Are you ready for when the clock strikes midnight this upcoming New Year’s Eve on December 31st? The Universal energetic wave will shift again, and everything will change towards a new energetic pulse. The time we are in now is a zero point. A time of rest, contemplation, and introspection.
As you’ve probably discovered, it’s much easier to go “with” the Universal flow of energies, rather than fighting against it. Things just seem to flow so much easier, and for your highest good as you’ve diligently followed the synchronisities given to you. Over the 2017 year, as it comes to a close, it’s time to reflect on the many decisions you’ve made in 2017 that created rapid change in your life; professions, residential moves, relationships. The many challenges, or obstacles you’ve faced in 2017 have shown you your tenacity to adapt quickly to rapidly changing energetic signatures. To disengage and unconditionally love without attachment. You’ve worked very hard this year in clearing karma held from many ancient past lifetimes. You have integrated those lost fragments of your soul to your here and now physical light body.

11 is the number of creation, expression and manifestation. This Master Number in numerology, 11, represents two pillars, a gateway, creating a direct portal between inspiration (1 energy) and manifestation (11 energy). As mentioned above, it also mirrors the DNA strands.
But in this coming year, it’s not just manifesting energies of the Number 1, which was the energy of 2017, it will be doubled! Instead, this 2018 is backed by the energetic vibration of 2. Two represents partnership and cooperation, (1+1=2). So, if in 2017 you’ve worked towards collaboration goals with partners, you may see this to fruition in 2018 behind the cooperative and supportive energy of 2. Those projects that came to a screeching halt in 2017 may now begin again with a renewed, creative energy. A whole new focus, and a whole new outcome! Be prepared to accept any change that comes your way. Be prepared to accept new perspectives and creative ideas. The way we communicate with one another will shift in 2018 as well. You will see more open mindedness. You will see many sharing and accepting new perspectives. You will see a complete lack of judging from others, and air of acceptance will ensue. You can imagine the magic of this energy; how quickly it will manifest co-created realities! More, and more souls are being responsible for their energetic output, as they can see their own realities manifested much quicker now than ever before, as well as how it affects the collective consciousness.
December 2017 is the time to hit your RESET BUTTON in preparation for the new pulse of Universal 11 energy! You are now at your zero point! This is the most auspicious time to reinvent yourself in the direction of your soul purpose and life mission! By harmonizing your personal energetic vibration to that of the Universal energies of 11, the number of creation, expression and manifestation you are tapping into the unlimited energy of abundance! But “this video” is a massive synch wink to those who have been working with me on this. Kasmir is a song that I listen to often and have shared it here before. But I have NEVER seen this version of its “future self”, even though it says this was made in 2016. This is not the full version of the song, and it’s a bit different, which completely correlates with what has/is occurring. So you can look the original version up if you wish.
We have collapsed the timeline of the Annunaki for everyone by integrating and merging those fragments that were in many other timelines holding the false net in place around Earth. We, being me and two other people, one being Michelle Walling, and another who would rather remain anonymous. Maybe more who were drawn to do the very same thing, working in those timelines over the past week.
This opened the portal (Gate) three days ago (See link attached Energy Report below) to release massive loads of karma in an instant. To heal past lifetimes. To heal all negative patterns. To bring those who were ready to reach their zero point to their zero point. As we did this the Earth chakras realigned to their zero point on Earth at The Great Pyramid of Giza.

This has accelerated the shift so that those beginning do not have to take years to integrate like we have, it will be much faster now.
The false net around Earth has been lifted, and the density lifted with it. This has further lifted the veil for all to see with new eyes. Through this, you felt the shift come in like a massive wave of “Love Energy” three days ago on the heels of a solar flare. This wave brought healing in mind, body spirit to activate your Christ Consciousness within (merkabah) light body now! For your key codes to be unlocked. For your Metaphysical abilities to come back online. And for your DNA to continue upgrading, and integrating for you to remember your multidimensional capabilities. For your chakra pillar to be one stream of white light flowing from pure Divine cosmic energy (God/Source.) There is much more, but this is all I’m being asked by my Guides to share now.
Other than to say these are all connecting points that have merged: Nephilim, Annunaki, Pleiadian, Native American, Starseeds.
