This is why you must know the origin in order to understand what’s going on today and every day since the Operation started.
Executive Order 13848 is one of the KEY pieces that can prove ALL of the others when you apply the terminology and timeline.
The first thing one needs to know is what is a National Emergency?
Jimmy Carter signed Executive Order 12148 known as the National Emergencies Act. This is what it reads:
States that all powers and authorities conferred by law upon the President, any other officer or employee of the Federal Government, or any department, agency, independent establishment, or any other body of the Federal Government, and all powers and authorities conferred by any Executive Order pursuant to law as a result of the existence of any national emergency in effect on the date of enactment of this Act are terminated two years from the date of such enactment. Defines such emergency as a general declaration of emergency made by the President.
Title II: Declarations of Future National Emergencies = States that, with respect to Acts of Congress authorizing the exercise of any special or extraordinary power during a national emergency, the President is authorized to declare such national emergency.
Provides that any national emergency declared by the President in accordance with this title shall terminate if (1) Congress terminates the emergency by concurrent resolution; or (2) the President issues a proclamation terminating the emergency.
Requires that, not later than six months after a national emergency is declared, and not later than the end of each six-month period thereafter during which such emergency continues, each House of Congress shall meet to consider a vote on a concurrent resolution to determine whether that emergency shall be terminated.

President Trump declared 9 National Emergencies, 7 in Executive Orders, 2 verbally. The reason why they’re important and stand aside from the other National Emergencies Presidents have used in the past… is the Federalization of the National Guard to Active-Duty…

Read that again. That’s very key and important. That’s the very key that separates any other National Emergencies.
When CIC Trump says: “if they’re going to investigate me, they must investigate every President before me, immediately”…. this is what he’s referring to. This Operation and COG is using 95% of Laws before him.
In order to understand the Military and Federal Laws and Orders in the Blueprint and to be able to see the forest behind the trees (the actions from 2017 to present day), you must know the importance of the above.
Now, let’s look at TWO things that make Donald John Trump legal Commander-in-Chief under Article II of the Constitution and the First and Second War Powers Act that gave the President power to declare war.
Remember… “investigate others before me, immediately…”
Executive Order 13848 is more than brilliant… The timestamp and timeline is nothing short of Biblical and Monumental.
Not ONLY are the Executive Orders alone important, but the Laws and Orders inside them are key and very important too.

Look at the first paragraph in EO 13848:
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.
) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code.
There’s the:
International Emergency Economic Powers Act
The National Emergencies Act
Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952
Section 301 of Title 3 United States Code
All of those not only coincide and apply, but they too are also extended when the Executive Order is extended. One must also search those and read them as well.
This Executive Order was signed September 12, 2018. That’s two months before ANY Election under CIC Trump. Which means the ONLY evidence to assess and to enact this Order came from 2016 and prior.
That’s why it’s important to know the origin. Now, the dates on the Federal Continuity Directives 1 and 2 are: January 17, 2017, and June 13, 2017, with Operational dates of 2018-2022 and 2020-2024…
Then on January 20, 2017, at CIC Trump’s Inauguration, two Military Officers appeared behind him with the headbands: Military Intelligence and Judge Advocate General (JAG).
“We have it all. We’ve caught them all.” = Military Intelligence.
Who punishes crimes in the Military? = JAG.
Paragraph two does MORE THAN prove January 6, 2021, was a staged and distraction.
Let’s look at paragraph two:
“…Although there has been no evidence of a foreign power altering the outcome or vote tabulation in any United States election, foreign powers have historically sought to exploit America’s free and open political system. In recent years, the proliferation of digital devices and internet-based communications has created significant vulnerabilities and magnified the scope and intensity of the threat of foreign interference, as illustrated in the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment. I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with this threat.”
First, let’s point out that the last sentence proves the only evidence to assess was the 2016 Election and prior to.
Second, this key conjunction and two words easily, more than prove J6 a staged event.
“…or vote tabulation”…
…. Also before I bring that one home… it specifically says “NO altering the outcome or vote tabulation in ANY United States election”…
ANY does not mean: ‘just’ one, two, 5, 10… ANY means = ALL.
Now, let’s look at: “…or vote tabulation”…
Those 3 words alone rule out January 6, 2021, being an “insurrection” and everything related to that day.
This is why it’s very important to understand how voting works. Because if you knew that January 6 is a day of Counting Electoral Votes not Incumbent vs. President-Elect or Trump vs. Biden…
Had Americans known the simplicity of Government, more specifically how we count votes, plus reading of the Laws and Orders when made public for this very reason, they would have known what happened that day proves this Executive Order.
On January 6, 2021, after Alabama and Alaska had confirmed their Electoral Votes for Trump, there were 2 Objections in the Arizona count…
Upon those Objections it’s very detailed on what was supposed to happen after that in 3 United States Code 15…
3 United States Code 15:
Upon such reading of any such certificate or paper, the President of the Senate shall call for objections, if any. Every objection shall be made in writing, and shall state clearly and concisely, and without argument, the ground thereof, and shall be signed by at least one Senator and one Member of the House of Representatives before the same shall be received.
