Have you ever noticed how water usually takes the easier path?
The only time water pushes, crashes or breaks through something, is when its flow is being blocked.
All the other times it takes the easy and smoothest path possible.
The water will flow, between trees and rocks. From mountains to flat lands. It will twist, turn and splash. But it won’t stop flowing.
This light form may change. Sometimes into ice, rain, or snow. But it keeps moving until it reaches the streams and the rivers. The lakes and the seas. And finally the oceans.
The journey is not over. For even then, it moves, in waves. It feels itself alive, its existence, it expresses through the waves, eternally.
This is you, spirit of the cosmos.
The only difference being is that you do not choose the easy, smooth path, and flow with joy on your journey.
You choose to experience hardships. We speak of things outside of your contract. Outside of the predestined experiences.
The human for some reason likes a dramatic reality. From anger to desperation to sorrow.
Without a doubt all learn from these things. But they are not needed.
One can move forward and evolve spiritually without the illusions of the 3D reality.
Seek to change into your divine self.
Choose to share instead of hord.
Choose forgiveness instead of revenge.
Choose joy instead of sorrow.
Choose the reality of light instead of the illusory darkness.
Choose the path with the calmest flow.
The light is your essence. Sooner or later, depending on your choosing of the long way or the quick way home, eventually the light will absorb you. And carry you to realities you can now only imagine.

The light quotient on Earth is increasing by the minute. The dark is crumbling and dissolving. There is no space for the unnatural in the 5th Dimensional Earth.
Unnatural things cannot exist in 5th Dimensional Earth. From the food to medication. From the paved roads to the gas powered machines. And everything else that is consisted of unnatural components, will gradually dissolve. Much will also be transmuted by advanced technologies into something that Earth can use.
The new reality is being anchored on this world similar to an ice tray being filled with water. The light flowing from Source to Earth will not stop until every dark or empty area has been filled with light.
This includes the humans as well. All blockages or dark pockets in your physical bodies are being transmuted to light.
This is why many are getting sick. Some with severe diseases. While others are snapping emotionally in various ways.
All that is not of high vibration is being transformed or released. And this includes Mother Earth’s imbalances as well. She too is making the necessary changes to her physical vessel.
The dances with Terra have begun. The twisting, shaking and turning of her physical vessel is well underway.
These changes to Mother Earths body, in extreme cases, are manifested as quakes, volcanoes, severe weather conditions, and so on.
The process of cleansing and transformation will not stop until all on Earth becomes light of the purest form.
This process will continue for another twenty years.
However, the major changes that are paramount to Earth’s stability in the 5th dimension, are to happen within the next four years. And this has already begun.
What does this mean?
The process of ascension may not be so easy or as smooth as some have predicted.
The trembling, and other means of release of Mother Earth is not only inevitable, but necessary for her cleansing of the lower vibrational energies.
There is nothing to fear here. For only those with prior agreement may be caught up in the storms, we will say.
If you find yourself fearing any of this, you are only projecting. This may also be do to past life traumas, or similar past experiences.
These are times of joy. We will each find ourselves where we are needed and destined to be.

Today I wish to share a simple guided meditation or I should say a few steps of the meditation process that I will be doing on the 6/20/2020 Summer Solstice and 6/21/2020. If you find that these steps or techniques resonate with you, please follow. If not, you may create your own way, as long as you meditate on 6/20/2020 and 6/21/2020 at 11AM EST and 4:44PM EST on those two days, or at times of your choosing.
1. If possible, go out in nature, to a park, take a 15 minute walk and just enjoy the experience.
2. Find a quiet spot, where you won’t be bothered by anyone, perhaps in the woods. Sit down whatever position you are most comfortable; relax for about 5 minutes.
3. Close your eyes; take a few breaths, say; In this moment of the now I call upon Creator, the Elohim of the Great Central Sun, the Archangels, the Ascended Masters and all benevolent Souls who wish to join me in this meditation and amplify these energies; begin taking deep breaths; inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth, slowly…
4. Continue with the breathing; After each exhale, say each line of the Soul Invocation;
I Am The Soul
I Am Divine Light
I Am Divine Love
I Am Divine Will
I Am Divine Design
5. Relax; As you breath gently, say; From the deepest essence of my being I send light and love to all of Mother Earth; May this lightlove bring freedom, healing, peace, and joy to all of the Kingdom’s of Mother Earth. Begin now to visualize this lightlove from your heart flowing into the world; See this lightlove reach the Water Kingdom(seas, rivers, oceans), see the waters calm, shining and sparkling with purity. The Plant Kingdom, all thriving, blossoming, growing and expanding all over. The Animal Kingdom; see the animals free and happily moving around. And finally, see this light reach all of humanity; see all humans dancing hand in hand across Mother Earth’s body, smiling, laughing, full of joy; Hold these images for a few minutes; Now see a sphere of the brightest light covering all of Mother Earth; Hold this image for a few minutes, say; All is Light, All is Love, All is Well; So it is.
Relax; Gently open your eyes. If you wish, you may sit there for a little while and just BE, one with all.

