By now, there isn’t one person on Earth that has not felt some kind of weird and unexplained physical symptom that makes them feel uncomfortable. Many do not understand why this is occurring, and some go to their doctor to find that there is nothing wrong with them.

In turn, doctors are realizing that there seems to be a phenomena of unexplained “psychosomatic” occurrences. There is scientific evidence that something is happening on the planet that is shaking the apple cart up at this time, and this evidence is from a Russian website that tracks the Schumann Resonance.

What is the Schumann Resonance?

The Schumann Resonance is a global electromagnetic resonance named by physicist Winfried Otto Schumann who predicted it mathematically in 1952.

The official description from Wikipedia is…

“The Schumann resonances (SR) are a set of spectrum peaks in the extremely low frequency (ELF) portion of the Earth’s electromagnetic field spectrum. Schumann resonances are global electromagnetic resonances, generated and excited by lightning discharges in the cavity formed by the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere.”

As you can see, the Wikipedia explanation says that we have had a whole lot of lightning lately if you read the charts that I am about to show you. 

Regardless of whether what is happening on the planet is indeed causing more “lightning” or whether it is causing the equipment to pick up on something else, the scientific evidence proves that something is disturbing or spiking the electromagnetic frequency on the planet.

For thousands of year the Schumann resonance has been measured at 7.83 hertz or within shallow spikes of this depending on how many storms are on the planet at the time. A Russian website that can be found HERE is one of the only public sites that releases the daily data on the current Schumann fluctuations. The reasons for this are unclear but seem to point at the control of keeping the data from the public eye.

How does the Schumann Resonance Affect humans?

As a spiritual being merged with a human body, we also merged with the consciousness and energetic makeup of Earth when we were born into a human body. To stay in sync with the planetary composition and frequencies, the human body has an auto correct system that can re-calibrate to the environment when needed. 

When the auric field of a human is not in sync, however, it is difficult for the emotional, mental, spiritual, and etheric bodies to sync with the physical body and the frequency of Earth.

At the same time, a burst in frequency of Earth’s magnetic frequencies can jostle any energetic blockages in the auric field that can cause the physical body to stay at a low or stagnant ELF  (extremely low frequency). 

Bursts of  higher frequencies are a good thing for clearing of the auric field of the human, as long as it is done in moderation. For instance, if a person were to be electrocuted from a household electrical outlet, they may have a better chance at recovering than being struck by lightning.

The spiritual and metaphysical explanation of raising the frequency of the physical body is the higher the frequency, the less dense reality the human will be experiencing. The goal is to transform the dense, controlling reality we are experiencing in a way that unifies humanity in a love based higher consciousness while still existing in the physical body. 

This can only be achieved by releasing the energetic blocks of the past and of childhood that keep one stuck in creating a recurring illusion of denseness and dis-ease in the physical reality. This will allow the physical body to vibrate harmoniously with the planetary frequency and to have a healthy energy flow within the body which prevents aging and disease.

If a human is stuck in old patterning and beliefs, or perhaps is lulled by complacency into a low frequency, then a burst of frequency can do one of two things. If the person has raised their consciousness enough to realize something is happening and is able to have an open mind and an open heart, then the person will begin to absorb these frequencies as much and as fast as their mind and spirit allows them to. 

Absorbing these frequencies causes the water in the body to begin to vibrate at the frequency of the spike. This could cause many uncomfortable symptoms but in the end it is also a testament that something is really happening to our planet and to our consciousness.

A few of the most common symptoms of these spikes in electromagnetic frequency are:

Hot flashes — as the body vibrates faster it generates heat

Blurred vision

Vertigo (dizziness)

Irregular or skipped heartbeat

Unexplained pains that may linger to be acknowledged or may mysteriously come and go

Ringing in one or both ears. High pitched frequencies, harmonic tones, and/or sometimes temporary deafening

Mood swings as emotional blocks come up to be resolved

Extreme fatigue or extreme energy bursts depending on the kind of frequency experienced at the time and how the individual is dealing with it

Increased intuition, a sense of knowing or remembering things that guide you through difficulties, and increased sixth sense abilities (beyond touch, taste, feel, hearing, and sight)

Nausea

Flu-like symptoms

Problems with bowels

Extreme hunger or lack of hunger- different then usual

Anxiety and increased fight or flight mode in the body

As you can see, if some of these negatively affected symptoms persist without the person doing things to help the body acclimate, it certainly could feel like the body would begin to exhibit more evidence of shutting down and may make you feel as if you are dying.

