Have you noticed the intense energies of the last few days, indeed weeks? It is churning out all the old negative karmic patterns created in other lifetimes and this one, and it bringing to the surface those long suppressed and repressed trauma, pain and traumatic experiences, even death experiences of those lifetimes spent on earth, which needs to be faced, dissolved, forgiven and released. Think of a Huge Golden Book – it is your soul book. All the chapters before were but but part of the plot – the suspense, in getting you to this moment, in this lifetime, where you finally have the open door, the open chance, to undo all the negative karma with other souls, to finally forgive and let yourself free and others from the karmic wheel, which will not be operational anymore in the 5th and higher dimensional state, for a new form of life and living and soul experiences are and will be created. Think of a Huge Golden Book – it is your soul book. All the chapters before were but but part of the plot – the suspense, in getting you to this moment, in this lifetime, where you finally have the open door, the open chance, to undo all the negative karma with other souls, to finally forgive and let yourself free and others from the karmic wheel, which will not be operational anymore in the 5th and higher dimensional state, for a new form of life and living and soul experiences are and will be created. You are now about to write the final chapter in that book of your soul experiences on the planet up to date, and especially the 3D. You now wish to bring it all together, and finally dissolve the plot and transcend the need to write any more chapters in the book. You wish to now hand over the book to the Divine, and in doing so, will be given a brand new and much higher vibrational energetic recording crystal, to record your new life in the 5th dimensional state and higher. This is the new way of life in a much higher frequency state. The choice is yours. You may of course continue to write more chapters in your book about your life in the 3D world – or you may wish to transcend into the higher states, and know that you are finally freed at soul level from all the old stuff which has come over so many lifetimes, you are free, the other souls are free, and you can now move into the higher state of mastery the 5D requires. There is a massive cosmic portal opening up just in between Jupiter and the earth, which has been closed for millennia. It looks something like a wormhole, and it brings for the first time in millions of years the return of a mass cosmic consciousness which is embedded in certain star gates in this solar system. The mechanisms of this massive field of consciousness is that of the ancient beginnings when the first galaxies were formed, the first 12 master galaxies, and then, when the wars of heavens started, this massive portal was closed down, and moved towards those new galaxies forming in the outer reaches of the cosmic whole. What is will be doing is affecting the pyramids and pyramids grids inside, on the surface and those under the sea, and bring about the acceleration of the rising of consciousness on this planet. It will trigger immense memory banks in our inherent DNA and molecular memory banks, and bring about the a massive shift in the way we perceive our material world, as a lot start disintegrating which once held form, while other forms of life, which have been living alongside us, in different dimensional states, and also inside the earth, will now for the first time be visible to those who are tuning into the cosmic impulses emitted by this massive portal. This portal is directly linked to the Bear constellation, for it was one of the first galaxies to truly evolve to the Super consciousness which brought about a massive shift in the greater cosmic whole, and later then influence life on Sirius, on Andromeda, the Pleiades, Arcturius, Orion and Milky Way Galaxy, as well be Pegasus, Taurus and Leo. It will start affecting us, and the earth energy grids open up. It is very high frequency energy which cannot be detected as yet by human measurements, as it vibrates at a frequency range which is out of our orbit. It will bring in the activation of the synopses within our latent brain – in others words those parts of our brains we have not used for thousands of years. It will bring about a sudden opening up of talents, faculties and abilities which will enable us to make a total shift of consciousness within a very short span of time, as the planet is now ready to step up in consciousness and is thus pulling us into a much higher frequency band. It means that electronic equipment will suddenly start malfunctioning and satellite communications will be affected. It will hone in on the lower frequency bands which will slowly and surely start disintegrating and thus cannot function any more in that very slow frequency rate it used to function in. It will bring about a mass movement into the heart energy spaces which will then in turn disintegrate old patterns, which are also ancestral patterns and most of all old thinking patterns which no longer serve this planet, as this energy field is now penetrating the existing energy matrix and it is now shifting the whole field. As this brings tremendous cosmic fields of new energies in, which together with the cosmic solar flares emitting from sun – which is also now more and more affected by this portal opening up – it will affect our daily lives in