Full Moon in Pisces, August 2018 ~ Smooth Flow and Dissolvement Full Moon in Pisces, August 2018 ~ Smooth Flow and Dissolvement ~ August 23, 2018

The August 26th Pisces Full Moon (3 deg) is supported by a Grand Earth Trine that includes the Virgo Sun. Uranus Rx in Taurus and Saturn Rx in Capricorn make up the other parts of the trine, creating a smooth flow of grounded energy that incorporates innovative/unusual (Uranus) rules/structures (Saturn) and the practical application of details or improvements (Sun in Virgo).

This will be the best way to deal with the Full Moon’s ending or result. Find your routine, focus, and roll with those changes that have been in the works since May (when Uranus first entered Taurus). This trine can indicate a foundation/regime/commitment and suggests that the results of this Full Moon will be solid overall (despite the Pisces influence). Note that Uranus and Saturn are both Rx: this is not a brand new issue.

Pisces suggests a release  – something is dissolving and you’ll probably have minimal control over it (you can’t force Pisces into a defined outcome). The results will flow where they’re meant to flow. The Pisces Moon sits at the top of the Grand Trine (making sextiles with Uranus and Saturn) which turns it into a Kite: it is a release point for the trine’s energy, and indicates giving something up (the sacrifice) so something else can be solidified.

The Sun makes an unhappy inconjunct to Chiron Rx in Aries, which suggests a wound (Chiron) and the urge to make it better (Virgo). But this error/vulnerability can’t be fixed. You can implement some improvements (the Grand Trine will help with that) but ultimately you’ll have to let go (Pisces) of your expectations of perfection (Virgo). Saturn Rx is squaring Chiron Rx, so the rules/focus that anchor this trine will also involve a painful limit. Consider if there’s a way you can make that limit work for you. This won’t erase the pain, but it will encourage you to do something besides focusing on how unfortunate it is that you can’t____.

Chiron in Aries is about confronting what hurts, or fighting even though you feel weak. It’s messy and awkward, and this will not sit well with Virgo. And yet, the Sun’s involvement in the Grand Trine encourages you to do your best, even as you’re accepting (Pisces) that there’s only so much you can do.
