WHAT IS ASCENSION? Ascension is a change in frequency and a change in the focus of our consciousness. Ascension is about moving our consciousness from one reality to another. Since reality is a dimension and a timeline, what we are undertaking is essentially a full dimensional shift into another timeline. To go through this shift we must adjust our way of thinking and being to that which is in alignment with our inner energetic core, our soul purpose and true divine essence.
Currently we are enduring a phase transition of expansion into the realms of experiencing higher consciousness as “multidimensional” human beings living on this planet. Humans now need to learn what being multidimensional means, and that many symptoms we are having are from becoming multidimensional humans. This is the end of a human evolution cycle on planet earth, also known as the end of the Mayan Calendar, The End Times or the 2012 and beyond, time cycle. During this phase of the Ascension cycle, human beings will experience many varied degrees of physical, mental and emotional symptoms as we shift our cells into higher frequency patterns. Without having a context for these changes our planet is undergoing, and how that impacts us in our personal lives, these symptoms can appear confusing and even frightening. Being informed of the larger events on planet is being empowered, making your personal ascension process and your life much easier. Instead of contributing to the escalating planetary confusion and chaos, one is able to bring peace and harmony to the self, thus, share that inner peace with others on the planet. This is the time when freedom and self-sovereignty is possible.
WHAT ARE THE ASCENSION CYCLE BASICS? Ascension is about the bringing of frequency layers of light, the force existing within the levels of our spiritual bodies (our Multidimensional God Selves) by descending these layers into matter and anchoring them into the physical plane of reality. Simultaneously, Ascension is a shift in energetic frequency patterns held in a dimensional space which, when absorbed and activated into the layers of the planetary and human bio-energetic field, activates its DNA template instruction set. This catalyzes a chain of events that creates a complete transformation and transmutation of various patterns and programs held in the energetic templates of the Human Soul’s journey within a cycle of evolutionary time. When activated, these patterns begin to shift, re-emerge and clear from the layers of experiences coded into every cell and memory pattern held as an energetic vibration within the bodies. When activated into awakening process, higher sensory perception may come online and new senses and perceptions of reality start to develop. Many times people feel something is wrong in their life, they are discontented or feel they have a special purpose but they cannot figure out what it is. Some people begin to sense extra-dimensional beings, such as ET contact or other forms of intelligent life communication, but have no context for what is happening to them. Many people will perceive number codes, or different symbols being repeated in their daily awareness. Many people are terrified people around them will believe their awakening or ascension symptoms will make them appear insane or crazy. Clearly this is why what is happening on planet needs to be disclosed and made aware to the larger public.
WHY IS UNDERDSTANDING ASCENSION IMPORTANT? To go through this shift one must prepare and adjust one’s way of thinking and being to that which is in alignment with the soul purpose and true divine essence. “Surrender” and “Acceptance” are two main characteristics we will need to allow to permeate through us to facilitate an easier time. In order to shift the old behaviors and thought patterns not serving the soul purpose, we will become aware of the beliefs and behaviors that exist as imbalances within us and we must take the appropriate steps to integrate or clear them. This process will bring our deepest fears, beliefs of limitation and old pain patterns to the surface through events that trigger them into our awareness so that we can consciously acknowledge, resolve and heal them. These issues will be will be manifested in your daily life, in your relationships, career and in all areas of your lifestyle. Sometimes this means relationships end, careers change, and major life altering transformation happens to radically change one’s personal identity. When this happens many people feel depressed, terrified, confused and alone. Without ascension context and tools many people feel isolated and do not know how to empower themselves through the required changes that awakening forces into your life. This does not need to happen, and we can change that by being open and honest about the ascension and awakening process with others.
