More… ~ June 10, 2018


Do you perceive Beauty everywhere? Do you see it even when the intellect says its ugly? Do you perceive a difference between you and those you judge to be “less than” like so-called immigrants, those you judge that linger in 3D (according to you), folks who hurt others? Or do you perceive a difference between you and those you deem “more than?” Remember, we are all One. You are connected with everyone and everything. There is no “us and them” in the New. You may observe some doing things you wouldn’t choose to do. Can you see that perhaps the “others” help you transform all lower energies (and integrate higher energies) in yourself? Can you see the Love within all that reflects the Love that you are? If so, you indeed are firmly in the New. If not, perhaps there’s more work to do. You can love all and yet choose not to be in relationship with those who vibrate differently than yourself.

There is and has been an expansion of your Heart and Crown chakras. This expansion helps you be more accepting and compassionate. Be aware of how you feel moment to moment. One minute you seem to be flowing in expansion and the next minute not feeling as though anything has shifted. This fluctuation is how it is for most as we continue to detach from 3D and embrace the New. Some physical manifestations you may experience as expansion occurs are tingling (especially in or on the head and in and around the Heart). You may feel dizzy as well, yet notice the choices you are making; notice how you are expanding; especially in your thoughts and actions. Notice how fearless you are. Be aware too that if it seems things happen to you, like others not choosing to be around you or being fired from a job or not having enough money, that it still is your choice…whether it’s a conscious one or not. Remember you attract to you what is within your consciousness. Breathe, flow and ground. Take care of yourself. What life do you choose to create? The energies that integrate within you help you create your ideal life (based on how you want to feel) without chaos or confusion.

As the energy continuously builds, remind yourself that you are not alone, even though many are on different paths and going at different speeds. Some may feel exhilerated, while others are anxious and angry. I notice that the ones I truly feel connected with are children, while some adults in my life seem belligerent. (Hmmm; do I have both energies within me?) Engage where and when you can as you are called to and let the rest go, for each being must choose for themselves. You need not become defensive or match others’ vibration or take anything personally. Stand in your own Truth and honor others for wherever they may be.

Never doubt that all we’ve been doing is merging with our Soul/GodSelf/Divinity. This is our True Self. Being fully immersed as our True Self, there is no more seeking outside of ourselves; actually, there is no seeking at all; there is only a Knowing. This immersion is more than being “spiritual;” this is true being. How do we do this? First, we must release and transform all old patterns, emotions and beliefs, along with anything that limits or holds us back in duality. When we clear all of the old, we experience true self-worth. We experience true Wholeness; not just in one moment, but in every moment; this is being authentic. We truly know that we are One with all of life; we are Source.

Generally speaking, the phase we are in now, if you’re ready and committed, is to practice; putting all you know into action everyday and in every moment…walking your talk. It is not enough to read others’ words only; it is essential to put words into action, to be what you say you are. Work for all; be in Divine Service. When we serve all, we serve ourselves and most importantly, we serve Divine Will. Isn’t that one of the main reasons of why we’re on Earth at this time? We each have a path; a mission; it is based on our gifts and where we are drawn. When you are Joy, you trust, you love, you serve. You are free.

Meanwhile, continue to release and trust your process. Allow yourself to not be comfortable, for the New is not comfortable. Trust that all is in Divine Order. You may want your loved ones to join you, yet trust they have their own path, so honor them. Attempting to change others is of the old and it not only distracts you, but pushes them further away.

Trust that as you become somewhat comfortable in one phase of your Journey, another arrives. It is so very important to take care of yourself through diet, rest and being still. Only you know what is self-loving for you. Fill your own cup first and then you will be able to serve others unconditionally.

In my own life, I see so much has shifted. People I was once close with have distanced themselves. My diet has shifted, as have so much in my life. The biggest shift is that I am extremely aware of not only where I resist, but where others resist as well. I notice old longings surface and I see where I am; whether it’s here, there, nowhere and everywhere. I know many of you can relate to this ebb and flow of life.

