in this moment of your life, is to be ready for your mission: those missions that you came here for; those that you volunteered to come here for.

And you are moving into those missions now. You are going to be directed. Many of you are going to find direction, mentorship that is going to come to you, that is going to bring you to the next level of your being, the next level of consciousness within you, that will continue to awaken within you the very understandings that you came in with a long time ago and had forgotten up to this time.

But so many of you are awakening. So many of you are beginning to listen to the whispers and sometimes, yes, the shouts, but all is happening now. All is bringing, brought forth now. And as you hear many times all is being orchestrated. You are in the middle of a synchronicity now that is bringing about so many of the changes, so many of the shifts that are happening. And you are that shift in that consciousness. Because of you it is happening. Without you it would not happen.

You are the consciousness change itself. As Gaia shifts as Gaia becomes aware fully of who she is as she moves into the higher vibrations of her consciousness once again. You, those of you that are the cells within Gaia herself, you are the ones that are moving this forward. You are the ones that are bringing this awakening process into full understanding and full awareness.

It is time now my brothers and sisters, my dear friends. It is time for you to become all that you came here to be. You are moving away from the old programming, away from the old paradigm that was what had been expected, what had been created by the cabal here and is no longer going to be allowed. It is no longer going to be a process of the connections that you have with the universe, with the cosmos.

You are the ones that are ready for this. You are the ones that have been preparing for this. And you are the ones that will take this forward into the new Golden Age of Gaia. So it is time now for all of you to become aware that everything is in flux now, everything is coming to the cusp, the cusp and the crescendo that has been spoken of. Believe it and you will see it.

Believe it and you will see it. For there is nothing that cannot occur now that has not been spoken of previously that has not been prepared for. For you are the ones that have been preparing and have been waiting and moving toward the expression of who you fully are. The time is now.

ONE WHO SERVES

Om Mani Padme Hum. Om Mani Padme Hum. Om, Om. Greetings to you!

One Who Serves with you to share with you, to open up to question-and-answer.

And as Sananda said, you are on the cusp, you are on the very edge of that precipice that has been spoken of so many times. And as you move to the edge of the precipice how many of you are ready to jump off now? How many of you are ready to jump off and see if you can fly. Now that does not mean we want you to go to the top of a mountain or  building and jump off. That is not what we are saying of course. Nobody go do that. Okay?

But it means … what is your term here … with your imagination here to go to the edge of the precipice and if you are ready to jump off, if you see others around you jumping off, are you going to be one that is going to jump off as well? Are you going to join them knowing that you are not goingto hit the bottom as you would in your physical form because your physical form is shifting and changing. Even now your DNA is changing. You may not be aware of it and, no, you probably cannot do telekinetics and things of this nature. You cannot, maybe, use telepathy yet but all of these things are coming. You are going to be able to do many things. You are going to be able to raise objects with your mind. All of these things are going to be.

But first you need to continue to go through this program, this process of ascension, this shift in consciousness, this transition that you are moving through. Because everything is in the now and you are moving continually in the now. And even though there is a future, there is a past, they are all one.

And as you move fully more and more up into the higher vibrations you will begin to understand that more and more that past present and future are all one. There is nothing but the present now. And this will come more and more to you as your vibrations increase, as you find yourself in the higher vibrations more and more. And you wonder how do you do this. How do you move into the higher vibrations? Well you simply do it. That is all, you just do it. And it is not as difficult as you might think because [??] do it, as you know you are doing it, you will remember. You will remember what it is to be in the higher vibrations. You will remember what it is all about; what you are all about as a spiritual being just simply having a human experience now.

But that human experience that you are having now is about to greatly shift and you are going to come into the higher vibrations or rather many are going to come into the higher vibrations kicking and screaming. They maybe we will not want to do it because they will not understand it but yet it will happen. They will awaken. They will come into this. They will feel these energies.

Some though will feel these energies and be held off from them or want to hold off because it will be too powerful for them, they will not be able to withstand the energies. Just as many of you are feeling the energy and it is somewhat overwhelming and overpowering to you at times. And you say, ‘well it is too much for us so back it off a little bit’. And it gets backed off a little bit. And then you say, ‘well, bring it on,’ and then it comes back on and more and more.

So if you are ready for the energies more if you are ready to jump off the precipice then just say yes we are ready and we are going to do this and it is going to be wonderful and something that is going to be beyond your wildest imaginations. Okay? Do you have questions here for One Who Serves?

Q & A

Q:  Yesterday I had an unpleasant incident and I would like to know what the lesson is for me. I was driving and suddenly a hawk swooped down a few feet in front of my car. I just couldn’t react in time and I hit the bird. A short distance later I turned around and came back to see if the hawk was still alive and if I could help it but the body/bird was gone. I guess the vulture I saw at the side of the road had already gotten to it and took care of cleaning the road. It was very upsetting to me and I’m not understanding why it happened.

OWS:  The significance of this was for you …   http://interference

There are those circumstances which are unavoidable or they seem to be unavoidable in any given situation. Whether it is hitting a bird or another animal, but that is not to say that there are [no] coincidences. There are no coincidences. There are no accidents. So there are always reasons for this. For as you experience the so-called of hitting bird, how would you feel at that point. Would you feel like you have harmed another live being? You see some would not even care about this; they would not even give it another thought. Now if it was a dog or something maybe that would be different but a bird not so much. But for you who has done this, this is significant for you because it is a being, it is a live being. And that is something that is very difficult for you to handle in terms of another being suffering here.

But we can tell you from this example here. Yes, you did hit the bird but it did not affect it as you would think it would normally. So it was not there because it was able to fly off. And the idea of the vulture being there in its’ place is that it is the embodiment of the — what is the word we are looking for — that there is an experience there that is not as good a thing. So you look at the vulture, so much, not so good. You look at a vulture as being evil, as being something that preys upon the dead. But there was no dead there for it to prey upon. So why was it there? That was because it was an experience [phone interference] … interference on the phone there. Please mute your phone. We would appreciate it. Thank you.

To go back here there is the continuing experience of would replace the feeling of life with death here. And this was indicative of that where ever there is life there is also death in terms of this being, this vulture preys upon that which is living or has died and this is its function, its mission you might say. This is what it does. It helps to rid those parts of bodies that have died it is all part of nature here you see. But for you specifically there was not the indication of it being hit and dying because it did not. You see? You understand this? Kind of went up about this in a roundabout way you might say.

Q:  I prayed for the soul and went back and I wished it all the best and asked God to send light. What was the purpose for me to go through this? Because the bird showed me it was flying to get the food and the food doesn’t matter actually it’s not the important part in our life so to get killed [for] it was confusing.

OWS:  Yes we understand that. That is why we say here that you had this experience to open yourself up to life here. That you would not harm another living being and this was just to show you that as you hit this bird it did not affect it because your love was there for it. You see?

Q:  This week all week I don’t know what is going on with me. I’m feeling out of place. I don’t know what to do and I don’t want to do anything. Is that the energy they’re giving up that affects like this?

OWS:  This is indicative of many that are going through these types of things. One minute the energies are high and you are feeling so wonderful and blissful, and the next moment you are dropped down to Earth, you might say in that sense. And everything is not so good, or you do not feel so good, or you have lack of energy, and all of these things. And what have you been calling these things? You have been calling them ascension symptoms. And this is continuing on for many of you — for all of you really at one point or another — and will continue on as you continue through this ascension process.

But know that, as these things are happening. Simply realize what it is that is occurring, that it is just a symptom, an ascension system and it will pass. And it will move on and the next moment you will feel possibly blissful and high and all of these things. High without the use of drugs even. And you will feel, much will continue on in your life with high energies and low energies. Everything is an energy and a rest.

This is what you must understand that the universe works this way, the galaxy, the solar system, everything is at energy and at rest. At times you are energized, at times you are at rested. Well the universe does the same thing; it has an energy and a restful period. And you are coming out of that restful period of 26,000 years now for your galaxy here. And this is the, you are moving into the energy period. This will be the new Golden Age as these energies continue to increase and increase and increase. As the energies increase know that it can wreak havoc on your central nervous system at various times, and your chakras are affected by this as well, as to be working with your chakra system or with your central nervous system here. Okay?

