Over the second-half of November 2019, Iβve been working on three different articles yet none of them seem to be βrightβ for this particular end of November moment. Those other topics all seem to pale in comparison to what many Embodiers continue to experience this month with their personal Embodiment Process. Iβve tried to ignore that fact and continue writing about other related Ascension Process topics, but as I said, they donβt feel like what needs to be front-and-center at this rare and long Worked upon moment.
Weβve all had and still have our favorite
people, teachers, writers, websites and blogs where weβve gotten
spiritual Ascension Process and related information, updates,
validation, confirmation, comfort and direction for many years. Weβve
all benefited from those dedicated people whoβve helped so many
worldwide by writing about the Ascension Process for years and years.
Their dedication has helped us all to get through those seriously
difficult, painful, dangerous and highly confusing periods of profound
inner transformation, releasing, embodying and ongoing compressed
evolution.
Iβve written about the Ascension Process
online, and in two books (so far) since 2003, and I too have had a small
handful of favorite ascension teachers writings Iβve read over the
years. However, that already very small group has gotten even smaller as
the ascension years have passed and I continue on with my Embodiment
Process. This should be the natural case with everyone living the
Embodiment Process.
As you continue to Embody, to align with,
to match vibrationally, to become ONE conscious connection with your
Higher Self, Selves and Soul in your physical body and incarnate
ascending self, where you go for information, updates, intel,
validation, confirmation, support and a sense of joining with the NEW
higher Group will dramatically change, as it rightly should.
Iβm not saying anyone should stop reading
other peopleβs spiritual ascension writings. What I am saying is that
you need to realize that you and the Higher YOU, YOUS, Soul YOU should
always be your first and primary go-to, not someone else.
Someone else was, and for many still is old lower 3D consciousness and reality. Someone else is separation consciousness. If youβre living the Embodiment Process you know it is unification, it is unity consciousness and being which could not be more different. YOU/you know this
from your NEW state of Higher Self connection right inside the you
reading this, living this, being this embodied NEW greater YOU here in
the physical now.
What I continue running up against is the
opposite of how itβs been for thousands and thousands of years on
Earth. Every time I go outside myself to other ascension teachers
writings for insights, updates, information, validation etc., Iβm
increasingly disappointed and I donβt want to be disappointed. The
disappointment Iβve been increasingly experiencing since the start of
2013, has to do with me not fully trusting or relying on my steadily growing Higher Self, Selves, Soul vibrational alignment unification Embodiment Process taking place within my physical body and incarnate self and personality.
Weβre all so habituated to going external, to go to someone else, to go to a group of someone elseβs to
receive directions, instructions, explanations, Higher Awareness info,
the bigger cosmic picture, the universal daily news updates. Itβs been
very helpful doing this in years past but itβs getting less and less
satisfying to me because Iβm going to, Iβm looking outside myself for
answers and insights and that isnβt cutting it any longer. The βfitβ
isnβt right for me. The only βfitβ that is increasingly right and
comfortable for me is MEβthe other Higher Self MEβS, Soul ME and Source
ME. In other words fellow first Embodiers, you are in the process of
discovering that going external, going to anyone else from here
forward isnβt going to fit or feel right or satisfying to you/You/YOU
as YOU/You/you come into full complete, 100% always βONβ alignment from
your physical body and incarnate human self.
This is like reaching human age 21 and
becoming legally responsible for yourself and your actions. No more
going external, no more going to someone or anyone else for help or answers or guidance or support. YOU and You and you are now YOUR primary go-to for
insights, guidance, Higher Awareness, Love, LOVE, relationships,
companionship, cosmic info and whenever needed, those universal daily
news updates. Said another way, YOU is your real Soulmate, mate.
YOU, not someone else, but YOU are YOUR
source. YOU are Source. You and Source have a NEW relationship because
you/You/YOU and YOU/You/you have Embodied in your physical body
incarnate self which automatically Shifts the entire package, the entire
reality and more and that is a really great thing! Itβs taking
some time to adjust to this ongoing Inner Shift thank god, so relax and
open completely to it. This is very rare so pay attention, enjoy the
phenomena of it all, stay open to greater Inner Shifting and this final
phase of your Embodiment Process will feel more at Home like.
