Presently there were two United States governments and two Presidential Administrations – one fake (Biden) and one real (Trump). Trump never left office, but stepped down from being President of US Inc. which the Deep State bankrupted and made defunct in 2008. The bankruptcy was known as the so-called Mortgage Crisis.
Trump kept his power by turning over the US to the US Military, of which he was Commander in Chief. He had a legal right to form this Continuity of Government Devolution Plan because the 2020 Election had been determined by the Military to be null and void because of excessive fraud. Prior to the Election Trump had sent out watermarked ballots to each state for them to print their ballots on.
