Empaths, Sensitives and Gatekeepers have seen and felt this for months: The Big Thing happening mid-March. Here we glow.

March 15-17 has been on our Gatekeeper radar since last December. This presented as an alignment of Cosmic Stargates, interacting with Solaris (the SUN) and enveloping Gaia in the consciousness-shifting, veil-dissolving frequencies. A complete infusion of high-frequency energies unlike anything that has come before.

While this passage (March 15 – 22) is critical to those on the path of Ascension, it is part of our Divine Service to anchor, amplify and distribute these dramatically different light codes, harmonics, rays and New Earth experiences and Primary Christed Timelines into the collective consciousness.

The message is direct: This Gateway alignment will set off a series of waves, dramatically increasing the flickering, flashing, dimensional-barrier-dissolving, consciousness-expanding light. The intensity and uniqueness of this influx presents in a completely new way, triggering consciousness-shifting energies on both cellular and lightbody levels. Anxiety is common as Unity Consciousness is a collective feeling activity. Your body and lightbody are experiencing a whole new range of DNA activations as these frequencies activate 13th and 14th strand 5D levels, as well as 7D and 9D 144 strand and 244 strand patterning (multidimensional strands.)

Lightbody Changes: Upgrading for the New Light Level

Our recent Lightbody upgrades have enabled us to accommodate this next level of Light. Heart centers, the three levels of crowns, and Solar plexus have been active, since they support the next level of Ascension Embodiment. Your Light signature is also purifying, Divinitizing to enable the New Earth experience as the dominant reality. No more distorted illusion at this level; the purified geometry of the new crystalline structure may present in vision.

The bizarre and strong activations within the crystalline Lightbody over the last few weeks were direct preparation for this influx. We can feel it in our activations as the collective and personal trajectories shift. Some will be transforming to Lightbody level this year, a decision made at OverSoul level. That process is a deep remembering, activated by the release of ancient codes through Gaia herself.

We continue to activate and distribute these ancient codes within Gaia. The codes do not operate like a collective all-on or all-off switch. Information is interpreted differently in every vessel’s DNA, directed by the free will of each unique expression of consciousness. However, global revelation of higher levels of consciousness is on track. We receive the pure photonic light available in this area of space, which un-veils collective and personal darkness – as well as Pure LoveLight.

Choose your focus wisely. Remember that focus on darkness keeps it running in the collective consciousness. Time to create the New, or at least your highest vision for HUmanity, rather than marinating in the flotsam of the old paradigm.

Preparation:  We are ready.  Call it Forth.

Many of you received the message to be as calm, rested and focused as possible for this month’s changes. I just returned from four days of restful retreat by the Ocean, which had to be complete by the 12th. Allow yourself to breathe and feel the Divine Will of this wave’s intent. It has a significant effect on crystalline Beingness, accessed through the Heart.

Keep in heart that these frequencies amplify everything. They turn up the volume on every thought, word, emotion and intention. This is when the refinements in global clearing occur, as requested by the awakened collective. Stay in a neutral and pure heart-space, remembering that Unity Consciousness is your safe place. Divine Service is as Divine Service does.

Fears, doubts and emotional instability are amplified, as are Pure Heart Creations of New Earth. Choose wisely, the amplification will get quite intense. You can shift anything in the Now moment. If you find your self swayed into fearful thoughts or emotions, this is your self-empowerment challenge. Step up into your Creator Beingness.

If you have a wide-open Divinitized heart, this amplification is going to be a brilliant, blissful and expansive new experience. Embodiers, this is when we shine. Expect the unexpected, as the global trajectories will shift on behalf of all concerned. To my consciousness, this is a passage of meditation, prayer, cleansing, highest trajectory choices, creativity, and total surrender in the moment.