In fact, it is purging in order to be able to acclimate, very similar to how it deals with flu or viruses.

If a person is completely unconscious and is not a caring, compassionate human, (or is not a souled human at all) then these frequencies will irritate and disturb and will most likely not be integrated. Thus these type of people will stay at a low frequency and will not benefit from the incoming waves of energy. 

It could even begin to cause their physical body to shut down because it will not be able to stay manifest in harmony with the planet’s frequency. Unfortunately some people are not handling this well physically and we are seeing people “leaving” at this time (dying). 

There is certainly no judgment in this, as some people did not choose to go through this shift in frequency or simply did not have enough energy left to handle it, and no one ever really “dies” anyway. They simply move to another frequency outside of the constraints of the physical body and go where they need to in order to continue on their journey.

How to acclimate the body to accept the higher frequencies

There are many ways to help yourself adjust to the energies, but here are a few of the most common:

Meditation — not the kind of meditation to connect with astral beings or to have out of body experiences. Peace, pause, and breath meditation and focusing on energy flow works best, and open eye meditation is also good.

Grounding, or Earthing — Bare feet on the ground, spending time in nature, sea salt baths, swimming, eating grounding foods.

Asking your higher being (higher self/Source/Guidance team) to assist you in acclimation, especially if you are suffering.

Drink plenty of pure water! No fluoride.

Rest — the body has an uncanny ability to do much of it’s re-setting while it is asleep or lying still.

Loving yourself and caring for the body.

Gentle exercise — moving the energy to release blockages and encourage proper energy flow.

Whole foods — as opposed to processed or GMO foods.

Massage

Spiritual Counsel or Life Coaching with an expert who has an understanding of the cause and holistic treatments

Listen to your body and do what feels right to make it comfortable

How to read the Schumann Resonance

Those who are sensitive to energy have been able to correlate when they are feeling something really different, and look up the chart to see if a “wave” is occurring.

Here is a screen shot of what the Schumann Resonance looked like from the Russian website on November 9, 2018:

On the left axis you will see the hertz and on the lower axis you will see the time of day in UTC +7. The top axis shows the date. The green shows what I assume are normal pulses of electromagnetic frequency. 

A “white out” has been shown to correlate with thousand of people being able to feel the fluctuation in their physical body. the wider the band of the white out, the longer the wave is consistently hitting. 

The one showed here was a big one, starting around 18:00 on November 8, 2018 and lasting for several hours. It looks as if the spikes were at around 24 hertz. As a side note, at this time I felt extremely sleepy and my eyes started blurring to where I could not read very well on the computer.

Check this chart out from 9/7 through 9/9 of 2018, where we see 9/9 was a doozy!

I realize these chart screenshots are a bit hard to see. They are for educational purposes only. Please go to the Russian website for a real time chart and better clarity.

I do not know the exact amount of time that the Schumann charts have shown these wild fluctuations. 

If I were to guess, I’d say over the last 40 years, it slowly started to burst more and more, and in the last 6 years has accelerated as if we were traveling down a spiral in frequency and intensity to the end of the spiral, where we were experiencing a node on the spiral in less time and faster as we traveled. 

I just chose a few random charts that I had saved recently so you could have fresh memory of what you may have been experiencing at that time for comparison.

What does it mean?

Frequency means how many wave cycles happen in a second. 1 Hz. means 1 cycle per second, 40 Hz. means 40 cycles per second, Amplitude is the size of the vibration, how big the wave is, and the chart shows the frequency variation in Hz and the amplitude using the white color. 