Each of us has a calling. No one calling is better or worse than another. Each is an aspect of Divine Service; be it healing, collecting refuse, nursing, teaching or simply being Love without a career of any kind. Sometimes you’re called to be somewhere. When you arrive, you may not resonate with the place at all. However, there are no mistakes. Some years ago, I was called to Idaho. I had never even heard of it before and when I arrived I uttered, “Uh-oh!” Idaho has never felt like home to me and yet I am here; I’m here for a purpose. It’s not necessary to know what that purpose is and you don’t need to know the whys of where you are either. The main thing to do is to say Yes. We share our Light no matter where we are or what we do.

Each of us is unique; what works for one may not work for another. This is why it’s essential to follow one’s own guidance. We integrate Light and release all uniquely. Realize too that much occurs without us consciously willing it to be so. We can observe the changes and I do love this, as when the changes bypass the separate ego, they cannot be interfered with. However, we on a deeper level choose everything; consciously or not. When we give our Power away to others, we stop our own Transformation, for others cannot truly know what is best for us. This allows us to take full Responsbility for our own Transformation. What helps this is to fully merge with our Souls and then step out of the way. Instead, we follow our guidance, even when it makes no sense. While we surrender to the unconscious aspect of evolution, we still must act in a way that goes beyond the separate ego; the patterns we have anchored that are of the old.

To integrate the higher frequencies that bring healing and wholing to our cells and DNA, we must do the clearing work. Some happens spontaneously; with others we consciously choose to shift. Whether we integrate unconsciously or consciously, we may experience many physical sensations such as electrical currents in different parts of our body, weight fluxes, sleep disturbances, headaches, blurry eyes (or as if there is something irritating in the eye), shifts in elimination and all sorts of things not mentioned here. When in doubt, ask your body and your guidance to see if it’s related to Ascension or not (it usually is!).

Be aware that your Sensitivity is expanding and upgrading. This includes more acute hearing, seeing, feeling, smelling and more. Certain situations may be irritating. If you feel overloaded by stimuli, rest or step away. If you take things personally, realize this is not true Sensitivity; it’s separate ego-sensitivity. It also means that you may still be attached to what others think of you. Let this go so you may experience true Sensitivity.

Are you ready to move onto new phases of Discovery? Are you committed to your Ascension and evolving into being New; brand New? Are you still teetering on the edge, not sure if you want to jump? Wherever you are is fine. Trust yourself and follow your guidance/Intuition.

Love and Value ~ May 21, 2018


On May 29th there is another Full Moon bringing another Opportunity to be more Love. Join in the energies by keeping your thoughts, feelings and actions aligned in Love. Meanwhile, we have been experiencing many downloads of high dimensional Light. This has exacerbated much upheaval in leftover beliefs that limit and emotions that are deeper in the subconscious. Our Divine Service (Being Love) is upgraded. Be kind even to those our separate ego deems “bad” (remember, there is no good or bad in the New). I want to share something someone wrote to me today (Thank you, Megan). It illustrates pure Love in Divine Service:

“…it is interesting to embrace that actually everyone I meet loves me and I love them. The only thing that seems to stop me from realizing and experiencing this Love is my false belief that tells me this is not so…Could it truly be that under all the stories, everyone loves everyone? I like this as my core belief.”

We all are Love. Most are so attached to their old stories they cover up the Love they are with belief systems that say, “I’m not o.k; I will get you before you get me.” If all could drop their stories and their blame, all would discover that they have always been Love. Recently I had a conversation with someone I hadn’t been in touch with for several years. As I listened openly, I discerned that she is still attached to her old stories; her old beliefs; even though she claims to be “spiritual.” She is still seeking outside of herself and nothing has changed since I have met her; a very long time ago. She still seeks outside of herself, when all is within. I can always tell when a person is protecting the lies of their separate ego; they defend themselves. While I saw that she is a karmic mirror to the last dregs I hold within me, it is not for me to try and convince another of something, but rather, listen with Compassion and allow them their illusions; it is their path and not mine. There are many in my life with whom I no longer resonate with, as there probably are in yours. We can love others unconditionally, yet not be a part of their lives. We love because Love is who we are. Others love us too, whether they are aware of that or not. Loving all is our Divine Service, including loving ourselves. Ascension is a continual flow into being and expressing Love more and more. Ascension never stops; it is infinite, as we are. We simply continue to be more and more Love.

