KaRa of the Pleiades: The Energies Preparing You For First Contact ~ April 20, 2019

I wish to continue all of this with you, to continue to prepare you for what is ahead. For what you have just done through this one who has given this experience to those of you, it is all in preparation for what is yet coming.

Yes, the wave that you hear of, or the various waves, all of that is coming. But the event is also not that far off from your understanding of time. But you have to also understand that in order for THE event to occur, the collective consciousness of man here on this planet must be prepared and ready for it.

For that particular event, that flash of energy, will catapult many from their physical bodies if they are not ready for this. Their central nervous systems can simply not be able to withstand these high energies. So this is why you have been going through this process at a gradual rate now, this ascension process. Otherwise, it would have already happened, and those of you that were ready would have ascended, and those that were not, which would be in the billions, would not have ascended and would have left their bodies.

So it was determined by all of us, all of the councils working together to bring this entire plan forward, it was determined that the time was not ready. The vibrations were not high enough across the planet for this to occur yet. But everything is speeding up. All of the energies that are coming into the planet are preparing more and more of you, are awakening more and more of you. Yes, to those of you, the Lightworkers, Warriors, Sharers, and Bearers, it appears to be slow. It appears to be that nothing is happening.

But those of us, the Pleiadians, and all of the other ones that are working with you directly, can assure you that it is happening at a lightning speed at this time. And you are all being readied for that which has been called “first contact.” And the interference that has been spoken of as in “prime interference” is also in the works.

For even this evening, as you leave your session tonight and you journey outside, be ready for the show that will come from those of us. We are going to be there. It is up to you to open your third eye to be able to see us, but we will be there. That is not to preclude you from having your fun, your dancing, all of this, your celebration. And I say now celebration, because it is a celebration. It is not just a celebration of the ending of this Advance, but it is a celebration of your continuing to move on forward, continuing to advance. And all of you are doing this. As you are finding now, more and more, you are having this, what you are calling the “bleed through” in the dimensions. This is happening. It is real. It is not a figment of your imagination, although your imagination and your ability to image is bringing it on, you see.

So continue to allow for the process to continue to develop and move you forward, because my dear brothers, sisters, my friends, it is moving you forward, each and every one of you. If you have not already had some of these wild experiences you are hearing from people here, you will have them, all of you. Even those of you that are not able to, what you say, see with your third eye, not able to imagine like others are, to visualize, even those of you, it will come to you. It cannot not come to you.

So again, allow for the process to continue. Allow for you to be a part of this, and know that you are coming closer and closer either to the mission that you have already started, or the mission that is yet to unfold in front of you.

I am KaRa, and I will leave you now in love, and peace, and harmony, and a oneness to come over you, and to continue to come over you, because you are connected to your higher selves, and your higher selves are connected to you. And in so doing, we are all connected together.

KaRa Of Pleiades ~ Changes Continue ~ February 22, 2019

I am KaRa. It is wonderful to be back with you, and to have these opportunities to be able to share with this group, and to the many, the many beyond this group who would resonate to these words, who would hear them and be able to take these words into their very being.

Because as the changes continue on, not only outside of yourselves, but within yourselves, for many of you are certainly changing within. Your consciousness is raising on a daily basis—no, even a moment-by-moment basis. Consciousness cannot be stopped. The rising of consciousness cannot be stopped, and will not be stopped. Because as consciousness continues to raise, you continue to raise. All of life here on the planet continues to raise.

Those of us in our Pleiadean ships, those of us who are the emissaries that are coming to many across the planet through many different sources, many different channels, many different ways of bringing these messages forward, and we are bringing these messages forward.

Because disclosure as you have known it or have been expecting it to be may not come about in the way that it was expressed earlier, may not come from the government, governmental leaders. But it is coming, and it will come through the people itself. Those of you: those of you, the lightworkers, and warriors, and bearers, and sharers, and sharers of the light. Because you are the ones that can hold this light. You are the ones that are anchoring it here, holding it, and then spreading it.

And it is you, our dear family, that we are bringing this light to—the light of truth, the light of knowing, revealing all that has been held back from you. For those times are coming when the revealings are also coming.

You have heard of the Prime Directive. And yes, we have had to adhere to the prime directive, just as all of the others here that are associating with the earth now have had to do.