Many may think New Earth is Inner Earth, although Inner Earth is held in a much higher vibrational frequency, it is not New Earth, it’s zero point. Anyone has access to this through the energetic portal in which it resides. You might hear “The Call” to visit this in dream state. As 3D Earth keeps raising in frequency, (which now it can with the false net, lower vibrational frequency lifted), a bifurcation process will occur. And through this New Earth will dwell in its “own” new, higher vibrational frequency. Old Earth will look like Mars, New Earth will be even brighter in the cosmos than 3D Earth (in my vision).
All who hold this highest vibrational frequency go with New Earth. This is where zero point comes in, and you have the free will choice to choose where and how you want to proceed. The choice is entirely yours. What is activating all of this? Photonic Light from the photon belt.

Did we create a Mandela Effect by collapsing the Annunaki timeline? We’ve all heard of ISIS, right? I just came across This News Article that was printed 9 hours ago, from now, 5:33pm on October 23rd, 2017, (U.S. East Coast Time), that is referring to ISIS as IS instead. ISIS was Annunaki in Egypt. I’m not sure if collapsing the Annunaki timeline has anything to do with this. It’s just food for thought….

Next, I’d like to share another Light Worker’s most recent article, Lisa Transcendence Brown that goes right along with this theme.
These continually shifting high frequencies will “teach” your human aspect how to maneuver in all new ways. Your ability to do things the way you used to will immensely change. As you become ENERGY, then every shift will affect you more. You will have to learn to acclimate, honor and integrate like never before.
Your human aspect will “learn” the importance of your body, your energy, your everything…. the purposes of why you have what you have and why things seem/need to “go” (timeline shifts). These mega-high frequency timelines will “teach” your human honor, love, respect for YOU and in doing so, you will come to honor, love and respect EACH OTHER in all new ways too.
Your inner connection is what matters, how you treat each other, how you support and respect each other AND how you allow each other to take different paths (parallels/alternate realities/different vibrational timelines) for as long is necessary for whatever each is to experience now.
Where you once held back, came from lack and judged everyone and everything, existing from lack/need, this will change as you will be in the position to finally “get it”. Understanding is through experiences when we are not ready to observe/listen/honor the seemingly “invisible/etheric realms” of our own higher consciousness or what our physical reality keeps trying to show/tell us that we don’t want to see yet.
Judgment keeps you separate and in a place of non-acceptance of perceived differences. Judgment is ignorance, for it is a limited view, without all of the parts of the equation visible yet. Judgment is an excuse not to open our hearts and come together as love. Judgment is the last thing each will face in great magnitude for physical body ascension to occur. “After” judgment is a program that is visible the moment it presents. Then it’s just releasing that judgment as an old belief that’s no longer true and a part of the old dis-illusioned matrix system that is/was embedded deep within the physical body in cellular programming that’s re-programmed when you choose a different belief… one of UNITY, PEACE, LOVE AND KINDNESS instead of one of a 3rd/4th Dimensional Consciousness, which is within the POWER of each.
Human aspects judge everything, holding limits, lack and non-belief. These limits and conditions/conditioning create each’s lack of abundant realities that are experienced until these limits are completely and finally released. Judgment holds each in an unconscious dimension/timeline to continue to endure until all of that energy is gone…… and each’s heart can finally open fully to the PURITY OF LOVE CONSCIOUSNESS again.
I say again, because, PEACE, PURITY, LOVE, UNITY and the highest dimensional frequencies are your NATURAL STATE. The separation each experiences is not. This is why it does not FEEL good. This is energy/programming held within that’s not been resolved and creates illusory realities based on fear, speculation, blame, shame, guilt, anger, hate, need, expectation, assumptions, persecution and no-inner power to do whatever it takes to shift out of that unconscious timeline loop cycle yet.
The ENERGY that each holds dictates the physical/emotional/mental reality experienced. Any Ego what-so-ever will create a Karmic Reality for each to experience to clear those Karmic Timelines from all ancient lineages and existences here.
Only through full consciousness IN-EVERY-MOMENT can one be aware and resolve/break/dissolve/re-program/shift from a KARMIC TIMELINE to a “clear” one. ♥
It’s not enough “just to be aware”. It’s what you DO with this awareness that matters. Shifting is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and the only way to change timelines and your consciousness is how you do this…. Unconsciousness does not have this capABILITY. Only love can. There is no lack in love. That was human creation/separation/programming too.