We need not react to our or another’s emotions; instead, we respond as we look deeper and find the belief that has created the emotion. Have you pondered the word “emotion?” It is being out of Flow (e-motion). All our work is to be in Flow, rather than resisting anything. What is sin? It literally means “off the mark.” Sin is not what religions have told us it is and we are not saved by some “sinless” being. Being off the mark simply is a helpful reminder to adjust our sails so that we flow once again. Emotions merely show us where we are not flowing. Are you listening? Are you adjusting your sails?

Rising to Christed Consciousness takes much focus and Perseverance. Actually, the Truth is that you are already Christed. With every awakened choice, you expose your true consciousness. Others can help by reflecting who you are back to you, yet it is up to you to do the work. By removing what no longer belongs (like what Michaelangelo did when sculpting the Pieta), you expose your Christed Consciousness; the masterpiece within. If you sense you are all alone; that others don’t understand you; remind yourself that you are creating and manifesting the New. Ascension/Christed Consciousness guides you to leave what is safe and comfortable and in the process, those who choose to have a safe and predictable life may not like you (they love you though). It’s o.k. not to be accepted by the ones who remain in the old matrix. You did not choose this path to be liked and accepted. You chose this path to bring forward a new life. Continue to be true to what you know is right in your Heart, letting go of the old need to be approved of. If you feel rejected, let it be and release that old energy; it may have come from old lifetimes and carried forth life after life. It is now that you may let it go. What is essential is that you remain true to yourself. You are a Love Warrior. Follow your Guidance and Intuition always. Give with no conditions. Love.

You are not alone. There are those who align themselves with you, whether in physicality or not. You are supported by the Light. All is for you. When you experience what you may perceive as awful or unfortunate, know it is for your highest evolution Go deep within it and discover the gift; it may be a message to change, transform or let go of a deeper belief. Whatever you find, honor it and be thankful.

Generally, we have taken another step upward. Because we all have Free Will, whether you take a step upward or not is your choice. We can change something in a second or continue on in the same way. Stay present in the Now Moment. This connects you to Truth and helps you disengage from the old matrix. The old thrives on keeping you in the past or future and it loves to keep you in fear. Anxiety and stress are aspects of fear, so be aware when and if you feel these. Release these energies and the belief once you identify what belief is creating them. Be confident in yourself.

One way you can dissolve old conditioning is to not believe everything you read or see; use your Discernment; your Heart’s Discernment; not your head’s discernment/analysis. Feel if something resonates or not. In doing so, you disengage from the old matrix and begin to create your own world. Become the observer; attached to nothing. Another way to detach is to not romanticize anything…from relationships, different cultures, masters of the past, marriage, families, etc. Pay attention to how you feel. Romanticizing hooks you into illusion and as we all know, dropping our illusions is essential if we want to evolve. This romanticizing extends to our guides, ascended masters, saints and anyone we place on a pedestal higher than ourselves. If you’re not sure, you can say, “Only those of the Divine Light, Love and Plan be present now.” Those of lower vibrations will leave. Also, those beings of Light must be invited. Be wary of anything that shows up uninvited.

Value yourself, for as you do, you value others and others value you. Valuing yourself is loving yourself unconditionally with full Acceptance. When you do, you attract others who see your value, for they value themselves as well. How many ways and how often do you judge yourself? If you do, others will reflect judgment back to you. When you truly care and love yourself, others will too, for they care for and love themselves. This is Oneness and there is no escaping it. You attract what you are. The only one who creates anything is you. Ask yourself what you want: to be a slave, controlled by others and old beliefs and patterns or be free to create from your own knowing. If you chose the latter, keep your vibration high and express Love in all you feel, say, think and do. Nothing less will do.

