Honor Your Own Gifts ~ January 31, 2019

You may feel as though teaching or telling someone how to BE comes from a place of Love. It isn’t! It’s controlling and disempowering. It takes their Power away, for you do not know what their path is. It empowers their smallness and creates separation; that you know what is best for them and they don’t know what is best for themselves. However, if you are invited to share your Wisdom, then do so. Always wait to be asked or ask them how you may help. Don’t just jump in to fix or rescue another. Remember that no-one is higher or lower than you. What is best is to just listen to them, trusting they know what is best for themselves. Just hold a space of Love for them in full support of their choices.

Honor your own gifts. Your gifts aren’t necessarily “lightworker” gifts, because no matter what gifts you have, they are Light and they are Love. For instance, just by holding a space of Love for others is a gift. Your Light procedes you, so just be yourself…that is gift enough. To be of Divine Service is to shine your Light no matter what you do or where you are. As you listen to and follow your own Heart’s Guidance, you are in Divine Service.

Every being has a gift or gifts to offer the world. It may be that you are bored with your current gifts or that you aren’t doing enough. Be very clear before you abandon any of your gifts. Please know that what you offer the world is much bigger than what you think it is. For instance, you may be anchoring Love onto the New Earth grid, but not consciously know that you are doing so. Every time you travel or hike or take a short walk, you add energy to the New Earth Grid. What all gifts require of you is to be authentic. When you are being you, you share your gift of Love. Boredom or not consciously knowing what your gift is doesn’t mean you are not adding your Light to anything or anyone. Just be you. Be authentic. Be Love. Every time you admire a flower or hug someone or greet someone or smile at someone, you are sharing your gift, which is no small thing. It does much; much more than you realize.

If you feel that you are “wrong,” please know you are not. Your Intuition is being upgraded. So please do trust what you receive. On a personal note, I have had a contentious relationship with my Earth mother. As I acknowledged this yet once again, I received a flood of past life memories about how this was created. My first impulse was to think I was making it all up, yet I was told it was all true and to trust what I was receiving. I must say, it really made sense. So what now? I went through much Forgiveness and continue to love and accept her unconditionally. It does not matter how she chooses to treat me, for that is her choice. Through Forgiveness, I released her and freed myself from a long-held pattern of victimhood. In forgiving her, I also let go of all the lifetimes of abuse and neglect. I as well helped to heal all of my ancestral lineage connected to these memories. I have worked on this relationship for many years, yet now was the time that I was shown how it was created. I wasn’t ready before. Things are revealed only when we are ready for them.

The moment you choose, you create the next moments, for you create through whatever choices you make. If you choose to see that you are victimized, you create more instances of victimization. Victimization might look like abuse, not being loved for who you are, being taken advantage of…anything in which you perceive that someone or something has wronged you in some way. You have an opportunity to let it go unless you want to continue in a particular pattern. Realize that the person or situation you feel victimized by is actually an opportunity to forgive, let go and create something different. Playing the victim is a fear-based decision that continues to separate. Realize that the person or situation actually mirrors an aspect of you that wants to transform. Instead of seeing the world as a terrible and hurtful place, ask instead what it is that is being mirrored to you. When you take full Responsibility, you free yourself and the world to be more.

When you let go of all fear-based choices and replace them with Love/Oneness choices, you not only transform the fear, but you add to the vibration of Love for yourself and the Earth. Instead of “wishing” things were different, do something about it other than complaining, fixing or saving. Change your vibration so that you uplift the consciousness of all. You are constantly creating your life through your choices. When you resolve personal issues, you rise in vibration and consciousness and everything shifts to match your new vibration and consciousness. You not only heal the past and old perceptions by changing your vibration; you free others to do the same. When you can truly see that nothing is a negative experience, but an opportunity to shift higher, you free yourself and others.

As you look around you and see that much is dissolving, take Heart and trust that it is making way for the New to replace the old. As each of us transforms the old within ourselves, old structures in the world are also transformed. You cannot do your work without affecting everyone and everything else, for we are One. This not only includes all that is dissolving in your own life but the lives of others and global institutions as well. If this brings up sadness or anger or other emotions from within you, remember that all perceived dysfunction in the world mirrors your own. This is a gift of Awareness to see that all mirrors something within you. This Awareness then helps you release and transform what is beneath the anger or other emotions. As you transform the deeper issue, you also empower Oneness consciousness within you, as nothing truly is outside of you. Don’t you just love how everything works for you and never against you? As you respond to everything in your environment, you are in the Flow and not in resistance. Love is all there is. Realize too that when you change something, old emotions attached to what you are shifting are released. You can observe these emotions dispassionately as they dissolve and transform into Love.

