Ah, friends…we are experiencing more and more turmoil on this little blue-green ball of ours known as the Earth! We humans are also experiencing a kind of internal turmoil as the result of recent solar activity sending an unusual amount of energy to us prompting physical symptoms that, oddly enough, seem to dissipate once we RELAX in to them. And did you know that relaxation is a form of LOVE? When relaxation happens, you no longer are in the “fight ot flight” mode that occupies too much of our time these days.

LOVE really is the only answer and I encourage you to use your power of perception to stay in a feeling of love! Ann and the Angels give some good advice and encouragement for how to stay in a loving mode even when encountering something else that is NOT loving. My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Celebrate amidst the chaos on earth, amidst the darkness, pain and suffering, because this type of turmoil results from the light attempting to rise to the surface of human hearts. Every perspective wants to be acknowledged now. Everyone wants to be seen as having validity to their being. And everyone wants to be understood as a creation worth of love.

Love, dear ones is not always a ‘warm fuzzy feeling.’ Real love is an acknowledgment of the truth – that there is one Creator and one light that animates all beings… whether they realize it or not. Love says, “I see beyond your behaviors, your thoughts, your appearance.. deep into the essence of your being. I can love that light. I can love that spark of Divinity. I can love who you really are… whether or not you are even aware of that truth inside of yourself.”

In a very practical way, Love can look at even those who hurt your feelings, who treat you unkindly, who lie, cheat, and steal, and say, “I know who you really are! I choose to focus on the spark of Divinity within you, no matter how small or how dim. I will not dignify your dark behaviors, your ill thoughts, you unkind wishes. I will engage with you in a way that is healthy for me, for I respect my own light whether you respect yours or not. I will love the truth of your being, but I will not dignify your darkness.” And then dear ones you send them on their way with wishes that someday they too will see their light.

You do not have to dance with souls who do not embody kindness. You do not have to allow abusive behaviors in your life. And as you become firmly rooted and comfortable in the reality that it is healthy and wise to honor the light within yourself, you will notice that it is easier to love even your so-called “enemies.” In truth, no soul is your enemy. All souls are your family. Just as in your human families we encourage you to honor the light within all, but as well to create healthy, loving boundaries that honor your own.

The world is indeed in a bit of chaos right now, but you need not dance in the darkness. You can choose with your free will to focus on all that is good, beautiful, and true. You can imagine those who have left the planet, even in the most unthinkably hard ways, happy in heaven, being received with love and celebration. You can imagine beautiful nature springing up and growing over war torn areas, or even more beautiful cities being built, because in time this is what will occur. Darkness, by its very nature, is temporary. Love is eternal.

MESSAGE FROM THE ANN

Hi Everyone,

I felt such a powerful and loving presence as I typed in that last message. I know Archangel Michael had a lot to do with it. This is one lesson I have been embracing even more deeply as of late – to love even those who hate and seek to harm me.

As many of you have read, I’ve been dealing with one big nasty energy that seems to have been out to get me. I had a long chat w/the angels and they explained that there are vibrations who seek to expose our fear so they can live off it. Its not much different really from dealing with sociopaths on earth – deeply wounded people who love you if you worship them, but attack you if you don’t, and then feel good about themselves and powerful after having knocked you down. It is a sad reality and I pray for all souls who exist in these wounded and uncomfortable realities.

Nonetheless, when a vibration of this nature started attacking me, it wasn’t the easiest thing to love it and acknowledge its right to be! I’ve dealt with angry humans. I’ve dealt with individuals in spirit who were so lost we’d call them “demons.” In fact I’ve sent more than a few into the light of transformation and now am friends with their souls. But I’ve never dealt with an entire vibration that loved to poke and prod me to the point of bringing up every little past life fear I’ve ever had! It even attempting to possess me last month and when that didn’t work in the waking state, it tried in my dreams.