All of this is called “Remembering” and what you forgot when you chose to incarnate/walk-in here. ∞
Vera Ingeborg – We are in the middle of the bifurcation of timelines and realities shift. Old timelines collapse and there is no way back. While many of the early adapters are still feeling huge bi-polar shifts between the two realities and between love and fear, first movers are now entering more and more an energetic state of being that is called zero-point. The place where we are only observing, allowing and are moving along with the energetic flow without being entangled with any of the drama, stories and illusions of the old paradigm. We enter these points shortly before big energetic shifts – individually and collectively.
We have reached the critical mass now. The amount of people that went through their awakening process and have anchored themselves on higher frequency levels. The critical mass to cause a ripple effect to cause the grand awakening of the human collective. The evolution back from Polarity Consciousness into Unity Consciousness.

Transitioning is not easy. Transitioning means to let go of a lot of things and people we had developed an attachment to. And yet, attachment is not a natural state of being. It is an ego construct. Just as linear time is. We had developed these constructs to experience a life out of balance as far as possible. An experiment to see how far we could move away from our collective center. From Oneness. From Unity Consciousness. Our origin. The Source of all that is. The organism humanity went into collective amnesia and developed the concept of linear time, to give fear an artificial space to exist. To then create fear, it was necessary to cut off the conscious energetic connection to Spirit/Source (which caused the amnesia) and withdraw the feminine energy, creating the necessary misbalance. The masculine energy alone, without the balancing counterpart, experienced separation, lack and darkness. The energetic frequencies of fear were created. That was the fertile ground for the ego mind to evolve and grow and with it the illusion of duality. Further ego constructs evolved based on these concepts: Loneliness, danger, the need to survive, the need to be better than others etc. All of these were necessary to create the illusion humanity has been experiencing for eons (although also that is an illusion, as linear time does not exist). Humanity created its own auto-immune disease, fighting itself to move further and further out of balance, while living in this illusion. Now that we have reached the point of being furthest away from that inner balance of the collective before complete destruction of the organism humanity, it was time to end that experiment.
The Construct of Linear Time and the Ego
Now that we have more and more re-established our conscious connection to Source/All that is and have re-invited the mature feminine energy in, we entered that zero zone, where we experience the breakdown of the construct of linear time. And that means: Those that experience it are transforming the last bits of ego. And with it: The return of the mature masculine, the energy of doing, manifesting without any need of control.

The ego cannot exist in the NOW. The place where there is no linear time. The ego always needs the artificial space of linear time to project its illusions. Now that this space drops away, fear has no fertile ground. We remember enough now to not buy into these artificial programs any longer. We are not even able to relate to all the human drama, all the stories, as we can see right through the illusion. It feels like white noise, a frequency of a radio station, we are no longer able to receive.

We notice that we are completely in the zero point field/NOW moment, when uncertainty does not upset us any longer. As indeed it is our natural state of being. We are not able to create expectations, impatience, control, mistrust, conditions…, as they need a concrete reference point in the future. All we can be is unconditional, trusting and open to whatever comes, knowing it is perfectly in the flow. Human artificial structures such as schedules, appointments, daily routines become impossible to stick to, as they are not synchronizing with the Universal Flow. When linear time drops away, we automatically get access to the bigger picture. We align with unity consciousness and remember more and more of our essence and truth. All of a sudden we know things, we did not know before. We see and understand this all connecting energetic field, and how we incarnate into experiences in the physical. We are re-establishing the holy trinity. And with it, the full embodiment of Spirit, Soul and Body. Everything happens at once in the NOW as all possibilities are available, always. Linear time was helping to create the illusion that there were sequences and with it memories – that helped to keep fear projections alive. But what about past live memories, might the ego mind ask? All we do is choosing one or parallel experiences in a physical existence. Depending on where we tune in with our consciousness, we get flashes of information that feel like a past life memory although it is just a parallel reality we chose to access.
Those that are in the middle of this transition, will more and more have that experience, that even what happened yesterday feels like a past life memory. The truth is, we create every moment anew, nothing is solid. When we become multidimensional again, anything becomes possible.