There may be times in which you grow very weary of all the changes in your life, and yet it is all for you and your evolution. Take a moment when you feel this weariness, disheartedness or anger and focus on one small thing of Beauty. It could be a child, a flower, a bird or your pet. It could shift things just by stepping outside. Look up at the stars and the moon and notice how you feel. How you feel is how you create your life.

Be sure to let go of anyone who treats you with less than the Respect you are. Let go of anything that is no longer joyful for you. You need not to be concerned with being alone or feeling lost without the thing you let go of. Yet, you are never alone and always supported. Love and Joy are your natural state of being. Anything that detracts you from that simply no longer belongs. There will be something always to replace that which you let go of; something that is more aligned with the New You. All are aligned with your consciousness.

You have shifted so much that now is the time to fill up with all things New. It is time to act on what you know. Let go of any doubts or can’t and trust in yourself. If you feel nothing is happening, let it be O.K. and trust that you are right where you belong. Perhaps it is a period of rest for you. Remember that there is always Movement, even if you consciously don’t perceive or recognize it. Much occurs beneath the surface.

Right now, we are in a new phase. It is a phase of Movement. Yes, there are still changes. You may notice that your perspective of yourself and the world has shifted and that your Awareness is much more pronounced. You find it easier to go beneath the surface of all events and find the Truth as well as an old belief you still have. Your beliefs create all events in your life. By going deep within any circumstance, you see that you attracted something to you and thus can remove the belief that created what you attracted. As you let go of the belief, you flow into a new perception that helps you evolve. How do you feel when you are aware of an old belief? How do you want to feel, if the belief you discover is limited?

When you can put into action all you’ve learned, you help your physical body acclimate to who you are within. You might choose to go within and bring forth your inner child. Tell your child how loved it is and ask your child what it needs from you. Your inner child is your Divine creative self. By empowering your child, you empower all the changes you’ve made thus far and all the changes yet to come.

Do not listen to your separate ego-voice. Love it and accept it instead. Feeling quite alone and rejected, it may tell you that you are wrong or that you aren’t making a difference. Love it, accept it and don’t listen to it. Choose to be more. Choose to be Love. Step up your game. Love does not control, manipulate or question. Love is. Love is simple; Love has no expectations; Love has no rules. Be Love.

Riding the Waves of the Sacred Spiral ~ August 14, 2018

Completely shifting to being New is not what we thought it would be. When the word Transformation has been used, did we think it would mean a complete upheaval of what we’ve come to count on? It’s easy to intellectualize everything and yet, it’s not appropriate, as the mind has little to do with Transformation. If you ponder the Transformation of the caterpillar to the butterfly, you understand the caterpillar does not merely sprout wings while keeping its body. No; the caterpillar dissolves completely and a new DNA is formed, as are its cells. It then builds its new form from this recalibrated goo. We are the same. Many of us can relate to being goo; nothing is familiar, many of our closest people have fled, our bodies and minds don’t work the same and the beat continues.

It is difficult to comprehend that there is no end to this evolution, yet it’s important to embrace…that ascension is ongoing and infinite. With a human and limited mind, we always think if there’s a beginning, there must be an end. There simply is no end. Ascension is a spiral that goes on infinitely. You reach one wave and there is another that takes you farther, then another wave arrives; you ride that wave till another appears and so on. Human conditioning can’t quite grasp this. We think for sure there is an end goal. This is the New. We don’t get to take our human conditioning with us! We can try, yet it simply doesn’t work. Many are still in the old linear conditioning that says this point leads to that point; it’s only logical. Nothing is logical. There is no linear way of being. We are on a spiral. We ebb and flow.

The best we can do is to relax and observe without expecting things to be a certain way. It’s why many feel they have to have even one thing that is familiar…like how they arrange their day, how they recluse themselves, how and what they eat or how they interract with others. Many of us are learning an opposite way of living. How we used to do things has or is shifting. I often think of George Costanza of the Seinfeld Show. In one episode, he decides to do the opposite of how he has usually done things. He figures out that it works for him. It greatly helps to have at least one thing that you can count on while you shift to the New, where everything seems to be so very different. Being in Nature also greatly helps, as does daily meditation.