This never happened when I was simply talking to angels. But now that I’ve started spending more time in the Oneness – that energy of God’s all-that-is, the angels said, with a bit of humor… “Ann Oneness means Oneness… all of it! You can’t pick and choose which vibrations you run into, but you CAN pick and choose which ones you will engage with.” They equated it to living in a big city. If you stay securely locked up in your own apartment you will be “safe” for the most part, but if you walk down the street you run into all sorts of characters… and it is up to you to decide who and what energies you will dance with.

So I’ve been working very diligently to stay in the light. When I feel something icky around me I simply say, “You have a right to be, but not with me.” I have been working very hard to face any and all fears that have come up, to love myself through them, and let them go. I’ve worked more closely with the angels in my own life than ever before to understand how to manage my own energy. Great good has come of this – great strength in my ability to choose the light over the darkness. It hasn’t been an easy or a fun lesson, but the angels are always there to help, and I have a solid faith in the truth of God’s love.

No matter what comes at us in life, the angels remind us, God is still God. Neither the unkind humans, nor the unkind energies have any power over us other than what we give them with our fear.

So as the world engages in its wars, and as some beings engage in their attacks upon our spirit in the human world – be it an angry ex, an upset coworker, or an energy that simply doesn’t like the light – remember, God is still God! Love is the highest power in the universe. Practically speaking, we can choose to focus on the light within all. Imagine even the nastiest beings surrounded with light, and pray for their upliftment. Create healthy boundaries. Do not tolerate unkindnesses in your own life. Do not dignify the darkness with your thoughts even any more than you have to. There is always goodness. There is always beauty. There is always something wonderful happening and amazingly inspiring people on earth.

When you’re down or tired, seek out that which inspires you. I turn to happy videos, inspiring books, and my own work which I am passionate about. And even after all these tough lessons, I give thanks to God because something REALLY good is going on if I’m learning to stand even more strongly in the light.

My “Ann & the Angels” show airs this Wednesday. It is the culmination of ten years of intention to reach people with my class material Online. It was born of a pure desire to share love and inspiration every week. I’m excited. I haven’t seen any of the shows yet, but I know the material is good…whether or not my hair is :)!! The days may be growing shorter on one half of your planet, but the amount of light is ever increasing. So too today, as your wonderful benefactress the Sun will continue to send out her generous gifts of loving emissaries, all sent out to touch every heart on this planet. Granted, whoever these rays of light encounter, they will be apt to react in all sorts of manners according to their genetic make up. For this is in every aspect both a collective but also an individual process, all set up to maintain the needs of every individual being involved in this huge and complex situation, and so, what will serve to fire up your neurons in such a way you will find yourself hard pressed to even sit still, may serve to put another being to bed in a very literal but also beneficial way.

For now more than ever, it behooves you all to listen to the needs being announced by your physical body, for even if this process also involves so many layers of your being not encapsulated within said physical body, this time, we urge you all to keep closely connected to that physical aspect of your being. For as we have told you again and again, without this seemingly inconspicuous and humble container of flesh and blood, you would not be able to do the important things you came here to do, so remember to honor this humble vehicle in a way that better reflects that marvel it truly is. For it is not a mere collection of interconnected cells just acting out business as usual. No, this fleshy container is actually more than a blessing in human disguise. For this amazing construction is so filled with a kind of intelligence you humans think belongs to your mind, when it is in fact the rest of your body that classifies as the truly competent one when it comes to this important part of the whole operation.

And now, it is working hard, literally 24/7 in order to keep you up to date with the current influxes of energy, and so, we will remind you once again to take good care of this wondrous vehicle that you inhabit. And so, if it asks for more rest and relaxation, please find it in you to give it that without thinking yourself lax in any way. For you do a lot of hard work simply by allowing your body to take charge and lead you onwards on this path. For it is not merely a fleshy container enabling you to literally walk you talk, it is also your trusted companion, the most constant one there is for this Earthly sojourn. So keep up your friendly conversation that you have already initiated and let it know that you are listening to what it is it has to tell you. For if you do, you will find it more than a friendly and exceedingly helpful confidante, it is also your most valuable ally here in these realms, and so, best not ignore what it is it is trying to tell you.