HOW WILL ASCENSION IMPORVE MY LIFE? The goal is to inform you of these dynamics that we are currently experiencing, and as the energies accelerate to prepare you even further by clearly discussing the various possible physical, mental and emotional symptoms from a position of having a “neutral” association. Utilizing what works for you personally by cultivating intuitive discernment with an informed awareness is the intended support of this website and its continuing discussion. When we live in confusion with a cluttered mind we are generally suffering and miserable. No one needs to suffer, with proper ascension context, re-education to reprogram the mind, and the many tools available on this website.
HOW FINDING YOUR SOUL PURPOSE RELATES TO YOUR ASCENSION To go through this shift one must prepare and adjust one’s way of thinking and being to that which is in alignment with living in the soul’s purpose and being directed from the true divine essence. The ego personality has to be sublimated from its control over your natural person, and the dismantling of ego and emotional healing becomes an awakened person’s primary job on the earth. One cannot split their spiritual self from their material self, the two must integrate and become in cohesion and alignment with each other.
As one enters the awakening process, what that means is that your soul intelligence and its frequency are starting to entrain and initiate its intelligence field into your personal energetic aura. When this happens you will start to sense and perceive your reality much differently. One will not feel aligned to soul and divine purpose until recognizing the discernment between the ego mind chatter and the soul intelligence. The soul communicates in sensory feeling, direct cognition and not from the lower mental body. For most people in the earlier stages, this ego confusion is experienced as running after something or someone your mind tells you is your soul purpose, but it really is being fueled from the ego personality and not the soul’s heart intelligence. We all must learn that it is not our personal ego will but divine will that is really driving the physical vessel. The soul will always guide you to learn heart communication and develop yourself from the place of tough love. The only way to lose the ego’s desire to keep mind control running your life and manipulating its outcome, is to have direct experiences learning how to let go of everything you are attached to and to put your complete trust in God. If you are not comfortable with the word “God” from religious programming, then insert the word you are comfortable with to represent the direct relationship to your higher power and your improved relationship with yourself.
However when you learn to become ego humbled to your real spiritual nature, your ascension process goes much easier as no resistance is present to the ever changing terrain. Once you align to your heart and discipline the ego’s control over your life, the soul purpose becomes clearly defined without any effort. It shows up at your door and now your task is to follow your guidance and listen to your heart. Many times this guidance will defy all logic and you will learn to discern and trust in order to follow your inner spirit without hesitation

It’s such a remarkable time we’re living in right now. All of this going on both within and without us is happening almost before we can even begin to identify what it is we’re going through or where we’re headed. It’s very much like we’re flying over and around new rocks in the stream of life and shooting down even more unexpected and sometimes seriously daunting rapids.
There’s not much else to think about while body surfing this incredible current.
I’m hearing from so many this sense of being in limbo and having to deal with unforeseen and quite immediate obstacles and issues that seem to be draining their time, attention and energy. Things arise in all of our lives that have to be dealt with, but so often the next move or decision seems to escape our awareness and it can make us feel confused and powerless.
It’s certainly not a time to make rash decisions. In fact, it’s important to stand back, observe and wait for the answers to manifest as much as possible. In the words of Ponka Chief White Eagle:
“When you are in doubt, be still, and wait; when doubt no longer exists for you, then go forward with courage. So long as mists envelop you, be still; be still until the sunlight pours through and dispels the mists — as it surely will. Then act with courage.”
Our Strange Convergence
We all like to know where we’re headed at any given time. In less turbulent times this is usually possible to some degree and we’re used to having that luxury. But it’s becoming a lot more difficult. We’re being swept into new and exciting places with some sort of cosmic urgency.
We’ve long seen this coming and now we’re in it. It’s really two converging worlds – the vibrational changes our spaceship earth is passing through, as well as the stepped up insanity of the would-be controllers to block these energies and jam the beneficial signals available to us by instilling fear and insecurity, all while bombarding us with a toxic cocktail of electromagnetic, chemical, genetic, nuclear and techno-transhuman humanity-debilitating influences.