The changes unfolding in your world are exactly that, change in your WORLD. This is not just about America or China, Russia or Germany. For whatever happens in one nation, will affect the entire planet.

The Q phenomenon. The one that’s been heard about world wide. The one which the followers are not very clear as to who Q may be.
Nonetheless, all are intrigued by this entity, or entities.
There are many who say Q is the U.S military. While others say it is a joint movement between the world’s militaries to bring down the cabal.
At the same time, some think it is the U.S President himself. And once again, others saying it is John F Kennedy Junior.
Everyone will most likely, let us say ‘accept’ anything until someone comes out and says something out of the ordinary, something out of this world as the saying goes. And then begins the laughter and the ridicule. The attacks, and labeling of one as insane.
This may be the reason why Q seems to enjoy communicating in riddles.
Perhaps his followers are not ready for the entire truth. We’ll take it a bit further and say that they may even turn on Q, if Q were to state higher truths that may not coincide with the followers’ current knowing.
Let us move on.
Whether you are open to the idea of extraterrestrials or not. Whether you find it plausible or not. It is a reality. And it has been for Earth for millions of years.
Not only is there immeasurable amount of proof on Earth for this. But also proof from your governments, making contact with ET’s, kept hidden for centuries.
Humanity and Earth have never been alone, on this journey, for if you were, you would have been doomed. And most likely would have perished by now. Of course not do to your human collective, but do to your ruthless cabal entities, and their nonhuman overlords.
There is a group, or a family of extraterrestrials known to many as Pleiadians. These ones are your parents we would say. For they have contributed most to the genetic makeup of the current Earth human.
Currently on Earth there are many Pleiadians who walk among you. There are ones who have come from their star ships and chose to land on Earth and assist your leaders directly.
There are also many Pleiadian Souls on Earth now. What does this mean?
These are souls who have left their home world in the Pleiadian Star System, and chose to incarnate on Earth, in a human vessel, for many lifetimes to experience 3D firsthand. While at the same time being beacons of light and seeing that this world is not completely lost. Just their presence alone, has had great positive impact on this planet.
One of these Pleiadian Souls is John Fitzgerald Kennedy Junior, now incarnated as an Earth human being.
Why am I telling you all of this? What does any of this have to do with Q?
Allow us to tell you. Q is and isn’t what many may think.
Is Q’s identity a secret? Only if you want it to be. Is Q one or many? One in charge, and many at play.
Why do we say many at play? This is do to the fact that this mission does include benevolent leaders of your world. The military of these leaders’ nations.
There are also beings from the Pleiadian Star System, who currently are present within the Solar System, particularly just above Earth’s atmosphere.
With utmost honor and humility, one of these Pleiadian beings, of high rank, has volunteered to play the role of Q. This one is, we will say the leader of the Q movement.
This one is in direct contact with the President of the United States, and a few other benevolent leaders of your world.
There is another that is referred to as Q+ or Q2. And this is the being you know as John Fitzgerald Kennedy Junior. However, he has moved on from this role, or at least it isn’t priority for him at the moment.
Please understand that these entities, the Pleiadian high ranks, JFK Junior, Trump, and other leaders of your world, all have and continue to meet in person.
In this group, or we should say movement, from our understanding there are other entities that are part of the Q team. Entities that were incarnated on Earth before, and have returned once again to take part in Earth’s and humanity’s liberation.
These ones you have known them as George Washington, Saint Germain, Marilyn Monroe, Princess Diana. All of them are here now, and fully aware of who they were, who they are, and why they are here. Also just as important, this is why YOU are here now.
You are truly divine and eternal beings. The only thing that changes is your physical vehicle. Your core, your essence that is pure divine light/love remains unchanged.
As souls, once again you are eternal. You traverse the Universe, planet to planet, galaxy to galaxy, serving the Universe and expanding in ways never thought possible.
You are eternal, this you must remember. There is no death. There is only transition. Transition into another dimension, another reality, to another experience.
You have been for many lifetimes a part of the Earth experience. Which is known as one of the most difficult “schools” in the Universe. And now you ready to graduate. You are moving to a higher dimension. The 5th dimension of Mother Earth. A place of peace, prosperity and harmony for all.
We ask that you be open to more, new truths coming your way very soon. Remain calm and heart centered.
You are now on the threshold of a breakthrough that was once thought impossible. A new dawn has arrived. A new sun rises. Ahead of you is a future of unimaginable excitement.