So take time to tune into that part of you that is the part that stands between you and the rest of humanity. For this body is your shelter in the storm, in every sense of the word, and it will do what it can in order to take you all the way to the stars and beyond. And yes, we do mean that in a very literal way too. So as the Sun continues to beam good news to all of you, remember that there is a need to take heed to the response this will engender within this physical container of yours, so keep you ear to the ground as it were the better to heed any calls for action or inaction or anything in between in these next few days. For we venture to guess it will be more than a busy period for you all, and even more so for your wondrous bodies. So take time to take good care of yourselves, it will make this part of the journey a more enjoyable one in every way.

We just passed the full moon in Virgo/Pisces and the people in Arizona, Southern California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado really felt the effects of the moon, and the photons from the sun that hit Earth a couple of days ago. The moon was in Pisces, which is a water sign, and lots of water and storms were felt all over the world with lots of flooding in various places.We will also have photons from the sun hitting Earth soon, and I just heard an X 1.6 solar flare just came off the sun and the sun is directly facing Earth. This could cause some challenges.

The good news is that the Pisces moon was conjunct the healer Chiron so there should be lots of healings in the next couple of weeks. I would like to thank everyone who sent me healing and suggestions for my sinus infection and my eye problem. I am well now and it feels good to be that way. I was like a slug for two weeks and this is why my article is late. I felt an energy surge on Sunday August 24 and was wondering if anyone else felt that wave. That is what put me out for two weeks. I think it rearranged everything in my body and I ended up sick. It’s nice to be well.

On this past full moon the Sun and Moon were both on 16 degrees. This is the Tarot card called The Tower Struck with Lightning. When I see a planet on 16 degrees in a person’s chart I always wonder what kind of trauma that caused in a person’s life.I guess the five states in the Southwest United States know what it feels like to experience the Tower struck with lightning. I am sending lots of love and light to those areas to help with the clean-up. Lilith, the dark moon helped create those storms around the world. On September 4 Lilith was conjunct Uranus, which is the planet of wind, storms, and lightning.

For years I have been wondering what planet is the true ruler of Virgo. I looked in one of Alice Bailey’s books and she said that the esoteric ruler of Virgo is Jupiter. I thought that is interesting, although I wanted to know what planet was the physical ruler of Virgo. Mercury is considered the ruler of Virgo. Others have said that Chiron is now the ruler of Virgo because of its healing abilities, and I have thought about that but for some reason it did not feel right to me. I think Lilith (the goddess of many names) rules Virgo because Virgo is the only sign that has the “symbol of the Goddess.” I thought Virgo must be ruled by a goddess planet, and that is why I think Lilith is the true ruler of Virgo.

Lilith was the original Goddess who was given a very bad name because the powers that be tried to destroy the Goddess and have a male dominated world. Lilith, the dark moon has been hidden for a long time because it has been on such a high vibration that we cannot see it in the heavens except when it is in front of the sun. Pictures have been taken of this moon lately and I am sure she will come to the foreground soon because it is time for the Goddess energy to be the main energy here on Earth. Goddess energy is in both males and females. It is the love energy we express from our hearts.

Lilith is very powerful and I think she might have started her reappearance with this full moon. I’ve talked in the past about how we are in a Virgo cycle that started on July 11, 1991 which brought us the first inkling of the Goddess energy. This is a cycle based on the star Regulus, the Royal Star of the Lion now moving through the sign of Virgo. There can be more than one cycle going on at the same time and we are also in The Age of Aquarius. We also entered the period of the Sixth Sun on July 11, 1991, according to the Mayans. Virgo is the sixth sign.