Yes thereβs always going to be the next
ascension update, the next information bites from different people but
what you/You/YOU now have is direct constant access to YOU Higher Self,
Selves, Soul YOU and Source YOU and YOU as Source and no one can top that. Canβt wait to live through December 2019 and put a divine bow on this phase.

This is another one of those articles
that covers a lot of multidimensional ground, multiple years and a lot
of seemingly different topics and no matter how well I express this it
wonβt do it the justice it deserves. Iβll do my best but this is complex
and covers many ascension and Embodiment years for many of the First
Everthingers. You must do more than just read this material, you need to
FEEL into it and do so from your HighHeart. And, this is another one of
those articles that isnβt for or about everyone that may read it.
Discernment, respect, space and allowance of more than youβre currently
aware of.
So, 2019 Has Been Heaping Tons of Fun Hasnβt It?
Yes Iβm being snarky. 2019 has been absolutely herculean on multiple levels for most of us and itβs not over yet. Itβs the not over yet part, the what I call 10, 11 & 12 months of every yearβOctober, November and Decemberβthat this article is about although the September 23, 2019 Equinox was the energetic humdinger thatβs funneled us up to the threshold of the last three months of extraordinary 2019.
The other day while thinking about the intensity and strangeness of the September 2019 Equinox and my very
unusual dream in the early AM hours of that day, one of those friendly
Ascended Master voices from on high said with amusement, βYouβre going to need to use each of those Triple Crowns to get through these last three months!β
Upon clairaudiently hearing and feeling
that statement I didnβt have an immediate smart-ass comeback because I
knew it was an important clue, and suggestion, about whatβs coming for
some of the Embodiers with these last three (triality, trinity) months of 2019. It took me a good thirty seconds to comeback with that Russel Crow Gladiator line where he yells up to the audience watching the bloody mayhem, βARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?!β There wasnβt any verbal reply from on high, just more amusement emanated from him. Itβs all about perspectives.
After this recent exchange with on high, I
had to go back in my articles to find what Iβd written about my
personal Triple Crowns experiences and when that all happened because I
honestly couldnβt remember. A re-read of both of these may help with our now and the last three months of 2019.
Next up I want to share my very
unusual September 23, 2019 early AM hours Equinox dream. Many of us had a
really strange and different Equinox dream or dreams, and based on what
some readers shared in Comments about this, many were very similar and
presented to us on this Equinox.
In my Equinox dream huge things like the
top halves of mountains were suddenly exploded apart and blasted outward
hitting buildings and other structures and killed some people. An invisible energy force kept repeatedly blasting away in that world
and was causing strange destruction and death and plenty of chaos and
confusion, and it was deliberate. No one knew what was happening and how
and why it kept moving around the country obliterating certain things
left and right. A destruction would happen a mile away from where I was
in this dream and the physical fallout from that would be launched
outward in all directions and hit other things and some people miles
away.
I did what I always do whether in dream
events or physical world ones; I discern as fast and hard as I can to
figure out whatβs really going on and why. I did this in this dream
repeatedly. I gazed out towards different directions I knew the next
energy force blast was coming from and did my best to discern what it
was. In this dream I finally understood that, despite the destruction of
sections of cities, buildings, homes and some people, it was a positive
happening. This unseen force was literally energetically and physically
clearing away large sections of stubborn, resistant hanger-on Team Dark
aliens, entities and their remaining residual negativity on that
physical Earth world. Once I reached this insight about why these
carefully aimed destructive energy blasts where happening I woke myself
up.
Some seriously furrowed brow moments after this dream however.
I thought about the Saturn Pluto
Capricorn conjunction happening throughout this year as it works its way
towards its one and only exact degree conjunction on January 12, 2020.