But I tell you now, and many are beginning to also come and share this with you: it is not only the Prime Directive now, it is moving beyond that. It is moving into a new phase of disclosure. It is moving to other areas of expression that are going to bring disclosure to you. It is showing more and more of our ships to you—not only to you, the lightworkers, though, but to all who would look up into the skies. For it will become more and more overwhelming for those that would deny this understanding, this revealing and knowing to you. It will become more overwhelming for them to be able to hold this back, as if they could hold an avalanche back. And they cannot. And they cannot hold this avalanche of disclosure back either. For it is beyond their abilities now to do so. Try though they will to continue to do it. But they can only do so much.

Because we not only have all of those of what you call the Galactics here working to bring this about, but we have the power of Prime Creator directly behind this endeavor to bring all of this forward, to bring all of this into fruition. And as I said earlier, and as many have been saying, this can no longer be stopped.

The times that are coming are going to be grand indeed. As the vibrations continue to raise across the planet. And we, those of us the Pleiadeans, the Arcturians, the Sirians, the Andromedins, and the many others that you are not even yet aware of, will be associating more and more with those of the leaders here on this planet as well as the “potential leaders” that are coming forward now. And when I say the “potential leaders,” I speak of those of you that will step forward when the times come, when the vibrations have raised enough, when it is safe for you to step forward into the many councils that will be forming.

And you, those of you, who have sat back and watched the government revolve around you, you will now be stepping forward when you are called. You will be stepping forward because you will have the memories, you will have the knowings within you of who you are. And those knowings will take you into those positions. Not of power—we do not speak of power, but we do speak of responsibility. And you will be taking your rightful places and assuming those mantles of responsibility once again.

And I say once again, because many of you have been there before. You are simply returning. Some will return to their homes. But many of you will decide to stay on here and see the various waves of ascension move through. You will assist in those waves of ascension. Those of you likely being the first wave, will assist the second wave. And those that move along in the second wave will comes back and assist those in the third wave. This is how it will continue.

This is how you are spreading the light and will continue to spread the light. Because, my dear friends, the light is all there is. Yes, there is evil in the world. Yes, you do have to be aware of this. But you also have to know that there is not enough evil that can overcome the love and the light within you. Always know that. If you find yourselves being blasted in any way by those of the dark forces, blast them back with your light and your love, and they will withdraw. They will recede back into the darkness from which they came. Although even those that reside in the darkness now were once within the light. For before there was anything else, there was the light as creation was born.

I am KaRa. I enjoy these times that I can be with you and share with you in these ways, and to help you continue to move along in your transitionary period.

You Are Source ~ December 1, 2018


Continue to deep breathe. Bring your conscious breath, your Pranayama, into all your chakras; especially into your Heart. This helps you anchor the New within you. Don’t let anything distract you from being positive. These distractions could be harsh words, the “olds” (rather than the “news”), worldly events and other things that take you away from anchoring the New. You might also choose to anchor your Light onto the existing New Earth Grid. It is ready for you to project your Light to become connected and merged onto Gaia’s New Grid of Light that is present on Earth. Pay attention to your guidance; that voice within; follow it even when it makes no sense in the moment.

When you are consciously linked/merged with the New, you experience much Peace and self-Love. Remember that you are a God-Being. God/Source is not something separate from you; it is who you are. As Maryam Magdalene has shared, “You are all Christs or Christs in the making.” How are you demonstrating your Christhood? What are you waiting for, if not? Demonstrating your Christhood is trusting fully that you have all your answers (and questions) within; you are a sharer of Light, for wherever you are, you are a Light that shines, touching all. As you anchor your Light onto the New Earth Grid, you imbue your cells with Love, for you receive what you give. With every choice you make, you either empower your inner Christ or move away from it. It truly is all up to you. Nothing happens without you, for you are sovereign; thus you are powerful beyond any 3D maginations of limitedness. You are unlimited!

The Beauty of 11-11-11 is still operating in your life. It has enhanced more Awareness and more Awakening. This Awakening reveals much to you…from old patterns and illusions you still carry to a higher Way of Being. The 11-11-11 has offered ( and continues) a New Way. Of course, it is your choice to live in a new way or not. Many still cling fervently to old ways where they feel comfortable. However, that comfort and familiarity does not last long. It becomes increasingly uncomfortable, which causes one to make changes in their life. As you make changes, new potentials reveal themselves. It’s much like jumping off a cliff, trusting you can fly. Set an intention to have Truths revealed to you and you will see. Since an 11 is a master number, the master you are is awakened. This can result in having visionary insights, receiving powerful learning and more personal power, which are all aspects of being Christed. Being Christed, you are a leader; a teacher; a lighthouse.

