“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very impressed with your ability to bounce back from a disappointment, or a series of disappointments, as you experience them in your personal lives and as a collective. You have been privy to many predictions about what will happen, or what might happen, and you have seen the changes in those predictions over the years, because time and time again you do not get what you want.

Now is not the time to lose faith in yourselves and in your ability to create the reality you want to experience. Now, in fact, is the time to double down on that faith in yourselves. Your ability to take the hit of seeing a very positive prediction and then having it not come true is something to be very proud of, for yourselves and for the entire collective.

You have not given up hope, and if anything, you have become stronger in your will power, your desire to succeed, and to get to the fifth dimension. This ride that you are on was never meant to be the about the destination. You have already been fifth dimensional, and you have already been twelfth dimensional, and so being there obviously is not the end goal in all of this. You signed up for the experience. You signed up for the ride, and this is it. You are on it, and you get to determine for yourselves what type of experience you have of it.

Now, with the energies that are coming in at this time to support you in ringing in the New Year, we suggest that you get very deep into your desires. We suggest that you get very clear as well, because you have become more powerful and the energies have gotten faster and more supportive as you have persevered through the tragedies, the traumas, and the predictions that did not come true.

We can see humanity taking such giant leaps forward in the next calendar year, and we see that occurring because of your faith in yourselves, rather than putting your faith in a psychic, a channeler, or some other tapped in person who is telling you what to expect, rather than how to create the reality that you want to experience. We want you to tune in to that faith that you have that is bordering on knowing that you have the ability to live the life that you want to live, and we invite you to lean into that faith. Feel into your core for that fortitude that you have.

You are powerful beings, and now is not the time to be giving up on yourselves or on this journey. It is just about to get good, and it is our desire to see you all at the helm, guiding the ship of Mother Earth and humanity into the higher frequency realms, because we have that kind of trust in all of you. We have seen you take the punches and keep getting up, and we have never been more impressed by humanity than we are in this moment. Let our faith in you bolster your own, and be bold, dream big, and ride the wave of the energies taking you into 2020.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very satisfied, as always, with the progress that we see humanity making at this time, and we are very encouraged by the way that you have been able to resolve issues with the other important people in your lives. We see more acceptance, more understanding, and more unconditional love than ever before on your planet. We see you rising above disputes from your past, offering forgiveness, and releasing resistance to those individuals in your lives that have given you the most reasons to push against them.

And now that you are taking the high road in these relationships, you can expect to receive more from the higher realms. That is one of the bonuses of moving past those disputes that you have, or even just the hurt feelings that you’ve suffered over the years as a result of being close to those that you are closest to. You have made it your mission to use what you have created to evolve, expand, and become better versions of yourselves.

Now, of course, there are still those on your world who are not doing this, and you are their teachers. You are the ones who will be shining your light even brighter than you have been, and they will be noticing you and noticing the lives that you are living. They will want to know what your secret is, and you will tell them. You will let them know that letting go of that bitterness and resentment felt a lot better than holding on to it over a need to be right, or even a need to maintain a status as a victim.

You are rising above the disputes that you have with others because it is the higher vibrational approach, and you are always going to be attracted to that which is of a higher vibration. That is simply what you signed up for and what you signed up to do in this lifetime. We are happy to say that many of you who are awakened have been taking the high road, doing what is necessary to move past your pasts, and you are forging ahead into a better future as a result. You are the ones who have created better futures, and you will be the first ones to benefit from all of that work that you are doing there as the ground crew.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very excited to witness how you have been handling the many changes that have been occurring there on Earth. You are wonderful at adapting new circumstances and changes to the field of energy that you exist in. Your Earth’s electromagnetic field her aura. It is her field of energy in the same way that you all have a field of energy surrounding you as individuals, and the changes that have been occurring in the Earth’s electromagnetic field are noteworthy. They are documented. People have noticed the shifting of the poles, and people are also able to record the frequency of the Earth’s electromagnetic field and have noted those changes as well.

These changes could have caused a great deal of disruption in humanity, but instead, you have taken them in stride. You have adapted. Your own energy fields must adapt to the Earth’s electromagnetic field in order for you to continue to live on Earth, and even though you are largely unaware of the adjustments that you have made, you have made them and are thriving in the new environment. What this shifting of energies is meant to demonstrate to all of you is that you do have the ability to make shifts in your own energetic fields. You can do what once seemed impossible to you, and your planet is attempting to show you that.

Taking control of your vibration is the way to shift everything, and we have talked about how you can do this by first being grounded in your physical bodies and then being aware of what you are vibrating. Then you must focus on that vibration and breathe. Once you have breathed all the way through it, you can choose a better feeling vibration. This is how you change. This is how you keep up with the changes in your lives and the changes you see all around you, including the changes that are occurring with your Mother Earth herself.

