Asara: We thank you for this question dearest Olga. We are aware of this question, we have received this question a long time ago. Unconditional love it is an interesting term that humanity is using and for me or you perhaps a very difficult thing to achieve. Many of you humans are in an experience, let’s suppose they are in a relationship and they say yes I do wish to unconditionally love this person, if this person wouldn’t be so annoying, for example. We hear this all the time from a lot of you, I would love to love this person unconditionally if that and that would change about this person. If that person would stop doing that or start doing that, then I would be able to unconditionally love. And then there are other attempts for unconditional love where it goes going to the martyrdom, where this, yes I guess if I need to unconditionally love, I just have to take everything and never say anything about it and simply try to love, yes. So we invite you to have a new perspective and unconditionally love, because that will help you also with fulfilling your divine purpose and it will help you in creating the reality that you wish to create. So it all ties together, let’s begin.
When you love, most of the love is based on a condition and there’s nothing wrong with that at first, at a certain point of your spiritual evolution you meet a new person and you fall in love and you fall in love and you discover more things about this person that you love, and that is a condition, the condition is that this person is doing something or he’s just expressing something to you that you love and so you love the person. That was step one of love, let’s see then, however, you stepped more, more into the awareness that you are able to create your reality no matter the condition. So we’re going a little slower at this time so that you can process this, so what does it mean? So no matter what, this person now does, let’s say you are in a relationship and no matter what, this person now does, you can choose to feel love simply because number one it feels good to feel love, in general! Not necessarily love for the person at that moment. For just a moment, just suspend that to simply feeling love, no matter if the person does wonderful things or does not so wonderful things. Simply feel the energy and emotion of love, that is love not based on outer conditions, and that is unconditional love.
So when you are able to hold your balance and focus, your attention upwards perhaps towards your I am presence, source, love, your divine inner being. You place your hand on your heart and you focus simply on the emotion of love, then you love unconditionally, no matter what this person will do and then you are able to also bring in some conditions to feel that fire of love, but only when you have created this momentum of simply love for love’s sake, because it feels good and because it aligns you with a higher vibration and because it creates your reality, no matter what this other person is doing around you.
Know this dear ones, when you create a momentum of love, a very strong momentum of love, independent of the outer condition in your aligning with source with your divine inner being, then you are aligned with aligning with the higher reality, yes, and in that higher that reality, that person it is with you also lives up to that love and then there’s more to find that you will love, but it has to come first from within you, not based on what you observe around you. So there is an order to this, step one, feel the love within you first for the two reasons because it feels good for love’s sake and because it creates your reality and then you align with the new reality and in that world this person that you with is amazing and wonderful. And so, much to them now let’s take this further when you wish to create your reality about anything it is important for you that you feel good that you feel the feeling of well-being and love. Of course enjoy and ease and flow and light, all the wonderful feelings, let’s call them all well-being, if sum them all up into well-being feel the well-being first.
Do not look outside of you, because these are conditions, this is called unconditional well-being and when you feel unconditional well-being, then you’re able to align yourself yet again with a reality of well-being. You withdraw your attention and energy from the unpleasant conditions you simply let them go, let go of the unpleasant conditions with your attention, pay attention the,n after you have established your feeling of well-being, because it feels good and then focus your attention to experiences and things that are of well-being. And so, you’re stepping further and further into a reality of well-being you are the creator of your reality dear ones and therefore everything that comes with it then creative expression of your divine purpose, everything is there you see, but it starts with unconditional love, well-being in other words.
In the mornings before you begin your day, set this point of unconditional well-being, simply by breathing and connecting with your divine inner being, with your I am, presence then feel love, your focus is inward in that moment. It is that outward to the conditions it is going inward then, then when you have reached the level of well-being, now you can think about all the things that you appreciate in your life, all the blessings that you’re blessed with. Now you want to make those big, then you can look at the conditions and look at the good conditions to feed that fire of well-being and love and all the wonderful feelings and emotions so living a life of unconditional love, unconditional well-being.
By holding the vision of your new reality, of where you wish to go, dear ones, this is how we look at you this is how the ascended masters observe your journey this is how the Angels walk with you, this is how this works, because they allow you to have your journey. We do not look at the conditions, they simply love for love, and they simply love you, because it is love unconditionally, regardless of the conditions, regardless if you feel that you are doing a good job or that you don’t do the job. Did you have experiences where you are learning or you are exploring unconditionally? It is simply love. It simply is and you are reaching your ascended master hood. You are integrating your inner angel and your inner galactic being all this is coming in the moon, you are going inward first. Feel well-being, feel the learn and then we move about your day and choose more things and experiences that match that and try to not think about the unpleasant things. And as you create this momentum over a period of time, this is a process difference, if you do this every day on going, let’s say for 7 days 21 days 30 days try it and watch your life transform neurons, and then you will not want to stop after the 30 days because it is just so delicious because it is who you really are you are loved and you are well-being you