the subconscious field as we start understanding more and more that the old structures, the old lies, the old control mechanisms now fall away and the new start forming which is of such high frequency, that the old cannot move into those fields. As we move into the highest truth and integrity of our own soul and its inner guidance system, we will receive help from those in the higher dimensions to incorporate the changes and thus to move with this field and move into the higher states of consciousness. It is therefore imperative that we continue with the clearing of whatever comes up in our memory banks, whether this be personal, family and collective clearing. One will only feel immensely disorientated if one is not willing to do the inner clearing and go with the cosmic flow. What will most be affected is the way of thinking and way the science will finally understand that all thinking without incorporating the heart centered living and an holistic approach is but wishful thinking. As we step higher in the frequency bands and consciousness we step more and more into the co-creator role. Yet, this can only be done when we start adhering to the cosmic laws and are in harmony with this and thus learn to flow with the cosmic frequency bands and become one with these. Expect then for changes to escalate and for more changes to come in. Nothing is settled anymore. All is in a tremendous flux, and all is busy dissembling and forming something new. Hold onto nothing. Attach to no-one and nothing. That does not mean you cannot love someone – just do not attach. Learn to go with the flow and not to resist it. You will only feel intense pain if you resist this massive cosmic wave of disintegration so that integration on a vast cosmic scale can occur. It is time for the New Age to make itself felt, and none more so in these higher cosmic frequency bands.

The HUGE portal opening yesterday on 2222 was remarkable for the energetic influx of feminine energies which will now allow a “speed up” for the transformation of humanity. Terra Nova (Gaia) has indeed reached at least 5D with collective consciousness of humanity now to proceed more quickly.
Thus, keep your eyes on the news and to the skies, as many positive things will begin to appear, bringing us all to a more complete manner of Being…
As the immensely powerful shifts now occurring is pushing us more and more in the higher frequency bands with the opening of the immense cosmic portals from the Giza Pyramids to Sirius and the from Sirius linking us directly again to 7th Central Sun of Illumination. More than this, it has opened the immensely powerful sun discs and the energy they emit.
These sun discs are not only massive and immense torus energy vortices, but smaller ones were used in ancient times to store Universal knowledge and information and download it directly into the mind. Thus, information could not be distorted nor twisted, nor used in detrimental ways.
With this the Crystal Pyramids and the Spinal Column of the Earth have been reactivated and massive earth changes are upon us.
This shift now goes directly into heart.
The mindless running of the rat race, and quest for that ultimate material “something” has kept humanity mindless for so long. It was a quest into a material reality, which in truth was illusionary. So many are now opting to get out of the rat race, as their hearts open and their souls awaken, and they start to see the truth.
Once the soul sees the truth, and starts living it, it cannot go back into the illusion, for it now seeks ever higher truths, an ever higher and more expanded way of life and living this truth. The search then opens the whole new doorways, to expanded consciousness, expanded awareness and expanded Beingness.
Deep down the soul knows that it is here for a reason, a mission and purpose. When one wishes to deny this purpose, wake up calls will come along the way, to nudge the soul back to its original state, and to the essence of what the Divine created it for to be and express.
In my soul readings, the soul name already indicates the higher attributes of the Soul, as the Divine created it, and through these attributes it is meant to serve the Divine cosmically, so that the Divine can experience His/her Creation through the soul.
The shifts now bring even higher awakening with the souls who are awake and aware. We need to shift now into much higher gear, and it is awakening ancient remembering within us all, which goes far beyond the planet and all incarnations here and into the very heart of the Universal Creation and the core heart of it all.
The Universal Creation is vast – so vast that our human minds cannot even grasp this. And within the Universal Creation there is a hidden order, and Universal Laws govern this order and these Laws apply to all of Creation. It applies to the individual soul, to the collective soul groups, to the Collective Planetary, Solar, Galactic and Universal Soul.
The consciousness levels of individual souls at this moment in time, is that of finally reclaiming their Universal and Cosmic Consciousness. Once consciousness expands into the Universal levels, one starts walking this planet in a much higher state of Being. Yet the higher State of Being, can only be attained through the open heart center which links directly to the Soul.
The Soul in turn is directly linked to the Soul Group or Monad, and through the Monad, linked through the various levels of Divinity to the Divine Source.
