Now I can tell you the truth. The 30 Espionage Act charges were the wrong law to bring against a living former President (I know he’s still President to their mind sort of minds he never was legitimate). That one charge was really past it’s time limit. That leaves the process crimes. You can’t accuse a President of a process crime, it just isn’t done.