Now, when you ground into the planet, you can feel for the changes that are afoot, and you can notice the difference between the Earth that you were inhabiting yesterday and the Earth that you are inhabiting today. But the more time that you spend in nature, the easier it will be for you to feel for the subtle changes as they are happening and to flow with them. In flowing with change, you are able to make changes in your lives and you are able to co-create the world that you want to experience.

You are the changemakers. You are the ones who have decided that you would awaken to do this very work that we have outlined here, and you are the ones doing the best job of keeping up with the energetic changes on Mother Earth. Keep it up. Do it a bit more consciously, and make the massive changes that you want to see. But make them within yourselves first, and then, witness how they come about on your planet.

The Solstice Energies: Update ∞The 9D Arcturian Council ~ December 21, 2019


“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very happy to report that you have been assimilating the energies of the solstice very well. It may not feel that way to all of you as the energies disrupt your normal sleep and thought patterns. You may experience a larger number of ascension symptoms as a result of your doing such a wonderful job of grounding these energies, but that is a small price to pay. You live in a fast-paced world that is constantly urging you to keep up, and energies like the ones you are experiencing right now require you to slow down because of their intensity and because of how hard it is on you physically, mentally, and emotionally to handle them.

Whenever you have higher frequency energies around, it’s very exciting, but you will also notice that some of the lower frequency energies are getting stirred up inside of you to be purged out. Now is not the time to be running yourselves ragged, trying to get things done, and yet, there you are in the midst of the holiday season, and many people put pressure on themselves to be the best gift-giver or throw the best party.

We recommend that you focus instead on making sure that you have a good relationship with your body and with the planet. And when we say good relationship, we are talking about feeling into that physical body of yours and making sure that you are grounded to that beautiful Mother Earth. We recommend more meditation, more sleep, more relaxation, and more hydration at this time and at the time of each solstice and equinox that you experience, as well as all other significant dates on your calendar.

You have to see yourselves as bodies of energy that are getting what you need in order to heal and in order to grow. And when you are growing and healing, there is often pain and discomfort, and you are the ones who need to be taking care of yourselves so that you can do this important work that you are there to do. We are talking about the work of spreading the light, the love, and the high frequency energies around so that the rest of humanity can transform from the inside out. You are the anchors. You are the ones doing the majority of the heavy lifting, and if you don’t take care of yourselves, then who will?

We are doing our best, and so are your guides and many others, but we need your help so that we can help you. Make sure you are listening to your bodies and getting some time where you can connect with Mother Earth in some way, and then ride these solstice energies into the New Year.

Take the Spiritual Growth from Your Challenges ∞The 9D Arcturian Council ~ December 19, 2019

The human animal is designed with internal and external nervous systems to help us avoid mental/physical pain, but the ability to monitor healthy systems has been compromised by the Dark in this 3D low vibrational environment.

So…humans have learned physical pain can be eroded with exercise and mental pain can be mitigated with therapy where “issues” are addressed. Spiritual growth occurs when mental pains grow until recognition of a Higher Self/Greater Force is recognized within.

Psychology stems control mental pain with drugs when perhaps pain is needed to gain that critical knowledge of WHO YOU ARE. Once this knowledge is gained…life flows, doors are opened, your BEing becomes…

We are continuing to explore the different ways that you all have of taking on challenges for yourselves in order to grow spiritually. We see you doing this unintentionally in most areas of your lives. You will unintentionally create the challenge, and then you will have to rise up and become more of who you really are in order to face that challenge and move past it. Sometimes you will intentionally take on a challenge, and in those instances you are far more likely to meet the challenge head on and take the spiritual growth because it was an intentional act.

When the challenge is created subconsciously, when you don’t even realize that you are doing it, then you are more likely to just stay in a state of resistance and not take the spiritual growth that comes from presenting yourself with that challenge. And so, the time is right for you to be seeing all of the challenges that you have in your lives as being created by you intentionally, and you want to see them as opportunities to go further in your spiritual development. You want to face the challenges in your lives with gusto. You want to hold that knowing that the challenge is there to get you to go deeper within yourself than you ever have before and access something that you didn’t even know you had.

We often talk about accessing higher frequency vibrations within you, and certainly you can and sometimes do access those vibrations without some sort of challenge to be the catalyst for you to do so. But often, you will go within and find the power, the strength, and the fortitude to face life’s messiest and most troubling challenges. It is time for you to see yourselves as the creators of one hundred percent of your reality, all the time, because it is time for you to let go of that resistance that prevents you from seeing the opportunity that’s in front of you.

You are powerful creator beings, and if you can create something that you really do not want, then you can just as easily create its opposite. But you’re going to find that it’s far more difficult to do so if you’re spending your time resisting that unwanted creation, whether it’s in your personal life or something that is global in nature.

We know that the Earth experience, especially in this lifetime, has been the ultimate challenge for all of you, and we want you to know that there are so many others like us who want to support you in rising up to meet those challenges and to become your higher selves in this lifetime. We know that you can and that you will, and we will keep telling you that this is the case, and we will keep telling you right up until the moment when you do it.