This September 23, 2019 Equinox dream felt like what this transit is
causing on Earth and in humanity now and into 2020 energetically
etherically and physically.
I thought about the ongoing removal of
Team Dark. I thought about the destruction of the Team Dark
intentionally created 9/11 timeline. I thought about the times Iβve
participated in these negative removal Missions and negative timeline
shutdown Missions over these ascension years in different ways and in
multiple dimensions. I thought about the Embodiment Process and those of
us living it. I thought about how those of us whoβve chosen to go
through the Embodiment Process first are now in the final phase of it in
late 2019 and into 2020. I thought about how these two things, these
two different energy frequencies cannot co-exist in the same place and
space and how the more the Embodiers Embody, the more that very act has
and continues pushing lower frequency Team Dark beings and their
energies and distortions out.
I thought about the Separation of Worlds
& Timelines and how it has been unfolding at the speed of LOVELight
throughout this wildly difficult year of 2019. I thought about how much
of this necessary destruction I witnessed in this 2019 Equinox dream
would or would not happen in this physical reality Iβm writing this
from. I thought about how much I really donβt care either way at this
point.
I thought about how strong we Embodiers
are and how we can both remove the old lower and Embody, hold and
maintain the NEW higher simultaneously despite our exhaustion, physical
pains and momentary heartbreaks, disappointments and frustrations. I
thought about what the Ascended Master from on high said about my, about
our Triple Crowns weβve Worked so hard to gain step-by-step over the
past three years. I thought about how weβre now going to have use each
of them in some way during October, November and December 2019 for
whatever presents. I thought about how thinking isnβt needed with this
because I have and you have already Embodied it.
I thought about how the NEW codes and energies will be the only
ones present for mass humanity come January 2020. I thought about how
that will impact humanity thatβs ascending and the humanity thatβs
descending. I thought about how tired I am and I know you are but how
close we are now to this entire thing instantly being the NEW in new
ways weβve not experienced yet. And now I let you consider all of these
things and more for yourself.
As Above in the Macro, So Below in the Micro
You already know this but Iβm going to
repeat it because many of us have had this Macro/Micro business be a
very big and obvious part of our personal lives throughout 2019. I went
through this this year with my momβs end of life and death. I continue
going through this with strangers and neighbors and so on because we,
our bodies, hearts and lives are where all of this Universal Ascension
Process is taking place. The βwar in heavenβ is the same as those taking
place in your, my, our personal individual lives, bodies and realities.
Multiple on high Ascended Masters just smiled silently over that
sentence.
The miserable stuff youβre
experiencingβwhatever it may be at the momentβwith some person(s) or
stranger(s) physically isnβt much different than the cosmic
disagreements, struggles, battles, massive changes, massive removals and
overall compressed evolution the entire Universe is currently going
through. Weβre going through it here, there and everywhere because weβre
here, there and everywhere. More smiles from on high. You get what Iβm
saying and I hope you get why. Weβre really close now so rest, take
extra care of yourself in all ways, deal with whatever presents but
discern it first of course and never ever forget how incredibly valuable
you really are in all this. It doesnβt matter if you know youβve got
your Triple Crowns or not or if you consciously know what exactly to do
with them. They have become more of the NEW higher you and all will come
naturally when needed.

Some of you may have been feeling,
sensing, perceiving another significant increase in activities in the
higher dimensions throughout the first-half of September 2019. Iβve felt
this many times over these ascension years, periods where it becomes
unusually active and busy with plenty of hurried changes taking place in
the higher realms. This always indicates weβre close to having another
extra big and very important energy change shift manifest in the
physical dimension related to the Ascension Process. Iβve felt this
happening again throughout the first-half of September and Iβm sure many
of you have felt it too. Itβs exciting when upstairs
becomes so much more active than it usually is with this Universal
Ascension. We know these increased in activity in the higher realms
means really big NEW energies, and therefore changes, are right around
the cosmic corner down here.