We are seemingly forced to do things differently. For instance, if you have waited for someone else to show the way (this includes guides), you may discover that by making a choice yourself, magic happens. This is just one shift of many. You see, we are sovereign beings. It is all up to us. One time my guides walked away from me, saying it was time to work with my own Soul. I felt I wasn’t ready, yet it wouldn’t have happened unless I was. This was over thirty years ago. Life has not been the same since. However, with the latest Lion’s Gate and eclipse and many other phenomenon urging us to be more, it seems like a huge leap forward to work only with our Souls. It’s essential to be fully immersed as Soul.

I use the term “Lion’s Gate” because most are familiar with that term; however, labels are not used in the New; they limit. Let us just say it’s another big wave on the spiral we are traveling. We are reminded not so gently to stay in the Moment, for it is only in the Moment we can ride the wave of energy pulling us along. We can use the momentum of this wave to release more of the lower energies like anger and unforgiveness; these hold us back; stopping the flow. You are not in the Moment when you experience lower emotions. These lower emotions are of the past; let them go when they surface and reroot yourself in the Moment. What do you feel when you’re fully in the Moment?

We are still in the energy of both the “Lion’s Gate” and all of the eclipses. All  of these together accentuate the energy. Gaia is experiencing this as well. Look at the fires of Transmutation! Yes, all is very intense now, which is affecting us clear down to our cells. Oh my, aren’t we exhausted?!? Lots is going on; yet there are new beginnings and insights, which lead to an upgrade of consciousness. We have more Divine Wisdom as the Light Codes from our own Original Home infuse us with their Love. Our new DNA is activated and we accelerate our personal and spiritual evolution. With this acceleration, manifestation of wherever we put our attention occurs. 

We are being profoundly affected. Our Hearts are expanding, which also expands our Courage and Expression. This energy also likely brings up old energies; all those things that hold us back in the old. If you feel anxious, angry, impatient and/or lethargic, these are all brought forth by the intense energies. Don’t allow them to rule your life; observe them and then step into the Moment. Meditate so that not only will you stay in the Moment, you also align yourself with the energies that are flowing; and you more easily and consciously become One with and as your Soul; your Authentic Self.

Stay grounded and focused on your Heart’s intentions, meditate and be in Nature often. Honor your Integrity and laugh. As you do, you heal and whole your deep wounds and expand your Heart and 3rd Eye chakras. As your Heart opens wider, you receive many blessings, especially from the Blue Beings of Sirius.

On Facebook, I mentioned a chakra that is located in the cerebellum at the base of the skull. It is being activated and upgraded for many; those who are ready for it. This upgrade includes higher Sensitivity to energies. So if you feel some energy there or if it’s a bit sore, this might help you understand it more. Also it is connected to the Crown chakra by many tiny chakras, often referred to as the “string of pearls.” Pearls hold essences of Purity and Wisdom. This chakra in the cerebellum is referred to as the “Mouth of God,” which is further enhanced when you speak your Truth. I have been told it also holds past lives and is called (if you choose to have a name for it) the Ascension Chakra. While it’s not considered to be a major chakra, it feels to me like it’s quite important for us at this time.

Love is a word that has been bandied about often. Love is Source; it is who we are. As Love, we are loving. This means that we accept all, even though we don’t necessarily have relationships with all of whom we love We still choose to be with those we resonate with; yet we love and accept all even while there are differences. When we open our Hearts to all of life, we create the New Earth. Sometimes being loving is letting go of certain people and loving first and then releasing patterns that limit us. Love is recognizing there is no separation.

As we evolve, we also see the illusions folks project as a way to protect themselves from evolving. The more you are honest and in your Integrity, the more these same folks may push you away, as their separate ego has them adhere to their old patterns and judgments and you pose a risk to their comfort zone. You need not take this personally, as all have a choice. Be sure to take care of yourself. One way to do this is to not chase after others who choose not to be close to you in order to heal or fix the relationship. Let go and let be gracefully. Allow yourself the space and time to heal and whole. Life is on a continuum. It is not black and/or white; it ebbs and flows.

Be sure not to let the world’s events distract you. Choose what you focus on. As you focus on the positive things that surround you, you evolve and attract more of the same. There are many who are doing positive things for life. How are you contributing? It can be as small as feeding birds, composting, recycling, donating time and/or money…there are so many ways in which you add to the Beauty of life. Whatever you choose to focus on grows. Be in Appreciation and Gratitude for all in your life, whether big or small, flowing or challenging. There is plenty of drama in the world and yet, you have a choice as to whether you join in the drama or choose a different path. Choose those things that make your Heart swell and enhance your Joy.

