This matter is indeed an intricate one β¦ and not one to be entered into Lightly. There is room for much confusion due to the enormity of the scale upon which it exists.
Firstly, we would care to address a certain document that you have been sent to read. How did it make you FEEL?
Most uncomfortable. I know you have said if something doesnβt sit well, leave it alone. Yet, I am unsure of distinguishing between that which maybe TRUTH β¦ yet, isnβt really nice to face β¦ and therefore, with this particular document β¦ much of it resonated and much didnβt.
Because it is Truthβs mixed with untruths. It matters not what the document is about or who it says it is from. If it TRULY makes you feel uncomfortable β¦ STOP READING IT!
Yes, but as I say β¦ what if it IS TRUE and I simply donβt like to know it?
Let us be quite clear about this. Your origin β¦ is LOVE. This you KNOW. This we βharp on aboutβ over and over again. Therefore, that which does not resonate with you β¦ that which makes you FEEL uncomfortable β¦ cannot be of the Vibration upon which you have now reached. Therefore, it is not YOUR TRUTH. Only that which resonates with you β¦ that which makes you FEEL GOOD β¦ is TRUE FOR YOU.
Yet, the confusion is β¦ do I just not want to handle the Truth?
You ARE handling the TRUTH. YOUR TRUTH.
By staying in LIGHT and all that makes you Happy β¦ you are living in YOUR TRUTH. No one elseβs β¦ yours. If you are FEELING uncomfortable about ANYTHING β¦ then it is because it is not in alignment with who you TRULY are.
You read β¦ that this Earth of yours and the humans that inhabit it β¦ are enslaved β¦ even in the afterlife. It is all a trap β¦ because you have a computer programme inside of you β¦ Correct?
Yes, I donβt usually read or indeed βfallβ for this kind of thing. Yet, I moved through the not FEELING good, because I FEEL so often we are in some kind of programme and this particular writing sucked me in. It turned my world upside down for 24 hours β¦ Yet, I came out KNOWING MY TRUTH β¦ and felt that a lot of it was very much β¦ fear mongering. I guess itβs good to do, for the self, now and then.
Why? What did you gain from it β¦ but unrest β¦ deep unrest.
Maybe it helped me grow a lot more.

Well, in a way. I came through it β¦ working it out for myself. That showed me βmoreβ about myself. Yet, it led me into wanting to know more about βThe Gameβ you say we are in. This illusion. Some of it made sense from that point of view.
Dearest friend. So, you want to delve more deeply into this? We can certainly understand why. Yet, we would contradict you by saying β¦ that much that you would like to know about it β¦ you are unable to β¦ whilst you are in it.
The FEELINGS you have of You β¦ Yourself β¦ Love β¦ Happiness β¦ Joy β¦ Compassion β¦ Gratitude β¦ etc. All FEELINGS that allow you to FEEL YOU β¦ also allow you to βbeat the systemβ β¦ if you like.
THIS IS WHY WE KEEP ON AND ON AND ON ABOUT THE SAME SUBJECT.
FOR IT IS A WAY TO SET YOU FREE.
And the freer you become β¦ the more you understand βThe Gameβ β¦ and the more you learn how to play it! And the better at it you get β¦ the more you βsee throughβ this illusion and merge into the TRUTH of yourself.
So, I am aware of all the external programming/control β¦ via media β¦ finance β¦ governments β¦ all the lies etc. Yet, are we actually in a programme βinternallyβ as well? Are there programingβs inside of βour workingsβ that bring us down? Keep us from Being the TRUTH of our Light? Suppress our FEELINGS Etc.?
Our answer to you is NO. Not in the way you are imagining it β¦ as in βimplantationsβ β¦ as this document suggests.
There is certainly demand from those who do not resonate with Light at this time β¦ to control and suppress and bring down β¦ without question. Yet, this is done from an external tactic that can then affect the internal workings. Both of the mind and the physicality.
Do you mean things such as chemtrails, vaccines, food etc.?
Yes, we mean exactly this and much more. There are subliminal realities at work β¦ that One is not aware of being affected by. Very much through your media and indeed, the popular music that so many of the younger generation listen to and βare fedβ.
It is important for those who are aware that they are losing control to βtake holdβ of the younger ones. Many are unconsciously being sucked in by this and we say β¦ it does not serve The Whole.
We also say β¦ that we offer you the key. We have been handing it to you on a plate β¦ We have dangled it in front of your nose. We state again β¦
THE ONLY WAY TO SET YOURSELVES FREE β¦ THE ONLY WAY TO COME HOME β¦ IS THROUGH LOVE.
I understand. I do! Yet, one has to be really strong in order not to succumb to the βnegativityβ that often wants to rule. It sometimes FEELS like a never ending βbattleβ.
We understand why you use that word. Yet, we would correct you in that β¦ it is not NEVER ENDING.
Sure feels like it sometimes. Donβt get me wrong β¦ I LOVE BEING ON FORM. It all makes sense when I am on form. I GET IT β¦ when I am on form. Itβs just that I am not always on form! And you are asking us to be β¦ in order to break free.Β In order to grab the key, put it in the lock, turn it, open the door and BAM!
We are suggesting to you β¦ that the more you are aware of the difference it makes to you and therefore, ALL β¦ the more you have the determination to break through the programming. As we say β¦ βto beat the systemβ. There is no other way.