Q:  Several years ago my son got a little white pitbull which I became really close with. In 2013, after being away for a few months I came back to find she had been stolen. I think of her so often. I will see images of dogs in clouds and in tiles and stuff like that wherever I go. I was just wondering if she’s still here on Earth or has she left?

OWS:  As we find it, Sugar is alive and well in another situation, another home you might say, but know that your connection with this one, this being, this wonderful spirit within your connection will continue on for much, much time. Not so much in your lifetime here now but you will be reconnected to this particular soul spirit. Cannot say too much more on this at this time but there is a connection here — a soul connection even though it is in the animal state.

Q:  In a meditative state I had a vision of a door at the top of a set of stairs opening and a being coming down the steps from this door. I’m looking from the bottom. Then heavy droplets of white light come raining down on me and three explosions of white light looked like firecrackers in a row right across me. Can you tell me what that means?

OWS:  Yes you are looking up at the doorway here above you?  Yes, this is indicative of the ascension process as you are moving through this. And that one that was at the doorway there is indicative of your higher self waiting for you with the door open. We can show you the door but you are the one that needs to walk through it. This is what was being given here. The door is open, it is there for you. And the explosions of light all around you are exactly that, the explosions of light within you. As you do these various meditations and such you work with the light. You are working with the light, exploding the light, sharing the light and this is what was shown here to you. Does this make sense to you?

If you had walked up those stairs that would have been indicative of a changing also here for you. You did not walk up the stairs. You simply looked up there. We are finding here one more thing we can share: you are going to have a dream about this. A dream is going to come that is going to be very similar to this and in that dream the stairs are going to be there and you’re going to climb the stairs. Whether you move through the door or not though will depend on you within the dream.

Q:  I have been thinking so much about all these people that suffer from autism and they cannot find a way to communicate with the physical word and I also feel the level of frustration and the pain they express and I’m very driven by that. I feel so much for them. I would like to know why is that they are trapped and they cannot communicate. And also can we do something to help them out?

OWS:  You are already doing something to help them out all of you. When you do your meditations you are helping them out. But know that they are there and going through what they are going through to continue to work to complete the process for themselves. It is their contract that they came in with and they are following through with it. But also understand, just like you they are volunteers here to come here and be a part of this and to share the light in the way that they are doing. But as the energies continue to increase, as the event occur, and as the consciousness shift comes across the planet they will also shift as that happens and they will come into the higher vibrations. And as you have been hearing over and over, if you are in the higher vibrations you cannot have these types of maladies and illnesses and all of these types of things they are experiencing now. Not only them but all. Even those with those with cancer and diabetes and multiple sclerosis and all of these types of things. All of these will be healed in the instant when it is time for this. There will be miraculous things that will occur at that time.

Q:  Cobra talks about cintamani stones. Can you tell us about that. And is Cobra a double agent?

OWS:  Will answer the second question first. No! he is not a double agent. He is for the light specifically. He is a great light to the planet here and is going through many things that are calling to him that are saying that he is not of the light and all of this. It is another part of discernment. So if you are feeling as you are experiencing what this one is saying and sharing if you are feeling that it is not for you, then it is not for you. But if you are feeling love and light coming from this one then that is what he is sharing, that is what he is bringing here. He is bringing a great deal of new, uh, rather disclosure you might say to the masses to those who are ready to hear it. Okay?

The cintamani stones are real. They are just as he has described them and they are being planted in many different strategic places across the planet to bring higher energies to that area to raise an angel in that area just as he has shared with you. And it is very important because it is bringing the grid — the consciousness grid here on the Earth, not the Christ Consciousness grid but the crystalline grid you might call it — and bringing that together as well as with all the ley line connections. So all of this is a part of this bringing the great energy centers back together because where many of these cintamani stones are being planted they are around energy centers or around centers that were once energy centers and have been changed over to the dark side you might say; such as your Montauk in Long Island for instance.

Q:  And he talks about how if we have them on our bodies it will ease the transition to ascension. Is that correct?

OWS:  That is one, it is a tool. It is another tool. You have many different tools: crystals, cintamani stones, many different things that, your breathing techniques, all of these are tools. Utilize them and you will be also given many, many more, or rather you will remember many more as you keep moving through this process here.

Q:  Can you tell me where I can bury my cintamani stone in order to help facilitate what you just explained? I have reached out to Cobra and his people but have not received an answer. Would it be incorrect or negative to plant it by my home or would you know of a place near where I am which would best facilitate and help overall.

OWS:  You are in Florida you say? There are many locations there that you could do this but what we would say to you rather than look outside of yourself for the answer ask within yourself. Ask your higher self your higher God self and you will receive the answer back in that respect. You will know where to plant it or if to plant it at all. Maybe you are needing to wear it as the previous caller had said. You see?

Q:  Regarding the lady’s story earlier about the dog: I had a very strong soul connection with a cat that was taken very young; it died in my arms and I do feel his presence. I want to know if it was possible once we transition into 5D will I be able to have him back or would he remain in spirit where he is now?

OWS:  Absolutely. Did you ever watch the Robin Williams movie What Dreams May Come? The dog was there but he wished it to be there. You will be able to do exactly the same with your animals as well as your loved ones. So if your loved ones do not initially go with you into the higher vibrations into the 5th dimension and they remain in 3rd dimension or whatever it may be, you will be able to connect with them at their level at that time. You see? Nothing will be lost.

Q:  Approximately 3 ½ years ago at the beginning stages of my awakening, I spoke to a homeless man whom everyone was staying very far away from.  He asked for a light for his cigarette and we began a deep conversation which lasted for approximately 45 minutes (with people walking as far around us as they possibly could). Without going into detail, it was one of the most rewarding experiences I ever had. I gave him some cigarettes, some money, and a big huge hug and when I left I was floating. I felt like I was 20 feet high and had an experience I never had before my life. I thought to myself he must’ve been an angel. And I think in retrospect we’re being tested to see how we would respond in situations to which most people have been conditioned to shun. And shortly after that, I had another experience with another gentleman which left me feeling the same way so I guess I’m looking for confirmation or some feedback on that type of experience.

OWS:  You already know the answer to that: angel, guide, all of these types of things. You never know where God or the Source will appear before you. You never know where that will be so for you to open up and allow for the process to happen was what you were needing to do at that time. For those with eyes to see and ears to hear.

Q:  Did my 13-year old dog get hurt recently? She’s acting really weird and unstable I don’t know if she’s physically hurt or a mental thing. Can you give me any advice on that please? She is stumbling and I think she may have hurt her back. It started this morning and I’m doing a lot of energy work on her but she seems mentally unbalanced too, but it may just be physical thing.

OWS:  Understand that just as you are being affected by these energies so too are the animals and plants and all of these things as well being affected by these energies. So one that is in an older state such as your 13-year-old dog would experience these energies in different ways than say a two-year-old dog would experience this. So do not be concerned and not to worry. Just do as you are doing. Send light, send love, be love with this particular being and everything will take care of itself as you move along here.

Q:  Can you explain to me what does it mean when they talk about the rainbow body?

OWS:  Very good. It is very long explanation here which we cannot give at this time but the rainbow body is your ascension body. It is your light body. It is the body that you will move into at a certain point in your ascension … in your full ascension. This is not during the process but you will be building up to this. Just as those of you that experience the meditation through James here in terms of going across the rainbow bridge this was to connect to your higher God self in your rainbow body. You do not use the rainbow body at that time because you are not ready yet for this. But it is a beginning process of this that we did here and we will do again here as well at the next Advance as we are finding it here. But the rainbow body is what many have experienced when they are going through this full ascension. Their bodies turns into light and turned into many colors of light therefore those who see this happening will be seeing this as a rainbow of many different colors.

Q:  Was Jesus or Yeshua who was on this Earth was he taught that by the Essenes?

OWS:  No he was not taught that [by the Essenes] because they did not fully understand this. But he received this in his wanderings you might say, when he visited many different monasteries and temples in his learning process as he was going through this ascension process. The full ascension did not occur until that moment when he arose, as you would say, arose from the dead although he was never fully dead.

