- Standard protocol can be triggered and programs can be uploaded;
- Stargate based on Alpha Centauri is free and can be activated;
- Liberation Protocol is active and available to the Alliance;
- White Hats are ready to proceed;
- Communication is completed;
For those who are knowledgeable, have received the instructions and know what to do.
