Editor’s Note: Great article hear with a simple message…how to KNOW if any action resonates within a higher frequency. Does the action feel right to your heart (now in a higher density)? Does this action bring you a sense of JOY? Or instead, does this action ignite discomfort/fear?

Dear Ones,

It’s time to address your concerns about which of your actions are of 3D and which are of 5D. The only measurement you require is joy. If an activity feels joyful, it is of 5D – for you are of 5D.

Many of you continue to believe you must do this or that before you can be of 5D.

You have not only completed all of the 5D requirements, but you have passed more tests than you imagine.

Even though you may slip into 3D actions at times, you are no longer of 3D. So it is that those 3D actions are becoming less comfortable daily. A bit like picking up one of your toddler toys as a young teen and wondering why you ever thought it an exciting toy. But then, that toy does not make the toddler wrong; instead, reviewing the importance of that toy allows you to acknowledge you are in a different place.

So it is many of you chide yourselves for finding joy or fear of holiday activities.

For eons, you were taught to be right – whatever right meant to your society at a specific time in history. Until you became a punitive parent of yourself. It is neither right nor wrong to enjoy the holiday season. You merely need to determine what is joyful. For joy is now your go-to feeling, just as fear once was.

Perhaps you question that last statement for you believe that many of your 3D actions were joyful. We beg to differ. Much of what happened in 3D was not joy; it was the avoidance of fear.

Now that fear is no longer your avoidance emotion, you have difficulties determining if you are functioning in joy or because you should (fear). So it is we ask that you allow your actions to filter through your thought processes – which most often include shoulds – and then your heart or your inner-being, which is always pointed to your true North of joy.

You can slow your 5D creation process by following shoulds that no longer provide you with joy. But you cannot return to 3D. So it is you are learning how to access joy with a simple exercise. Does the activity feel joyful or heavy? If it feels joyful, it is your 5D path. If it feels heavy, cumbersome, or filled with shoulds, it is of your 3D past.

This holiday season, you are discovering that many of your activities are not as joyful as they once were. Is it because in addition to holiday demands, you are over-burdened with the intense Universal energies now pummeling you? Or is it because those holiday activities are no longer who you are? If either response is accurate, you are attempting to be someone you no longer are.

Your task becomes to either ignore those activities, redirect them in ways that feel comfortable, or allow others to complete the tasks that no longer interest you. Explanations are not necessary, nor is guilt for those tasks are no different than the example we used at the beginning of this piece. A teen does not need to apologize for not wishing to play with toddler toys, nor does anyone expect a teen to do so.

In 3D society, it is acceptable to inform others that you are too frail to prepare the expected dinner or decorate your home. Yet, informing others you wish to change the expectations they have of you seems almost insurmountable. Not because you find joy in completing those tasks, but that someone may not like you if you do not follow their traditions. Traditions that might even have once been yours and others are merely doing what they think you expect. So it is time for you to be honest with others and yourself. What gives you joy? Not what are the expectations of others or yourself, but what gives you joy?

In 3D, you expect to evolve as you age. From toddler toys to walkers or other paraphernalia indicating you can no longer perform as if you were a teenager. But until you are entirely infirm, you often push yourself to do things that no longer provide joy. In 3D, such is accepted and even discussed and laughed about among friends. But in 5D, such is no longer acceptable behavior.

Joy is your key.

Completing a task because you should is of 3D. Doing or creating something because it is joyful, is of 5D.

We will add that even though a task is joyful, it might consume more of your energy than you realize. So it is you stay awake throughout the night designing a new product that provides you with great joy. Or you are awake studying for a class you do not like. In 3D, both actions would likely be exhausting the next day. But in 5D, your creation/joy energies are unlimited. Something you have yet to thoroughly test.

But as you test your new joy energies, remember the days and nights you were fearful of outcomes. Did you not go to work or school or even play the next day despite lying awake worrying about what ifs? So it will now be for joy and more. Not joy mixed with β€œWhat if it doesn’t go as planned? or What if I don’t have as much fun as I think I will?” But instead, a knowingness that as long as you stay within your joy parameters, you will have more energy than you understand at first. But if you return to 3D fear, you will find yourself completely depleted of energy.