Q:  I want to follow up on something you said last week when you were talking about how some of us will go on the ships and it will seem like some of us will be going on unwillingly against our will but that’s not really the case because it’s in our soul contract so I wanted to follow that up by asking you about the relationship between Divine Will and free will. I know we all have free will here but I’ve had some pretty intense experiences I’ve had my life saved from a car accident I’ve had divine intervention keep me on a straight path to make sure that I met my twin flame. So I’ve definitely seen Divine Will trump my free will on several occasions so I’m wondering if you could talk about the relationship of Divine Will to free will and how it relates to what’s in our soul contract, what we’re here to do.

OWS:  First of all you misunderstood what was said here in the last time. We did not say that you will be going involuntarily. We are not saying that in terms of what is coming. We spoke in terms of what was before. In other words there have been those what you call abductions that were part of the soul contract they went along unwillingly at their conscious-knowing-self but at their deeper level within them they went willingly. You see? And now as far as you are concerned or any of you that are hearing these words, reading these words after, as far as you are concerned if you are going to go up aboard ships you will be going willingly. You will have to be going willingly; there can be nothing that is against your free will. This would never occur here. You see? Not after the event occurs and after disclosure and all of this. As to free will versus Divine Will, there is never the Divine Will that will overcome the free will. You always have free will. You see? But there are circumstances that occur where you will hear that Divine Will or you will hear that whisper within you which may then shift your free will at that time, you see, where you will then go along with the Divine Will.

Q:  Isn’t Divine Will your own will anyway?

OWS:  That is correct. We are talking about your conscious will here. You as the conscious self.

Q:  Yes and just to clarify a bit, we tend to voice the idea of Divine Will as separate from us.

OWS:  It is not.

Q:  Exactly. So the divine will is the higher self [inaudible].

OWS:  Correct. Does this answer your question?

Q:  Yes it does. I’ve had my higher self definitely intervene in a positive way in my life and so I understand what you’re saying. Thank you.

OWS:  You know all of you at one time or another have had your higher selves intervene.

Q:  Hopefully all the time.

OWS:  Yes. And the more that you listen the more that you will continue on on your given path that you need to follow here.

Are there any other further question now? We need to release channel.

Q:  I want to let you know I’m very eager to merge with my higher self. I am very eager to remember the languages from previous lives and remember instruments that I could play. What can I do to invite and little-by-little try to merge with my higher self?

OWS:  You are already doing it here Moses. In all that you are doing as you continue to work with this programs, speaking in terms of Ancient Awakenings and working fully with this more and more, and attempting to spread the word as you are doing. This is working with your higher self. You are working with your higher self in many other words as well as you continue to share the light wherever you can. This is the merging with your higher self. Okay?

Q:  And could you also say that by acknowledging that you already are your higher self, is helpful — just acknowledging that?

OWS:  Absolutely. The more that you realize that you and your higher self are one, or as Yeshua said, “I and my Father are One,” it can be father/mother/whatever it is, but you are One always. You have never not been One. You have always been together with your higher self. It is simply the mind that has created the separation, and all of the programming here, the illusion that has also created http://interference. But there is indeed no separation here. You will come to fully understand and know this, and even more important remember this.

We need to release channel here now. Just continue on in your everyday activities. Move on, continue to use the various tools that you have been given: your breathing techniques, use of crystals, whatever it might be. Continue to utilize this and know that as you are continuing to move along through your daily life your daily life is going to shift dramatically as you are continuing the preparation for, as we said here previously, jumping off the precipice.

I AM Sananda.

Yes it was I that guided you to be with your higher one; to help you to remember, to help you to know all that is coming for you, all that you have come here for.

You have all come with this connection. Each and every one of you came here from these higher aspects of yourself to experience and know these lower levels so that you could bring about the changes, the shift, the transition that was needed here on this planet so that you could bring this planet and all of the people along with you and be a part of this expression of the new consciousness. And you are this new consciousness.

If you come to understand anything through all of these messages it is that you are this new consciousness. You are the changes that are happening here on the planet.

And once you have come to understand that you are these changes, then you will come to understand that everything is happening here because of you, because of all of you, because of the collective you. This collective consciousness is creating everything here as you move closer and closer to the new Golden Age here on this planet.

Know that there have been previous Golden Ages here on this planet; this is not the first. But you are here to experience this, to bring this about, to create this transition for all to become established here, for all to come to know and understand who they are, what they are here for.

The times that are approaching are shifting now. There is much shift, there is much change that is happening and as you are continuing through this shifting, these shifting changes, you are being readied and prepared and trained to be ones that will assist in this entire process just as you are now. For each and every time you do these meditations you are either helping to shift your own consciousness or the consciousness of mankind or both at the same time.

And this time today was about you shifting your own consciousness. It was about you creating that connection or reestablishing that connection that you have always had; you have simply forgotten. But forget it not much more because it is all coming together as everything is being brought back  from where you once came.

As you have been hearing: sit back, relax, fasten those seat belts. It’s true that the ride might get a little bumpy here and there but it is nothing that you cannot handle, nothing that you have not been readied for. Just be ready to be in the right place at the right moment at the right time because with all of this synchronicity that is happening — you are beginning to notice that more and more that everything is becoming synchronistic and you are part of that great synchronicity that is happening here now. And you will continue to have these events, these synchronistic events that will occur in your lives because as you are moving into these higher vibrations more frequently, more consistently you’re going to experience many more of these synchronicities in your life as everything is coming together into one timeline. You have heard previously that the two timelines have split into two or more and that is correct. But eventually the two timelines will split completely and you will be left with the one. That is the one that you are moving toward into the new Golden Age that is upon you.

I Am Sananda. I love you deeply. More than you can possibly imagine. I leave you now with all of my peace and love and I exit now for another to briefly speak with you here.

I Am Lady Nada.

I wish to come through this one although there was a little bit of a reluctance on his part, but it is so, it is needed that I can come and share my energy, my love, my expression with you especially on this day, this wonderful day which you call Mother’s Day because it is time of sharing and it is a time of growth. It is a time of oneness that you are all approaching now.

And everything is coming together as you are hearing so often. Everything is coming together exactly as it needs to be. There is to be no concern, no worries, certainly no fears on your part. Because, as my dear one has said, Sananda, you are in the right place, in the right moment, at the right time for everything to come together, for everything to become as one. And you, each one of you, to realize that you are already in that oneness. You just have forgotten it. You just do not feel it all the times because of this three-dimensional world is still pulled somewhat over your eyes.

But your eyes are opening now. They are opening with a new expression. Your third eye is reestablishing itself and opening up to the new worlds, the new vistas that are in front of you; the beauty that is everywhere.

If you seek the beauty you will see the beauty. If you believe it you see it. That is the way it is. That is the way it will be and always shall be. So do not be concerned my dear brothers and sisters everything is exactly where it needs to be. You are exactly where you need to be. And as Sananda has said the synchronicities in your life are going to increase many times over and you will marvel at how everything is coming together for you.

So be of good cheer. Be of love between each one of you because love is the expression that will take you into these higher vibrations and into these higher dimensions.

I love you dearly each and every one of you. And I will be able to be with you more often now as I have a connection also with this one James just as my dear Sananda has. And with many of you here as well, both here in the room and on the phone, so we are all in this together.

And I send you all of my peace and my love be with all of you now.

One Who Serves here to answer your questions if you have any. If not it will be a rather short session. But that is okay because we have things to do, places to go you know just as you do. No, just joking. We have nothing to do. Just sit around all day, twiddle our thumbs, meditate, go Ohm all day. That is what you probably think, no? Well no we don’t do that. [Laughter] We party, we have fun, we dance, we sing, we have wonderful times just as you are going to when you are able to go up on the ships and down into Inner Earth. It is going to be so wonderful and we are so looking forward to your expression, your expression of surprise when you see some of us and you say, “Oh! That’s you! I had no idea.” We are so looking forward to that. We are going to have such a chuckle over this and we are going to sit there and drink our wine … and yes, yes we do drink wine. Do not think we don’t. If Yeshua can do it we can do it, can’t we? So anyway … as a matter fact He changed water into wine; that’s how much he wanted wine. [Laughter]

Q & A

Q:  On Friday night I had an important, interesting experience and I would like to have a little more explanation especially on the second part. I am trying to understand who that woman was. Was it me, was it my higher self, was it my ego, or can you explain a little more please.