Staying Aligned with Highest Trajectories

Recent messages and team meetings are indicating the enormity of this event. Even my dreams about this have been lucid and prophetic. We continue to call this forth as a palpable, positive global shift in consciousness for all concerned. At this juncture, we step into our Creator State and move forward with the highest of highs. All focus goes to the LoveLight of highest outcomes. Period.

Our Inner Work: Questions to Assist with Focus

  • What is Divine Love asking of you in this Now?
  • How is your unique expression of Source changing? Witness this, feel this. Meditate on it.
  • Light-ground your experience (Write, Create) as we go through this influx. It will assist with collective clarity and calm as this unusual experience unfolds. Many are not able to identify what they are feeling.
  • What are your Higher levels requesting you to do in this Now? Notice the changes in trajectory, rather than repeating the familiar. All is changing to accommodate the Primary Christed Timeline experience.
  • Whatever provides heart-based clarity, joy, balance, calm, healthy energetic and emotional support – do it Now.

It may be helpful to drop extraneous/unnecessary tasks for the rest of the month. Let go of anxieties or worries about how Gaia or HUmans will handle the light, and envision global positive change. Live it, Feel it, Be it. All creations are amplified; use it for the good work.

Forgiveness is a huge part of revelation; it truly reveals your heart coherence. Grant clemency to all of the past, including yourself. We are brand new each moment. Match that vibration. This is New, Pure Light to work with; harmonize with it, co-create with it. Be in that space. Prepare your internal and external temple, clean your home and consciousness. The Christed State sheds material baggage; give away what is no longer needed.

The Experience is the Experience

A large group participated in New Earth timeline work at the Conscious Media Festival. We guided a New Earth Experience, utilizing pure Co-Creation for three timeline outcomes, each progressively more expansive. While this was a strong precursor to the upcoming influx, it also demonstrated how these energies may be experienced by the collective.

Some wept with freedom as pure joy turned on their DNA. Some went direct and unified with their Higher levels, Some had difficulty letting go of doubt, or were shy about feeling themselves as Source. Timeline work takes complete dedication; In the absence of doubt, we are all God.

Regardless of the level of consciousness, the final highest experience was palpable, and sent waves of New HUman creation rippling out through the field. It felt like sealing the deal; a Divine YES to the upcoming influx.

The 11:11 Gateway and the Crystalline Form ~ Nov. 8, 2017

The energy that we are experiencing lately is very intense and unlike any that we have seen before. It has to do with where we are in the galaxy. We are receiving codes from different locations particularly the Grand Central Sun. We are already beginning to feel the energies of the 11:11 gateway. This one will be a particularly powerful as there is a giant push for all to awaken and release fully the ties that bind.  It will continue to be intense as we are in the final energies of the year.

For many, the Ascension symptoms have ramped up. This is due to the energies coming in and changing our DNA. As we go from a carbon-based form to a crystalline one all density must go in order for us to move forward on this process. This is not only our physical density but the density that locks us into a prescribed reality such as our belief systems, self-sacrificing and victimhood patterning. It is all the areas where we have not forgiven or loved ourselves or another completely. It is the areas where we have judged another or ourselves. We must decide that we want to be HERE on earth during this amazing time. We must decide with every fabric of our being that we want to LIVE.

In order to navigate these energies, we do not need to be perfect. We do however have to actively work on releasing all that no longer serves. Some of you may feel as if you have backtracked recently. While painful it plays an important role. When we feel ourselves dip into the lower frequencies it is a stark contrast to when we feel clear and full of love. Allow this contrast to propel you even further on your quest to embody your highest self. We can no longer sit on the fence, we must choose where we want to be and work to maintain that frequency.

How the body is handling the energies

The body is definitely responding to the new codes coming in.  The cranium is changing which can result in earaches, temple, and sinus cavity pressure. The teeth ache and shift as they release old programming. The spine is upgrading and helping us to disconnect from one reality and anchor securely into another. As the body becomes more crystalline it can experience intense itching and temperature fluctuations. The body can lose essential minerals during these high energy phases. Ask your body if it needs magnesium, calcium, cell salts, Vitamin D, C, or B or water. Feel the response and act on it.