We all have a choice as to how we want to live. We can choose Kindness or angst. We can choose things that are kind to the Earth and all of her lifeforms or choose harmful ways of living. We can choose to be grateful for all in our lives or complain about things not to our liking. It is up to each of us. We get to choose. We each have ownership of all our choices and each choice, no matter what it is, paves a path to our future. We own our thoughts, actions and feelings. No-one else has power over you; for they are responsible for their own lives and choices. Do you feel comfortable with this Truth or are you giving away your Power? This may necessitate making boundaries with others. If this is the case, know that this is a high form of Love. Every choice you make empowers or disempowers Love. Having boundaries indicates you are offering help from the Heart and not from guilt or obligation, which leads to resentment in you and others. This is loving for all. When you love yourself, you love others more in a real sort of way. Sometimes you hold a space for others in support or you stay away. Sometimes just offering Encouragement is enough. Make an intention to support and love, even if you disagree. This obviously can take different forms of being Love. For instance, my father transitioned recently and it was most loving to be there with him during his transition. When my mother was in the hospital, it was most loving to stay away. Follow your guidance on how to be most loving without falling into the old guilt or obligation trap.

Be sure to breathe through any changes and any shifts you experience. Be loving to yourself by eating light and being in Nature (even if it is your own yard). What this self-care does is to help you cleanse and renew mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Let go of overwhelm by taking a walk or taking deep breaths or journaling. The path forward grows in intensity, so do take care of all you do, feel and think. Let go of all fear, for if fear runs your life, you stop evolving. You can thank it for showing you a deeper belief and then move forward. Focus on Love.

If you are in the presence of someone or in a particular situation that pushes your buttons (mirroring something you still hold within), you have a choice to either react, leave or become defensive. Do something that is not the way you usually respond. Look within and see why you are reacting. Do not become defensive, for that only keeps the energy going and when you defend something, for sure you are protecting something that wants to be released and transformed. Do not react, for you are being shown something that is within and wants to be let go of. Be observant without attachment. What are you learning from the situation? Remember that if you experience a reaction, something within you is being revealed. If, on the other hand, you experience no reaction, it means you have healed that wound within you.

I was reminded today to remind you that not only are there emotional, mental and spiritual changes, there are physical changes as well. You may, like me, just flow with these and not really notice them. Some of you may be very aware of profound changes in your five senses like more acute hearing, seeing things that are beyond the Veil and other things like blurred vision, headaches, nausea, vertigo, ringing in the ears and being more sensitive to touch, people and places. They are all a part of your Ascension adjustment. We ascend mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. Do know as well that healthy relationships are more authentic and respectful. See others not only as a reflection of you, but see others and yourself lighter and more positive. Focus on the Love within each being.

It’s important to build up more and tear down less (yourself and others); this is part of living in the New. Choose to see all of life in a positive light. All the Light downloads, which occur non-stop, help you do this. As you are supported, you support others. Know that boundaries are not meant to separate, but to see all as One Love. If you feel challenged, flow with what is becoming. Be strong and committed as you flow along your Ascension Path, which may at times seem full of challenges. Remember that you have chosen to be a part of this incredible period of Tranformation. An aspect of the New is that life continues to shift. The more you incorporate this into your life, the easier it becomes. There is no time limit, so sometimes you leap; other times you move slowly and at other times it may feel as though you’ve stalled or are moving backward (you’re not). Flow with it all. The important thing is that you do not abandon all the positive work you’ve done and your path thus far. The more you integrate the New You, the more Confidence you will have.

All is truly wondrous and even when you may experience challenge, if you go deeper, you find a beautiful Peace and Bliss. In fact, instead of staying on the surface, go deeper and find the underlying energy within conversations, events and just everything. We are not meant to skim the surface of life; but be deep-divers.