At first all I was aware of was the
escalation of energies and other preparatory activities in the higher
realms this month and didnβt push much to figure out exactly what was
coming. 2019 has been, well, something else to say the least, so I
wasnβt in a hurry to pop my head in βupstairsβ to see what the
excitement and big rush job is all about this time. However, the other
day I finally perceived what this is, or at least a big part of what it
is, and as I would very simple put it, a whole lot MORE Divine Mommy is about to return to Earth, humanity and reality here. Happy Libra Equinox everyone. Howβs that for more much needed real balance?
Weβve been experiencing a little bit of
Divine Mommy, aka Divine Mother, Divine Feminine, the Mother of God etc.
returning to humanity and human consciousness over the past couple of
years. Like everything else in the evolutionary Ascension Process, this
too has been happening incrementally, energy stair-step by energy
stair-step, giving everyone the linear time to as gently as possible all
patriarchal things considered, acclimate to the return of the Divine
Mother in ALL ways. But itβs happening in this NEW higher way which
makes it even more exciting than just having sanity and heart return to
humanity finally.
Earth has been patriarchal for thousands
of years and this profound planetary and global human species imbalance
has recently ended and the return of what was intentionally suppressed,
removed, reduced and greatly distorted has been in the Process of
returning, slowly at first because this is one heck of a change shift
for mass humanity. Divine Mother, Divine Feminine has been slowly
re-entering the picture because itβs finally time for this to happen.
What I perceived recently about the
first-half of September 2019 being so active in the higher realms was
how Divine Mother, the Divine Feminine is about to make a MUCH larger
insertion into human consciousness, physical lives, life and reality on
Earth and everywhere else. This September Equinox and the rest of 2019
phase is larger than what weβve experienced so far and will impact
everything more quickly and completely than what little has happened so
far with HER return.
The Me Too movement began in October 2017. The Timeβs Up movement
began in January 2019. I sense the September 23, 2019 Libra Equinox is
bringing in a tremendously larger aspect of Divine Mother than anything
weβve experienced so far so it will be interesting to see what movement starts next because of this increase.
In addition, from New Yearβs Day 2020,
the reentry of more and more of Divine Mother will greatheartedly
increase and expand balance, heart, HighHeart, empathy and real
compassion to humanity, human consciousness, life and reality on
ascending Earth. Many will not cope with this well at all as has already
been observed over the past couple of years. Old dense, tenacious,
altogether negative elitist consciousness patriarchal heads will
continue exploding and lashing out violently every time thereβs
additional Divine Mother energies arriving and manifesting in greater
numbers of humans from here on out. 2020 is going to be both wonderful
and freeing and horrible and repulsive but evolution is rarely fluffy,
pretty, quiet and peaceful. Ever know anyone or anything negative that
was happy to give up its global control, money and power over an entire
planet and its inhabitants?
When I say Divine Mommy or Divine Mother
or Divine Feminine, Iβm not talking about the old 3D lower human
consciousness aspects like the βgoddessβ or the βvirginβ or any other
limited or distorted aspect of the Divine Mother. Iβm talking about
something so much larger and more powerful. Iβm talking about the
panoramic, energetic high-def cosmic version of the entire undiluted
Divine Mother, not some splintered, disempowered, profoundly distorted
aspect of HER/IT. Most of us cannot comprehend Divine Mother at our
current level of development. If you can just partially comprehend the backdrop of everything, that would be a decent starting point to comprehending Divine Mother/Mommy/Feminine.
The September Equinox is when the Sun
enters the sign of Libra, the sign of balance and equilibrium. Itβs a
sort of brief physical-level zero point energy and moment. The 2019 Libran balance
is something thatβs not happened before, because it couldnβt, but this
year everything will feel this amplified and larger next-level return
phase of IT/HER and be permanently shifted by IT/HER and reality will be
permanently evolved because of the return of IT/HER. This is the start
of real Balance in male and female humans and global
human consciousness and Earth. The time of global patriarchal rule,
control, negativity, consciousness and external reality is permanently
over. Divine Mother is back anew with plenty of NEW wisdom under HER
belt and weβre all about to be shifted and transformed like nothing
weβve experienced with this so far. Thank freakinβ Source because most
of us cannot endure another minute of psychopathic patriarchal egos,
escalating insanity, negativity, heartlessness, bottomless greed and
corruption, endless violence, hatred in general but hatred of females
especially, impossible living situations, lack of monthly money to
simply live and pay all those mandatory bills, blatant disregard for
Mother Earth, Mother Nature and everything and one else.