Anxiety can be an overwhelming side effect as can the nervous system going into overdrive. Now is the time to pull out all the ways you have learned to self-heal on this journey. Grounding, spending time in nature, baths, exercise, crystals, flower essences, essential oils, and herbs such as ‘Theanine Serene with Relora’ can do wonders.  Getting bodywork is very helpful, such as Reiki, Acupuncture, Massage, Cranial Sacral, and other modalities can help to move stuck energy through. If you feel that none of these ways are assisting you, don’t hesitate to see a doctor or a homeopath of your choosing. My guides told me very clearly that to think I don’t need assistance from other healers even from western medicine is a function of ego and a belief system. All things have their place on our individualized journey, we must choose through our open heart center which is the best for us.

Bring in your team during any sessions that you have to help amplify your healing. Ask for assistance from your Ascension team. Tell them what is taking place within your form and give permission to be helped in all ways. Understand that giving full consent to be helped, may mean that you are shown more clearly an area in your life that is not in resonance with who you are becoming.

Other end of the Spectrum

On the other end of the spectrum, some are feeling at ease in the higher energies. The energy bursts can give a much-needed boost. Write down the creative ideas that flow freely in these energies. Look at what ideas bring excitement. These are the clues to things you can focus on. Information is flowing in easily as well. Now more than ever it is imperative to listen and act on your own personal intuition and guidance. Manifestation is becoming faster, more noticeable. Some are receiving new assignments or/and a deeper understanding of current roles. The work, the contribution to the whole is becoming more deliberate, more conscious.

All of this is a function of a greater embodiment of the soul and the body become more crystalline.

Understanding Your Crystalline Form

I was in session with a client recently and she was asking about crystals and how she could best work with them to enhance her experience. Her guide said that most profound thing:

“You are the largest and best crystal you own.”

I could feel the importance of the statement and then over the next few days, I worked with my team to understand the statement.

We have heard for years how we are moving from a carbon-based form to a crystalline one. It is a slow process, so slow that we don’t even really believe it is happening. However, more and more people are beginning to see light emitting when they look at their skin under high magnification. Many are having dreams to help confirm the process. In one such dream, my thigh split open to reveal this blue and white crystalline structure as if I was staring into a crystal cave. It is all really exciting, but what does it mean?

Crystals are keepers and transmitters of frequency, codes (information) and energy. In Atlantis & Lemuria, crystals were used to help hold the records of the civilization but they also held the higher frequencies. Many simply feel at home in a place that has crystals in it simply because they raise the vibration of a location making a higher vibrating person feel more at ease in their own skin.  Crystals can also help raise your vibration and unlock codes within your form, helping to take you to the next level.

So what does this mean as you become crystalline?

You become the receiver, keeper, and transmitter of frequencies, codes, and energy. The more crystalline you become the more you become in charge of your own reality. A being that becomes crystalline can help to activate others and strengthen their awakening process. It really is a game changer

They explained “The more crystalline one is the more they are able to decode the activations and downloads coming forth. This assists with the creation of reality which includes your creation of health. As one is able to bring in greater templates that hold the creator programming it will ease the health of the human body. When this takes place, one will see rapid changes in their form.”

I asked them how best to facilitate the process and was told that it is very important to talk with the body. Tell your body what is taking place and also to state that it is your wish to become as crystalline as possible.  The way that we charge crystals is exactly how we should charge ourselves – water, sunlight, moonlight, and even burying ourselves in nature.

Taurus Full Moon Checkpoint & De~Ascension Symptoms

This full moon has been intense for human collective and Mother Earth. These energies are very grounding, earthy and very High. A great release of the old, dense energies has been occurring. Those in the Heart have been going through various activations, and higher consciousness experiences. This can vary from high states of joy, a lot of laughter, inspiration, the Divine Child Like Essence and other blissful states. This is the activation of the Heart… the Heart of God=Love. This is the feeling… the experience of Ascension. Your Full and Complete Natural State… the State of Being… the State of Love, which is the Heart.