Sometimes it may seem as though you go back and forth between the old and New. You wouldn’t be aware of this if you were truly asleep. If you perceive yourself doing this, dive deeper into the old and see what it is teaching you and then intend to be in the New and see everything through your God-eyes. View yourself on a bridge that links the old world (3D) and the New World. In your vision, walk to the New. What do you feel? Now walk back to the old; what do you feel? Continue doing this visual until you are in the dimension you resonate with.

Authenticity ~ October 5, 2018


You are perfect just as you are; where you are. Anything less than this is a lie; a lie you have kept. Anything that is not Love is not who you are. This includes all the illusions you have held onto; things that you adopted that said you weren’t a perfect expression of God. It doesn’t matter where these falsehoods came from or from whom; embrace the Truth that you are perfect and Divine expressing Source. This is what you’ve come to learn and why you have incarnated onto Earth. Earth has proven to be a wealth of forgetting and then remembering. It has been a playground of Joy and of lessons. You have come here to remember who you are and this can only happen when you truly know your essence. You have come to Earth to ascend many times, going higher each time. You have come here to transcend all doubt; all self-loathing and all that told you that you were less than. As you shine brightly, you help others, for we are all One. You have made choices to be more or to be less. Source/Soul will never interfere with your Free Will and Sovereignty, for it is up to you. Yet, as you listen to your Guidance, you will know what choices to make so that you are fully merged with and as Soul/Source.

In the most pure Truth, you are Divine. Anything less than this is a falsehood. Yes, there have been many changes, yet each shift brings you closer to Truth. Your relationships reflect to you what you still must let go of and who you are. When you are authentic, many relationships will dissolve; let this be without the urge to save or fix. Be you and those who stay are meant to be with you so you may evolve; those who leave are meant to not be in your life anymore. However life goes, flow with what is.

There may be a time when you separate from others. Sometimes there is a rejoining and sometimes not. It may be during times of separation that one or the other either rises or falls…to match the vibration of the other. If rejoining is not to be, let it be and continue to be you. Stand strong in your Truth; there is no need for apologies, for as long as each being in relationship (any kind of relationship; a lover, work or friend) is being authentically true to themselves, there is no need for fixing anything (apologizing is a form of self-denial and is an attempt to minimize choice). When you are true to you, there is a great healing/wholing of past wounds (a wound is a perception that is born of victim energy). Be truthful and honest; this is the Path of the Heart; that of true Intimacy.

During this phase of Ascension, many feel a bit lost; some retreat into the old in order to have some semblance of normalcy. In the New, there is no normal, as things continue to shift according to one’s consciousness. It takes a bit getting used to. Bravo/brava to those who are couragous to continue in the New. The old is made comfortable for you, as it is what you have been used to. However, it is filled with illusions. One cannot be authentic in the old. Embrace your lostness and trust that you are being led by your Soul, who takes you by the hand and leads the way. When you trust Soul (your True Self), you rise in consciousness, vibration and Intuition. Being led by Soul will never let you down. Yes, it may feel uncomfortable at times, yet it is true and beautiful. When you allow your Heart/Soul to guide you, you amplify the New. Stay in the Moment, for it is only in the Moment that you find Peace and Guidance. The past and future are illusions.

Gaia continues to mirror our own Transformation. In the coming months, there will be a lot of change, both personally and globally. Do not despair or resist; know that all is for our highest evolution. We are finally coming into true Balance. How you see yourself, others and the Earth is accentuated; you will notice without judgment the shifts. If you remain neutral, you will be able to see without attachment. It won’t matter how another chooses. What you’ve always known or trusted to be true will shift. Just remember that you have chosen to be on Earth now and that you create everything in life. Trust yourself. If a decision arises, take your time. Feel if it resonates with you or not. Release doubt and be true to how your Heart feels. Feel first and if it resonates then act. This is the Heart-mind merge.

All that is within us is upgrading. This includes our Hearts, cells, DNA, chakras and consciousness. All are experiencing this based on wherever one is in their Awareness. Stay balanced and grounded. Balance work, home and relationships. They are not separate from each other; they are One. Are you authentically you in your work, your home and in all your relationships? We have the opportunity to align with our True Selves, which helps us dissolve duality. We are transitioning from the old to the New. It’s impossible to ignore what is happening; do you find this to be true? Love/Light transcends all, so be Love in all situations. This means to embrace your Divinity and be true to yourself…this is being in your Integrity. Our Light Bodies have merged and thus we manifest what we hold in our Hearts. Stay positive, create, have Compassion and embrace your Soul Essences. Be grateful for all in your life.