Multidimensionality
Multidimensional experience is a super confusing, but also fun thing to experience. As we create moment to moment anew, we can also shift our realities quite easily. From the energetic frequency levels of the fifth dimension and onwards, we have all these different parallel timelines and realities available to access. And we choose our access point(s) into the field of all possibilities from moment to moment. And can alter as we wish once we are fully aligned. So what happens quite often while we are not yet fully stable and anchored in one frequency, is that we have to deal with multidimensional versions of other people, too. For example a 3D and a 5D self of a person. These seem to be completely bi-polar, do not remember what they had said before, or say even the complete opposite.

We are switching between different realities – collectively and individually and we remember things differently than they are in our current timeline we chose to access. Our limited, fear driven ego mind was not able to understand any of this. Only now we are entering the process of transcending it completely into a free spirit mind. A mind that is connected to all that is, is able to connect all dots, comes up with brilliant ideas to set intentions: The basis for all creation. Now that the mature masculine comes back and balances within us with the mature feminine, we have set the foundation for co-creation with others. We are back in the field of unconditional love within.
Embodiment
In order to create, we need to be able to embody our connection to Source (the open heart-center) and Unity consciousness (the mature mind) in our physical vessel (the evolved body). We need the physical existence to be able to create. It is our physical body that lets us follow the energetic impulses we receive from the universal flow. The intention of the mind causes a feeling from the heart, which sets the energetic vibration that we emit into the field. We synchronize with frequency matches in the field (people, situations,..), we resonate and that creates our outside reality. The more we learn to read and “speak” energy (by feeling it), the more we are able to follow the natural impulses we are receiving constantly with our physical body: Our intuition. The deep knowing, this is what I have to do next, because it feels right. No matter what the rational mind might have to say about that to protect us. Once we have embodied the balance of the mature feminine and the mature masculine within, we are ready for the next phase: Co-Creation.
Next Stage: Co-Creation
Just as cells in an organism pair up to work together to create something, we are now more and more pairing up with like-minded and like-hearted people that have also found their balance within. This will be happening in all areas of life. Friendships, “Relationships” (much more a relatedness now, based on freedom), work, and activities of all sorts. First, we mainly feel drawn to co-create in pairs – members of our tribe that we have met while finding our true self in our process of awakening to practice balancing energy between two people/physical entities. They might remain in our experience as partner or will move on, and both will feel absolutely fine.

That – on a sidenote – was one very important part of our journey. To find our people all over the planet, anchor the grid and activate it to build all these little centers for the ripples we are now creating for the big shift. Co-creating in pairs will help us to learn how to balance energy between two physical entities (people) before we will take the next step to create something even bigger, pairing up with other pairs that have gone through that process. Returning to community, oneness, completely new models of living based on love and abundance. This is the way how New Earth will take form quickly. We are all creating this together. We are passed the point of having to walk it alone. NOW: How perfectly organized and how exciting is this?!?

Awakening every day to working with all of you in the sleep state. Teaching Mastery to those ready and sharing the “hows” to “do” all of this. I awake exhausted most days for years, because I work so much in my sleep (for years once becoming conscious) and as I left “seeking mode” and moved into Ascended Master” phase, I teach… continually….
The more conscious work we do in our sleep state, the easier our waking state becomes. The less disruptions in our waking state, because we maintain that brainwave state with our whole body… the one that gives us the ability to WALK IN THE DREAM (Higher/Lighter Density Realms) in our waking state too….
Sleep is for conscious clearing of timelines to collapse timelines intentionally so that we can do what is important in our waking one. Intentional focus, intentional creation, intentional anchoring of higher/other/alternate dimensional realities into this physical one here. Our abilities to do this are simple…. get over our little human everything and re-focus on what is truly important…. for all of HUmanity here….
We activate our own dreams, the things we “need” to get the job done, we activate the “next awesome everything” because this is what we are CHOOSING to focus our own energy on….
We listen to that inner/higher guidance that speaks softly (strongly when we don’t listen and then using the outside reality to get our attention if we are shut down/disconnected/refusing/not open)…. for the subtle realms become the outer realms eventually…. soft, simple, loving, supportive, beautiful, exquisite…..
