If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. Seriously, if the news is causing you emotional or physical discomfort, change your diet. Watch videos about Tartaria, or Human consciousness, or something constructive. Watch Gina Maria Colvin Hill’s videos of what she’s seeing in the sky. Listen to music videos. Take up a new hobby or revive an old one. Watch home dec shows on TV. Plant some flower or vegetable seeds and nurture those every day.
It’s not productive to allow fear to creep in and would hurt the movement if everyone were stewing in their own fear juices.

It may not only be the coronavirus that presents a threat at the border. It seemed like the messages were from someone else. Or, perhaps it was I that changed.

We’re all Qman Beings, folks, and we have some amazing, loving friends upstairs who are assisting the US Military, President Trump, and the positive leadership on our planet to rid the planet of the vermin. Those among us who are evil, synthetic, and aren’t like us are going to go away and as Trump says, “The best is yet to come.” Focus on that.
If we have stocked up on some extra food, water, cash, meds, pet supplies, and necessities for a couple of weeks and keep a strong immune system we should be fine. Ignore the fear porn. Scott did say that it is more likely that those places designated as Sanctuary Cities or states may be the ones that go full on panic and institute quarantines and lockdowns because they’re the most corrupt and sought the federal funding.
