Profound truth…very real, very satisfying to read and feel as your truth. Please read this message from Sophia Love about how human emotions ebb/flow in us both bringing and pushing away our realization of who we really are. I AM in the phase of understanding how this all works, as I watch my human body grapple with the immortality of ME.
Ready for a bit more? Please read this message from Sophia Love, start your own grapple with your Higher Self, and…
Injoy!
While attempting to write this entry for today, the second day of our Love Quest, thereβs been a whirlwind of life swirling in to delay, well, everything.Β Please forgive the lateness of this post.
So what is an addiction?Β It is anything from your physical life that seems to have the upper hand.Β It is a physical process, being addicted.Β Those parts of us that are expressed non-physically have no addictions.Β It could even be said that without them (addictions), this 3D world as we know it to be, would cease to exist.
The movie βWhat the Bleep do we know?β illustrates this well, here. Perhaps addictions could be re-labelled βinternally wired expectations that initiate repetitive actionβ. They are different for everyone.
You will see what you expect to see and respond accordingly; every bit of it as a function of your point of view.Β
An addiction to life and a bedroom floor to step on in the morning serves me.Β An addiction to sadness or fear β not so much.Β Both are βnaturalβ in that the recognition of them is routine.Β I expect to wake up each morning after sleeping all night.Β This feels normal.Β If I expect to be broke if I lose my job β that feels normal too.Β Lots of people would expect the same.Β Yet it does not serve me.Β It is merely my choice.Β I will see what I believe is there, what I think is possible, what I expect.Β Everytime.Β This βbrokeβ expectation is merely a decision.Β I can choose again.
The addiction scenario is our human journey.Β With awareness of Quantum Physics and our non- physical selves, we realize there is more control than weβve been taught.Β Habits of emotion are not written in stone, they are βinternally wired expectations that initiate repetitive actionβ.
You can be addicted to happiness, and no matter what your boss, your mother, or your lover says β the addiction will take over.Β You can be addicted to worry, and regardless of your income, health or current love life β you will fret.
We donβt know each other, you and I.Β Not so that Iβd recognize you on the street.Β Yet Iβm willing to bet that along with your addiction to living, you harbor habits that donβt serve you.
The key to recognizing them is in how you feel.Β A familiar set of emotional angst is a sure sign that an addiction has kicked in.
Just notice.Β This is part of you.Β It is not to be rejected.Β Eventually, itβs to be absorbed into a you with another set of habits.Β For now, just define it.Β Decide what youβd rather be addicted to.
How about happiness?Β Laughter?Β Joy?Β Expansion?Β Compassion? Hope? Fulfillment? Love? Abundance? Enthusiasm? Self-love β how about that?
On this spiral journey, the same information is understood on another level.Β Weβve talked about forgiving ourselves before.Β This time, consider that the thought grows beyond saying βIβm okayβ into βI see all of me and I love me β yet this thought inhibits my power so Iβll have to find another one, and I will.β
Just rest there; accepting every nuance of what makes you β you.Β There is no one who can do so but you. Every thought, habit and action has helped create your current perfection.Β That perfect one is you.
Youβve come here to demonstrate creation.Β A key ingredient is agape.Β Love yourself without reservation; enjoy your exuberance! A god is without doubt, guilt or hesitation. You are a human extension of source energy, a god being human.
You are the god youβve been waiting for.
Iβll see you tomorrow!
Namasteβ
~Sophia