OWS:  First of all for this can you please share with everyone who is experiencing or listening to this what you are speaking about in terms of what the experience was. Are you talking about dream? Are you talking about a vision you had?

Q:  It wasn’t a vision and not a dream. I went to the shaman and I took this ceremonial smoke or vapor and that’s what it was.

OWS:  Yes, now we understand. So to look at this from a different point of view, you might say, as you are looking at this particular vision that you had and the experience of the woman that came into this vision, it was the aspect of yourself as you were being shown here this day here by Sananda as you connected with this aspect. It may not have looked exactly the same as you just did this here today but it is one and the same. It is an aspect of yourself that you are coming to know and understand and we’re glad that you have brought this up because this is for everyone here. Everyone is going to be having more of these types of experiences where you are going to be reconnecting with all of those ones that you had left behind previously or that had left you behind in times long past. So you’re going to have these connections more and more, it may possibly be within your dreams or your visions and some may even have them in their waking conscious state. But it is coming so you are going to experiencing this more and more and more. It goes along with the synchronicities as Sananda and Lady Nada have given here.

Q:  There was another lady in the room there who was experiencing three knocks on the door. I had one while I was in a meditative state and I had these three forceful knocks on the door and I was wondering what that was or who that was.

OWS:  This is a precursor. This is the beginnings of what we spoke of a very long time ago for this group where we spoke about one particular time you will have a knock at the door and one of us will be there to greet you as we come to your group your meeting here that is coming. That is not something we simply made up and is not going to happen. It is. You are either going to either experience one of us or you are going to experience one of those that comes from the Inner Earth or maybe even one from the high above in the Galactic area. But it is coming and this is showing you that they are aware, they are here, they are available. They’re just not showing themselves yet to you in your state because you need to come up to them. You need to come up and raise your vibrations. And when you have raised your vibrations significantly then those that are waiting just outside of your door you might say can then come in and be with you. So this is a beginning here. Those that are experiencing this are opening the door for all of us. Which by the way is happening not only here in this group but many people across the planet are experiencing this. They are not saying it outright because they do not want everyone to think they are crazy and put them in the crazy farm but they are experiencing it nonetheless. And it will come out more and more as people begin to share not only visions that they’re having but the actual physical experiences that occur but at the higher levels, higher vibrational frequency.

Q:  About a year and a half ago during a meditation I saw a picture, a vision of a being that looked like it could have been me. It looked like they were Peruvian or something. I was wondering was that an aspect of me?

OWS:  Yes. That was an aspect of you. Yes. Many of you get these visions, these understandings but you discount them. You think they are not real. You think they are your … here’s that word: imagination. And how many times have we said over and over: your imagination is more real than your reality here that you think in this third dimensional illusion. Your imagination is more real. Begin to think on that. Begin to contemplate that. When you imagine something you are ‘imaging-in’. You are using your third eye center and opening up the vistas of the other worlds that are within you in consciousness. So all of this …

Q:  Is it possible that you could run into an aspect of yourself physically?

OWS: Yes. That is going to happen. Yes. It is not like your movies say that you cannot go back into a past lifetime and see yourself back there, go back into a past lifetime ad see yourself there and communicate with yourself. You can do that. But there is the idea of moving into a past time and changing what is there, changing what occurred, and then that change coming back you might say into the current lifetime or the current timeline – we’re speaking of timelines here — and coming back into the current timeline and making a shift here in this new timeline or the time that find yourself now. And it has happened. You know it as the Mandela Effect. These things are happening and you are experiencing this and there are certain small shifts in the timelines that are occurring. They are not large shifts because they are not allowed. There is what is called from your understanding they would be called time police and they are there — time guardians rather. Not police but time guardians — and they are there to continue to keep the timelines from merging together so that there can be major shifts in those timelines. That is not allowed. Okay?

Q:  I have a question. This is … well you know who I am.

OWS:  Yes, we know who you are. We know what you are too. But you don’t! Not really. Surprise! There are going to be wonderful times!

Q:  At the last Advance, I think it was the last night we did quite a bit of out of body stuff. I don’t remember where we were or what we were doing but it had to do with the light warrior thing, which I’m familiar with. I felt like I had something around my wrists; some sort of energy or cuff or something. Can you explain that … or was that just my imagination [laughing].

OWS:  Oh my goodness! [Laughter] Did you just say what we think you just said?!?! [Laughter] Did you just say ‘just my imagination!’ [I was giving you a hard time.] You see if it is just your imagination then that’s all it becomes. [Right. No, I know that. I’m teasing.] Oh you’re teasing us!! Oh you’re joking here. How wonderful. Wonderful. We get it back a little bit, huh?

To understand or to explain to you what occurred there, yes you had many out of body experiences, those of you that participated in this Advance, many out of body experiences you had. And to experience these things such as you are saying the energies certainly you yourself, as you have heard many times, you are very involved in energies. You are more involved in energies at those higher vibrations that you came from than you are in the three-dimensional illusion that is happening here all around you. So when you feel these energies and you experience them, and even if you see them they are very real; very real indeed. And it can be called your imagination but it is so much real that it is something that is wonderful that happened here.

Q:  What I was curious of was if that was a part of my so-called uniform or something on my wrists that I used in some way?

OWS:  It has to do with your warrior image that you have been given previously. [Okay. Kinda what I thought.] You thought right.

Q:  This is a hard question for me to ask. I’ve been holding back on it, but I’m related to someone who has a mental illness and when you brought up the wine and joy and we’ll be sharing together like that, this person has such a problem with their pills and wine and wanting to be in joy. I understand us wanting to have a higher feeling and love and happiness but I don’t know how … I can’t be around this person. And I’m bringing this up because I’m a therapist and I’m in service, I work on people all the time and I know there is so much pain and suffering. So I just wanted … if you could understand what I’m trying to get at that how can we detach from these people that want to be intoxicated to feel better and how we can still be in service and not have their energy bring us down?

OWS:  Yes we understand completely and it is exactly as you just said. Share the light, spread the light, be the light. And as you work with the light within yourself nothing can penetrate that. And certainly if you use your merkaba as a force field around you, you would be amazed at how you would be able to deflect those negative emotions, those negative feelings, anything from outside of yourself you can deflect it away from you. So as you work with these ones, whoever they are, and they are in these lower vibrations, you protect yourself with this light and you can protect yourself with your light vehicle, your merkaba, your light body. You can protect yourself just as it is a force field. Surround yourself with it as you move into this particular session with whoever it is, or if you move into a room that you enter and you feel these negative vibrations protect yourself. You have the ability to do that. Each and every one of you that resonates to these words, that understands what we are saying, you have the protection already. Use it. And if you do not think you have it call on those that can be there with you. Call on your angels, the archangels, Sananda, Yeshua, Saint-Germain and on and on and on and they will be there to help you as well. But do it. Protect yourself. You cannot be harmed with these lower vibrations if you believe you cannot be harmed. Okay?

Q:  I’ll just call more. I do all that but maybe I’m just stepping up more that it’s time for me to be a much bigger light.

OWS:  Yes and also know that the light — you are the light — so the light within you, the Source within you is there always. Know that and the Source within you will protect you as well. You have so many ways of moving through these lower vibrations in this three-dimensional illusion that you, up to this time, you have not really understood. But you are coming to it, all of you are coming to it, coming to understand that you can be in the lower vibrations and protect yourself from it. But that does not mean that you should throw yourself into those lower vibrations if you do not need to. For instance, how many of you used to like to go to, as we are finding here within the James, ballgames or places where a large number of people meet and you are there, like concerts and things of this nature, those types of things, and you used to enjoy them and be in them but now you find yourself not wanting to be around all of those people and all of those vibrations. And those vibrations begin to bombard you. You know of what we speak here so? Yes. Yes. Let’s get an affirmation here: YES! We understand! [Enthusiastic response.] We are hearing all the yesses in the background. They are not coming on the phone but saying [meekly] yes, yes, that is us, we understand that. Does this answer your question?