There is no more chaos, because we stopped the chaos…. there is no more drama because we got tired of it and we stopped that victim energy too, there is no confusion, because we don’t have the battle between our heads and our hearts anymore, there is no more lack, because WE don’t LIVE there anymore….
There is deep sacred respect, love, appreciation, gratitude and generosity… It’s how we offer an exchange for all that we receive here…. we do not feed the old, so we gift and we create opportUNITY for all to choose, commit, dedicate, step into their own POWER as LOVE TOO….
Stepping into our PURITY, operating from the depths of our souls… eventually our SOUL filled our whole vessel and integrates fully, with all fragmented/separated off aspects recalled and merged back into “this physical form”….. Eventually there are no more pieces scattered about, lost in oblivion…. for we’ve brought all inward and we’ve merged completely inside… we’ve collapsed the separation within ourselves in order to fully UNIFY….
No more past lives, no more future lives… no more past, no more future… for time is no longer to the left or the right, it’s UP… it’s a vibration…. as we focus on raising our vibration higher, then time will cease to exist…. and all ‘time’ will merge into THIS MOMENT right here….
The reversal of time means that you no longer leave this moment to “go off” into a future or a past…. you realize that those are just vibrational realities too and if you are to EXPERIENCE your own dreams in the physical that you must go UP continually, so that all “below you” can collapse and merge back into unity… inside…..
As you ascend, the lower dimensions do drop away… they fade, become a distant memory and then they are gone… completely. No more emotion, no more anything…. just an awareness that in another timeline barely/not even visible anymore that you had an experience, yet it holds nothing other than purposes/gifts that allow you to use in order to awaken & free the souls of others “trying” to also come forth in physical form…..
As you REVERSE time (energy)…. all will come to a halt, zero point…. (REVERSE FIELD SPIN) and when it “starts” back up again, it will be going in the opposite direction. As you collapse all of these they spin faster and faster and faster, until… they merge at a higher vibration into ONE FIELD… (Unified Field)….
As you maintain the ability to remain conscious, then your body fully awakens and start to rapid release all of the program that was suppressed deep within it too…. it’s been waiting for you to get on-board so it can do the work that it needs to do, to bring you fully online with the NEW EARTH CRYSTALLINE GRID…. for your physical body structure has a whole lot of re-working to do for you to be an INTENTIONAL GRIDKEEPER/GATEKEEPER here….
As your human Ascends, your Higher Selves descend…. the deeper you go inward the more expanded you become, the more you are able to access all of the other dimensions from this physical one, the more you get to SEE… before it occurs, the more you have access to, the more you understand about how/when everything that your little human doesn’t have access to ….
Once “time” has reversed, all will start to COME TO YOU… you won’t “leave” to achieve, you wont’ leave to do anything, you’ll never again “seek” anything ever again…..
The more open you are, the faster all comes TO YOU, to support you, provide for you… everything you dream, desire, need…. everything provided….. (so for those who are in fear of being provided for, those old illusions/mindsets are keep you anchored in a reality of lack)…..
What you will DO is learn how to function in a whole new way, how to follow INSTRUCTIONS that your highest aspect you provides you with, from the higher dimensional timelines of realities that are already real….. your little human’s continual surrendered state will give you access to all of the information that you will need…. it will also tell you/show you what to do…. and yes, this is where you step into your power fully, in the physical and anchor those higher dimensional realities here…..
REVERSE ENGINEERING …. Here is where you reverse how you function….. for me, I stay in ALL OF THE OTHER DIMENSIONS ALL OF THE TIME… and this physical is a result of all of those and the vibration that I hold all of the time….
Constantly shifting, constantly tuning, constantly focused, constantly anchoring higher dimensional realities and constantly DOING what is available and needs to be done…. for all of us and all of humanity and all thing galactically, and every dimension simultaneously….
Once affects the other and as you gain access to the others you start to see…. you start to realize how much RESPONSIBILITY you hold and how everything you are/do/allow affects all vibrationally….
You become not only the whole Universe again, but many of them (Multi-Verse) and then the Galaxy and then multiple Galaxies (Galactic)…..