Lilith was the first wife of Adam, according to the Bible. Neptune is a higher frequency Goddess planet. Lilith and her mate were the rulers of Neptune long ago, and they were also the original Anunnaki creator Gods who came out of the water onto Earth thousands of years ago. The movie Frozen was the story of Neptune and how it was destroyed by being frozen. Neptune is a giant ball of ice according to the Astronomers. Now it is time for the Goddess energy, be prepared for the activation of your heart energy.

Now what is coming up with the planets? September 10-11 the moon will be in Aries and will again trigger the cardinal cross. The moon will be conjunct Uranus and make a square to Pluto. This is a violent war aspect to come up on the anniversary of 9-11. What will this bring? Some people say there is another 9-11 in the works. I think it will work out by our president doing something about I.S.I.S. I hear he is supposed to give a talk about the crisis tonight which is September 10,2014. This might set-up an action that takes a long time to work out.

The Middle East, which includes Africa and the Ukraine, has been under the influence of Saturn which is the karmic planet for over two years now. Saturn has been in Scorpio. which is ruled by Pluto the transformer or the God of the Underworld. The release of our combined shadow energy has caused a lot of havoc in the world and it has played out in the Middle East. Scorpio rules the deep dark hidden energy within all of us and everyone has been looking at their shadow for a long time. We have had to release all of our garbage and the release of all this energy is what has caused the violence in the Middle East because Saturn has been over those areas, and still is. We are slowly moving into the last of that energy although it might still be very chaotic until Christmas when Saturn moves into Sagittarius.

Mars is now moving into Sagittarius. This is an entirely different vibration than Scorpio. Sagittarius rules fire and with Mars in a fire sign things might heat up in the Middle East, along with Pakistan, Afghanistan, and India so watch what happens in those countries. And what is China doing by putting 12,000 fully armed troops on the Russia border?

Sagittarius rules freedom. The people of the Middle East have been crying for freedom since the revolution started in Tunisia in January of 2011. Those wars have gone on for over three and a half years. The whole world has been calling for freedom for a long time and we were heard by some ETs from Arcturus.On August 23, 2011 some ET ships came in and destroyed the base the dark ETs had on the handle of the Big Dipper. That Stargate had been controlled by the dark for a long time. The Arcturians said ‘that is enough; it’s time to help those on Earth who are working so hard to hold the light’.This destruction was recorded as a Super Nova on the handle of the Big Dipper.

Then they destroyed an ET base on the moon that had a machine like a computer that they used to control people on Earth. The control from that base was focused into Washington, D.C. where there was an ET base under the city. Then the Arcturians went on to destroy all the negative ET underground bases in the world. Every time a base was destroyed an earthquake was recorded. This means that the negative ETs do not control us anymoreand we can be free by just looking outside of the box and seeing how the Matrix worked that has controlled us for so long. It is all an illusion. And we have had divine intervention.

The people on Earth who have tried to control us are still trying to do the same thing although their matrix is also starting to fall. And there are still unseen entities around looking for someone to attach to so it is very important to release any that might attach to you. If you don‘t know how to do that yourself, ask someone to help you.

Now it is up to us to change things. And maybe soon there will be open contact between us and the positive ETs. This will probably happen on the New Earth which is where we will soon live. We will become free when we realize that we are. The Earth will not be destroyed, it will be changed. Has our job been completed, or soon to be? Have we brought the frequency of Earth to the point where she can ascend? What will it be like when we claim our freedom? How will it all manifest? Vatican Preparing Statement on Extraterrestrial Life…August 10, 2014

Pope Francis is reportedly preparing a major world statement about extraterrestrial life and its theological implications. Rosana Ubanell from Voxxi News today reported that due to advances in scientific detection methods for the discovery of extraterrestrial life, Pope Francis wants to be ready with a statement about “First Contact”. Ubanell reports that details have yet to be officially announced but that the Vatican’s interest in extraterrestrial life is well documented through recent astrobiology conferences the Vatican Observatory has sponsored or participated in. Father Guy Consolmagno, a Jesuit astronomer and one of the leading Catholic proponents for preparing for the scientific discovery of extraterrestrial life, on July 18, won the Carl Sagan science medal from the American Astronomical Society. Pope Francis, a fellow Jesuit, regularly consults with Consolmagno and other leading Vatican astronomers about scientific issues. It is likely that Pope Francis is preparing an “Urbi et Orbi” speech – Latin for “to the city [of Rome] and the world” – about First Contact with extraterrestrial life.

