Former FEMA director Brock Long was hanged at Guantanamo Bay Monday morning, sealing the fate of yet another Deep State stooge bereft of morality and integrity, and like many Deep Staters before him, he died without dignity, sniveling and murmuring about his innocence.
His morning was typical of condemned prisoners who had mere hours to live. He got a 5:00 a.m. wake-up call and was offered a final repast, which he refused. He was given the opportunity to shower and shave—with a safety razor, of course—ahead of the main event, which he also declined. GITMO staff asked Long if he cared to speak with a man of the cloth before heading to the gallows, and he said “no.” He was shown paperwork listing the crimes for which he had been charged, indicted, tried, convicted, and sentenced. When asked if he understood the charges, Long shook his head.
Guards took him to medical, where staff weighed him and pulled two vacutainers of blood. He had winced and tensed up, bemoaning the med tech’s atrocious bedside manner, complaining that her barbaric blood draw would cause a hematoma.
“That should be the least of your worries,” the tech reportedly said.
It was explained to him that a hanging is not always a painless, immediate death, even with a long-drop hang; if the drop did not snap his neck, he would not die until the noose strangled his trachea, which could take several minutes. Worst case, his eyes would burst from their sockets or dangle from veiny threads; he would sever his tongue with his teeth, and shit and piss himself as his oxygen-starved brain fizzled out.
After the exam, guards took him to a secure waiting area to await his Marine escort to the gallows. He still had three hours of introspective time to ponder his crimes, his handmade misfortune. He paced about a small cage, his Adam’s apple bobbing like a fishing float. He alternated between whispering beneath his breath and staring silently at vertical bars.
When his escort arrived, he was placed in a Hummer and driven to the gallows. He hadn’t said a word, and neither had his escort.
As was common among earlier executions, Vice Adm. Darse E. Crandall and an assembly of military brass stood at the foot of the gallows as the Marine escort pulled Long from the hummer and ushered him up the steps to the platform, atop which stood the hangman. An unnamed civilian, a representative for President Donald J. Trump, was standing beside the admiral.
“Brock Long, you have been convicted of treason and sentenced to death, to be carried out immediately. If you have last words or a statement of contrition, this would be a good time to give it,” the admiral said.
Rivulets of tears streamed down Long’s cheeks. “I’m innocent,” he protested as the hangman fitted the noose around his neck. “You don’t have to do this.”
Adm. Crandall gave the signal.
The shock in Long’s eyes was a prelude to a scream that never came. His mouth opened like a fish for air.
He was fortunate; his death was almost instantaneous.
A Navy physician noted the time and date of death: 10:12 a.m., Monday, July 10, 2023.

Just as “the concept of Free Speech” won’t protect someone who engages in Blackmail, Extortion, or Fraud, it doesn’t protect someone who peddles Lies without making at least a minimal attempt to determine if they’re true or false. That’s what the Actual Malice standard means. You can’t defame people with a reckless disregard for whether what you say is true or not!

As a laboratory director, I can unequivocally state that there is NO mask which will prevent against COVID-19, because…COVID-19 DOES NOT EXIST! This virus has never been found, isolated, or re-grown in any type of laboratory environment!
Additionally, the entire COVID scenario seems to have been promulgated by the USA Corporation.
Any type of disease associated with COVID-19 is only found in those who have been vaccinated, glad you are feeling hale and hearty!

No, the Constitution (neither the “original”, nor the present one with all those Amendments) says any such thing about “Esquire” status.
We’ve “done this dance before”, but of course you remain impervious to Truth! (That’s known as Invincible Ignorance. 🤣) Calling oneself “Esquire” isn’t a “title of nobility”, and it’s certainly not “granted by the United States”, so the first part of the Clause you allude to doesn’t apply. (Art. I, Section 9, Clause 8) Nor does it in any way come from a “king, prince, or foreign State”, so the rest of that Clause doesn’t apply either.
That, madam, are quotes from the actual Constitution, not the one you fantasize exists. 😘

The Common Law has always been part of our Law. It’s what we “inherited” from Great Britain, and retained after we became Independent. Many areas of our Law either are derived from, or are based on the Common Law. The best example is Torts, which (with a few exceptions) is almost entirely derived from and based on the Common Law. The same is true of Contracts (except where the Uniform Commercial Code applies, and even it derives some of its provisions from the Common Law). Much of Property Law comes from it too, also our Laws regarding Wills and Trusts.
Unfortunately, the latter includes my least favorite subject in Law School, what I refer to as the “Dreaded Rule Against Perpetuities” (don’t ask). It’s almost entirely derived from the Common Law (with a few changes made through Legislation in a number of States).
P.S. – Did you get your “Law Degree” from the same $200 on-line “course” Deron Brunson did? He’s the “legal advisor” for his brothers’ worthless lawsuits, which is the reason they keep losing! 🤣

The claim that he has been executed (with lurid details thrown in to embellish a “bald and unconvincing narrative”) isn’t a mere “opinion”. It’s a false statement of “fact”! Either the guy’s dead, or he’s alive. Either he was executed, or he wasn’t. If all you posted was a statement that he deserved to be executed, and that he should be executed, that might qualify as an “opinion”. (Though falsely accusing someone of criminal conduct is what’s known as Slander Per Se.)
P.S. – No, dearie, there’s nothing “new” in your “thoughts” (assuming you have any), it’s the same type of mindless gossip, and baseless lies, that our laws against Defamation were created to punish. Well..,thank you for addressing the only piece of the “Earth puzzle” you choose to address coherently! Hmmm… isn’t the second Supreme Court Brunson Bros. case still awaiting an opinion? Seems to me this SC decision will do one of two things:
(1) If the Supreme Court does not agree with Brunson case, the Supreme Court becomes Constitutionally compromised, causing the “military” to be the only way to end Constitutional corruption in our country, or,
(2) A Supreme Court decision agreeing that Congress has failed to uphold a Constitutional duty of investigating election fraud will invalidate all 2020 election results!
We shall see…
In any event, take a look at recent military movements INSIDE of our country preparing to damp down planned riots which will occur regardless of the Supreme decision. Military movements are for the protection of he populace, which IS a measure of support (dare I say “LOVE”) for our nation?