You are no longer residing in the 3D world of fear. Attempting to return to those fears will exhaust you, for you will be paddling against your stream. Joy is your only direction. Fear no longer feels right, for fear is now like a heavy element contaminating your glass of water. You no longer need those heavy elements to hold you of the earth. It is time for you to fly into your creations of joy. So be it. Amen.

Editor’s Note: There is SO MUCH information now being published on my favorite topic…LOVE! I hope it is clear to many about the great shift of human consciousness that is now taking place on Planet Earth.

Below are articles giving us details for these changes, “cheerleading” humanity as these changes take place, and providing a glimpse of our future as change occurs. As I write this, the Impleachment Hearings are playing out on my Mother’s TV which is a perfect example of why change is needed (resolve chaos), what changes are now playing out governmental changes), when change is occurring (NOW), and finally…where change is needed (wherever turmoil is seen-USA-Hong Kong-France-UK-Venezuela,etc.) How is this even happening?

All chaos is based on fear which is actually a lack of Love. This lack is derived from deeply held personal fears (fear of loss of money, respect) which are now rising to the surface to be resolved and eradicated. Those sharing the fear for loosing something gathers others together to try and force issues on the losers behalf which prompts others to react in opposition since they fear the unfair tactics used.

After the release of gargantuan fears from our world…what will take it’s place? As a scientist, I know chaos eventually yields to a new, higher state of order. What vibrational state is higher than that of actions based on fear? Why Love, of course! Hold on, get ready, as Love begins to be revealed on ou Earth. Glorious times await us, my friends, so although we are weary of chaos, know that Love is coming, and BE…

The great shift has begun dear ones. It is in a slow motion. The motion is slow and steady. Gaia is very pleased with the process and so is Mother Earth. Your Father and I have been uplifting the planet in this endeavor. The process could take somewhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. And the planet will feel the impact in a couple of days.


Meanwhile, the Divine has all the steps ready. We have quite some distance to travel. In the process, your Father may decide where we can take a break or two. Gaia is with us. She knows the importance of this great shift and she wants to make sure that everything goes well. Gaia has the map. She knows the steps. In order for the planet to have a smooth journey upwards, your Father and I have designed a map which is very suitable for the planet. We want the journey to be uneventful so that the planet and humanity will have peace and calm.


That being said, realistically speaking, we also anticipate some upheavals along the way simply because it is an upward movement for the planet. In order for the planet to achieve the higher vibration, things have to change. The low vibration will drop. That is just the norm.


In order for the journey to be safe, we have designed a great team of light workers who are accompanying us in the process. These light workers are the old souls who have been to the planet long enough to know how to travel back and forth. Their task is to make sure Gaia and Mother Earth have all the necessary support when there is a need. They are going to be involved in the whole operation till Mother Earth is successfully anchored in the higher realm, the new home.


I love you dear ones. I am your Mother God. Stay in the heart and be the peace my angels. In the next few days, you will see things happening and know that is because of this great shift. Let whatever happens happen dear ones. Be the peace for Gaia and humanity. Know this process is unprecedented. It is a history making event. And be proud that you are part of it. Be proud of yourself dear heart. Know the end has come. The new era is here. Go celebrate dear angels. Celebrate the entire journey and celebrate the process. Celebrate your love for the planet and human race. And celebrate your God self. You are loved, indeed. I am your Divine Mother God. Go in peace dear ones. So it is.

There are many different Codes coming in, those of Light Codes, Music / Sound Codes, Channeling Codes that come entrenched within those channeled messages, DNA experience or Expansion / Activation is largely within those Codes.

And WE are receiving these many times without even knowing that we are.

Sometimes we are consciously aware of this, such as during our Meditations or during various experiences that we may have had.

But we are experiencing these Codes, these β€œdownloads”–many of us have been using that terminology for some time β€œdownloads” of DNA Codes.

And they have been coming in, and are continuing to come in to ones that are aware of it, and ones that are not aware of it. And it is all about increasing the Collective Consciousness of all of Mankind.

Not only those of us, the Lightworker Community, but All of Mankind.

Now, of course, Not all will experience this, or are even ready to want to experience this. They are still Asleep.