The deeper you go inside the further across all dimensions you span…. your physical reality is simple and easy…. for you just “speak” or vibrated that you are ready for the next realities to arrive and “here they are”…
It’s your human that isn’t ready, isn’t open, isn’t willing, isn’t listening, isn’t stepping up, reaching up, keeping up….It’s your doubt, non-belief, unwillingness to try, unwillingness to deal with the discomfort that presents to you to show you what’s “in your way” (energy)… It’s your ‘trying to hard’ or not trying at all, it’s your mindset of what reality is supposed to be like instead of opening up to what’s actually true, it’s your fixed mindsets, stubborn/resistant/passive aggressive energy, it’s your holding on out of fear instead of trusting in the “invisible” that you cannot see (yet you do know/feel inside), it’s your insistence of story, your own duality/struggle, it’s your unwillingness to surrender to your own inner/higher guidance because you don’t yet trust you, that you can come through, that you can do this, that you have what it takes… it’s your lack of commitment to a process that doesn’t show you proof first… it asks you to trust what you feel/know inside and that little subtle voice or those weird visions that you see and judge speaking out loud because you are scared of looking like you are crazy….
Well, get used to it… because these are the processes you will experience every day until all of that is gone….
When there’s no more fight/struggle inside, when peace, love and unity return inside…. then outside will materialize/return to you the frequency that you hold….
When you CHOOSE UNITY LOVE as your existence instead of comparison, imposition, victim, lack of power and fear…. when you open up to BELIEVE and KNOW INSIDE and stop asking for proof first….. when you learn to trust yourself, those feelings and that YOU WILL BE THE ONE THAT SHOWS UP, STANDS UP, HOLDS THE HIGHEST FREQUENCY all of the time (taking time off for you to replenish/build re-build your power again)… when you are the one that holds integrity and honor, no matter what goes on “out there”, when you are the one that IS LOVE, IS TRUTH, IS RESPECT to all things as ONE again…. When you open your heart fully and ALLOW yourself to SEE…. When you entertain the impossible… you’ll start to awaken from the old illusions and WALK IN YOUR DREAMS….
You must shift vibrationally, intentionally, not just wait until it happens… that’s the old way… you must choose the vibration that you DESIRE TO LIVE and apply that to your every decision, your every action, your every everything…. if you desire it to be your NEW PHYSICAL REALITY…..
You have to drop the “bull”, you have to come together, you have to BE THE ONE…. ♥
Close your eyes and breathe, let everything go… all of it… it’s does not matter here… feel your vibration raise… open/relax your mind, relax your muscles/body and fill your every cell with this high vibration of PEACE, LOVE, ONENESS… bring your whole body with you… then softly open your eyes and see…. fuzzy, soft, simple…. you can see the higher dimensional realities when you allow yourself to vibrate at this frequency….♦

Disappointment. Distraction. These two factors could block us from progressing further in our path towards finding ourselves, not just as precious jewels of Creation embodied in a human body, but as souls born directly from the essence of Source itself. You feel that there is no point anymore in thinking about having big dreams in your mind. Just think about how many things you do each day, that prevent you from spending time with yourself in silence. Yes you could say…but I have many responsibilities to attend to. So much to do in such little time. What about a few minutes before going to sleep? Or during the weekend? Are you 100% sure you do not have time?
Third key: The state of timelessness of the mind and zero point
Over the last years we have been reading and hearing that in order to ascend we need to reach zero point and step out of time. I suspect though, that so far, there has not been a clear recipe provided for such colossal mission. Do you have any idea how to step out of time?
It is not an easy task. That is for sure. Yet stepping out of time is a natural step towards becoming one with our Higher Mind and Higher Heart. We can help ourselves reach that beautiful godly state of peace and potential for the highest harmonious manifestation possibilities.
Time is not something that can be overcome just by switching from one modern calendar to an ancient one. It is a bit more complex than what we have been told. Meanwhile, we naturally approach such state of anchoring our consciousness in zero point as we become whole and we step out of suffering.
Going back to the previous parts of this essay, in summary, we must have in mind that these are the things that we need to let go:
-Expectations on how things should be in our lives, in the lives of others, and the world in general, simply because we do not hold the greatest picture. Our information available is limited.
-Expectations on when certain occurrences or situations should happen. This one is very much linked to the first point.
