Weather modification is the act of intentionally manipulating or altering the weather. The most common form of weather modification is cloud seeding, which increases rain or snow, usually for the purpose of increasing the local water supply.

Weather modification can also have the goal of preventing damaging weather, such as hail or hurricanes, from occurring; or of provoking damaging weather against the enemy, as a tactic of military or economic warfare like Operation Popeye, where clouds were seeded to prolong the monsoon in Vietnam.

Weather modification in warfare has been banned by the United Nations under the Environmental Modification Convention.

Notes to Readers:

In my own experience, I knew cloudseeding was being done by the military back in the mid-1950’s. Then I noticed the HAARP and chem trails starting up or being more evident in the 1990’s. Florida has received a ton of HAARP and chem trails this past year. And a lot more rain than usual even during the “rainy season”. No hurricanes, TG.

The Gulf Coast of Florida is experiencing drought conditions. The east coast received 4 to 12 inches of rain just in the last couple of days. The sun finally broke through the clouds after five full days of overcast weather.

There is no climate change other than by artificial means… by the Cabal and their mad scientists/engineers.