It’s true! My study of spirituality combined with my heart-felt knowledge, reinforced by my giddy high vibrations lead me to know that the claim made by Sophia in this article is nothing but…true! My self confidence soars when I stop, take the time, and consider just how “perfect” I AM. No one else in the world could ever do as good of a job of being me, than…ME! The total, rolled up ball of me, with my with the inner reflection of my soul iced by the personality I display, is unique to ME…a role no one else could ever possibly get just right.
Are there things I can do better? Do I consciously fail at some “jobs”? Am I perfect? Well, that’s a yes, and no answer. My characteristics are unique…even what some might consider the “bad” parts…so I really do “play” the role to perfection! Should I keep striving for “excellence” ion my life? Well…yes, since it brings personal satisfaction to me to succeed.
But what about the really evil person…what about them? Are they also”perfect”? Well…yes they are. Now I know that’s going to raise a lot of eyebrows to go up, but here’s the thought. Remember how well Jack Nicholson played the Joker in the Batman movie? Good is not recognised until something bad happens, then… then the difference is recognised for what it is.

There is melancholy to this day; not sadness, but quiet contemplation.Β The prisoners are waking up, wondering why there are bars.Β We donβt seem angry, just finished.Β Its early morning, not yet 9:00 AM.Β Iβve been 3 places so far today, and in each there was a hush, almost self-absorption.Β This song was playing in the coffee shop as I enteredβ¦followed by this oneβ¦ Perfect.
Itβs cold.Β We are wearing our coats and sweaters indoors and yet this paper, on which these words are being written, still chills my hand.Β The temperature fits our emotional state.Β The hot cup of coffee I hold does little to raise the number of degrees in my body.Β There seems no shelter from this.Β We will feel this mood regardless.Β Now this song plays..
Your prison status dawns on you regardless of age or location in life. You will not escape Unity.Β How this works is that we believe what we see and we see what we believe.Β As we collectively awaken we open our eyes to a new reality.Β The shifts in energy and focus are all happening because we are shifting.Β We are not BEING SHIFTED.Β We are doing the shifting with every ounce of our being.

Once you know who you are, all doubt ceases. Hello there, and welcome to the year of 2015. I was wondering if it would be appropriate for you to give us a message, as to what YOU see this coming year holding for us?
In greatest of Loving Energy Dearest Souls, we join in communion with you all once again. In the passing of the old year into the new, there has been an exchange of Energy between that which no longer served β¦ and bringing through that of a New Energy. A Higher Energy that you shall discover β¦ to your delight β¦ assists you greatly in the lifting of your spirit -self into a place that brings much joy.
Along with the festivities of your Christmas time β¦ which can create a tiredness, due to possible indulgence of many things β¦ this exchange of Energy has also brought a tiredness as it makes its βswapβ. In the letting go of the old β¦ it is allowing the body to release toxins and certain biological deformities that must be rid from your immediate inner functionings.
When you say βswapβ β¦ what exactly do you mean?
We mean that you are βswappingβ this Energy for that which serves you β¦ to a much Higher benefit.
Yet, who/what/where/when are we swapping this Energy with?
You are sending it back into a βplaceβ where it can once again be renewed into a finer source. Therefore, it is not discarded β¦ simply recycled, if you like β¦ and re-energised, so that it is once again of use.
How is this done?
It is a blending/merging with Energies that are Higher than itself. A gradual remixing.Β Rather attune to adding a mixture to a cake β¦ a little at a time β¦ in order to get the exact consistency, so that it may rise.
So, with these Higher Energies β¦ what can we expect?
You can expect a FEELING of elation that has not yet been experienced.Β You are moving into the next phase in this year ahead. Much preparation has been worked upon and much commitment of mind, body and soul has led you to the entrance of a Higher doorway β¦ of which you are able to enter at any given point β¦ that you feel ready to do so.

This doorway will take you through to a Higher understanding of yourself. It is of a Brighter degree of Light/Love β¦ accessible only THROUGH this door way.
When we enter through β¦ is this via meditation?
Certainly. Yet, in doing so β¦ you will find that the YOU, you become β¦ remains with you β¦ to a certain degree β¦ when applying that which you experience βwithinβ it β¦ to that which you are doing βwithoutβ it. If we are making sense?
Yes, to me you are. Meaning, we will βbring backβ on a soul level, some of that which we experience when BEING the other side of the doorway. Do we need a special meditation for this?
No. You need only to TRUST WHO YOU ARE. The intention is the key. Your intention in ALL things is the key to discovering the βrighteousnessβ of your experience upon Earth.
The experience of this meditation when repeated more and more β¦ shall flow into deeper places as one re-enters time after time.
What sort of thing can we expect?
To meet up with many likeminded souls, both of Earth and non-Earth β¦ and for many to meet up with the next phase of themselves.
