P.S. In case you don’t know this already, the United States Dept. of Defense (DOD) was involved in contracting out the development of the bioweapons. Russia regards this information as provocation for war, which is why the battle in Ukraine. The U.S. and NATO were supporting nearly four dozen bioweapons labs in the Ukraine, while civilians were being used for guinea pigs.