Be in Discernment always. Do not take folks’ words as Truth, for Truth is within you. If something resonates, your Heart expands; if something doesn’t feel right, pay attention to your own feelings. This shifts as you evolve.

As our DNA upgrades, realize that our entire bodies are affected. Our Lightbody (Soul) is descending to merge as us. This brings many changes. I won’t go into them, as the energies affect each of us uniquely. You may want to sequester yourself or scream or cry or laugh. Whatever you do is helping you acclimate to being New. Breathe deeply. Breathe into anything you are experiencing. The breath is Light. Remind yourself of who you are. You are nothing short of a miraculous unfolding of Divine Love.

In the Midst of Eclipses ~ Light Influx Goes Deep into Gaia ~ July 25, 2018

More Light downloads?! Yep! This Light influx goes deep into Gaia; into Her heart actually; and this affects all living within Her, including ourselves of course. With more Light, there is more Awareness of old patterns to let go of as well as a heightened version of who we are. Drama intensifies as it is loosening its grip. You see, when something is about to transform, it gets really strong and in your face. Wave good-bye and don’t engage in the drama, lest you activate it more. Stay strong!

If you have been having memories of your past, realize this is a clearing. Be reminded that with every clearing, you also clear your ancestry (lineage) as well as your ancestors. This is quite freeing for you and them. Also know that it’s safe for you to share your gifts openly when it wasn’t so nice in the past; whether you were killed, ridiculed or persecuted, that all is cleared. You can share now without fear of reprisal. If it seems you’ve been waiting awhile to see how to show your gifts, all comes when you are ready…in Divine Time. Wait till something truly resonates without the urge to “just do something.” Separate ego wants doing; Soul wants being. Be still and patient. Meanwhile, continue to Be and continue to let go of anything that is not Love (Source). Express and experience yourself more than where you live, what you do and what you look like. You are much more than any description you have of yourself.

When you are truly an awakened one, you accept Divine Love wholly and completely; you are One with and as Source; therefore, you hear your Soul Song clearly. You are aware of opportunities, rather than seeing only challenges. Awakening is not one big event; nothing happens like that. Awakening is a continuous flow, as is everything. With Awakening, you become more and more authentic. There is no need to hide who you are or mask your true identity. When you are fully awake and authentic, it becomes a part of you, like breathing.

We are in the middle of eclipses, so there is an Opportunity to be more. The Solar Eclipse of earlier this month brought up many old emotions. As emotions arise in you or others, step away and breathe. How you react creates more of the same. If you respond, you flow with the energy rather than against it and this also creates more of the same. There may be lots of physical adjustments, so you may be more Light. Observe your body changes. I had a funny thought this morning as I lay in bed somewhere between full wakefulness and sleep. What if we are changing into an animal? What if we are fully merging with our Totem? My Totem is Raven. Am I sprouting wings? Can I fly? Can I purr like Raven does at times? Of course! What Totem are you merging with and as? What are you learning? What gifts is your Totem showing you that are a part of who you are?

As this next Eclipse comes (we’re in its energy now), how is your body changing? We continue to let go of ancesteral lineage and old guilts created by unaware actions of our past. There may be some returning or new phenomena. For me, I experience rashes, dry skin, some strange headaches, dizziness and many other things that I have been experiencing for years and some new ones as well. All is in Divine Order.If you experience illness, this may be due to an adherence to the old (resistance). There are many endings as well as new beginnings. These new and old cycles reveal themselves individually. Only you know what it means for you. Pay attention to your sacred sight, sacred hearing, sacred knowing and sacred feeling, as these are being upgraded and will continue to do so. Gaia is releasing as you are; you not only feel this, you know it, see it and hear it. Be a strong lighthouse. This is standing in your Power, knowing that you give off Light to help. You are becoming stronger in your Authenticity and Light. It continues to help you evolve in pure consciousness. You are Christed; you have everything within you. It sits dormant, waiting for you to know it and be it.

Love and accept yourself, as you do with all other life forms. As one wise woman once said, “They go low, you go high.” It does not matter how another chooses to be; always be Love and remember that there is no real separation between you and others. There are just different degrees of Awakening. Be gentle with yourself when it seems your old self emerges from time to time. Honor who you were, who you are and who you’re becoming. It is so easy to go back to who you were and seemingly challenging to fully be who you are now. The New takes Commitment and ongoing Awareness. The old is easy to slip back into, because it’s what we have known. Yet the more you accentuate the New as you, the easier it becomes to be in the New; then it’s all you know; as simple and easy as breathing. Ease.