We can deduce logically that  large white color bursts in electromagnetic frequencies and for long periods of time are going to affect our physical bodies!

These blasts of energy frequency help humanity to awaken from the spell that a low frequency can keep a person stuck in. We can all think back to a time in our lives where we found ourselves hypnotized through entertainment or even through slaving at a job we hated for the need for money out of survival. 

Many people, including of course those reading this article, have realized that there is something really wrong with what is occurring on the planet at this time. It is these people who are being affected through waves of energy or vibration, light, and sound that will help them break free of the chaos and unhappiness they may find themselves in.

On a “matrix” level, there is 1% of the people on this planet who would like to control the 99% of people on the planet. They do not have the consciousness or ability to move through these up-shifts in frequency like someone who is awake, aware, and has made a conscious choice to not be under the control system. 

Eventually, those who raise their physical body frequency to their higher consciousness will be able to outwit, outsmart, and outplay those who wish to control them on many levels. New understandings, abilities, and higher dimensional connections will occur to the individuals who are able to adjust. 

As the frequency continues to blast, rest, then blast, we are slowly (but lately at an accelerated rate) connecting the physical to higher dimensions, densities, and consciousnesses that are beyond those who have controlled humans for a very long time on the planet. The upshifts in frequency also help people to awaken.

This article is a simplified explanation of the Schumann Resonance fluctuation showing a correlation with the way the human body has been experiencing this while examining the scientific proof in increase of frequency through charts found on a Russian website. 

It is intended to help alleviate the fear of the shift and changes that are occurring by providing logical conclusions. It is not intended to keep anyone from seeking medical attention nor is it a complete explanation of the bigger picture of why it is occurring and where the waves of energy are coming from. 

Please use your own discernment and do your own research to understand more about this phenomenon, and please share far and wide so that those who are having difficulties can use the techniques described in this article to alleviate their adjustment symptoms.

Finally, in the practice of questioning everything in our reality, here is a note for the doubters. If for some reason even the Russian website that is providing the data for us to be able to track is fraudulent, and if there is something different causing these symptoms that we are going through, at least we are aware that something is happening globally and millions of people are experiencing this. 

It at least helps us to realize that we need to take care of ourselves in a more holistic way  and that we can share information with each other that helps us feel like we are not alone or that our symptoms are not psychosomatic. 

Many people started consciously working with these energetic frequency years ago and have reported on what has worked best for them to be able to feel better. These people, including myself, no longer suffer when huge waves hit, as we have tried many things and compared notes with each other.

In5d’s Candace Craw Goldman recently interviewed Allison Coe on her show, Quantum Healing With Candace.

Allison is a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) practitioner who has been reporting on patterns from her clients about the shift to the New Earth.

I am including the video below, and I thought it would be helpful to summarize the first part of the interview about what Allison’s clients’ higher selves had to say.

I fell like the main message I would like to share with you today is that the New Earth can be “magnetized” to us faster by reading, talking, and thinking about it.

Allison says there is a pattern of her QHHT clients talking about a “supernatural event” that is coming to the Earth from the sky.

It will change all of the systems on the Earth.

It will raise the vibration of every living thing on the planet and will prepare us for Earth’s final shift or ascension to a new higher vibration.

People may be leaving in groups or waves, as they shift vibration and thus their reality shifts from the old Earth to the New Earth.

Allison stated that she has known even before becoming a QHHT practicioner that this event was going to take place in her lifetime and this information was not only exciting confirmation for her, but that these clients that speak about this could possibly be magnetized to her because of her prior knowledge about the topic.

The clients say that there is a big “wave” coming to Earth.

Allison has taken the opportunity to ask the clients when this wave will occur, and the majority of them seem to say in the first quarter of 2018.

Allison makes it clear in the interview that she is only the messenger and feels like this wave is coming soon, but reminds us that it could happen anytime and not to get too caught up in the actual date.

Allison has also asked clients what the wave will be like.

