Sen. Tim Scott will recommend Trey Gowdy be considered for SC Justice. Q asked us a couple days ago if Gowdy should be added to the list but confirmed yesterday he won’t be nominee named 9 Jul to replace Kennedy. Keep in mind, RBG will be retiring next.