The majority of this will take place in
your HighHeart first, then in more and more of humanity and their
developing and growing HighHearts and on and on. The dark time of not
feeling anything is over. The time of heartlessness is over. The time of
not feeling your own emotions and feelings is over. The time of not
feeling other people and their emotions and feelings is over. The time
of ego and total self-involvement in lowly ways is over. Welcome to
compressed evolution human boys and girls, please meet Divine Mommy.
The boys, males, have been having a
difficult time with what tiny bit of the Divine Mother thatβs returned
so far, so this next cosmic sized increase of Divine Mother/Feminine
into the physical will have many of them totally losing their
patriarchal shit. Most of the males on Earth have lived for eons with a
sense of elitism, of entitlement, of superiority, of power over female
humans, Mother Earth, Mother Nature, over all things feminine and
everything else too. The reasons for this can be traced back to the
negative aliens that hate and fear Divine Mother/Feminine. Iβm not
getting into that in this article but I will add that the majority of
females have learned during their lives how to suck-up to
malesβin a variety of waysβto gain safety, security, money, fame, power,
prestige, or at itβs worst mere food and shelter. Life in a patriarchal
world for thousands of years has made both males and females
into distorted, nasty, heartless twisted things humans are not
naturally. How many females do you know who blatantly treat males far
better than females? How many mothers have you seen display this severe
favoritism and elitism to their male children over their female
children? Not the way to create strong, honest and balanced males! What
were we talking about? Oh yeah, the return of Divine Mother/Feminine and
2019 Libra Equinox real and true BALANCE.
Real BALANCE must happen
first internally in each of us so that each of us has embodied both
Divine Mother/Feminine and Divine Father/Masculine and returned
ourselves back to an individually unified state. Each person has
to integrate both Divine Mother/Feminine and Divine Father/Masculine
energies regardless of which sex body they have. Unity is unity is
unity and real Unity begins with humanity integrating
whatβs long been separated and dualized in each of themselves. Once
thatβs been accomplished energetically, which the Ascension Process has
been pushing every human to do since it started, each individual
is integrated, unified within themselves and their bodies, hearts and
minds. With that bare-bones basic first step accomplished, weβre then
dealing with a human whose both Male and Female, Female and Male, both Masculine and Feminine etc. within themselves. They are no longer separated but unified individually. Guess how much that will improve all of your, my, our relationships!
Let me be very clear about this. Iβm NOT
talking about sex or sexuality, homosexuality, lesbianism, bi-sexuality,
upside down or inside out sexuality or anything sexual whatsoever.
Unfortunately that is exactly how much of the population has been and
still is interpreting these evolutionary energies pushing and pulling
around inside their bodies, rearranging their inner furniture
to make more room for them to embody the incoming Divine. Theyβre so
used to being profoundly separated energetically internally that when
they feel Divine Mother Feminine and/or Divine Father Masculine energies
manifesting and Unifying within themselves and their body, their first
thought or belief is that their external sex body is βthe wrong sexβ and
they want to change it to the opposite sex and/or they believe
themselves to be gay or lesbian or bi-greedy or whatever. Thatβs how confused many adults and children arenow about what it feels like to be whole and unified energetically in their own bodies, consciousness and indentities.
How sad is that? Deep breath and please hold off on the sex-change
operations or hormonal treatments or whatever and let evolution do what
it is to help put individual humans back together again. Youβve just
misinterpreted whatβs happening inside you and/or your child and why.