-Any ideas we hold related to scarcity. If we focus for the most part in all the things that we wish we had, and all the things that we think we need but that we do not have, or the things that others should have, then we need to evaluate very deeply from where these scarcity perceptions come from in our subconscious.
-Expectations on how others should behave. This one is often times a huge source of disappointment.
-Our suppressed emotions.
-All things that we think are threatening to us and to others. In other words, sometimes we need to surrender, and to understand that we are not always meant to fight huge fights, or even some smaller fights lead nowhere but to more cycles of suffering. Sometimes we need to let go the control, and to stop resisting the things that we perceive as dark. Fighting against what we think is dark might lead to further polarization and further disconnection from our Higher Mind and Higher Heart which perceives things as unified and who understands the greater picture.
-The painful past. We cannot change the past, but we can accept what happened to us and to others. By understanding new depths of the past, we can heal what once seemed impossible to forgive.
The factors mentioned above contribute greatly in the creation of time in our consciousness. However, as we already know from the second key, these perceptions have their origin in suffering across many timelines of experience, including our current lives.
First sub key: understanding how the perception of time is created
The clock is ticking, and you feel that you might die, or maybe you are just wasting your life, or simply, you do not have enough time to do all the things that you want to do. You say that you wish that you could turn back in time to fix that problem that nags you, right?

Let us go back to the rumor-fact that when we ascend to a new density, with a new dimension of consciousness, that we will live in a state of timelessness or zero point. Before that, we simply feel that time is not enough, something is being lost…lost…lost…lost…lost.
That is how time was created in our minds, since the very first moment in some incarnation, a very long time ago, when we felt for the very first time that we lost something. Maybe even since the moment we are born, we come out of the cozy womb, and feel for the first time a certain coldness. That security we once had, is now lost. With this feeling came the first notion of time. Part of your consciousness left your being and got stuck in a lapse, when that something precious to you was lost.
So there you go, you now have an awareness from one point, to another, the point of the loss, to the point in which you live. Then, you lost more, and more, and more, and more. And now, you drive yourself nuts with all your loses at subconscious level, feeling as you vibrate higher, that you have less time to repair, what you lost. You are afraid that you will never have enough time to recover what you lost, a very long time ago. Something or someone, took that love away from your heart and your subconscious is stuck in a line of experiences or points, that you call linear time.
The more you heal then, the more you bring back your pieces, the less concerned you are about time, and you just flow with the flow. Yes the planets keep spinning, the Sun goes down, the moon goes up and so on…but you live in a less linear way, and you are more allowing, and you have more patience and you can wait for an eternity, because you are actually waiting less, and living more in the now, in the state of timelessness or zero point.
You even realize at some point, that the thing that you were waiting for, might have become somehow flawed once again if you had ventured in a humongous mission of looking for that thing that would make you happy. You had to find what was blocking you subconsciously and now that you see it with new lens, you prefer to slow down and start perceiving things differently and start doing things differently.
Remember then, always, that time begins since the first moment you feel something was lost.
Second sub key: training yourself to reach zero point
You get back home from having a stressful time with your boss or with some family member and maybe one of the first things you do is to turn on your computer or look in your phone and you start feeling bad because of the latest news on how the natural resources of Earth are being destroyed, the latest news on what some authorities did to perpetuate a war, or how there is an archon right beside you to take your potential peace away. So you rant and say to yourself that there is no hope for a better future.
You feel trapped, enslaved, imprisoned, out of place, burdened. You feel that inner child crying, because this world is not a safe place for you.
When you realize how much a great part of you cries and demands your attention, you seek the tools that you need. But often times you become distracted with what sounds promising and then you have to switch to other tools. Remember that you must listen to the depths of your broken heart. Know that you can do this, and only you can do it better for yourself than anyone else.
Disconnect now, from the outer world. Take a seat, and rest for a moment. Think for a few minutes how much time you spend thinking everyday about what burdens you. You see the minutes passing by. Think about all the things that bother you right now. The clock keeps ticking. Perhaps it is a lot? Maybe no longer as much of a burden as it was years ago? Maybe worse? Now start feeling the emotions.