Let all of your past go so you don’t continuously repeat it. Some issues and people clear automatically. Don’t rush back to save or fix it. Let it go, whether it is people, things or attitudes. You need not perceive it as loss; it simply is Soul’s way of clearing you so you may evolve and be more Love/Light. We need not fix anything; just let it be. Once you are clear of the old, much is also cleared in your life. Opportunities show up, you intuit new directions and that which is to be in your life remains or returns…or not. Trust Divine Order. Does that feel freeing?

There is no need to be confused or lost. If you are guided by your Intuition to take a step in a particular direction, do so. If not, it’s not yet time. Do only that which is of the Heart; of Intuition. It comes in spurts at times and if it’s from Soul, it will not let go till you take an action step. Feel first and then act. Often you may simply observe yourself taking a step without thought. This is great! There is no thinking or analyzing involved when you act from the Heart. The Heart needs no explanation or “why;” it simply is.

As we are infused by this huge Light, we may feel very complacent with barely any energy; however, we are expanding mentally, spiritually and physically and are extremely sensitive to all in our environment…the dog barking seems louder and any noise seems intolerable and so it goes. There is nothing to be concerned about; we are simply vibrating higher in much higher dimensions, while in our 3D bodies. What is great about nuisances is that they bring us right into the moment. It’s all orchestrated by Source. Cool, huh? We get to choose our state of being. We can discard and ignore upgrades and downloads and remain small or we can open up and invite it all in. We can be grateful or resistant. We have Free Will…always. Know as you move through the 3D world, you move with Awareness. Our Lightbodies are activated and as we truly know this, we disengage from the old, controlling matrix, because we know who we are.

We are transitioning to a more expansive consciousness. This affects our world and beyond as well. We are building the New step by step. Stay in your lane, focused. Are you in the fast lane or the slow lane? It doesn’t matter at all. All lanes go forward not backward. We may shift lanes at times, yet we all arrive. Ooops! Did you get stopped for going too fast or slow? No worries; adjust your speed; any warning/message is to help you be congruent with your Soul.

Being in the Lunar Eclipse is like surfing the biggest wave ever. As you ride the wave, stay centered, be open and know you are not only Love; you are loved!

Energy Update ~ Any Resistance Surely Creates a Push-Pull Energy Within You ~ August 15, 2017

While eclipses are powerful for change, I honor the Simplicity of it. I do not buy into the hype and I see there is a lot of that, and I don’t follow the crowd…yet, I do honor everyone’s choices. In this Ascension Note, I won’t be spending time glorifying the upcoming solar eclipse, but rather speak to the underlying energy of it. This eclipse and any labels we use detract from the message. Any time we use labels, whether describing ourselves or defining something, we only touch the surface, rather than going deeper.

As you know, we have been powering through our unique ways of keeping the old 3D matrix alive by holding onto old beliefs, patterns and other ways we believed were true. We’ve been moving through illusions by questioning everything. This is not so much intellectual questioning, but a feeling into something we’ve been told and realizing that it may be a lie to cover up the truth of something. As our Intuition has strengthened, we see and feel through any given illusion so that we may free ourselves from the old matrix. This includes history and current events, whether within us or around us.

We have also been releasing through our physical bodies. Not fun, yet necessary. In my meditation, I asked if the “on-fire” nerves on the lower left side of my body were indeed a Transformation to being crystalline. The answer was “yes.” It has also been a release of old toxins as my body adjusts. I know each being is experiencing some sort of physical adjustment; created by you, for you. It is best not to try to lump yourself into some sort of generalization, but honor your own process, for we each are unique in how we express our Divinity and all that goes with it. Perhaps it can also show us old beliefs like “I am ill; I’d better see the doctor;” or “I want to see if what I’m experiencing is what others are experiencing” (the need to belong); I know there are many beliefs that this adjustment can bring up. Take a deeper look beneath the physical manifestation.

Take a breath and ask these questions: 

Do I see Divine Justice in all situations?

Do I take Responsibility for all in my life (not for others; for your own life situations)?

Do I still separate by blaming others, whether that is in my own small circle or on the global stage?

Do I realize that I create my circumstances through my own consciousness?

Do I truly know that I am not a victim?

What outer event(s) mirror what I still hold onto within?