Yes, we’re in a new phase; that of integrating all we’ve been learning. Healing the old is quicker and more complete; it is easier. Do you want to change something in our life? This time is perfect for that. We can be whoever we choose to be. This is the magic of the Moment. Be aware of energy. Remember, we are energy as everything is. This means that things can shift depending on the Awareness you hold within. See the Beauty in the world. It’s all around you, reflecting your true essence.

As you stay in the Moment and focus on how you want to be and how you want Gaia to be, you manifest the New. In the Moment, you are able to take one step at a time and this leads you to anchoring and manifesting the New World. Yes, there will always be challenges, yet challenges can be viewed as opportunities to raise you higher. You can choose to see challenges as something to fight against or resist; or you can choose to see every challenge as something that incorporates more Love into you and into Gaia. We are not here to save or fix Earth; we are here to help raise her vibration as we raise our own. Every time you choose to be authentic, you integrate more Light. As you shine in your Authenticity, you infuse Light into the old matrix, thus creating and manifesting the New Earth.

Wherever your focus/intention is is what expands, for all is energy. When you end duality within yourself, you end duality on Earth. When all wars of the little mind are dissolved, the wars on Earth dissolve as well. So you see, we truly are creators! Reality is nothing more than what we project outward. As our consciousness rises, everything else does too, for consciousness creates life. How do you raise your consciousness? Through meditating in the Heart, High Heart, Throat Chakra, Third Eye , Pineal or Crown Chakras. Also, when you are positive about everything, do not complain or judge, are not choosing sides (as in religion and politics) and are authentic in each moment, you raise your consciousness. You raise your consciousness by noticing the Beauty around you, through openly sharing your Love, by being of service and by truly knowing who you are.

In these last months of the year, known on Earth as 2018, there is a higher shifting. Our brains are being rewired so that the falsehoods of limitations may be dissolved, our bodies integrate Light more easily and we flow with what is more gracefully. Be in Nature often, drink lots of pure water, meditate, move, sun-gaze and keep things simple. Let go of the attachment to how, why, where, who and what and embrace the Beauty of you.

 

Solstice Energy ~ June 21, 2018

We have been in a major period of receiving

We have been in a major period of receiving high dimensional Light. This Light shines on childhood patterns, which have had a way of creating separation. However, there has been a clearing, which also may have had the effect of letting go of certain family members as well as the patterns set up then. Old emotions and beliefs of abandonment, invisibility, feeling unloved, as well as energies of anger, frustration, judgment and hate also are shown to you so they may be released and transformed to Love. These energies may also overflow into other areas of life, yet they began in childhood (as well as in other lifetimes). When released and transformed  you may experience more Peace, more Joy and more Freedom, as if a weight has been lifted from you. All of this helps pave the way to the Solstice.

Also know if you have been feeling a sense of separation, depression, sadness and/or lethargy as well as wanting off the planet, it is the continuous wave of Light that helps see these clearly. Shame and unworthiness may surface as well. Whatever you experience can be seen in a variety of ways for as you are multidimensional, so is everything else. Whatever and however you are, will or have experienced what I have shared or other issues not written here, it is all for your transforming to be more Love.

Remind yourself that you are not alone in this, even while it may feel like it at times. Whatever you are experiencing is for your highest evolution, which requires a great healing/wholing within you. You may feel as though you’re stuck or even retreating at times; you are never doing these things. If you find yourself blaming circumstances or others for what you are experiencing, release it; you have chosen all you are experiencing. Be open to all of it; accept what you feel. Do not try and move beyond anything, for that is a clever way your separate ego holds onto it. You may experience discomfort until you honor it, release it and transform it to Love. If you experience pain anywhere in your body, it may very well mean that that is where you hold onto the past. Be sure to rest, reflect and be compassionate with yourself. Take care of you; love you. Breathe and stay balanced.

The energy is shifting and expanding. We are vibrating at ever-higher levels as we merge with our Souls. This is not necessarily comfortable, as it calls for a great change in how we perceive ourselves, others and the world. As we shift, our Love and Light is greater and so we shine brighter and inspire others. Accept and allow. As we come into alignment with who we truly are, we also make everything easier, as we are flowing rather than resisting.