 

Activations ~ May 9, 2018


So much activation has been occurring! This activation is ongoing and propels us to keep shifting, making those changes that bring us to a place of definitely not recognizing ourselves. We have deepened and expanded into our Light Bodies, continuing to merge our Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine into alignment with Wholeness. This raises our consciousness to a higher expression so that our lives shift to match it. Our brains are remapping themselves, which further helps us disengage from the 3D world. This alignment and disengagement continues for a while. Meanwhile, if you find yourself blaming or giving credit to something or someone outside of yourself, please do let that go. Only you create the world in which you live. Source is within and is your Power Source.

Besides making conscious choices that are positive and create your next steps, spend time in your inner sanctuary; whether that is in your Heart, High Heart or Pineal Chakra. My own sanctuary is within my Pineal, where Archangel Michael (an aspect of me. By the way, he mentioned that he does not care for the way humans lump him into one aspect; mostly that of protector; he is much more than that. He is multidimensional and he not only protects, he soothes; he does this with Warrior energy) awaits me. He once told me he is christed. The Christ only means master, mastery of the lower dimensions of 3D duality. I am comforted by him (as me) while so much is going on. Let yourself be guided as to which chakra is your sanctuary. If you are guided to your Heart Chakra, find the 3-Fold Flame within. The colors may be blue, gold and pink. Blue symbolizes your Divine Child , which holds the Oneness of the Divine Feminine (pink) and the Divine Masculine (gold). The Divine Child holds many other Soul Essences, which help you in many ways. The High Heart holds Joy and its color is aquamarine and the Pineal is the distributor of high dimensional energies; its color is a deep purple-blue. Of course, this is simply a guide for you, as you may intuit different colors and different aspects. Let it be what it is without projecting what you desire.

A sanctuary is a beautiful space when you feel challenged, even though every challenge has a gift of Awareness within it. Being in one’s sanctuary helps you go deeper into the challenge, helps you be strong and resilient and non-attached to the challenge. You can listen to your guidance (Soul) within your sanctuary. Realize that challenges are actually opportunities, for one thing they do is to help you connect with your Knowing…if you are willing to accept and not just react to the surface event. Without complaining or feeling sorry for yourself, ask “What is my deepest learning here?” For me, it helps to write, for I know that the Truth will reveal itself to me.

We are all evolving rather quickly. If you feel out of control, it’s because you are. There is no normal and certainly the old normal has clearly disintegrated. This requires you to be brave, for nothing is the same as it was. There is no predictability and the only way to navigate is to trust and when offered a choice, feel into it. It is not a time to wait for something to happen; we must make a choice based on our heart/Soul’s guidance. Be patient, for a choice of the Heart is in no hurry. If things seem slow, let them be slow. This is so different from the old “push push push” and “do do do.”

If you experience tension or another experience around your throat, neck or head, realize that your channel for Light is expanding and your Soul Voice is becoming stronger. This is not the intellect becoming stronger and yet it may also be a dissolution of the old voices in your head. Be flexible and accepting if this is occurring for you. We are expanding to new perspectives, which means our consciousness is expanding. When consciousness expands, life does too. You may choose to live your life differently than you have lived it in the past. Perhaps consider that you have a new role in life, relationships and work. If you don’t know what that is, it will evolve and seemingly in a moment, you will have a big “Aha!”

Nothing is outside of you; you create all in your life including your beliefs and perceptions. These shift as you do. When you sense you need something, realize that you have the Power to manifest it. How can you receive Love if you do not love yourself? How can you expect someone to care for you if you do not care for yourself? How can others accept and value you if that energy is not within you? How can you love another if you do not love yourself? When you shift the attention to you, you will be amazed at the miracles and blessings you attract.