What is the truth in every situation I experience?

How am I seeing or not seeing the bigger picture?

Do I trust Divine Order/Divine Justice or am I still practicing and holding duality within through judgment?

Answering these questions may help you fully disengage from the 3D matrix. Of course, this is not all it takes. We must fully let go of anything that holds us back in the old. We must be absolutely willing and committed to being in the New and trust our journey of “no-destination.” We must be willing to allow our lives to be completely different. Realize also that when you let go, those in your life who want to keep you in your old role may resist your path; and it may not be pleasant. You aren’t here to please others. However, you create your life, be open to the ups and downs of change. It is a beautiful way to be if you are committed to your Path of Ascension.

Can you flow with the changes or are you feeling as though you’re kicking and screaming, as if you’re  being dragged somewhere you don’t want to go? Remind yourself that you have chosen this. Any resistance surely creates a push-pull energy within you, so either commit all the way or not at all.

Many of us have walked or do walk a Labyrinth…whether inner or outer or both. The Labyrinth was first created by King Solomon as a Commitment to Source. Walking it, one is reminded that they/we embody both Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine and that we are not separate from Source or anything else. In the center of the Labyrinth, there is a full Awakening, realizing that our physical body is a sacred temple. Walking the Labyrinth is bringing Heaven to Earth; creating the New Earth. Only Love exists here, within us. The Labyrinth symbolizes our life and we are asked to venture to the center (Heart) for complete communion with and as Source. We must see that we are Divine and nothing less. Divinity=Love.

The energy of this entire month is to help push us over whatever we perceive to be a limitation. We may use the energy of this month to move beyond the old and empower the New. Where do you hold yourself back; where do you limit yourself? Know that you may transcend any small, limited way of experiencing life into living large. Each time you meditate, you strengthen your resolve to shift into a higher gear. You need not wait; do it now.

Our own New Body Grid is in place now. It is created and activated every time we focus and integrate a Soul Essence such as Love, Joy, Peace, Responsibility (for self), Abundance and many more. Focusing on one or more Soul Essences within our Body Grid creates life that is built from these essences. It is the same with the New Earth Grid, which is anchored onto Earth. Each time we integrate a Soul Essence, we empower the New Earth Grid, so that there is a continuous strengthening of us and of the New through our choices.

An important practice to help you integrate more Love into you as you is to drop the dualistic thinking of “I’ll like you if you are just like me.” If you judge another as “bad,” where in you do you hold “bad?” All beings are Love. Do not withhold your Love from them just because you might see them with eyes of disdain. Perhaps these beings are ones who need to be loved more; not admonished or judged. See Love in everyone. As the old transforms, it may seem as though it is becoming stronger. This is an illusion. You help strengthen the old by practicing any sort of duality, which is still within you if you are in any judgment or fear whatsoever.

While we see and feel the many changes within and around us, we still have a long way to go till we are nothing but Love. You may hasten this by committing and aligning yourself with the New; with Love. Open your Heart, for it is here that Soul/Highest Self-connects with you. Merge with Soul so that there is nothing but Love within you. Surrender any resistance or stubbornness or insistence that you’re “right” (as opposed to “wrong?”) to Love.

If you have plans, let them go. Replace them with Heart-intentions (not head-intentions). Plans take you out of the Now. Realize that plans are illusions; they are of the old. Only being in the Now Moment helps you move forward, moment by moment. Keep your focus on how you want to feel. This alone creates the future. Let go of the details and simply follow your guidance in each moment. Source has no plans, for plans create a box of limitations. Source is nothing but Love and will never interfere with your Free Will. Source guides and does not direct or control.

Continue to allow any emotions to bubble up so that you may transform them to Love. In other words, don’t stuff them back down into their hiding place. They may hide and erupt at perfect times, as each emotion leads you to a deeper belief. These emotions also hide who you truly are by putting a layer of forgetfulness around you like a blanket. One big emotion for most is fear; fear of not having or being enough, fear of not doing enough, fear of the unknown, fear of being out of control, fear of being alone…and the list goes on. Release all your fears in the Sacred Rose and then fill up with Source Love…to replace what you release. This transforms fear and other emotions to Love.

Remind yourself that all is vibration. What you are within is what you attract from outside yourself. As above, so below; as within, so without. Remind yourself also that it is not about doing as much as it is about Being. You do through Being. Everything you experience increases your Awareness and when you are fully awake and aware, you make choices that are aligned with who you are.