Q:  In a channeling with Michael Ellegion I was told I sit on many councils during my sleep. Now Sananda says that he is going to ask us to be on the councils. Are these the same ones that we’re just acknowledging or are they going to be different?

OWS:  These are one and the same, these councils that are being spoken of. You have to understand that the Galactic Federation and those in Inner Earth, Hollow Earth and everything have councils. They have elders, they have councils. They do not have Congress and Representatives and President and all of these things. They have councils. These councils meet in many different systems and galaxies and solar systems and so on. And there are councils within councils within councils and at the higher levels, at your higher aspect you are in those councils. Many of you are in them. Many of you participate in them.

Michael Ellegion is one who is in one of these councils and he is gathering, you might say, those around him back to be a part of these councils, just as Sananda is. Sananda has spoken of this several times here and is moving closer and closer to when he will announce that these councils will be forming. They will form first at the higher vibrations in terms of your etheric and your astral forms and you will join these councils at that level. But then then they will come into your physical expression as you continue to move this up. So all of this is coming and yes you are part of these councils at the higher vibrations. Many of you who are experiencing these words, resonating to these words, are also in these councils or will be in these councils.

And we have said and we have heard your thoughts at these times in saying, ‘Not me! I can’t beat anybody. I can’t be in a position like that. I don’t want to be president or anything of this nature!’ And we say though that you have already been these things before. You are just moving back. You see, those of you that are here, those of you that are the light workers, light warriors and all of this, you have already been at those higher positions, you might say. Not positions in terms of hierarchy as you understand them here but higher positions in terms of responsibility. You have been there, done that, and you are going to be doing it again … I’ve got news for you. News comes around again and you are going to be part of these councils and you are going to be ambassadors and diplomats and all of these things that you may already be aspiring to but maybe it has not come yet to your conscious knowing awareness. But it is coming. Okay?

Q:  Can you give us an update on Montauk, Long Island after we had the Advance.

OWS: Yes we are glad that you brought this up. We could not bring it up unless somebody else did. But yes, your experience over the Advance had a great deal of effect, you are correct in that area as you were told in that time. But it also continued to have more of an effect: as a result there are meditations that are being geared toward this same thing that you did. Not in the same way but in focusing in that particular area.

That one you know as Cobra has announced this recently that there is a push, a need to express toward that particular area because that is an area that is still of much darkness. But it is dissipating and it will dissipate more and more as more focus is put there in your meditation time. Okay?

Yes we are going to need to release channel now. And just know that as you continue on with this program — and it is a program that you are on — and you are all moving beautifully through this program. We are so proud of all of you each and every one of you. Sananda is proud of being the one that is spearheading all of this with you, with this particular group taking you under his wing you might say. (Does he have wings? Not quite so like Archangel Michael but we guess he can have them if he wants.) But anyway under his wing, under his arm you might say. All of us are very proud of you and looking forward to working more diligently with you as we continue to move along and as we come closer and closer to the proverbial finish line that is still there and it is coming and you are going to be crossing it.

[Upon returning from a joint mission organized by our Company of Heaven, we shared these observations …]

SANANDA

This is Sananda. Wonderful to be with you again as always. And it is especially wonderful to be with you at this time now as you are partaking, continuing to partake on your mission. The missions that you came here for, the missions that you continue to work toward. For each and every one of you has participated in this exercise, this experience this evening. Not one of you was not able to do this. Even though you may wonder: did I do it? Was I successful? Did I make a difference?

Each one of you made a difference here, each one. Not one was left out. We speak to the newest and the oldest here. The newest in terms of time in the group and the oldest also in terms of time in the group. And each one has a place and a purpose and that purpose is beginning to more and more become crystalline for you.

There is never one purpose, for purpose is constantly changing but you are all here to spread and share the light. You are the light workers. This is what you are here for this is what you came here for. This is what you were born to do in this lifetime. And all of you have awakened. It is a point where you are ready to move ahead on to the next steps, the next parts that are going to begin to unfold in front of you now.

And when the time is right when the frequency has been reached, I will reach out to all of you, each and every one, and ask you if you are ready to come with me and be a part of those councils we have spoken of. For it is not the leadership of old that is going to carry this planet forward. It is the new leadership that is going to become the leaders and bring this planet, this collective race into the new Golden Age. We are so excited for all of you. For the end is very near and the beginning is about to start.

Wonderful to be here with you. You know who this one is. I am ready. Are you ready? You certainly are! We could tell that from all that went on here. You were marvelous, magnificent in all that you did here. You exceeded the wildest expectations we had for this. Yay!

I feel a song coming on. [Lighthearted groaning] No we are not going to do that now. No we have promised this time no singing. But who knows, maybe surprise is there. We ask you now how do you feel about this entire process. Was it successful for you? Did you feel it all the way through? Very good.

It was a wonderful moment seeing Archangel Michael come in after all of you had … what is you’re saying done your thing here. And he came in to complete the process. He was standing by and if the process did not complete he was not going to do his next part here. He was not going to partake of this. Only to be as an observer on looking to assure that nothing would go wrong. And nothing did go wrong and as we say here you exceeded everything that was expected and he was then able to come in and his the saying mop things up here. And that he did. Congratulations people.

Do you have questions here for one who serves? Anything at all? Any comments or anything you would like to share that you experienced here?

Q & A

Q: I heard the ships after we had all agreed that it was complete. I heard the ships takeoff and so I am unclear whether they were transporting people who chose to not come to the light or were they just there to protect us and see that it went well?

OWS: Both. There was much that occurred here. You are going to see the results of this. You are going to see it. There will be not announcements per se but there is going to be some conversation we will say that is going to come out and you are going to see that what you have done has been successful. We will not say more on this now we must leave it at that but you are going to see the results of your endeavors here.

[Amazing. Thank you] Thank you. [inaudible] You helped us.

Q: I’d like to share that before we even started I saw such a huge fleet of ships come in. And I was like wow we’re going to have all these ships and my experience was very violet when we were in there cleaning the bases, expanding light, at the end I saw all these people clapping their hands the people that were in there they were free and saying yes yes yes thank you.

OWS: You must understand though they not necessarily people in the physical flesh there now. Some of them yes but many of them not. Many of them were the spirit or like we say earlier memories here that were being released.

Q: Yeah it was like old energy that had been almost captive there it felt like.

OWS: Released into the light, yes.

Q: And I also saw like skeletal bodies. Everything was violet. Violet and black. The black started at first and then the violet going through it. And they were in shock, these old shells of beings, they were just in shock. They don’t know where they were. [Yes] But gratitude and release.

Q: I was wondering do we have any kind of a sense of what percentage actually came to the light?

OWS: Not at this point we cannot give this yet. Please understand that the frequencies were raised there greatly and the light was spread. And those that were there in physical body at this time yes, they felt shock. They did not know what occurred here, they were taken by surprise you might say. And some of them did turn to the light, at least momentarily. Does not mean they will [inaudible] there and they may revert back but at least they have been given the opportunity. And there were those that did not even shy away — they shied away from the light; did not want any part of it because they do not understand it. They have been so long in the darkness they do not understand the light other than it is something they want to not be a part of.

But for those they will be taken care of. You do not need to be concerned about them. Some were escorted off the planet through this process, you are correct. They were taken up in ships and they will be rejuvenated. They will be taken to a certain base in another system and they will be rejuvenated back into the light coming back to understand and know that they have a soul.

Q: I thought from the center it seemed like there were veins that went out. So when we did the light in the center it went out through the veins or tunnels … I don’t know where they went to.

OWS: Yes there are many tunnels there.

Q: Is a part of the Earth grid like how it connects there?

OWS: It is literally physically many tunnels that connect to that base all through and the light was spread through all of these tunnels to the darkest areas. And there will be some that are there that will find freedom because of this.

Q: I went into a pocket and it was really really dark but immediately I felt overwhelming suffering but I was so strong and encouraging and I attracted them to my joy. I showed them joy. For some reason it was very joyful and they were immediately attracted to that.

OWS: Yes. Wonderful. Anyone else here wish to share?

Q: I felt such a rush of gratitude for the opportunity for this to happen and be a part of it.