The Vatican’s scientific interest in extraterrestrial life was publicly revealed for the first time in May 2008 when the head of the Vatican Observatory, Fr Gabriel Funes, also a Jesuit, gave an interview to the Vatican newspaper, L’Osservatore Romano. Funes made a series of startling statements about how extraterrestrial life is likely to be more ethically evolved than humans, and can be welcomed as brothers. In his interview, which was titled “The extraterrestrial is my brother,” Funes said that intelligent extraterrestrial life may not have experienced a ‘fall’, and may be “free from Original Sin … [remaining] in full friendship with their creator.” This makes it possible to regard them as ‘our brothers’ as Funes explained:

Just as there is a multiplicity of creatures on earth, there can be other beings, even intelligent, created by God. This is not in contrast with our faith because we can’t put limits on God’s creative freedom… “Why can’t we speak of a ‘brother extraterrestrial’? It would still be part of creation…

Most importantly, Funes’ statement makes possible the idea that Christianity can be exported to extraterrestrial worlds that have not experienced a ‘fall’ and are free from original sin.

Just over a year after his interview, Funes was the organizer of the first ever Astrobiology Symposium held by Pontifical Academy of Sciences in November 2009. Consolmagno and Funes have ever since played leading roles for the Vatican Observatory in presenting a theological perspective on the discovery of extraterrestrial life. Most importantly, both have been leading advisors to Pope Francis about scientific issues concerning the discovery of extraterrestrial life.

What is likely to be the content of Pope Francis’ upcoming statement or possible “Urbi et Orbi” speech about alien life? An important clue is a forthcoming presentation by Fr. Consolmagno at a September 18-19, 2014, astrobiology symposium organized by NASA and the Library of Congress that is titled: “Preparing for Discovery: A Rational Approach to the Implications of Finding Microbial, Complex or Intelligent Life Beyond Earth.”

Consolmagno is a featured presenter and will discuss the theological implications of discovering alien life. His topic, “Would You Baptize an Extraterrestrial?” suggests that Pope Francis agrees that extraterrestrials are capable of the higher ethics involved in understanding the Christian message and becoming Christians.

If Pope Francis is indeed preparing a statement about extraterrestrial life, it is likely to emphasize that there is no incompatibility in Christian teachings with a belief in extraterrestrial life as Fr. Funes proposed in May 2008. More importantly, Pope Francis is likely to emphasize themes of extraterrestrials: not sharing in original sin; being more ethically evolved; and being capable of sharing the Christian message, and being our brothers.

Not all will welcome a statement from Pope Francis advocating extraterrestrials as brothers and worthy of being baptized into the Christian faith. According to Chris Putnam and Tom Horn, authors of Exovaticana, Pope Francis I is preparing to lead the Catholic Church to embrace aliens as “brothers in Christ” – reflective of the 1950s and 1960s contactee reports of benevolent “space brothers.” Putnam’s and Horn’s Exovaticana portends a future religious war between those accepting extraterrestrials as “brothers in Christ” and those believing them to be returning demons about to enslave us. Despite the extensive scholarship found in Exovaticana, it unfortunately skews data towards an overly negative assessment of the motivations of extraterrestrial visitors. Thankfully, the Vatican’s evolving public position, as reflected by statements from its leading astronomers, shows a far more enlightened stance on how to consider the discovery of alien life from a theological perspective. A statement or “Urbi et Orbi” speech from Pope Francis expounding on various themes associated with the view that extraterrestrials are potential “brothers in Christ’ is a welcome position to take on a controversial issue with major world significance.