Many souls, when they are ready to ascend into the higher states of consciousness will now, and some already have, merge with other soul flames (I am not talking about Twin Flames here), in order to step into the full mastery of their souls. This is an energetic merging and only comes when the soul is ready to assume much higher leadership roles and walk the path without ego.
These are the core souls who have been involved with this planet since the beginning, first in Agartha, the Inner Earth civilization, and then in the later civilizations and mostly in the role of teachers and Higher Guides. They serve at Universal levels and thus their souls have gained the Universal Knowledge which surpasses anything one can master on planet earth.
These souls have up to now, lived in relative obscurity, for they needed to do so – and many of them lived quiet lives in the background, while anchoring in their soul mission and purpose into Mother Earth, especially since 2004. Some have had immense shifts and thus stepped further into the merging since 2017 and will do so more and more in the next years leading up to 2021 and 2034.
Yet the time has come now for these souls to step forward and out and reveal themselves to humankind, so that the work can now be done at accelerated pace. They serve without ego. They are not there to bring opium to the masses to keep them ignorant and bound, but they will free them from the shackles and bonds still holding them in the 3D. This work is already being done – but now will be done to a much greater degree.
The greatest work is not done, where there is much publicity and fanfare and where the masses go. Most of these highly advanced souls have chosen other paths, which in the end lead to a much greater awakening in many alternative ways. For in truth the greatest teachers walk humbly and walk egoless, for they are do not seek mass adoration nor condemnation, but steadily walk the middle path, where one blame or praise has no effect.
One is totally focused on the work, and the work alone. One walks that path relentlessly, and one is but here to serve from the heart and soul and with all of one’s being. For as the awakening occurs the souls who need to find them, will be led to them and they will recognize these Masters within their hearts and souls. For the Masters will speak directly into their souls, and thus the soul will know them through the truth their hearts recognize.
For this the marriage now the heart and mind. The mind will always question what the heart and soul know. It is best to step out the mind, and into the heart, which is directly attached to the soul, and then you will see clearly. When you allow the mind to control the heart, you cannot see. You are blind. When the heart opens, and reconnects to the soul, and its infinite knowing, then the mind serves the heart and works in unison with it. There needs to be a beautiful balance between the heart and the mind.
More than this, it is the balancing between the right and left brain, the marriage within of the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine, and the return to the higher states of Balance and Unity.
Immensely powerful and potent vibrational frequency shifts are upon us in the next few months and years. The Universal Counsels with the Divine have ordained that Planet Earth will return to the original 7th dimensional state she was originally created in to be and become. What the Divine declares – happens.
It will mean that we all will need to shift – and the shifts will happen within our own hearts and souls. There will be a heart opening as never experienced before. The old you will disappear. The New and much Higher Version of you will rise and you will hardly recognize yourself anymore.
What had so much meaning for you today and even yesterday, will lose its glamour, as you finally recognize the Maya, the Illusion which has kept humanity prisoner for so long. You will see the truth, and you soul will recognize the Truth to the highest degrees and your heart will know.
As the heart opens, the Eternal One LOVE will fill it. The Eternal Light and Love which goes beyond all description and all Understanding. You will start to see the truth that everyone you encounter, is but another you. For in truth we are all ONE. There is no separation. There never has been.
As the Rainbow Tribes and People, the True Ones, gather, they will bring global transformation to the highest degrees. More so, they will unite in Unity, such has never experienced before.
As the heart opens more and more, and Power of Love, floods all the Beings and Mother Earth shifts into the higher dimensional state, all will be reborn, reinvented, reshaped, and transformed. The Old earth is no more. All will be transmuted. This immense alchemy transformation and transmutation is in full swing.
Open your heart and allow Divine Love to flood it and fill it.
Open your soul’s deepest remembrance and live its truth.
Do not shrink away from being broken open, and allowing the old Adam and Eve to dissolve, but embrace the New YOU, which is now rising to the fore, the True SOUL YOU and then go and become what you need to become in order to fulfill your highest soul mission and purpose here on planet earth.