OWS: Yes. Gratitude all the way around here. You have no idea yet what is occurring at the higher levels here, the higher dimensional levels, as many witnessed this. Many watched this process. Not to raise your egos or anything of this nature but you can say you are [inaudible] now.

Q: I just broke out in tears of joy.

Q: Will we do it again? I’m just curious because as you said some turned toward and might turn back away but if we hit them a few more times would that be helpful?

OWS: It is possible but cannot be said yet at this point. We need to ascertain the effects of this first.

Q: I still feel there’s a lot of light that’s still there. It’s not like it’s going away just because we’re not focused.

OWS: It is not going away. Is not going away. Some will attempt to do what they can to make it go away but good luck with that.

Q: Quan Yin was right there with us too and I could feel the pink light, that rose quartz pink light, also permeate.

OWS: We did not say directly who was there other than know a few but many were there. Many of the ones you know as Ascended Masters were there. Many of the, all of the archangels were there. Many of the Galactics were involved in this process, those from inner Earth and hollow Earth were there. It was a grand undertaking. This has been in the making for a while now. We have been working toward this preparing you.

Q: For me it came out as toning toward the end. I don’t know what that does exactly but it just was like pulling out of me.

OWS: Frequency. It raises the frequency it raises the vibrations. And those in the darkness cannot be in the higher vibration so as you raise the vibrations, as you raise the frequency within an area such as this, it will push them out physically, directly. They cannot remain there.

Q: Were there angels singing? When you said toning I thought I heard angels singing.

OWS: Yes there was this also. We did not say many of these things because we wanted it to be for you to feel and know for yourselves. Some of you are being very quiet and not wanting to necessarily share because you did not know if it was real or did not feel if it was real. But we can assure you it was real and as you hear these various ones sharing here even they may be sharing things that you experienced as well.

Q: The reason I’m being quiet — which is unusual right? – is because it left me speechless. I mean I sobbed and sobbed with joy or being with the Source, that part I didn’t want to come back from. And it’s just been beautiful and it’s so powerful that when I have a spiritual experience it usually leaves me quiet. I can’t find any words, but it was the most powerful experience I’ve ever had. I’m sorry I’ve been quiet but you know you’re all probably glad I was quiet. But it left me absolutely in joy.

OWS: When you are quiet Rita we hear you. And just so you know Rita, Ashtar was there. He was very much there. He was right beside you.

Q: Okay now since you said that I will share something. Yes he was here and do you know I saw his face and even when my eyes are closed because it is my wisdom eye that he calls it, it’s the third eye. And he’s right here. I knew he was right here. Thank you for verifying that though.

OWS: Many of you if you are not aware also your twin flames were there with many of you. You may not be aware of it but they were there with you adding their energy to you bringing the halves into a whole you might say.

Q: I could feel it.

Q: I could feel it too. I felt the exchanging into one another.

Q: Very strong. It was wonderful.

OWS: This is one of the surprises we spoke of here that your twin flames, many of you would have them directly there with you adding their energies. And because of this, because of your willingness to go through with this they will be very much more with you if you wish for them. They will show up more for you in your dreams in your waking state in your vision in your meditations if you want. If you do not want they will stand aside until you are ready. And either way it is okay. That rhymed! Either way it’s okay. Boy we are we good here. [Laughter] We are a poet and do not know it.

Q: Shanti, this is Moses.

OWS: Moses! Did you carry the flag? [Moses declared himself the flagbearer during the planning session]

Q: You know this was a very different experience — unexpected. The light we were relaying was simply so intense that it just overwhelmed everything. And when we reactivated the purple flame that made sure seemed to turn some souls from darkness to purple to a lime color. When they turned lime they just sort of began to look up and float up. I got the sense that Mother God was calling to her children like little kids: ‘come this way, come this way kids.’ It was just emotional. I didn’t need all that armor I got ready. It was just a very emotional activity. It was amazing.

OWS: We only wanted it to be have you be prepared to battle here knowing that it would not be a battle. We had you prepare here.

Q: I saw the children just like you said. That’s exactly what I saw.

OWS: Yes, they were the ones that were being called home.

Q: I thought at first it was their ancestors coming back helping assemble those parts but I realized it was actually their own higher selves coming and integrating those aspects that had been held captive there I would say.

OWS: Yes. In some ways there have been various kinds of weaponry you might say that is able to shatter souls and it is necessary to bring the soul back together, reassemble it. It is the process that you helped in here today.

Q: It’s overwhelming in some ways no?

Now we give you something to consider, something to think about. What you did here this time — and this is why you were chosen for this, as a group, this is why you have been brought together here –because you have all done this before. All of you have done this before in other systems other planets you have done this. This is nothing new for you. It is only new to your mind. It is not new to your soul records, to your Akashic Records. All have this within you.

You are the light workers. You are the light warriors. We are going to change the term now light workers to light warriors. You are Light Warriors.

Q: Tomorrow we’re going to have a conscious group regression session and we’re going to peel back more eons of time. I would like to ask if there is a specific situation or occasion that we should aim for?

OWS: First of all for those of you on the phone this has not been scheduled for you. This is a group past life regression that is being undertaken here. They cannot have those on the phone do this as well because you cannot monitor. So not to exclude you but yes you are being excluded.
Now to your question for what you are attempting to do it would be very helpful for you to put this out to the collective higher selves, not each individual higher self, and then you will have your answer as to where you go. When you go is more the question here. When you go and how you have been together before as a group. Many of you have already been together as groups. And there was one particular time you were all together.

Q: Can I ask you question about twin flames? My twin flame is very very present to me. Very present like constantly. As far as I understand he’s an aspect of another major being. So if I have a relationship with an aspect do I also have a relationship with the higher being or other aspects or how does that work?

OWS: You’re talking in terms of multidimensional aspects of yourself no?

There are so many many aspects of yourself leading all the way up to the higher God Self which would be some consider what is called the monad and this is what would be the highest level because you see and this is for others here who may not understand this as the higher self you have put down portions of yourself portions of energy into lower vibrations. Rather than you as the Higher Self going down into those lower vibrations you put an aspect of yourself down to experience that. And there can be many aspects at one time experiencing their lives and this is all reflective onto the Higher Self, similar to all creation being an aspect of the creative God Source. You see?

Q: So if I have an interaction with someone here and it’s an aspect of another someone, does that other’s someone experience that as well? Can they have that relationship with me as well?

OWS: It is possible yes.

Q: For tomorrow when we’re doing this group thing like you said everybody has all been together at one time …

OWS: [interjecting] Yes Cynthia you were there too! You are not always The Watcher.

Q: Okay so it’s not a different aspect of myself – of my higher self it is, but not of me.

OWS: It is other aspects of yourself, yes.

Q: So it’ll be different aspects of them right? [Yes]

Q: What’s an aspect?

OWS: You are an aspect.

Q: Is it a part that is integrated at some point? What is the aspect? What does that mean?

OWS: It is a portion of your greater potential, let us say this, of who you are. The highest levels of your being.

Q: So how is it that we were together at some other time and we were aspects?

OWS: Because you were not JoAnna, you were not Marilou you were not Cynthia you were not James at those times. You were another aspect of yourself.

Q: Higher aspect of personality? [Yes] Just another incarnation? [Yes] Well you could’ve just said that!

OWS: Well we never just come right out and say it now do we!?!? [Laughter]

Q: But it seems like that’s understood. When we go into a past life it’s because you are in a different incarnation.

OWS: You have to understand that when we speak here we attempt to initiate you into other realms of understanding beyond the normal ways that you tend to think, to prepare you for what you are going to experience when you go through the ascension process. And you will be ready then to have the understanding much more than others who would have none of this at that time. It will be more shocking to them you might say.

Q: Like the understanding of integration.

OWS: There is no past, present and future. All is one, yes.

Q: Our multidimensional self then. [Yes] But would it still be in the 3-D?

OWS: The 3-D the 4-D the 5-D. Yes.

[inaudible]
Q: If we go to that particular lifetime.

OWS: Yes that is correct. If that is here on the Earth in terms of lifetimes here, but what if you go to a time when you were in an entirely different universe?