However, those holding onto the mind… the ego… the experiences are quite the opposite. Many have been experience De~Ascension symptoms daily or often, which vary for everyone due to the amount of conditioning or density they are carrying. Ascension… Unity Consciousness, is an experience… a Feeling. It is the transformation of the old, dense energies, and anchoring of the New, Heaven Energies. Brain, Heart, Body and Soul in Balance Harmonics

You are ascending to your Natural State of Being, which is Balanced Harmonics with the Brain, Heart, Body and Soul. To clarify, the Brain… the organ of Divine Intelligence, is Not the Mind… which is programming of belief systems & lower consciousness. The Brain, Heart, and Soul work together in Balanced Harmonics, which is Our Natural State. The experience of Unconditional Love, is one of complete Bliss, Joy, Laughter, Wholeness, Divine and so much more. You are not foreign to these energies, as they are your Natural State of Existence. To continue in dysfunction… in the mind, and still trying to attract and integrate these energies, You will burn out. Many are already feeling these affects with their physical bodies. The Celestial Bodies & Divine Feminine Energies

The Divine Feminine energies has been lacking on the planet for eons. This was intentionally done by the “old controllers”, to bring forth imbalance and dysfunction onto the planet and collective. In the coming weeks and months, much of the celestial bodies will shift into Divine Feminine energies. This shift is to pour Divine Feminine energies onto the planet, and the collective, to bring about Balanced Harmonics. It through Balanced Harmonics, your True Divinity will be unlocked, and fully embrace your Higher Selves. The Divine Feminine energies are that of Pure Unconditional Love, Caring, Nurturing, Passion, Compassion, Creation, Inspiration, Imagination, and more.

However, while the qualities of the Divine Feminine energy are of Powerful Benevolence, they are also demanding of Integrity and Honor. This means the tolerance for All that is not in Right Action, will be dealt with swiftly. Those whom have not fully embraced the Heart, the Divine Feminine within, will not bold well in the energies. These energies will command all in Divine Order.

Dear Ones, Do not just speak of change… one must Be the Change… Walk Your Talk… Healing begins from within. Focus on your Inner Healing. This is how one assists Mother Earth and Humanity. Those in the programmed ego mind, will experience shock and awe within these upcoming energies.

Energy Update ~ Feelings and Tensions Riding High ~ Sept. 16, 2017

Feelings and tensions are riding high in these moments ahead of Equinox. The emotional content of conversations, on and offline, is escalating as people from all walks of life attempt to cope with our changing and increasingly unpredictable world. Continue reading to understand what this means for you, and some things you can do now to ease the tensions.

Background

Energies have become more intense in recent days, in part because of planetary line-ups but also related to the accumulation of emotional distress felt across the planet. Some of this distress is directly linked to natural disasters occurring in places like the USA, Nepal, and India.

When we have large-scale disasters such as these, you can feel distress even if you live far away. You don’t need to have lived through such a disaster to feel empathy for others coping with them now.

DNA-Level Memories

Here’s another factor. Seeing what others are coping with after a hurricane also can stir unconscious DNA-level memories of a past life when you faced a disaster. You don’t need to be consciously aware of the memory for it to impact you in the present.

We’ve all had experiences with disasters in some lifetime, and when memories of these get triggered in present time, they bring up our very basic survival issues. As we process those, we can feel anxious and on edge. When our brain processes thoughts and memories, a chemical reaction happens in our body – regardless of whether the thoughts and memories are real in the moment, something we imagine might happen to us in the future, or something that we experienced in a past life.

When I’m working with someone in a private DNA session – processing survival issues as noted above – they will show up in the akashic field around the DNA. Brought to awareness, they can be understood and healed.