Notice how many of the things that burden us and that we wish we could control and change create energy leaks in our system. Perhaps the problem even comes from giving energy to others who are not open to receiving our energy, so we leak and leak and leak.
Other times we are so blocked to receiving love that no matter how much love we are given, we simply do not feel it. We need to restructure our whole system and understand where the imbalances come from subconsciously. How can we do that then if we think that we do not have time? Maybe it is time to sacrifice some activities and the way we try to love others in our perception and start attending more to our own needs for a while.

Learn to deal the best way you can with your emotions, but never suppress them. There are uncountable treatments, like natural medicines, meditation, inner dialogue, etc. What is important is to allow yourself to feel what you must feel and that way, the less we resist our own emotions, the less they will overwhelm us over time. The more we will be able to navigate them and turn them into energy that comes back to us.
As silly as it sounds, we often forget to breathe properly. Our brains might be dying each day of suffocation without us even being aware. Breathing is not just about providing our brains with the necessary daily doses of oxygen, but also our energy flows better and we allow our missing parts to come back energetically.
Learn to control your kundalini and not the other way around. In our current society we are taught that we must overindulge in sexual practices, even spiritual ones and that we must meditate to trigger intense kundalini experiences. If we cannot control our own energy, we cannot control the rest of our system.
Sometimes, without us becoming fully aware, kundalini is triggered by fragmented parts of other souls and I doubt you would want to share your sexual energy with any entity. Energetic exchanges between you and other entities is very real, so ask your subconscious mind and your heart why you are allowing these explosions to happen without control. You will be surprised to learn about this unexplored or misunderstood area. As blissful as merging might feel, learn to respect your energetic system as much as you want your physical body to be respected and treated like a sacred tool. Do not worry too much about entities, but learn to set healthy boundaries in the energetic planes of existence and treat entities with respect and compassion, establishing if needed a healing dialogue.
Learn to clear your negative thoughts not by suppressing them but by understanding where these patterns come from. Listen to these thoughts, and if needed bring all this broken energy down to the emotional system, to the level of the heart where you can safely get in touch with the wound and see how these thoughts disappear. You can do this with positive practices like art, exercise, meditation, inner dialogue and therapy.
Learn about nature itself, we are part of it. Our broken minds and hearts are like the exacerbated forces of water, fire, earth and wind. When we learn to navigate the elements within ourselves, we learn to flow with the natural forces of the Universe.
Disconnect each day from any source of distraction that prevents you from being intimate with yourself. By intimacy it is understood that you open up your heart to your soul, you learn to listen to yourself and you learn to communicate with your soul. Only then, we can learn to have true intimacy with others. Intimacy involves facing our deepest fears and embracing every part of ourselves with love, grace and compassion. We stop avoiding our pain. We stop distracting ourselves with any addictive pattern.
Once we manage to achieve the above points each day, then we learn to control our physical bodies. Our body starts regaining its functions of self regeneration and we become energized. We become efficient in all we do and we feel less scattered. We feel more anchored and we gain a new sense of physical and spiritual security. We feel that we have finally created a true home for ourselves in our inner world and in our physical homes.
Fourth key: approaching our god-self and inner peace
The more we spend time in communion with our souls without neglecting our chosen responsibilities in life, the more we recognize and feel nurtured by our own soul vibration or energetic signature. We become more whole and feel less need to fulfill our needs and expectations from outer energetic resources, but we accept the love that we receive.
We learn to navigate the challenges that life presents to us and we accept the gifts behind these challenges. We feel less worried about what we cannot touch in the outside, yet we add magic to that which we are allowed to touch. We shine light for ourselves, and others learn to see it.
The outer chaos of this world no longer consumes us, and instead we walk among chaotic nodes of global experience left untouched. We have created our safe space in our inner world and we have created our home in a physical space.
Others see that there is this radiance in you that emanates a peaceful energy. You have arrived to a station where you have reached the peace that you longed for, but that you could not even grasp. You thought it came in other forms that you craved for. You leave behind old dreams, and create new and better ones. You manifest better outcomes, based on inner fulfillment and no longer on outer scarcity. You feel confident about who you are, and you feel strength. You enjoy your creations a little more each day and time expands in front of you. Time stretches because for you, it is now an abundant resource. One that truly never existed.