Q: You can kind of explain it by picturing a stack of papers and then punching sharp pencil through the center of the stack of papers. The pencil is your entire existence. Each paper is a separate parallel life that is taking place right now, simultaneously, the same time, and those lives can affect each other. Each piece of paper has a unique existence happening but they affect, they all affect and can touch each other.

OWS: Yes. Very wonderful scientific explanation there.

Q: And there’s another way that Ashtar told me when I asked what multidimensional was. He said it was an echo of you. I didn’t understand. I know what an echo is but … an echo of me. Can you explain that to me?

OWS: We think Rita and others who are hearing this do kind of understand this. You are an echo of yourself. You are an aspect of yourself. You are a memory of yourself. You are so much in terms of the multidimensional self as you have come down from many different levels of vibration over the many countless eons of time, as you understand time, and you have come down and down and down into levels of vibration. So all of you have, at one time or another, been in the higher vibrations. At one time or another you did ascend. You have been Ascended Masters, just not here on the Earth. You see?

Q: You mean after we passed on we ascended? [No] We wouldn’t ascend in our physical body. Is this the only time that I would be taking my physical body this time.

OWS: Yes but we are speaking in terms of long before this earth evolution here. Long before this.

Q: When we experience a past life regression, if everything is happening at one time, are we just visiting a parallel line? Are we just peeking in on some event that has already occurred as a parallel life?

OWS: Sometimes that can be but mostly when you do this you are peeking in, as you say, on other aspects of you, the Higher Self of you.

Q: Okay so the term past life is misunderstood.

OWS: Yes. Very much so.

Q: You could check if we have two aspects in the same experience now or 3 or 10 or 20 or whatever in this 3-D reality that we experience. Other aspects of you experiencing yourself as your neighbor down the street. I don’t know if that’s how it works but that’s how I understand it.

Q: Wouldn’t that be a physical twin flame?

OWS: No not as the twin flame … [inaudible]

Q: So what you’re saying is, if I understand in my frame of reference, that the soul has the ability to put down many physical bodies. Is that what you’re saying?

OWS: Yes that is correct but it is not the soul. The soul is simply a record. A record of mind written in spirit. Think on that one for some time. [It makes sense.] Yes, but you have heard this before Cynthia so you have had many years to grasp that concept. Others hear it for the first time and they say, “What did he just say? What was that? A mind written in spirit? How do you to that? Take that pencil that Tad talked about and write it there?”

OWS: Almost! Almost that.

Q: I kind of see it as different roles in a play. So right now in this play I’m playing Randi and I dive into this role and maybe another time I might dive into another role and they’re all there to experience to learn to grow something in each role or help or lift up or whatever is you’re doing in each role, but this is the one I’m focused on right now where this energy is focused.

OWS: Yes. Your personality as RandI is focused on this particular life. But at the same time simultaneously there are myriad levels of yourself at the same time that are operating and moving through their existence in parallel in multidimensional experience. Many different levels. And even in other universes. Knock that one out.

Q: In time space [inaudible] If they’re doing really well, like one of these aspects of myself or a few others, doesn’t that help lift me up even though maybe I don’t know it – like help me along?

OWS: Yes. It does not necessarily help you as Cynthia but it does help you as the higher essence that you are. So yes, in that respect.

Q: So when you have what would appear to be past life memories, how do you know that those are definitely your memories or that you might be accessing the Akashic Record?

OWS: You don’t but that is okay. You are accessing the Akashic Record and what better way is there for you to experience who you have been before and beyond this existence here on the Earth way before this? The Akashic Record holds all and if you are able to access the Akashic Record you have the opening to everything that you have been; your entire soul record is there.

Q: But could you access somebody else’s soul record and it would occur like your own?

OWS: No not in that respect. You can access another soul record, their Akashic Record, yes, but it is not yours.

Q: It’s not going to occur like it’s yours?

OWS: No.

Q: You also have to have permission I’m told as well.

OWS: That is correct.

Q: I just wanted to get sure that the memories I had were actually my memories and not somebody else’s.

OWS: They are yours but not yours as the personality necessarily that you are speaking of here. They are yours at the higher level of who you are.

Q: Do we have the same personality each lifetime even though we’re male sometimes (and female other times) do we keep that personality? Is that personality given to us when we are created or do we have different ones?

OWS: As a conglomeration of all the personalities that you have been before. All of the personalities that you have been at all of the different multi-dimensional levels that you are, all go into making who you are. But you forget. When you come into this life as you have you forgot. And this was purposeful for you could not have come into this evolution here and brought all of this with you and been able to function here in this three-dimensional illusionary level. You see?

Q: Can you explain the Law of One. David Wilcox says that in the Law of One they tell us that we’re all one being and that those who are watching us see us as bi-polar practically or fractured because we’re all really just one. So if we’re all really one being, why is the emphasis on all this division then?

OWS: Because you all began, we all began as one, as the One Source. [Q: Inaudible] Yes and no. This is why when you communicate with your Higher God Self and you develop that communication there will be much in the way of dichotomy as the answers come to you. They will be very much disconcerting as they are coming to you because they will be from a higher vibrational level that is attempting to come down to you at your level and it is difficult to bring that connection forward, but it can come and it will come. [Interruption] We need to finish here with this one who has asked. Is this an understanding The Law of One? [No] You are all one. We are all one. And we are all separate. Because we are individual spirits.

Q: Individual spirits? But are we …

[Q: Interjection] But aren’t we all one in purpose. Is that what it is? And we are individual but it’s our one all in purpose.]

OWS: Not all in one purpose necessarily but the purpose of the God Source is to spread out, you might say, to have experiences and we are all the experience of the God Source.

Q: Isn’t it kind of like we’re all individual cells …

OWS: This is Fifth Dimensional 101 people! [Laughter]

Q: The only way I’ve been able to understand it, this, all-being-one and yet we’re separate. You know you’re you and I’m me. So we’re like different cells that have our own unique identity but we’re part of the one big body or the one thing. [OWS: The God Source, yes.] And that’s like the Cosmic Flame, it’s all individual colors working as a whole.

OWS: When you did this experience across the Rainbow Bridge, and you moved into that light there and you immersed yourself in it, did you feel like you became one with it? [Yes] But at the same time you were one with it you were also aware of yourself being in that one. This is what we speak of here.

Q: I became water. I don’t know why.

OWS: Very Good. You do not need to know why. There is not a why there. There is just an is.

Q: It felt like I was everything all at once.

OWS: Yes. Everything all at once and at the same time nothing. That is the dichotomy that we speak of here.

Q: So why wouldn’t we be focusing more on understanding the oneness versus the dichotomy?

OWS: You are moving toward that. But to take a three dimensional mind and attempt to bring it into the fifth dimension and beyond in understanding there needs to be a transition here. This is the transition we are taking you through.

Q: Can I ask you about this whole experience of how we move from life to life? First of all the way a personality is created or an individual – I won’t say identity is created is that something happens and we say something about life or ourself or other people like I’m you know I’m selfish or I’m not very good at math or all these things we say and it becomes a part of our identity. But when I remembered these past lives and I kind of started to look at that like map it out and I saw that it was a similar process or it looked to be from where I sat where like the last thought I had when I died would propel to another life where I could explore that and then it was again another one and when I died the last thought would propel to another life. Is that a pretty true way it works?

OWS: It is not so much of the last thought it is all the thoughts. Every single thought that you have had in your entire existence is a part of your soul record. Think on that.

Q: Well I think the last thought is more like a conglomeration of a whole bunch of stuff actually.

OWS: This is so much beyond the three-dimensional mind to understand. We did not expect that this would occur here this evening but we are doing it anyway, and no one has said not to, so we are moving ahead. And the questions that you’re asking are very deep very profound. This is an example of awakening. Those who have awakened would only be the ones asking these types of questions because you are ready. You are ready to move through this transition. You are ready to move through the ascension process and to fully ascend as the frequencies raise enough both as a collective and as individuals.

We need to release channel here and before we do though we need to say this to for the benefit of the one who does the transcriptions here. This is important. Do not transcribe all of this. It will be in the recording it will be in the audio as you understand it. You will be able to listen to it but it is going to be too much for anyone to … your archaic typing here. See? It is up to you we cannot say to do it or not to do it, but we are suggesting here that there is much here and it will be overwhelming. It is up to you though if you want to do parts of it or whatever. There is much information here. Much information.