Iβm talking about evolution and humans each re-integrating and balancing both Divine Mommy and
Divine Daddy energies in themselves. Sounds so hokey but itβs mandatory
for this phase of the evolutionary Ascension Process. Integrate and
unify internally neophyte or you donβt get to pass βGOβ and move on to
the next level of the Ascension Process. First steps first. In many ways
this 2019 September Equinox energies and codes and much larger next
phase of the returning of Divine Mother/Feminine will be the first of
this Process for most of humanity. Wow⦠stand back and watch evolution
at work in growing numbers of global humanity.

Like the image above, the Ascension Process and Embodiment Process have been us steadily moving up ENERGY stair-steps until one finally reaches the landing
of the next higher flight of stairs. One makes the directional turn to
continue moving up the next higher flight of stairs where one is
eventually met again with a higher landing and flight of stairs. On and
on it goes, higher and higher up the ascending energy stair-steps and
deeper and deeper into the Photon Light, the entire time one is being
incrementally transformed by the Process and Journey itself.
I can easily sayβas I know many of you also canβthat the entire year of 2019 so far has been one of the most difficult, trying, exhausting, frustrating, physically and emotionally painful and simultaneously freeing ascension
year ever. It has, at times, been brutal and continues to be brutal for
many and thatβs how the literal dismantling of dying worlds, realities
and lower selves feelsβbrutal. There is no just βbeam me up Scottyβ with
compressed evolution, only steady laborious effort to get ones First
Everythinger self up the multiple flights of energy stairs while doing a
whole host of other related things.
For me every month of 2019 has been the equivalent of an entire flight of energetic ascension stairs. Many
of us are bounding up multiple stair-steps at a time each month this
year, which causes increased intensity in the physical side effect pains
and pressures weβre feeling from doing this. How 2019 has been for you,
and felt to your body, should help you grasp how all-encompassing this
upcoming global Shift will be in January 2020. We First Everythingers,
Forerunners, Embodiers etc. always go first to embody and anchor the NEW
codes, energies and DNA into ascending physicality for the rest of
humanity that will come into contact with them later. In this case,
βlaterβ is the start of 2020. Those humans capable of embodying them in
2020 wonβt experience this evolutionary Shift into the NEW codes in the
same ways we have and will transition into them more easily.
Old duality and duality consciousness and reality was
you βhereβ and all the βgood shitβ waaaay βover thereβ somewhere,
permanently out of reach and ultimately unattainable in any direct
personal sort of way, if at all. Duality was about experiencing
separation of everything down to the most ridiculous, minuscule levels
in old patriarchal reality. Talk about brutal!
I love how you can know something at one
stage and level but as you grow, expand, embody and become more you
discover that what you first knew was only a very small part of
something considerably larger and exceptionally more complex. Itβs like
discovering that a new toy has many more features and functions than you
first realized. This has been the case for me with triality and trinity consciousness and reality. Iβve
known only the beginner, βnewbieβ stages of it and over time have
discovered that I am and I AM simultaneously all over the place Working
constantly on the Ascension Process and Embodiment Process and much
more. This is somewhat hard to express and Iβve tried many times over
these ascension years in different ways and at different personal
levels.
Iβm βhereβ; Iβm βnot hereβ; I AM while
Iβm βhereβ; I AM while Iβm everywhere; I am exhausted; I AM NEW; I am
strengthened and empowered, and I keep going because thereβs nothing
else to do other than the Embodiment Process and ascension. Can you
relate? More importantly, can you feel the
tremendous increasing changes and amplifying freedoms from all of your,
all of our collective personal Inner Work, effort, ongoing Embodiment,
dedication and determination?
This next part is me trying to describe
the nearly impossible non-linear, quantum, multiple aspects past,
present, future meβs and their different levels and abilities and tasks.
When βIβ freakout over whatever it may be
in that moment, Denise me momentarily loses the higher overall
functionality of my multidimensional Selves. Every time Iβve done this,
itβs the old past Denise of pre-ascension Earth
panicking over something that, for that moment, I believe I cannot deal
with or fix etc. In other words, itβs past Denise
feeling and believing she is powerless in that moment and situation,
whatever it is. The keyword and insight with this is past.