As 2020 is rapidly unfolding, let us be prepared for dramatic earth and life changes. Our souls have been prepared for this through many lifetimes, culminating in this one, which is truly the most dramatic shift into the higher dimensional state the earth has ever been subjected to. Indeed, when planet earth was first created, she was created in the 7th dimensional state. With the subsequent fall of Elysium, then the Lion Kingdom, Avalon, Mu and Lemuria, and finally Atlantis, wars and destruction plummeted her into the 3rd dimensional state. Dimensions are vibrational frequency bands, and the 3rd, dimension is very slow and dense and of very low frequency. The planet has, since 2012, been reborn in the 5th dimension, and most of this happened in since 2015 and gradually building up momentum, and the next years are going to see tremendous shifts, as the planet moves further up into the 6th. We are meant to be back in the 7th by 2034.
Our physical bodies have been prepared since 1994, to become more crystalline. Therefore, with the earth upgrades, our physical bodies have also been subjected to changes. The New Children being born, already have the higher dimensional bodies, and are far more sensitive to drugs, to food, and environment than we are. These children need help from the word go and need to educate and trained in much higher ways, as the education systems are archaic, and close these kids down, before they even had had a chance to live!
When I do Soul reading for the babies, so many times these readings give the parents guidelines as to the areas where the soul’s genius lies, and where they need to watch out of food sensitivities, jarring sound interference, or radioactive environments or gadgets.
As far as we adults go, we will get more sensitive to drugs, food, to noise pollution, and to toxic environments and the energies emitted from other people, or even buildings etc. We are getting fine-tune, and the more fine-tuned one becomes, the more sensitive one becomes.
Add, to this, that when the third eye opens as well, and one starts using the intuitive centres more, one just lives in a totally different world than before, and now is more conscious aware of life in multiple dimensional forms and expression.
The Karmic Connection between souls: In my new book “An Ode to love and Being Loved” I deeply address the Twin Flame and Soul Mate relationships, and how souls are drawn together. Before we are born, or incarnate on this planet, we draw up a Soul Contract, and in this we agree when and how to meet those souls we need to meet, or work with, or have karmic debts to clear.
I was made aware of this in a huge way in the last few weeks, when old karmic issues came to the fore, with certain souls, which triggered physical reactions within me. It could not understand where the physical symptoms came from, until I was reminded to deep cleanse and clear and did the Forgiveness Decree a few times. It was with the help of a friend, that I finally had access to the soul memory bank and could forgive and let go. I was poisoned in a lifetime in Egypt, and the minute that I forgave and allowed the negative karmic pattern, to be dissolved, my stomach cramps went away, and I was healed.
The next incident occurred, not with me, but with someone else, who asked me to help. When I tried to get to the crux of the matter, my own Higher Guides stepped in and the message I clearly got, was that this was a karmic lesson the soul in question, needed to work through themselves. I was not allowed to intervene with their own free will and choice. Indeed, even Archangels and Ascended Masters and angels are not allowed to do so either.
With free will and choice, a soul can choose whether they wish to finally master the lesson, or dissolve the negative karmic patterns, or not. Their healing will occur to the degree that they are willing to do the inner work. As healers we need to understand this. We can guide a soul, we can show the way, but we are not allowed to take on the karmic lessons of other souls. 2020, will start churning out, all those soul lessons to be mastered, and all the emotional baggage that needs to be dealt with, as well cannot carry all that baggage into the 5th Dimensional state. Indeed, we would not want to! The more we cleanse, clear, forgive and release, the lighter and brighter we become! With this remember, that we all have shadow and light. We are nice and mean. Kind and cruel. Loving and unloving. Balance means that one embraces BOTH sides and understand that the shadow serves as much as the light. Balance point lies in the middle. We need embrace and marry our own inner masculine and feminine. We are BOTH.
In my soul readings I find that a lot of androgynous souls from Mu and Lemuria have returned and they will need to embrace their own androgyny. It leads to confusion sometimes around their own sexuality. Yet, please remember, that androgynous beings, do not, and at the time of Lemuria, did not need sexual intercourse to procreate. The seed was put into a type of incubator, which had an egg form, and they would literally hatch – shed the shell and be born without trauma or pain. We are returning to that state.
2020 is the year of expansion on all fronts. New horizon and new frontiers open for the whole of the human race. The old needs to disintegrate, so the new can rise.
What a time to be alive and well and on planet earth!