We continuously receive high dimensional frequencies that reach deep into our cells. Our sun is helping with this, as dimensional energies are accentuated by him, as he receives them first. Sun Gazing helps us receive downloads more easily, as does Earthing. Earthing connects us to Earth so that we may receive from Gaia. Doing both of these helps us ground Heaven to Earth through us. Let go of old thoughts and patterns, for they are transforming and old obstacles are dissolving. Not only is our sun helping in this, we create it by our Willingness to be a part of all of this Shift/Ascension/Transformation. Our lower chakras are also being upgraded, as is our DNA. When we listen to our body’s voice and honor what we are feeling in a physical sense, we relax into the downloads we are receiving. Our physical bodies are absorbing our Lightbodies and as this occurs, there can be some phenomena we experience like food sensitivities, tiredness, back pain, along with others. Practice Earthing, Sun Gazing and meditate. Drink pure water (if you add lemon to your water, you conduct energy; thereby becoming a conduit for the high dimensional energetic downloads). Your body will let you know when it needs to be hydrated.

We continue to awaken. Awakening does not happen all at once; it, like Ascension, is ongoing. As we continue to awaken to Truth, we become lighter, as our Lightbodies merge with our more dense bodies. We awaken to Truth, seeing very clearly what lies the 3D old matrix tried to control us with. As we disengage from the old, we see Beauty everywhere; we feel Beauty everywhere; especially in ourselves. As we flow, rather than follow, we awaken more. We are becoming more and more Love.

Often I have mentioned to stay positive, as being positive in all you feel, think and do keeps your vibration high.  Thoughts like fear, jealousy, dependency, anger and more keep your consciousness and vibration low, while feelings (Soul Essences) such as Love, Sovereignty, Independence, Truth, Trust, Patience, Joy and more keep your consciousness and vibration very high. Soul Essences are aspects of Soul, and since you are Soul, these essences are a part of you.

Using words or being silent: what is the highest path to express? When someone is confronting you, it is best not to jump into the drama; after all, it is their story and not yours. Go within instead and stay in your Center of Love. When using words, let them be loving and kind. You need not defend yourself; just be true to you. It is not about winning; it’s about loving. May all your words be ones that project Love; may they uplift you and all others. Words are energy; what energy do you project? Surely you attract what you project.

Shifts and Changes ~ April 22, 2018


The following are nuggets to ponder and meditate on, for only you can know the Truth; depending on where you are in your own evolution/Ascension.

How do you withdraw from the old world of duality; that of differences, greed, karma and all things that are of the deep belief of separation? Release your deep-seated beliefs that these even exist, for in the New, they do not. Only by letting go of these beliefs can you enter the gates of the New. It helps to see that each of these old beliefs are illusions and illusions have no power over you. You are the one who keeps them alive by complaining and attaching to these aspects of separation; of the old matrix. Once you release all aspects of separation can you be in the New. How? Keep your thoughts positive and high, love yourself and all others, for you are One; release fear and judgment. You are not controlled by others or by what the old world wants you to believe. You have Free Will to be who and what you choose. By believing all that you see and read, you only delay your own entrance to the New, for unless you are nothing but Love, the New remains something beyond your grasp. You cannot be old and New at the same time; and yet we all are on a continuum as we release and integrate the New within us. Make a choice. What do you choose to experience?

You may have fleeting glimpses of the New, yet as long as you believe everything and everyone, you are not in the New unless you use your own Discernment to know what it is you resonate with and what you don’t. The Truth of you is pure Love; all else is false. Yet the separate ego clings to what is false; what is illusion. You may play at being in the New, yet being of both worlds creates a schism within you. You want to believe you are nothing but Love, yet you might wonder why you doubt and why you do not dismiss your darker thoughts. This is an aspect of separation. There is no good/bad, us/them, right/wrong, etc. These are all examples of separation. You might wonder if indeed you are Divine, yet still have lower thoughts and emotions. Remember, we all are in transition. The Higher Truth is that you are Divine. Period. Embrace your separate ego and have it be the expressor of your Soul. Tell it that it need not fight or resist; it need not cling to the old; it need not feel separate from Soul, for in Truth, it is not. It is only when you count on your intellect that you empower your separate ego.