We are also in another phase of our bodies changing. Our food choices may shift yet again. As our cells and DNA change, we may eat less and choose different foods and drink; follow what the body wants; it guides us perfectly. We may find ourselves eating less; this is because our main diet is Light. Notice that what you once loved, you may not want anymore. Our vibration is shifting higher. How we eat not only affects us; it affects the planet as well, for there is no separation between us and Gaia. The shifts in eating and drinking help to strengthen and energize us.

Not only are you connected to everyone and everything (Oneness), Oneness also means that whatever you think, feel and do, others feel it too; just as you feel what others are doing or not doing. It doesn’t take being in a person’s physical space, for energy knows no distance. If you have loving thoughts, those thoughts touch all. If you have judgmental thoughts, those radiate out as well. You need not send whatever energy you choose, for just being that thought or feeling or action touches all. Energy is vibration. What you think, say, feel or do creates a particular vibration. What vibration are you creating? If you complain or gossip, that energy flows out and attaches itself to whomever you are complaining or gossiping about. If you have loving thoughts and feelings, you create a vibration of Love.

When your actions are congruent with your thoughts and feelings, you manifest. And as always, what you attract is connected to who you are within. If you are not congruent, you will not manifest. This could explain why many are not manifesting currently. We each have the Power to change anything in our lives. First we release, then what we release transforms, then we can put our focus on what it is we wish to shift. It’s quite simple. If you want more Love, be more Love. If you want more Abundance, be Abundance. This means to act as if…take that trip if guided, replace the old clothes with new ones if guided. Money is only energy; besides, Abundance is not only money; it includes all aspects of life. Realize too that we are all in different stages of Ascension. We are all on a “continuum of Light.” Therefore, to compare ourselves to another is meaningless. Being on a continuum also means that we constantly shift non-linearly. There is no such thing as A to B to C. You may experience great ebb and flow, depending on what helps you evolve. Regardless, be congruent in body, mind and Heart.

The Solstice occurs on June 21 at around 4 a.m. (MST). As we are in the Solstice energy, there is a great power surge, which we have been preparing for. This Solstice energy increases the pace. You may experience more things to release as well as the Power of Love. One is not separate from the other. You may release and feel Love at the same time, for we are multi-dimensional beings. There is a push to be who you are and to share your gifts; however and whatever they are. It is a push to see Love in everything. You may notice where you don’t have much Love in certain areas. Amp the Love up.

Also, there is more merging of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine (Be-Do-Be-Do). There are electro-magnetic charges, which affect both ourselves and Gaia. The electro-magnetic energies sumbolize the union of both the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine. The union of both helps us be more balanced in our being and doing. The Divine Masculine supports the Divine Feminine and propels us to take action on our inspirations and aspirations.

The timing of the Solstice is not limited to a certain date, as there is no actual time in the higher dimensions; there is only Flow. Be in Allowance with however the energies flow within you. What has been hidden from you will certainly reveal themselves to you so that you may choose to release what has been hidden or not. Much is revealed personally and globally. Just don’t get distracted by what is occurring globally. Focus on self, for in doing that, you help the Earth. You may see and understand how life is changing one step at a time. The Power of the Solstice continues to help you be more conscious and aware and certainly many more will be awakening. Don’t be attached to how this looks though; everyone has their own way of waking up.

During this non-time of the Solstice, you may experience some physical changes as well, including sleeplessness, headaches, louder ear ringing and in different tones. It is a time of assessing where exactly you are and what you focus on will definitely be manifest in your personal world…more than before and as you maintain congruency in body, mind and heart. There is and will continue to be much flux as you ebb and flow. Do not be concerned if it feels you ebb for a bit; you will flow again, as everything shifts. Focus on how you want to feel. If you do not like what you see, change your perspective. Integrate into your daily life how you want to perceive and feel. For instance, if you want more Patience, be patient. If you want to be more Compassionate and tolerant, be these.

Know too that by accepting exactly who and where you are is the key to moving forward. Hoping and wishing things were different is not not way forward. Embrace yourself as is while you, at the same time, focus on how you want to feel in the future. Of course, what you focus on in the moment is what you create in the future…one step at a time.
