1. CLEAR….CLEAR…CLEAR…that is what I got from this video, so very important to raise your frequency, since most don’t understand what that even means, to raise your frequency, you gotta clear….
   TO CLEAR:
   FEELIT….till there is no more tears (dont stuff it away)
   Let it go…exhale the negative energy.
   You will feel lighter…
   dig deep, hug that child in you, the one still waiting for your attention
   The see the world thru that inner child and life becomes magical.
   Easier said than done but the most important part is CLEAR…
   Clear up that stuck negative energy.

   1. By the way, I don’t see this guy as a channeler, more like a medium. To me there is a big difference. Unfortunately, they are calling it channeling.

      1. Don’t know who that is…but ok.
         LOL, it’s just that this video made it understandable how to ‘raise your frequency’ as that can be confusing to most people who don’t understand about frequency and thoughts and energy.
         It’s funny cuz on The walking dead, Morgan wrote that all over the walls, he lost his mind for a while, and just Clear Clear Clear….
         Then he got help from a guy who did Tai chi, and understood…
         ALL LIFE IS PRECIOUS.