And they are the ones that have chosen, you might say, to Not be a part of the Ascension process directly, Not at this time, anyway. This is what the Codes are about, largely, here.

And there is some information we cannot get at this time about this, because it is a continuing process within this Ascension process.

So we will receive more and more of this, just as those that have come to be able to work within the Light Language, even not knowing what that Language is or what it is expressing, have come into the forefront more and more, here, NOW.

It is the same within the Music / Sound that comes in. Not our music that tends to be of lower vibrationβ€”we do not speak of that music.

But we do speak of Higher Vibrational Music / Sound.

When we hear this Music, we feel a Heightened expression of Consciousness, or we feel a sense of Peace or Tranquility come over us.

Or we just simply feel Good by hearing this Music… It resonates within us, and that is what this is all about.

THE IMPORTANCE OF NEXT 3 MONTHS

During the next 3 months everyone will have the chance to face and recognize their own shadow self.

Not necessary a pleasant work but an important one!

In that way, many previous blind spots in the understanding of the self will be revealed and accessed.

The collapse of the shadow self projections and mirroring,
is absolutely necessary to be experienced, as this is what will clear the false Ego that carries fear and pride and open the path for more awareness, free from the poison of separation.

Many Aha! moments will be experienced and a wider understanding of how the human system works.

After this work, the charisma of the Divine Self will be more easily accessible for those who will do this work! Those who have already done extensively this work, know this very well!

As this process is straight connected to the activation of the Divine DNA,
have in mind that, the unfolding of the Divine 12-stranded DNA,
will reveal our connection to many different realms and qualities, in a practical manner!

So, parallel to this work, we will have all the support we need, exactly by these realms and qualities that have been previously out of reach of our possibilities.

The most important subject with which humans have to deal is Love – which is their true and only state of being – or the apparent lack of Love they experience while they are in form as humans.  But, of course, there is no lack of Love, because there is only Love, which is the infinite field of divine energy in which all sentient life is lovingly and eternally held and embraced.  Love is found within!  There is nowhere else that it can be, because there is no without, there is no outside, outside is unreal, is nowhere, is the unreal dream-world of form which lasts only as long as the sentient collective that is experiencing form chooses to maintain it.

Initially, when form was first established, the flow of sentience that vivified it was so tenuous that it had practically no presence at all.  As form evolved, sentience became slowly more clearly manifest, allowing form to become ostensibly real.  Senses then developed that felt, saw, tasted, smelt, and heard its environment through those forms, and as a result of those sensations sentience began to identify with the form in which it found itself.  In form it seemed tobe separate from other forms and experienced a sense of alienation, abandonment, a sense of being lost or not belonging, and from this unsettling feeling fear arose.  There had never been fear because in Reality, in the field of Love there is nothing to fear, because all is One, living in perfect peace and harmony with Itself in a state of eternal joy!

Fear is the main limitation that is experienced through form, and from that all other limitations arise; you could say that the words limitation and fear are synonyms for each other.  When people rise above their fears, or move through them and beyond them, limitations just fall away.  You have a saying β€œFeel the fear but do it anyway,” and those that do appear to others to be fearless.  They are not, of course, they are simply not allowing their fears to rule or control them.  In the gospel of St. John there is the statement β€œPERFECT LOVE CASTS OUT FEAR,” and when you engage with Love and operate from Love you find that you have the strength to overcome your fear, to cast it out!

Judgment, blame, bitterness, hatred, and resentment are limiting attitudes that tie people into beliefs about right and wrong – beliefs that are frequently invalid – that makes it almost impossible for them to have meaningful discussions in order to resolve issues that are dividing them.  Love is unconditionally accepting of all, and will listen to anyone without judgment.  When love is intended and demonstrated all issues can be satisfactorily resolved without blaming, shaming, or punishing, and all will feel honored and respected when that resolution is achieved.

It is the ego that constantly demands a person’s attention, and demands that its opinion be honored as the truth.Β  But the ego’s perspective or perception is always fear driven.Β  Whenever you feel emotionally or psychologically unsettled or uncomfortable your ego is in the driving seat – especially noticeable when actually driving as irritation arises seemingly as a result of other drivers’ unreasonable or dangerous behaviors.Β  When you accept and deal with what arises in your lives, without making any judgment and without feeling any need to judge, those feelings dissolve.