Know that when downloads of high dimensional energy flow into you, they are neutral. It is up to you whether you have the downloads empower your positivity or your negativity. Wherever your consciousness is is what the downloads will empower. Therefore, if you feel negative about yourself, others and/or the world, the downloads will accentuate this. If you have nothing but feelings and thoughts that are positive and loving, the downloads empower this. It is up to you. What’s your choice? Who are you? What consciousness do you project into the world; that of the New or that of the old? When a download occurs, whether a person’s consciousness dwells in the negative or positive, they bring forth more to release and transform. They bring forth more to release that is not Love and are propelled out of their comfort zones. Things then shift and change.

What is brought into the conscious are old beliefs/cellular memories of blame and shame. It is important to take Responsibility for all your choices. Children are not victims; they choose too…whether they realize it or not. They choose whatever circumstances will help them evolve. Children are not victims; they are Souls. We all choose experiences that help us grow and evolve. Often, especially as children, we bring forth experiences of other lifetimes.

Downloads of Light help us release these traumatic lifetimes and therefore karma. We are not bound to any old stories; in fact, it is up to us to free ourselves from old patterns and beliefs. On a personal note, I have been guided to read books about women who have been belittled, abused and killed for standing in their Power. This has been a way my Soul has helped me release these old patterns of other lifetimes, as this is not the Truth of me nor you. Do know that everything that has occurred in this life or in other lifetimes is and has been for our highest evolution. If we choose to continue a pattern or feel guilty or blame ourselves or others for something, it is a nudge to let it go and be Love and powerful and responsible for all that we have chosen. Whatever energy is brought to the conscious self is to be released and transformed to Love. We are asked to look deeper into all that occurs and has occurred, for there is a message within for us.

When we experience great change, like people walking away or a shift in business or prosperity, look deeply to find your deeper message; a deeper Truth. Feel into everything; do not use your intellect to tell you the truth, for it won’t and can’t. If you can go deep into every circumstance, you will release the shackles that bind you to the old and truly be free. While there has been much release, now you go deeper, for Truth is a spiral. Change is not for sissies. It requires great Strength, Courage and Trust. Change is not finite; it evolves as you do, bringing you closer and closer to being Source…inner Source. We are Roses. Roses open up from within.

Most do not want to let go of their illusions; certainly, most don’t want to be stripped down to nothing, so they cling to their illusions. If everything in life is an illusion, what is left? You, as Source, is what is left and from here you may build on who you truly choose to be. How? You focus on Soul Essences only; on how you want to feel. If you want to feel Peace, let all in your life be about Peace. This means to have all your thoughts, feelings and actions be of Peace with no doubt or judgment and choosing nothing but Peace. If you want to feel Joy, then have all your thoughts, feelings and actions be of Joy. As you focus on how you want to feel, anything that is contrary to that will be brought to the surface for Transformation. You keep transforming until there is nothing left but you: Source.

Change may not be exactly how you envision it, but it will always be what is needed…if you truly want to ascend. Drop your expectations about how it will be and flow with whatever is presented, for it most likely will be something you did not expect. Yet it will be something that will help you move away from the old and comfortable and something that will help you evolve.

Pretend/visualize that you are standing in front of the Great Oz (or someone you think is more powerful and knowing than you, like a guide or Soul or teacher). He/she says, “Give me something you want to release.” You do and then he/she says, “Now, give me something more.” This goes on until you have nothing left to give. This is what is being asked of you. How does it feel to be nothing and have nothing? ! Are you afraid? Give this over too. This little exercise is an illustration of truly letting go; it is not just an intellectual exercise, but one that helps you truly let go. After letting go, be sure to fill up with Divine Love, for you have created a void that must be filled with Love.

Your intellect is an illusion, yet most only follow their intellect (which only knows past experience) and not their Heart. Following your Heart means you feel into things; not just react automatically, the way you always have. Intuition is of the Heart; it is feeling; not thinking. True Intuition is New; it is something that has never ocurred to you before. Your Intuition can bring you to a place, yet without taking an action, it is incomplete. An action can be an intention; not an intellectual intention, but one that is of the Heart…you feel it. What if there is no intention and all you feel is nothingness? Let that be O.K. Trust that you are guided; your guidance is your Intuition.

