We believe that in this sentence Gaia Portal is telling us, in a figurative way, about the Energy of Light that in this phase is massively flowing on Earth. This energy is not yet completely perceived as such but gives off a sort of fragrance, as if we were approaching a flowery field but we still don’t see it, we only smell it.
The Planetary Elixirs are, as the name implies, substances that are able to bring a change towards the better, so, by feeling the Effulvance, we know that they are there but actually we have not yet physically held them.
