Difficult to interpret this sentence, one might say, perhaps by forcing a possible meaning, that the “cannons” of the Forces of Light cruisers shoot Light “bullets” onto the Planet and when they manage to strike they cause flashes that are a sign of the help that the population receives in our battle for the Planet Liberation.
Portions Of Mesmer Are Refused
Mesmer could be referred to Franz Friedrich Anton Mesmer (1734 – 1815), a German doctor with an interest in astronomy who theorised that there was a natural energy transference that occurred between all animated and inanimate objects that he called animal magnetism, sometimes later referred to as mesmerism. It does not make much sense in interpreting this phrase, so it is likely to refer to another meaning.
The word mesmer is also used to define something that hypnotizes, which captures attention, a sort of spell. This seems a more likely interpretation and it would mean that these spells, which could be the mind control, fake news and all the rest, begin to no longer be accepted, at least in part.
This interpretation is fully applied to the Italian situation where so many people, even us, hoped for a change but the real facts show how it is a nothing masked by something; look at the new decree, approved by the controllers of Europe, it doesn’t change anything, who had will retains, who has nothing receives nothing, the great illusion, a fake theater made specifically for dunking, new faces, new bullshit, to carry on with the old . Many will reject this farce, these new clowns, surely. The change has to come from within the people not done via proxies.

As we are dealing with a lowercase h, we are talking about all humanity, not just the awakened. Difficult to say who the Philanthropists are. It is not about charitable people but rather some that implement private initiatives for the good of all, generally to increase the quality of life.
If we wanted to push ourselves into optimism we could think of the Med Bed, the Free Energy and those who work behind the scenes to bring these technologies to the masses. For now, nothing shines through so we take this sentence of Gaia Portal as a good omen for times that we hope will not expand too much.