One of her clients said that she saw it all happen and slowed it down into slow motion so that she could describe it.

The client says that people will feel it coming before they see it.

There will be an energy crackling feeling inside the body which might prompt you to go outside.

The wave itself will look like multicolored smoke saturating the earth.

It looks like a wall miles high up into the air and may freak people out to see this anomaly.

After the wave comes to the planet, some people will be “out of it” for a while as they adjust to the frequency.

It will be different for different people, but it may take a while day for some people to acclimate.

Ultimately, the wave will raise each persons vibration and those who have already been doing the work will not be affected like others who have not been preparing.

Imagine the time that you have spent on your gradual awakening happening in an instant and on a grand scale.

When you had some of your bad days, you didn’t feel like going to work and maybe you couldn’t even think straight.

This will happen all over the world according to the client.

This is what all of the “preparation” is about in the collective consciousness.

If no one goes to work to deliver water, bread, eggs, vegetables, etc. and people are shocked for a short period of time, there may be a ‘run” on supplies and it may take a few days for the people to feel like going back to work to get the deliveries back to normal at the grocery stores.

Many people will want to know what is happening and will need to talk to people who already know about this or have read about it on In5d’s New Earth News and other alternative websites.

Allison asked some of the higher selves what we should be doing right now.

The majority say to just “be” and to wait patiently.

Systems that aren’t based on truth and love are already breaking down and people who are running these systems do not want to go to work.

Many people are resigning from their jobs in high level cabal positions.

As we continue to speak our truth and share information about the shift to the New Earth, we hold a tone or vibration within us that magnetically attracts the wave of energy to us.

I have often wondered if we are actually creating the wave itself.

The tendrils of the wave have already been affecting us and we have already experienced many “mini” waves to get us to the point that we are at now.

The big one is coming and it will be the next big sign that we are getting close to the reality shift form old Earth to the New.

Very, very good article here written by Michelle Walling, who frequents the pages of in5d.com. This article intelligently explores the mysteries of what the earth, including humanity, is about to face…a great Galactic Wave that will change life, every cell of life, in ways unknown to us. You have heard the phrases “We are the ones we have been waiting for”, and “No one is coming to save us”. When I first heard these phrases, something did not feel right with the way they were presented. The answer to the question, “Is anyone coming to save us” is a resounding yes, and no at the same time.

There have been a few brainwashed people who have tried to say that Earth is not a prison planet. If you believe them, you would buy into the story that the current state of Earth is that it is a wondrous school where lessons are learned and we should be grateful for our experience here because we signed up for this. Yes, Earth was this in the past but this template was hijacked. You can see both the truth and the untruth in the statement that Earth is just a school, depending upon what timeline you are experiencing.

Unraveling the truth is not only tricky but shocking as well. It takes a certain level of objectivity and “innerstanding” to be able to handle the truth without going insane or getting depressed. The majority of the planet has no idea that there is a force field around our planet that stretches into the solar system and beyond that not only traps us but those who are working to enslave us. How could you explain this to someone who isn’t open minded enough to believe in life on other planets, much less that this planet was taken over by a small group of archons or artificial intelligent thoughtforms?

When assessing the question “Are we are going to be saved?”, the first thing to do is to feel into the question. How does I make you feel? Does it hit you in the pit of your stomach when you think that we are stranded here with no help, only to fend for ourselves against an enemy that we cannot see?

While some people feel a bad wrenching in the solar plexus at this thought, others feel a sense of empowerment, a knowing that they are here to help free humanity. They know that by waking up to who they are while the majority of humanity is sleeping, they must be here for a very important reason. So, while it is true that we are the ones we have been waiting for and that we volunteered to come to Earth for the experience, there are also others pulling strings to make sure that we are going to be able to do what we came here to do.

The truth is that the time we are living in has been planned out since before the planet was taken over. Source or the creator of this Universe is all knowing, so how would it not know what was going to happen or how it would correct such an imbalance? There is a plan in place beyond our fullest comprehension in our current consciousness that involves helpers from outside of the matrix to assist us in exiting from the prison that we have been trapped in for many cycles upon cycles.