Love always honors and respects all with whom It interacts – all sentient life.  It has no need to judge or separate beings due to color, race, culture, social standing, or creed, because those seeming differences are only differences of form, an aspect of the dream or illusory world which is the only state in which it is possible to experience form and all its limitations.

You are all perfect manifestations of the Divine One, Mother/Father/God, Source, experiencing Itself in the only way that It can – in myriad reflections of Itself that allow It to know Itself in every aspect of Its infinite and multifarious creative possibilities.  You are One with Source, and you have been since the moment of your creation, enjoying with the One the infinite variety of magnificent, beautiful, and amazing creative expressions that It chooses – in every moment – to be.

At the same time, or in the same eternal moment, as a human in form, you are experiencing the unreal, a state of limitation and fearfulness in which conflict is ever present, seemingly threatening your physical existence, your life, at all times.  And, until you remember that you are eternal spiritual beings having a temporary and unreal experience of life in form, fear, and the conflicts that arise from it, will seemingly guide and rule your behaviors, your lives, because your behavior is your life, is who you are . . . until you remember.

It does seem to you that life is a one time event, and that when it ends you cease to be.  A terrifying thought.  Many attempt to collect or gather an abundance of material possessions that experience has shown long outlast a human lifetime, in order that they be ever remembered through these artifacts by the tribe or culture to which they belonged.  And your cemeteries overflow with memorial stones and ornaments to those long since returned to the non physical realms.  People are terrified of being unseen or forgotten.  However, as eternal divine beings you are always seen, you are permanently in the sight of God, and you can never be forgotten.

As Love fills your hearts, as you begin to remember that you are indeed spiritual beings having a temporary experience in form, fear falls away, and with it the need to collect stuff!  Many of you know loving souls who have very little in the way of material possessions and who are supremely content and happy.  And, in this the age of your awakening, more and more of you are choosing to move away from materialistic wants as the dawning realization or awareness of your true nature becomes more firmly felt.  Love flows through you, just as you and Source have always intended.

This awareness starts to dissolve the egotistical fears and needs that have for eons encouraged and led to conflict.  Instead, seeing that all are One, and that what an individual says, thinks, or does affects all, the individual now knows itself to be either lovingly acknowledging Oneness, or finds itself blindly and egotistically attempting to maintain the unreal state of separation.  With this awareness becoming ever more consciously present, service to others increasingly becomes the motivation for action, and personal peace and satisfaction replace the previous and almost constant sense of need that had been motivating and guiding its path through life.

Life is the field of divine energy in which all exists interdepently, it is Love, from which no one is separate, even for a moment, and when this is recognized it is impossible not to behave in a manner that is intended to be for the benefit of all, and doing this is intensely satisfying.  Oneness is realized, known, and lived, bringing lasting happiness that deals appropriately, in the moment, with all that arises and needs to be addressed by beings in form.  This is what your awakening process is all about, and it is proceeding apace.

A Large Solar Storm Will Hit Earth On July 31 Or August 1 At The Same Time That The β€œBlack Supermoon” Happens ~ July 30, 2019

An absolutely massive hole has formed in the upper atmosphere of the Sun, and our planet will align with that hole later this week.  Once the alignment happens, Earth will be bombarded by a β€œsolar storm”, and nobody is quite sure yet how bad it will be.  If the storm is relatively minor, we could just experience a few disruptions to satellite communications and see some pretty lights in the sky.  But if the storm is really severe, our electrical grid could be fried and we could experience widespread power outages.  According to the Express, β€œthe solar storm will hit Earth on July 31 or August 1″…

Earth’s orbit around the Sun will soon align with a coronal hole – a hole in the Sun’s upper atmosphere – and solar particles will subsequently bombard the planet after they have made their way through space. Experts predict that the solar storm will hit Earth on July 31 or August 1. People in the northern hemisphere are likely to be treated to northern lights – or aurora borealis – as the solar winds bombard the upper reaches of the planet.