Sananda, Saint Germain & OWS ~ It is Time to Move Beyond This Charade ~ April 6, 2017

I AM Sananda.

As always it is wonderful to be with this group, with all of you that join us. We have so much that we’re moving toward, all of us are moving toward. So much that is happening but I am not going to get into that area. That I will leave to our dear friend and brother St. Germain. But know that as we continue to move on through this process, this ascension process, this transition that you are all on and that all of us at one time or another have gone through as well in many different and varying ways. And yes even those of you who are going through this process now have also gone through this ascension process if not many times at least once before, so this is not new to your heart’s understanding it is only new to your mind. But it is your mind that is creating everything that is happening in your life. It is creating your very existence. But if it is attuned to your heart center then your mind operates from that center and from that high heart center. That is where you are all going. That is what is bringing you up into the higher vibrations, into the higher frequencies and yes, into the higher dimensions. It is your heart mind connection that is doing this.

Those that stay within the mind will remain in the three-dimensional experience but those that move into their heart and allow their heart to guide them; allow that small wee whisper from your Higher God Self to guide them, then you will be the ones that will be raising up, soaring into the highest heavens of your being as you continue to move through this process. And then once, when you come to the final moment and you move fully through the ascension and you are fully enmeshed within the fifth dimension and above then you will understand, then you will remember fully who you are and what you have come here to do.

You had a discussion earlier of twin souls. And I share with you now — not that it is important to know directly who your twin soul is at this point, (some of you yes, some of you are becoming aware of this,) but understand that it is aspects of yourself. It is aspects of your Higher Self. So there can be many Sanandas, many Yeshuas, many Lady Nadas, many St. Germains, etc. It is not that there is only one. But there is only one twin soul aspect and that is correct. There are many levels though of this aspect. It is not for your mind to understand this at this point. Your three dimensional mind cannot grasp this. Just as your three dimensional mind cannot grasp the idea of a Prime Creator, a Creator Source, but your heart center together with your mind can begin to understand this. And this is where you are all moving toward. This is what this is all about, these gatherings. “Where two or more are gathered in My Name there will I be amongst you.” That was said for a reason so that you would understand of the multi-aspects of yourself and how this relates to the reconnection or the re-understanding of that connection with your Higher God Self.

So do not be concerned or consumed with the idea of who you are or who you might’ve been, but understand that when the moment comes all will be revealed as it needs to be. And as always you are all in the right place at the right time in the perfect moment. And please just continue to understand that as all of this, all of this continues to unfold right before your eyes.

ST. GERMAIN

Yes, I AM St. Germain. As always it is wonderful when I can share some of these moments with you. And these moments are becoming very special, very special indeed. As you continue to move very quickly now toward that understanding, toward that level of oneness that is bringing you to your next highest evolution within yourself and within your selves as a collective.

You all have much to be grateful for, much to be thankful for, because there is only love ahead for you. All of the hate, all of the fear, all of the lower expressions of the lower chakra centers are all being cleared away, cleansed away. The Violet Flame — even if you do not use it every day as a visualization although that is helpful — even if you do not it is still doing what he needs to across the planet. You are all assisting in this process in any way that you can. And know that there is no greater or lesser part to all of this. You all have a part to play. So believe in yourselves as these things continue to unfold all around you. And it has been in the past and still to some degree this day, for those who have eyes to see and ears to hear these things are opening up more to you. But even to those others now, those ones that are still slumbering; have still not come to an awakening state; even to them there are changes happening within them. There are spiritual changes happening. Their DNA is being shifted just as yours is. Their third eye centers are beginning to open just as yours is or already has.

There are many understandings that are still yet to come, many indeed. But I ask that you continue to trust, continue to believe in the process, because that which we call the Republic — not the New Republic, although it will be new to many. It is really the old Republic. It is the old understanding that is coming forward that is replacing — it is replacing this charade that has been laid across all of you.

It is time to move beyond this charade. It is time to move beyond the falsehoods. It is time to recognize and accept the truth. And as has been said many times, ‘the truth shall set you free,’ and the truth is there for all to see and all to hear. Just open up. Open up your understandings, open up your heart centers and it will all be revealed to you.

The announcements you have been waiting for are close… very close indeed. We have all been working toward this. For hundreds of years now we have been working toward this moment, this time. For many of you it has been many, many lifetimes you have been working toward this. Now is the time to let go fully and begin to embrace who you truly are. And know that you are so much more than this shell, this body. It is time to understand the true level of your being. It is time to wake up — all of you and all of those around you — to begin the awakening process.

If you consider your selves already awakened then so be it. But I tell you now you have not even begun yet the awakening. It is going to come upon you when you least expect it. And as it comes upon you it will leave you breathless in many respects. I speak now of the Event, of the Galactic Pulse. When that green light has been given and the Earth receives this grace, this blessing from the high heavens and the Galactic Central Sun the time is short now even from your understanding of time; and my understanding of time when I was there with you.

And that time when the Declaration of Independence was signed I was there to be a part of that expression. I was there to bring this into a level of existence, a level of knowing. I was there just as I am here now. As all that has begun is now coming into fruition. Trust it. Believe it. Do not give up. Do not despair for you are very close now to the beginning of the end and a new beginning; what has been called the beginning of the New Dawn. And that New Dawn is about to break upon all of us.

I AM St. Germain. All of my love, my peace, and the Violet Flame be with each and every one of you. Let it cleanse you. Let it purify you. Let it move through you each and every day so that all that has been, needs be no longer.

ONE WHO SERVES

Om Mani Padme Hum. Om Mani Padme Hum. Om. Om. Greetings to you!

I am coming in very loud and clear because there is some here that is snoring. [Laughter] (must not have come back from the meditation) We need to wake up! That was St. Germain did he not say wake-up? Well here in the room wake-up people. It is time, it is certainly time not only to wake up, not only to become aware of who you are but to move on in expression, move on to these higher vibrations that are so close to coming upon you. You each one are beginning to experience this. We hear this earlier in your tales of your animals and birds and all of these things. And all of this is happening for reason and it is happening as part of this process as you are moving into these higher vibrations. But understand they are not moving down into the lower vibrations with you, you are moving up into the higher vibrations with them. As you move up into the higher vibrations the birds the cats the dogs the tigers, all of this will be a part of the expression with you, that love expression. That is where you are headed each and every one of you. And as Archangel Michael said two weeks ago as we are finding it as he said, ‘be ready for experiences that you are going to have in your dreams and your waking state and your visions.’ All of this is coming. All of this is going to be part of your expression as this veil continues to drop. Moment by moment inch by inch this veil is dropping and pretty soon people it is going to be gone. And do you know what it is going to be like for you when it is gone? Do you have any idea what that is going to be like? No you do not have an idea yet because it is beyond your wildest imagination of what that will be like. It will be as if a cloud, a cloud that has been over you for your entire existence is suddenly lifted and the light comes shining through that wasn’t coming through before. Can you visualize this? Can you understand what we are saying here? It is going to be grand and brilliant beyond your imaginations, but before that can happen you must continue to go about your daily life as you do but each and every day as you move through the moments of your day, find that joy in every moment. Find that expression of love in every moment. Move yourselves into the higher vibration in every moment that you can. Every moment that you can, especially when you are outside in nature see the beauty of nature. It is all around you. This is what these words, these hummingbirds, these various animals are trying to bring to you to tell you that it is a new day, it is a new dawn. Begin to understand that and let it express through you. Okay?

We get off our soapbox now [laughter] and are ready for questions. And no I am not the one who is the, what you would call, the standup comedian but I can also at times bring a little fun and enjoyment and cheer and get you laughing and all of this. But that is because I have been taking lessons from the other one. And as you heard earlier at one time or another he has been taking lessons from none other than Robin Williams. Believe it or not. Yes! Believe it or not he is here with us in many respects and he has been giving us quite a run for our money I must tell you. So I guess I might be considered One Who Serves number four. Okay? Just in case you were wondering.