Hence this strange confluence of energies we’re experiencing, one source empowering and the other disempowering. This has always been humanity’s dilemma to varying degrees, but we’ve now entered the apex of our struggle for survival and eventual overcoming in a culmination of epochs such as the world has never seen before. And remember, no one is spared from these converging changes, even these wicked conspirators against mankind. Hence their desperate and chaotic behavior.
It’s we who they fear. And they should.
The fact that we are fully aware of our situation as outlined in my Manifesto of the Awakened and continue to thrive despite these onslaughts attests to the fact that we are a far superior race and fully capable of transcending this madness and taking our planet back. It only remains for each of us to do our part in this struggle.
Therein is the challenge. That we each activate. There’s no more stalling if any of us are to truly fulfill our sacred mission here. After all, why are we here at this crucial time in history? Why not face reality head on and let your heart go free and spirit fly in the face of it all?
Feeling Our Way Through Converging Currents
While there’s a time to let go, there’s also a time to hold on. This is certainly true navigating a raging torrent or a sweeping tide. We can ride any wave to our advantage, but it’s also important to not take wrong turns and go with the wrong flows and get flushed down the gutter into the maws of the matrix.
Navigate these vibrational changes wisely – flow with it when necessary while still steering as best you can.
The beauty of losing control in a torrent such as this is that our heads and minds can’t get in the way. It’s too late and too immediate for that. We might have a few instinctive reflexes to try to keep our balance and heads above water but our old footing is gone during these times.
It’s nothing to fear. In fact it’s a good thing – a real good thing for a true conscious cosmonaut.
The irony is that some are clinging to the shore if they can find something to hang on to, but that too is giving way to the groundswell and growing deluge of change as even the shores cave in and into the maelstrom they too will soon be drawn. As everyone knows, panicking in a rip current or trying to swim directly to shore in a strong undertow is not only futile, but a deadly option. It’s a time to keep our wits about us and use the natural currents to our advantage, even though we may find the shore again at some distant unknown destination.
This is where the heart comes in. Fear is the killer – and the antidote is trust.
We’ll all be swept up into the fast moving tides of change as this shift proceeds so why not take the initiative and call the shots as much as you can while you can? You can feel something drawing you, something magical even. That’s the right river, the right current to follow. When you catch that current go ahead and venture out into the deep and let go and see where it takes you.
Desperately clinging to false realities can cost life and limb. Just remain conscious and steer your vessel with courage.
Too Fast and Too Furious – For Whom?
Our self identity is so intensely tested in times of change such as these – or any other for that matter. It’s just that this is as intense as it gets and will only get stronger as this phase unfolds.
We’re each on a quest, as reluctant as we may be at times. What beckons each and every human being is an illusive calling to fulfill something greater than ourselves.
Such is the underlying nature of humanity at large. The search for meaning and truth is a massively important influence that insistently attempts to direct our minds, our attention and our energy, despite the worldly influences that pound and surround us. Yet our hearts are astoundingly more powerful. Circumstances such as these are a perfect opportunity whereby we’re virtually coerced to release the old in order to flow into the new.
Much of it isn’t pleasant, that’s for sure. But heart directed intention as well as innate faith in the underlying truth that upholds us unconditionally are more than sufficient to keep us buoyed like corks in these wild cataracts of change we’re experiencing. Just stay clear of the crazies who don’t have a clue as to what’s going on. They’ll drag you down with them if you’re not careful.
Peace Amidst the Storm
This kind of deep knowing and trust supersedes circumstances. We can have the principle down and perhaps have had it tested on occasion, but when the big waves hit and waters appear violent and chaotic what responds is at a much deeper level. Navigating the maelstrong by dead reckoning becomes our compass as we listen to that inner voice of the heart founded in peace and deep faith. Everything else can only get in the way of a conscious response.
Therein lies the opportunity, the cleansing. Fears assail while attachments are instinctively dropped. Survival becomes the issue. Not just the left brained fight or flight instinct, but the conscious response that overrides those baser although essential reactions. It’s during such tests that we find out who we truly are, and can be.
