Cosmic tidal waves of changes are pouring in. Indeed higher and higher ascension frequencies. It is a massive collective rebirth process as the old is disintegrating faster and faster and thus a deep dying of the old structures, forms, way of life. With death lies the seed of new life, resurrection, and the sprouting forth of the new. The planetary and human ascension is unstoppable. This has been prophesied for how long and now we are in it. Changes are upon us on all levels now and it is going to show up everywhere. I was shown this directly by the High Counsels from the Pleiades yesterday as they were working intensely with my spinal column and my energy centers.
In this regard we are going through intense upgrading in our DNA as well as our cellular structures. Our bodies are changing with the upgrades at incredible rates and we need to allow ourselves the rest to allow our bodies to adjust. Take off some much needed me-time – it is essential and will help to keep you vibrantly healthy.
More than this the capacity of our brains is increasing as certain chambers are being reactivated which were closed down when Atlantis fell. It will bring in the activation of certain latent or dormant faculties of the brain and it will help us to navigate through the dramatic earth changes upon us.
We are being rewired, revamped and reinvented on all levels now!
Through all of this, remember that our relationships will be going through intense and immense changes too. So many will leave dormant and stuck relationships and find their way into much higher and better suited ones, with those souls they are meant to link up with now.
We are in for more and more dramatic changes – so let us be kind to ourselves!
Starseeds, Indigo, Crystal, Rainbow and Sun Children of all ages…. At this moment in time which is Earth-time – Not cosmic time, all the souls that were once involved or incarnated in Elysium, the Lion Kingdom Avalon, Lemuria and Atlantis and all the subsequent colonies of such, have incarnated. A few opted not to incarnate, but to assist those who are incarnated now, and are on-call at all times for extra guidance and wisdom. It is a crucial time in the development of psyche.
Remembering that the greatest moment is, when the duality within all is perfectly balanced – in that moment of perfection the Divine Spark or Breath is reached…………
It is very important at this moment in time not to be attached to ANY THING – that is to all things that are VISIBLE to the eye and the senses of all human beings. This brings to mind materialism in all its forms as well as the physical body – but to remember that ALL IS ILLUSION and that what seems solid and real is actually merely particles floating around to create the illusion of solid-ness.
When all is falling apart at the seams it is difficult to detach the soul from the illusion projected all around it. It is crucial then to find time to be silent and to ask yourself: IS THIS REAL?
True guidance will lead the soul back to its Divine Origin and its Source. It will always be with great compassion and kindness, with immense love and wisdom that surpasses all understanding.
One must remember, that those, like you, who are volunteer souls, will feel intensely more the pain and suffering of all those around you, more so than the ones who have always opted to incarnate time and time again on this earth.
You come from a place of perfection, where there is no lack or scarcity, where all is abundance and all are as ONE.
Is it then any wonder that you sometimes feel as if you simply cannot understand this planet, nor the reasoning behind all the suffering and pain? You also have great difficulty in understanding why resources are not shared, nor why people have the great urge to kill one another.
It is not because your heart does not feel compassion, empathy or understanding.. It is because you feel so deeply and because you read people’s inner being, their soul at a glance. You have a gaze that goes to the very core soul and reads it – this stems from your innate nature, which is also connected to the Soul Records, to which your soul has access at all times.
You were here at the very beginning when the earth was in the state of being created. You have seen her through all her phases, and you now see her in at the worst state she has ever been in….
Is it then a wonder that your heart bleeds? You feel the Earth’s Mother’s pain in a myriad ways – and this makes it a heavy burden to bare, since you know how much she is suffering.
Yet, remember at these times, THIS TOO SHALL PASS, and this is a great moment in time, when the cleansing of souls is of vital importance. The greatest cleanser is fire, and within this most souls are in the process of being cleansed.
You came in to help with the transition, to help souls to make the switch from a material body to a light-body, and to help those stuck in the dense-ness and illusion of materialism to see through the illusion of their own making. With this comes the anchoring of the Highest frequencies, vibrations, and rays.
It is the creation now of wholeness in the midst of total decay….
Volunteer souls were not picked because they were shrinking violets, but because of their innate strength, their ability to stand their ground and wield their swords when the going gets tough!

One thing my dad taught me, and for which I am so grateful, is that whenever something is looming, or challenges come, problems pop up, to look them square in the face.
“We will make a plan.” is what he always said, and sure enough, he came up with a plan.
Instead of seeing any problem or challenge, or those curved balls life sometimes sends you, as insurmountable, look at ways in which you can overcome them. It simply means you need to look at all your options, and start being innovative and calling in your higher guidance and the Divine to give you the clarity, the ideas, the insights you need. You may well need to do some deep soul searching, yet there is a hidden blessing in soul searching, for it will always bring you back to the deepest core truths within you and the way you are handling life.
Water is a great teacher. If you look at rivers, streams etc. you will see that water always finds a way to flow. It will either flow above obstacles, or around it, or even underneath it, or it will carve the way open.
Within every challenge, every seeming obstacles, every curve ball, there is a hidden blessing.
Yes, you are being stretched.
Yes, you are being challenged out of your comfort zones: – yet, know that once you have been stretched and grown through it all, you cannot shrink back to what you have been before! You have surpassed your own expectations and found out that you have far more abilities, resilience, innovative thinking and acting, than you even knew you possessed!
More, than this, you know for certain, that whatever life throws at you, you will be all right. For see just how far you have come! The coming may well have been on the wings of the angels who carried you, when you needed to take those leaps of faith, or when you needed to close you eyes, and just do what needs to be done and hope for the best!
When I look back at my own life, and see how much I have mastered through the most challenging times and how I was carried through it all, I have tears of gratitude and awe. Yes, of I had to make a plan but the knowing, the guidance came, after much soul searching. I have had to overcome so much – (and still do) but here I am, by the Grace of God. Thank you!