All of creation is cyclical and while it has a beginning and an end, this on only realized in time and space. Since we find ourselves in time and space, we are experiencing the “end times”, where the cycles upon cycles of experience are now coming to a close so that a new experience can be created.

Not only has the end been planned out for a long time, but humanity’s freedom has already happened to our future selves outside of time. Every possibility that has been a thought has a timeline where the thought unraveled and created a probable future. The creators in us collectively experience “reality” based upon choices made from the conscious and subconscious levels of thought. That is truly how powerful we are. The possibilities that do not occur fade further and further away from us and the possibilities that we intend to move toward are magnetized closer and closer. Ultimately the end result is still the same, however how we get there depends upon the creators who are experiencing it.

The helpers can make timeline changes and can bring messages through to the ground crew here on Earth who have a strong connection to them. Although many times the dark was two steps ahead in intercepting these messages and posing as these helpers in order to twist the messages, many have stayed true and clear and have managed to share the original message.

The helpers cannot break the Universal Law Of Free Will choice with us on the planet. However, our free will has been taken from us in a tricky way because we have been coerced so many times through the reincarnation trap to make free will decisions to suffer in various lifetimes so that our emotional energy could be harvested from us. Our memories have been wiped time and time again and false lifetimes have been inserted into our life reviews that made us think our souls needed to balance karma by reincarnating and accepting contracts of suffering and disease. Yes, we chose to come here, but no, we did not choose to be enslaved just to learn lessons in hell.

So the answer to the original question is that yes, we have several soul family members and other groups of helpers that are here watching over us and fighting for our freedom outside of the prison walls. Some have technology that will allow them to come and go through the prison walls when needed or when a prime directive of intervention occurs because a Universal Law has been broken (again) by the oppressors. Some were brave enough to directly incarnate into human bodies, taking the risk of not being able to awaken form the hypnotic slumber.

The caveat is that a critical mass of humans had to wake up and ask for help, and shine their lights so bright that the amount of Source energy could be measured on the planet. Without this critical mass, another timeline of decimation and transmutation could have occurred. Earth and the experience of incarnating into a human body on her may not have been an option on this timeline, and all of the work put into creating the living library would be reversed into another form of energy.

The task for a soul to send forth an aspect of itself into a human body and to “wake up” probably could not have been done without help. Humanity may not have even made it this far in this war against unseen predators without help from all beings that have dedicated themselves as helpers.

The overall plan to free humanity goes way beyond this planet and our solar system. In fact, the oppressors that are here enslaving humanity are only following orders and have not realized until now that they are actually slaves themselves. They have been so busy fighting for their own survival that they fell for the same entrapment tricks firm their hierarchical lords that they were using on humans.

The oppressors are trapped and their vibrational frequency will not be able to be maintained as Earth raises her frequency. What happens to Earth does not stay in this solar system, it affect the whole Universe. This sounds really important, doesn’t it? Common sense says that anything as important as raising the frequency of the whole Universe and ridding it of the cancer that has plagued it for eons by transmuting it back to a neutral state surely isn’t solely in the hands of humans stuck in a meat suit that was deliberately cut off from creator mentally, physically, and spiritually.

We are in the last days of the war on consciousness. A wave of Source energy is being blasted from the center of the cosmos that will affect every single cell on the planet. Source is healing itself and we will finally be able to live without cutthroat survival instincts. Source is love and anything without love will be transmuted. Parasites will be dissolved and only those who choose to connect with Source for their energy will be able to exist in the healed Universe.

Do not buy into fear propaganda that we have this huge responsibility to do this alone. Yes, we have to choose to be a part of the transformation, and yes, we are powerful fractals of Source, and yes there will come a time that we will be able to fully stand in our power as such to heal everything that is out of balance. While we make the shift to that point, we have an infinite number of beings helping us and waiting to be called upon for assistance in being able to make an informed choice towards freedom.