When βIβ Denise am altogether deep in
painful ascension symptoms that make life nearly impossible to
accomplish much of anything physically, thatβs βmeβ in current present moment and time living
the ascension Embodiment Process. Itβs entirely focused, painful in
multiple ways, and thoroughly isolating but itβs absolutely necessary
and more important than one would believe.
Since 2013 Iβve many times beat myself up
over the fact that once βIβ am deep in another phase of severe and
intense ascension caused symptoms and painful side effects there isnβt
one damned thing I can do to get myself out of it. I cannot end the
physical pains, nor can I end the emotional pains or the periods of
depression when theyβve overwhelmed me. All βIβ can do is live through
them, and when Iβm smart, pay attention to them all and learn whatever I
can from the entire Process. In other words, all βIβ have been able to
do with those severe phases is ride it out.
Iβm drawing attention to this because,
like I said, Iβve often gotten upset with myself for not being able to
reduce or override, shorten or quicken the severe ascension side effects
that just freakinβ lay you flat for days or weeks. Weβre all so
programmed to do whatever we can to immediately βfixβ or βhealβ or
βtreatβ when we feel bad, sick or sad. However, for those of us who are
First Everythingers, Forerunners, energetic Pathpavers and Embodiers,
itβs the present βmeβ and the present βyouβ
living those aches and pains whose responsibilty and Mission it is to
live, feel and be alchemically evolved by the higher frequency Light
energies no matter how severe they are to our physical bodies and
emotional selves. Weβre supposed to go through these changes because we
Volunteered to Embody first, Ascend first, anchor and Pathpave for present and future humanity.
My first true Work with learning about becoming Neutral was
through my severe physical and at times emotional depression phases of
the Ascension Process. Becoming Neutral about them was the easy way for
me to accept, lay back, open myself in every way, relax and surrender to
the alchemical Process of compressed evolution as a Volunteer, even
when it really hurt(s). Becoming physically and emotionally Neutral
about it all was the best and most graceful and grace-filled way Iβve
found to deal with being a living transmutation container for compressed
evolution, plus, learn about evolving beyond duality and being
reactionary to integrated Triality and Neutrality frequencies,
consciousness and being. You can turn pains into states of quantum
Divine revelation and freedom if, if youβre willing to surrender and trust your Divinity and why youβre experiencing them. Or my natal Sun Chiron conjunction is finally transcending, or both.
The present βmeβ and present βyouβ reading this whoβve been living it are the aspects that accomplish more than youβd first believe. If it werenβt for the present βyouβ and βmeβ currently living the Embodiment Process, the past and the future aspects of each of us wouldnβt be much help to us or us to them. Itβs the βyouβ aspect in the current middle, the present Now
Moment βyouβ thatβs the one whose capable of embodying, Embodying,
anchoring and therefore altering your physical body, consciousness, self
and external reality for yourself and for everyone else. A really
important aspect wouldnβt you agree?
When βIβ Denise am altogether empowered, excited, full of Creative LOVE, in βcheerleader modeβ, knowing and powerful, I am future βmeβ Denise whose βbeen there, done thatβ already so she already knows whatβs what and why and whatβs coming next and so on. That future βmeβ knows all about the things that present βmeβ has, is and will be going through and Embodying etc. To the future βmeβ, everything is Divine and perfect, on scheduled and unfolding better and faster than intended.
Now, if you can take these three, these triple crown, triality, trinity, threesome aspects of yourself I just talked aboutβthe past, present, and future
βyouβsβ living the Ascension Embodiment Processes and all Working
together to accomplish this in physical reality, if you can take them
from linear to Spherical quantum consciousness then youβll really get
what Iβm struggling to express. Go from linear awareness and seeming
separation to, Hey babe, itβs ALL YOU and itβs ALL happening NOW!, and the entire Ascension and Embodiment Process makes much more sense to this present aspect self.