Since our satellites are outside our atmosphere, they are the most vulnerable during a solar storm.  If some of our satellites get fried, that could affect GPS navigation, cell phone communication, and satellite television services…

For the most part, the Earth’s magnetic field protects humans from the barrage of radiation, but solar storms can affect satellite-based technology.

Solar winds can heat the Earth’s outer atmosphere, causing it to expand.

This can affect satellites in orbit, potentially leading to a lack of GPS navigation, mobile phone signal and satellite TV such as Sky.

But if the storm is powerful enough, electronic devices all over the country could be damaged and our power grid could potentially be disabled.  According to astrophysicist Scott McIntosh, a really bad solar storm could potentially even cause some of our major cities to be without power for months…

McIntosh winces at the thought of what a massive storm might do: β€œCould you imagine DC or New York City being without power for six months, or eight months a year because of a solar event that they didn’t forecast well?”

So let us hope that this solar storm turns out to be relatively minor, because the potential for a catastrophic event is certainly there.

And our planet has definitely experienced very serious solar storms in recent history.  For example, just check out what happened in August 1972…

On August 4, an aurora shone so luminously that shadows were cast was seen from the southern coast of the United Kingdom[1] and shortly later as far south as Bilbao, Spain at magnetic latitude 46Β°.[38] Extending to August 5, intense geomagnetic storming continued with bright red (a relatively rare color associated with extreme events) and fast-moving aurora visible at midday from dark regions of the Southern Hemisphere.[39]

Radio frequency (RF) effects were rapid and intense. Blackouts commenced nearly instantaneously on the sunlit side of Earth on HF and other vulnerable bands. A nighttime mid-latitude E layer developed.[40]

Geomagnetically induced currents (GICs) were generated and produced significant electrical grid disturbances throughout Canada and across much of eastern and central United States, with strong anomalies reported as far south as Maryland and Ohio, moderate anomalies in Tennessee, and weak anomalies in Alabama and north Texas. The voltagecollapse of 64% on the North Dakota to Manitobainterconnection would have been sufficient to cause a system breakup if occurring during high export conditions on the line, which would have precipitated a large power outage.

If such an event happens this time, there will almost certainly be significant power outages.

In 1859, a much more serious solar storm hit our planet, and it fried telegraph systems all across North America…

On September 1–2, 1859, one of the largest recorded geomagnetic storms (as recorded by ground-based magnetometers) occurred. Auroras were seen around the world, those in the northern hemisphere as far south as the Caribbean; those over the Rocky Mountains in the U.S. were so bright that the glow woke gold miners, who began preparing breakfast because they thought it was morning.[6]People in the northeastern United States could read a newspaper by the aurora’s light.[11] The aurora was visible from the poles to the low latitude area[12], such as south-central Mexico[13], Queensland, Cuba, Hawaii,[14] southern Japan and China,[15] and even at lower latitudes very close to the equator, such as in Colombia.[16] Estimates of the storm strength range from βˆ’800 nT to βˆ’1750 nT.[17]

Telegraph systems all over Europe and North America failed, in some cases giving telegraph operators electric shocks.[18]Telegraph pylons threw sparks.[19] Some telegraph operators could continue to send and receive messages despite having disconnected their power supplies.[20]

At that time, we hardly possessed any technology that was capable of being affected by a solar storm.

As I was researching this article, I also discovered that this solar storm will hit us at the time of the β€œBlack Supermoon”…

According to Farmer’s Almanac, some people call the second moon in a single month a Black Moonβ€”this is the definition that’s used most often, and the one that applies to the full moon happening on July 31st. The term has also been used where no new moon occurs in a month, which only happens every 5 to 10 years in the month of February.

This particular moon on July 31st is called a Black Supermoon because it will be near its closest point to Earth.

I don’t know if the fact that these two events are happening so close to one another has any significance, but I did find it to be interesting.

We live in very unusual times, and our world is getting stranger every day.  Global events are beginning to accelerate, and many of us feel like all sorts of craziness could start breaking loose at any moment.

Scientists tell us that it is just a matter of time before another solar storm of the magnitude that North America experienced in 1859 hits our planet again.

At this point we are completely and totally unprepared for such a storm, and so let us hope that the solar storm that will hit us this week is not of that variety.
