  1. According to Dr Jim Willie……..DOCK WORKERS…..were “ordered” to
    STRIKE as a COVER STORY for the FACT that AMERICA could NOT afford
    to PAY for the CARGOES of GOODS shipped into US Ports, particularly
    in the case of suppliers who demanded payment in NON U$ DOLLAR$.