Past you freaks out over whatever from time to time. Present you is exhausted and beat to hell from being the Living Alchemical Container for the entire Ascension and Embodiment Process in the physical dimension in a physical body. Future you
is the NEW Human, is the NEW Earth, NEW Humanity, the NEW YOU and is
getting very excited because the other βyouβsβ have been at this
business long enough that the βgood shitβ is on the brink of manifesting
physically finally.
The key here is to never forget that you
are also You and YOU, and even more and that ALL of you are and always
have been Working together to get this thing called the Ascension
Process done. And donβt ever forget that the present βyouβ is more powerful, strong and sacred than you have yet understood.
A few days ago I suddenly clairvoyantly
Saw another massive energy Wave or energy pulsation coming towards us
and Earth, but it was only a few feet away from me when I Saw it. The
closeness and size of it made me go wide-eyed for a moment but it told
me that thereβs another huge energy pulsation about to hit us. I suspect
itβs the September 2019 Equinox energies I Saw but what was more
important to me was the knowing that thereβs going to be nearly
constant, I repeat, nearly constant energy waves or pulsations like this
from here on out that will more quickly than anything prior, tear down
the old past everything while simultaneously anchoring in much more of the future NEW energies, codes, consciousness, DNA and external reality in our present
now. And this is just the beginner level of our becoming conscious of
our multidimensionality, our being both linear and non-linear beings
capable of Shifting all over the place, repeatedly.
What has been separated and far apart from each other are now only inches away, which means Triality past, present and future is about to become the NEW now everything individually, collectively and externally.
Because of all this and more, many of us
have been and will be experiencing more so-called anomalies with linear
time, linear space, linear consciousness and reality, the Separation of
Worlds & Timelines, the Embodiment of our Higher Self/Selves with present us
in our physical bodies and all that has been, is and will continue to
quickly expand and evolve in each of us. Said another way, itβs gonna
get even more weird and wonderful fellow Ascension and Embodiment
co-Workers!
Because of all this donβt freakout or
panic during those moments when βrealityβ just disappears from you and
youβre left floating in the black vastness of a NEW level and state of
being. It will soon be filled with NEW exceptionally good stuff. Donβt
panic when linear time stops and youβre going about your business in
timeless quantumness, Neutrality and lengthy Now Moment HighHeart being.
Donβt panic when some negative old whatever or whoever etherically
wafts through your home briefly on its way out. Donβt feel bad for
feeling bad because who else can do what you can for you and for All?
From here on out things are going to increasingly get both worse from
one perspective and vastly better from another β the final Separation of
Worlds. Ride this one out too just as you have for the past twenty,
twenty-five or thirty years in this life. Be the many βyouβsβ and be
them becoming consciously aware of each other all Working together so
NEW Earth and NEW Humanity can happen and have a NEW place to step into.

playing in my head. The Sun is doing its thing no matter if weβre in a
solar maximum or anything else for that matter. If a specific Light
energy is immediately needed in humanity and Earth, then itβs now a

βEXPLOSION INTERRUPTS SOLAR MINIMUM: Yesterday,
Aug. 13th, a completely unexpected explosion occurred on the spotless
sun. Coronagraphs onboard the orbiting Solar and Heliospheric
Observatory (SOHO) recorded a cloud of debris billowing away from the
blast site:
The slow-moving cloud is
*not* heading for Earth. It will sail wide of our planet and not cause a
geomagnetic storm. If the blast site had been facing Earth, the story
might be different. Coils of strong magnetism evident in the structure
of the cloud could cause strong auroras and other effects if they made
contact with Earthβs magnetosphere.
Explosions like this can happen at any
timeβeven during Solar Minimumβwhen magnetic fields in the sunβs
atmosphere occasionally become unstable and reorganize themselves. No
sunspots are required. Good thing, because the sun has been without
spots for 7 straight days and altogether more than 150 days so far in
2019. Solar Minimum continues, with a chance of interruptions.β