Helping Yourself, Helping Others

Consider this. At the mass consciousness level, we are interconnected in a quantum way.

That’s one reason why when you heal something in yourself, you can help heal your ancestors and even the whole of humanity.

Similarly, when humanity’s ancient survival issues are catalyzed by disasters and wars, you sometimes can feel these survival issues arise within you. The feelings, which may not make logical sense, can seem to come out of nowhere and throw you off track.

Emotions that you didn’t even know you had can erupt like a volcano, sometimes at a very inconvenient time.

One way you can help yourself and others is by being more mindful of thoughts. A disturbing or unsettling thought can stir a whole pile of destructive emotions like anger. Strive to self-censor thoughts more during these volatile times. Only you in the moment can notice a thought and censor it before it backfires in your emotional body – becoming a weapon that can hurt you or someone else.

When destructive emotions arise despite your best efforts, take the time to diffuse the feelings before you speak or send your next text.

The more that you can find your calm zone on any given day, the greater help you can be to others around you. Most likely you have noticed that tumultuous emotions like anger, when expressed 1-on-1 or within a group, can be “catching.” Ever noticed after spending time with someone expressing anger that you feel an emotional disturbance?

Couple Share an Angry War of Words

Here’s an example of something I experienced in my usually quiet neighborhood – I live at the top of a high hill with homes down below. Sound carries, so sometimes I can hear things far away.

I was meditating one evening during a recent Full Moon. A couple living in a house below me began having an angry war of words. I don’t know the couple. I couldn’t see them, but I could hear them. I’m sure that they didn’t realize anyone could hear them. While I tried to block it out by shutting the window, the shouting was very loud. I could intuitively sense that the man and woman in the argument were partners and that they had had the very same argument many times.

The woman said, for example: “You never change. You leave me a mess to clean up. I pay all the bills and you just ran up my credit card to the limit without asking.” The man, who said very little the whole time except expletives, at one point said: “I won’t take this, I’m leaving.” And he slammed the door with a loud bang.

I could sense that before the argument began, both the man and woman were upset – most likely in part because of things having nothing to do with one another. The more angry words that were exchanged, the more intense things became. It was like a fire out of control.

This is an example of emotional outbursts that can arise during these crazy times. A couple like the one referenced above may already have some incompatibility issues. However, the intensity of energies can escalate things, amplifying the distress people feel.

If one or both of them had become mindful during the exchange of angry words – self-censoring and changing the dialogue – there could have been a better outcome.

Here is what I did to regroup energetically after witnessing the angry couple, disturbing my peaceful meditation. I closed the door to the room I had been in, going to another room away from the sounds from neighbors below me on the hill. I applied spiritual practices like I teach in the Divine Changemakers courses, then did some meditation. I came out of my process calm and peaceful, then had a restful sleep.

The Big Picture

Always keep in mind the big picture. There often are energies playing out having nothing to do with you personally, yet they can impact you.

The people you engage with regularly have the same dynamic occurring. Your partner, after having had a stressful day at work, may be more sensitive than usual. Things can be taken the wrong way. Things can be said that cannot be taken back.

All you can ever do is your part. What you can do – and what you must strive to do in order to create harmony – is to do your best in each situation. Be mindful, open, and willing to allow for mistakes you and others make.

If you feel judgment arising within you, acknowledge it, then let it go. You cannot proceed in a positive way when you judge. If you feel anger arising within you, acknowledge it, then let it go before you act on it. This will save you countless hours of needless confrontations and re-dos, and help you to avoid suffering.

Factor in the energies of a day. We live in times when energies of a Full Moon or Equinox can bring intensity along with mega opportunities for spiritual transformation.

Come back in your focus daily to the love that you house at your core. Focus on this love and do your best to apply this love to yourself and others. This is how you change – yourself, dynamics with others, and the world.