Shifting and changing does not happen in a second or when you think it should. Ascension is ongoing and infinite. There is no goal, except to evolve. Every choice you make helps you evolve or devolve. No-one does this for you. You alone are responsible for your own evolution. This requires you to be awake and aware of all your choices. You can’t evolve using your intellect. You must feel through all you choices with Clarity. Ask, “Will this choice help me evolve or devolve?” Feel either an expansion in your Heart area or a restriction in your Heart area. Expansion=yes; restriction=no. Calmly make your conscious choice.

If there is a challenge in your life, go deep into it and feel the learning…whether it is another person mirroring to you what you have rejected or resisted, it is an opportunity to transform the energy within you. Our intellect tells us to run in the opposite direction; our Heart tells us to be patient and look within, for you wouldn’t have attracted it if you were clear of the old pattern that still creates in your life. Reaction is denying, judging and resisting. Response is not attaching to or resisting the energy, but considering that what the separate ego wants to run from is the very thing your Soul wants you to see. “What you resist persists,” the old saying goes. It is Truth, for when you resist something, it goes right back into the subconscious, where it continually creates until you address it and transform it to Love.

Trust that you are supported and guided in all your Heart choices. Every Heart-based choice you make helps all, for you share what you are within automatically. Your vibration wholes or depletes. What is your choice? Recently I had a wonderful connection with someone who lives elsewhere in the world. You see, you need not be in the physical presence to love and be loved, for Love has no boundaries or rules. You attract what you are and you project the same.

We are much more… – 07-Apr-2018


Recently I was called to visit my father, who is in the process of transiting from this life’s physical realm to the next great adventure. The way things unfolded put me in a vacuum of unfamiliarity, where nothing seemed as it once was. There was much learning and shifting as I soujourned through a different landscape. I encourage everyone to step out of their comfort zone and set things in motion by embracing all things unknown; this is how one may integrate the New more profoundly in their lives. There was never a moment, however, in which I felt unsafe, even when I experienced extreme anxiety. I honored and continue to honor myself for the Courage to allow things to unfold before my New eyes. While I let go of much through being “sick” when I returned, I understood that I was releasing much and I observed myself dispassionately, while also resting, experiencing what my body was releasing and allowing myself to feel “sick.”

Of course, I have always lived my life out of a comfort zone; always pushing to be more. This trip pushed me way beyond any old expectations I may have had and I encourage you to do the same. Go somewhere you’ve never been before; do something you’ve never done before; go beyond your own boundaries and you will find that you are much more than how you’ve allowed yourself to be. It takes changing your perceptions of who you think you are or what you’ve been programmed willingly with. Go big.

Much is spoken about the Earth now being 5th Dimensional. How can we put a label on the New? The Earth is multi-dimensional, as we are. By claiming we are nothing more than 5th dimensional surely limits us. We are not one-dimensional; we are multi-dimensional. Each of us does have a Home Dimension and we incorporate the energy (Light) of our Home into us and into Gaia by rising to be all of who we are. Yet, just because our Home is of a particular dimension does not mean that we are stuck in that one dimension, but rather, join all dimensions as we connect with others to help Gaia evolve from being one-dimensional to being multi-dimensional. Gaia is a refection of who we are. We have each agreed to bring forth the gifts of our Home Dimension to blend them with others’ gifts; this Wholeness of blending helps anchor Oneness with each of us playing the part we promised to. It’s like we are each a piece of the puzzle or a wave that expresses its individuality, but is never separate from Mother Ocean. We each are expressions of Source; of God.

We each are sovereign beings. This means that we each are Responsible for all in our lives, including all choices we make. If you are waiting for someone to tell you what to do, you will be waiting until you yourself take an action. However, this does not mean to blindly make a choice or take an action just to do it, because doing so will most likely be based on past experience (intellect). When you enhance your own consciousness (God Awareness), you build your Intuition (your Heart’s Knowing) and then you know what choice to make or step to take; based on your consciousness; based on the New You. Otherwise, be still. If you do not believe that you are Divine, your consciousness remains separate and small; nothing occurs; so it is best to focus on your own consciousness, so that you absolutely know without doubt that you are an expression of God Source.

