| Well. We have certainly seen the Sun and Uranus’ energetics, haven’t we? And let’s not forget Venus retrograde.
It is as clear as an x-ray photograph, the Sabian symbol for the degree Mercury discharges today. Here is what else is clear:
1 – “RAYS OF HOPE” – The Sun will conjunct Venus at 10:04 am ET/2:04 pm UT at 04 Scorpio, “a youth holding a lighted candle in a devotional ritual.”
One of the ways “Sabian symbolist” Lynda Hill describes this symbol is “rays of hope.”
When the Sun and Venus come together while Venus is retrograde, it is a big deal. It makes a lot of things happen in our lives and in the world. Trump inviting Putin to the US today (in an effort to avert the war the minions are trying to ramp up, I suspect) is an example of this.
This energetic is designed to revise, rework, recapture, and receive things in highly significant ways.
Venus retrograde forces an evaluation and recognition of our values – what we truly value. The hope is that what we truly value aligns with a value system based on love.
Overblown ideas about love of money and love of self take us off the path.
2 – PATHS – Another thing that the “youth holding a lighted candle in a devotional ritual” energetic of today’s Sun-Venus conjunction does is highlight paths. This week, we have been on a path that has led up to today.
What has become clear or clearer to you this week? What can you see through, as if you had x-ray vision? What requires change? What have you been shown, at this point, about the truth of things?
3 – MONEY AND MARKETS – We remember the Sun-Uranus conjunction is happening in opposition to Uranus (!). An unprecedented war with the Fed is underway during this Venus retrograde. This will likely be reflected today.
Uranus brings swift change, flashes of insight, shocks and surprises, and things that seem tragic but later prove to have a silver lining.
Uranus puts us where we need to be. We can buck it and struggle against the changes it is making for us, or we can trust that the energetic is operating in our favor, regardless of how things appear or feel.
We become spiritual acrobats and gymnasts if we are wise.
4 – THE ARCHETYPAL RULER OF GYMNASTICS, Chiron, and his energetic of wounding, healing, and teaching on the Hero’s Path is strongly activated today. The Sun-Venus conjunction at 04 Scorpio occurs exactly opposite the Chiron Point of 04 Taurus. The Chiron Point, 04 Taurus, is where Chiron was “discovered” (brought into the collective consciousness).
When Chiron is activated, the Christ Consciousness is activated.
The Sabian symbol for the Chiron Point is “the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.” Chiron bridges us to the gold of the soul. We traverse the spectrum of life’s colors to get to the light.
Be aware that twinges of sadness come and go when Chiron’s energy is involved. And ask yourself if what you are sad about was actually a blessing. Were you or are you being saved from something by being rejected? Was or is it a protection?
5 – REAWAKENED AND REGAINED – At 10:49 am ET/2:49 pm UT, the Moon will oppose Jupiter for its last major contact with Jupiter before Jupiter leaves Scorpio on November 8.
This means we get one last opportunity to process out the shadow side and the ghastly things that have come to light since Jupiter entered Scorpio a year ago.
The Moon is discharging “a mature woman reawakened to romance.” Jupiter is discharging “the King of the Fairies approaching his domain.” This is amplified energy for regaining lost opportunities (the theme for this astrological year). It is also the energetic for rectifying things and returning to love.
The Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine are certainly evidenced today.
This energetic will remain in effect until the Moon leaves Taurus and enters Gemini at 3:42 pm ET/7:42 pm UT.
It has been quite a week. We will finish it out today, aiming for the clarity that is offered.