Peace is never so beautiful as in the midst of a storm. We see that continually in our journey here. No matter how much we maneuver to avoid problems and tragedies, they happen. To all of us. If you know anyone who’s led an active and fulfilling life it’s no doubt been one of adventure and taking risks with many bumps and bruises along the way. Many interpret that as only looking for trouble, but in fact you’ll find consistently that they’ve escaped worse lives of boredom, frustration, monotony and disappointing, unfulfilled conformity.
Take the Mountain!
Such is the life of the security driven valley dweller. As for me, I’m climbing that mountain, and the one behind it and on up I’ll go, do or die…or both! As far as I’m concerned there is no other option. Besides, the valley dwellers are about to face a deluge they never dreamed would reach their little protected, secure village.
That just happens to be our current reality.
So why not get a head start up the hill? Leave the old life behind and get activated. Commit to being a whole-hearted part of the solution and no longer a part of the problem, whatever the cost. It’s a very simple switch to throw.
There are warm campfires of many who’ve chosen the path less traveled all the way up and through the mountain range that you can share. We’re lighting the way – why not come and help us?
The storm is hitting us all and it’s a time of decision. Let go into your higher self and calling, or fasten tighter to what is dissolving anyway.
It’s pretty clear cut if you ask me, but I know it doesn’t appear that way in the midst of all this. The true option has always been there. See this as a time of opportunity and simply go for it.

If I’m Waking Up, Why Don’t I Feel… Better? ~ Feb. 2, 2016

Countless times now, very talented, intelligent, and wonderful people have asked us if they are doing something wrong because they have been ‘waking up’ for a while, but still feel so lost, confused, and frustrated in many areas of their lives. The truth is that waking up to consciousness– while still living in this 3D world– inevitably involves feelings of sadness, anger, disappointment, and/or being overwhelmed. After all, if when “your veil lifted” you woke up to a perfect, joyous, peaceful, and welcoming world, you and other light workers probably wouldn’t need to be on this planet right now to help initiate change around you! So, take heart. If you have moments or even phases and stages of feeling downright miserable, you are most likely on the right track and “waking up” quite effectively and successfully. Your more permanent upswing is not far away, though it can seem discouragingly temporary or, at times, even untouchable.
Being a light worker today means being a pioneer—one who can envision the beautiful possibilities for the human species and for our world, but who has the daunting, uncharted task of paving the way. Today’s light workers are also like “sleeper cells” positioned and waiting for information, and who are often left with an incomplete picture until the last moment or as absolutely needed. The unfinished or unclear information can make these “special forces” feel like they have taken a wrong turn or aren’t “worthy” of more clues or direction from their higher consciousness, from guides, or from other Divine energies.
Listed below are just some of the more common observations, complaints, and frustrations that are often felt by those who are awakening to consciousness. Many may be familiar to you:
- Friends, relatives, co-workers, and the community at large can’t seem to handle your truths or perspectives. You have often created a captivating façade in order to hide or blend, or have had to gradually “plant seeds” with others rather than reveal or share more so as not to be criticized, ostracized, or denied certain opportunities.
- As a result, relationships can feel lonely and not genuine. You may find that life-long connections have faded away and that you yearn for THE ONE or ones who truly “get it” and get you.
- You recognize the greed, misinformation, disinformation, and/or propaganda in the government, health care industry, financial systems, organized religions, and even in a lot of the metaphysical world. It upsets you that the public is still being so controlled and lied to, and that most cannot see through the veil of deception.
- Your work or career does not seem fulfilling. You feel that you are not “serving others” enough, either because of the industry in which you work or because the public is not ready to receive to your help, talents, and messages.
- You have gone through and survived so much in life, but still aren’t sure of the details regarding your mission as a light worker in this world. You feel almost lost at sea without land in sight.
- The “signs” and messages from your guides, nature, and/or the Universe often appear more vague, unclear, mundane, and/or less frequent than you would like or than you experienced in other periods of your life.