The New is here now. You need not look for proof outside of you; it is within you and you may find that all is quite different; your choices are different and your actions are different. The New is your new and expanded consciousness. When you realize that you indeed are a sovereign being, no-one can control or manipulate what you choose to do. Yes, it’s all about choice. You choose how you want to respond to a situation or person. The New is how you live from the Truth and Integrity of your Heart. You consciously choose how you think and how you project yourself. You align yourself with the energy of how you choose to be. When you align yourself in this way, you manifest that very thing you align your energy with. You also take full Responsibility for all you attract into your life. When you do this, you are not a victim of life, but a chooser of life. If what you attract is of a lower vibration, look to your own consciousness, for it is your consciousness that attracts to you the different forms of life. You are the creator of your world. What is it that you want to create? How do you want to feel? Once you are clear, then all your thoughts, feelings and actions are congruent with your consciousness and you are not merely creating from old patterns and beliefs, but from your Heart’s Knowing.

When you nurture yourself through meditation, being in Nature or putting yourself first (filling your own cup first), you integrate your inner Wholeness and your consciousness is thus expanded into the Truth of you…you are Source. You are filled with nothing but Love. Others are attracted to the Love and Light you are. Be grateful. When you are strong within, nothing can distract you from your inner knowing. The duality of 3D cannot lull you to sleep any longer. If you find fear surfacing, release it and replace this illusion with the Truth that you are Divine; you are Source; you are God-expressed. With each step you take, be fully aware that you do so in complete Awareness and Wholeness. If you find yourself faltering, begin again. It takes a while to transform all the old ways of being (we have lifetimes of sleepiness) New. Be patient with yourself and trust that you are safely guided to who you truly are. Be fully in your Integrity, for every choice creates the next moment.

The past Equinox was indeed powerful…more powerful than any phenomena that has occurred previously. The Equinox has been enhanced also by all the Lightwork done by so many of us, as well as the many who have been awakening due to our Courage to stand in our Power. We each have helped others…not through words necessarily, but through our choice to stand strong in our Authenticity and Commitment to be all of who we are. This has not been easy and many times we have questioned whether the New was real and many times we have retreated back to the old and comfortable (or have wanted to). Yet, we have persevered through enhancing our Faith and consciousness.

I often laugh at myself; do you? How funny to think that shifting to Love and Light was going to be all rainbows and unicorns; like a magic switch would turn us into an angel of Light and color (I use these terms lightly because I love rainbows, know that unicorns are real and that many of us are angels). We didn’t know it would take such diligence to let go of the old so the New could take its rightful place within us. Many have had experiences of their purposes being put on hold, as well as many physical adjustments. Don’t be in a rush, for each experience is what is ordained for just you (and me). For me, I have had lots of dizziness and nausea, exhaustion, hunger/no hunger, headaches, solar plexus and Heart activity, isolation as many have left, not wanting to be around me…all of this is perfect and if you resonate with any of this, be patient as your new Lightbody makes adjustments. There is much more to this list you can add and certainly this is not a complete list. What I do know is that it greatly helps to flow with What Is, be in Nature, meditate, practice Earthing and Sun Gazing and rest. Do whatever it is that is self-loving and self-accepting for yourself.

Realize that you are evolving and perhaps your High Heart is being activated. This particular phase of evolution takes Love to a higher place; that of no judgment or complaining; just a beautiful Oneness, where every being shines brightly as Love. The next step is to resonate with your Soul Star Chakra (at your hairline, above your 3rd Eye) where you connect with other Souls, transcending ego-personality, labels and separation. You need not compare yourself to others, judging them or yourself as being higher or lower; we are all One; and we each are right where we belong. Remember who you are. Do reach beyond your humanness and know you are of the Stars. You spun a human body to express Source.
