It’s oh, so easy, to preach about LOVE to other folks. It’s easy to sit in the bandbox and urge others to feel and express LOVE for yourself and for others. It’s easy to discuss LOVE as the beginning and end of a person’s “level” of spirituality. But what am I really trying to say?
So much is wrong in our world today as governments, banks, police, corporations and private businesses all wield the wand of power over the common man. Do this, be that, and oh, by the way…if you don’t conform to our wishes, you’ll be in big trouble! Economic pressures from every source just add to, and enhance, the problem of “wrongs” in our world today.
How has man gotten himself into such a problem? Is this situation the “wages of sin” for centuries of wrong action? Has mankind been mislead by a succession of leaders who want their own way whatever the cost? Has money become the most important thing in the world?
There are LOTS of wrongs out there and as many reason for wrong as there are wrong situations, but every single one of the “wrongs” are repairable by the most powerful weapon…LOVE!
In the face of wrong, it is SO important to, not only remember your most powerful weapon…but to USE love to counteract and contradict all those “wrong” things in our world. Remember that “like attracts like” and that “birds of a feather flock together”. These phrases tell us the truth about how to turn the world’s current picture around, i.e. don’t follow the crowd and say woe is me. Instead, find things to be happy about!
Listen to music that makes you ecstatic! DO something you really enjoy! Or simply sit and really focus and imagine what you really want (not the “why”, or reasons why you don’t have it). Remember all the times that have brought you JOY and decide which brought you the most JOY! Dwell in happiness and really “develop” your appreciation, develop your gratitude. BE is a state of rejoicing!
Your mind is your very own tool. Nobody else has your mind, nor controls your mind. You are you and you are perfect! NO one does a better job of being you…than you! You and I live our lives to perfection….including the “mistakes” we seem to think we make.
This is a message of LOVE from me to you. We all want better things in our lives and we can get them by using real LOVE in our being. A sincere heart that radiates LOVE leads to BEING in the right place at the right time. Giving LOVE yields receiving LOVE.
