This week, interpreting these phrases will be a bit complicated as they are quite cryptic and could easily take me to the river so I express what is my opinion but without any pretense.
The Primaries of Foundations are quite clearly those who started the movement for the Liberation of Gaia, when it started it is questionable, maybe 2,000 years ago, maybe 5,000 or maybe 20,000? One can think that since they come to the fore, or visible/recognizable for the many, until now they have not been and therefore probably are not those that we think they could be.

Fresh Awareness Is Attained
This is a phrase that has many facets, there is no doubt that a new awareness has been achieved, even those who are considered still dormant are beginning to ask themselves questions based on this new condition.
Each of us can interpret this new awareness at will, we can apply it to Alternative Media, discerning holograms/bots, like Alex Jones for example, from those who do their best to provide information that is as truthful as possible. In this field the truth in most of the information that runs on the web hardly exceeds 25%.
But this awareness can also be applied in the political field, realizing the parliamentary theatrical mess and that this can never, never ever, solve the problems of the people, whoever the actors are; or of the buffoon of job creation, when we all know that work/jobs, as it was intended until 10 years ago, is over-ended. The work was designed to make the people slaves, thanks to the money … fortunately no one has a cent, finally, and many start to wonder why they must have a miserable life just because they do not have any money…
I could go on for hours to describe all the facets of this new low-vibration awareness, and then move on to the high-vibration one, but I think I have given the idea of what I think is meant in this sentence.