- You are discouraged by the “glass ceilings” you have encountered in many areas (health, relationships, finances, etc.). You wonder if they will ever be lifted so that you can truly feel and share the magnitude of your light and power.
If you find that these sentiments resonate with you, you are not alone and you are not crazy. Unfortunately, less than 1% of the world’s population is well on its way to awakening to consciousness. The rest are making strides, but much like children or adolescents before a growth spurt, they still have some growing and evolving to do in order to be more heart-centered; to be more concerned about others and the environment; and to succeed at integrating these values into our 3D existence– which will likely continue for many decades to come. The seemingly daunting task at hand for light workers is NOT to aim for ascension as a means of escaping, but to bring ascended ways to our 3D world here, now, and in the near future.
Here’s the good news:
- Your trials, tribulations, and challenges have given you the tools or reference library to assist others with unique honesty and sincerity, especially when they go through their own awakening, clearing, and lessons in the coming years.
- Your glass ceilings will necessarily be lifted so that you can be the beacon and shining example of how to survive and thrive– despite challenges and hardships like the ones you have experienced.
- Crystal Children, twin flame relationships, and other deep soul connections are happening in greater numbers and faster than ever to help connect, unite, and empower light workers worldwide.
- Recent, record-breaking solar flares, alignments, storms, earthquakes, and other unusual natural/cosmic events have been wreaking havoc on our technologies, grids—and light worker’s sensitive bodies. Although unprecedented events will continue, light workers should find that their systems are more insulated and not as prone to the weight gain, thyroid issues, depression, fatigue, and other maladies associated with “taking in” those cosmic disruptions.
- Mass consciousness and its attitudes, perspectives, and frequencies have weighed heavily on light workers—causing new or residual fear, anger, despair, and even stagnation, paralysis, or very delayed manifestations. As we move forward in the coming months and years, mass consciousness will also begin to shift in response to natural events, political changes, faltering economies, and a general “waking up” in the population. That opening and/or awakening may not be easy for a majority of the public, but it will offer hope, energy, and momentum to the light workers who assist with the process.
- A greater number of light workers will realize that the more awake they become, the less “phenomenal” their cosmic experiences need to be. Astral travel, signs, messages, premonitions, and discernment are naturally activated—not experiences that can be learned or copied—and are things that can be seen and appreciated in simple, everyday occurrences like songs, coincidences, shadows in the peripheral vision, buzzing in the ear, and moments of time in which you “just blank out” but know that you have been in another dimension. As you awaken to consciousness, the energetic experiences may seem less dramatic or colorful, but the downloading of information is more profound and plentiful.
- Although light workers will continue to be “supercharged” humans who feel the intense highs, lows, and passions of being human, they will find in the coming months and years that the audience around them is finally listening and more ready for their truths. During this time, light workers will be “allowed:” to enjoy more of the fruits of the seeds they have been planting; to access more conclusive information regarding their personal missions and journey; as well as to delight in the actualization and manifestation of goals that have seemed so elusive for far too long. The upswing for light workers is a dream-come-true, but also a cosmic necessity and inevitability– in order to help move this planet into a more conscious state of living.
So, light worker pioneers, please keep moving forward and hanging in there. Your important energies and love are lighting the way!

You need to see this. The video is a documentary and so a bit long, but so worthwhile viewing because it examines the views of six chanellers who bring forth the words and wisdom of spirits on the other side of the realm…spirits, I guess you’d call them. They are Lee Carroll–channel for Kryon, John Cali–channel for Chief Joseph, Shawn Randall–channel for Torah, Darryl Anka–channel for Bashar, Geoffrey Hoppe–channel for Tobias and Wendy Kennedy–channel for the Pleiadian Collective. This appeared intially on the blog, In 5D.
The entities coming through—each with a strong and distinct personality—were interviewed at length by the filmmaker and the result is remarkable: across space and time it appears the entities are speaking as one, delivering a clear and profound message of empowerment for humankind.
