Wow! It continually amazes me just how thoughts are manifested. Yes, manifestation not only includes physical manifestation, but also mental manifestation! Now that I think about it, mental manifestation is what many may call telepathy, the transference of thought without any type of physical communication.

Why am I discussing this? Several thoughts had been on my mind for the last few days…and now I read someone else putting these thoughts into their article! I have been thinking about ascension (higher level of consciousness) being personal for each person on this earth that actually comes from inside instead of outside. True, I do believe “the Event’ will bring outside circumstances to all, but these “circumstances” will prompt all to look within their own hearts and decide to change their current way of thinking to a higher level, and that level is LOVE! If someone decides not to raise their consciousness, they will not remain on this Earth. How, and where, they go…I do not know, but all who remain will experience wonders.

Marilyn Rafaile channels a group of ET’s named Arcturians. Arcturus itself is the brightest star in the Bootes constellation, which is approximately thirty-six light years from Earth. It is the 4th brightest star in the sky. The reddish light of Arcturus striking a photoelectric cell marked the beginning of the 1934 Chicago World’s Fair. In his teachings, Edgar Cayce has said that Arcturus is one of the most advanced civilizations in this galaxy.

The Arcturians teach that the most fundamental ingredient for living in the fifth dimension is love. Negativity, fear and guilt must be overcome and exchanged for love and light.

The Arcturians work in close connection with the ascended masters whom they call the Brotherhood of the All. They also work closely with what they refer to as the Galactic Command. The Arcturians travel the universe in their starships, which are some of the most advanced in the entire universe.
