“God Speed”! Everything accelerates. Hello Divine Masculine ~ Jan. 20, 2018


Now…. what a start into 2018. If anyone expected things to settle down – sorry to dissapoint you, but that is not the case. Since the beginning of the year we have entered the second phase of inner and collective balancing. Look who’s back: The Divine Masculine energy!

 

The past years, when we went through our awakening process, we were in an energetic environment of the Divine Feminine. Swimming in her sea of endless possibilities, wrapped into her rather gentle and slow waves of compassion, being nurtured, given time to go through our process at our own pace. The Divine Feminine tolerates free will, gives us the time to really find out what our essence is, and what is not authentic about us. The feminine energy is the patient and nurturing energy, moving slowly without any focus or direction. Although it was painful, it was intense and many times we thought: “I can’t do this, I just want to get out of here”, we moved forward in our own speed, being caught and held in this sacred womb of the Universe.

As many of you can see and feel now…. These times are over. The Divine Masculine energy is joining that dance and is really ramping up now. This energy is fast moving, direct, sharp like a knife and shows us merciless where we are still not in alignment. In a positive sense of course, but we have to get used to this, and learn to integrate this energy to be able surf these waves.

The Ego will be overruled

Have you had an accident lately and/or a feeling as if the whole universe was pulling out all the stops to push you into a direction where you did not want to go to or look at? Were your biggest fears triggered like never before, e.g. losing people dear to you, losing money, losing your job? The Divine Masculine does not tolerate free will. It does not tolerate blame or judgment for your situation. It asks us to own our creation, individually as well as collectively. It brings in the divine will and the moment you go against your essence, it will hurt. This energy drives us into surrender to the Divine. The time of separation, lack and free will is over. We are returning to collective consciousness, unconditional love and abundance. Anything and anyone on this planet that tries to go against this, will have a very unpleasant time. The Divine Masculine destroys what does not match the new frequencies. It creates chaos to make space for the new.  More than ever, we need to go within, check in deeply with ourselves and feel what we truly want and need. Pay attention to our body and the syncronicities and  how perfectly they guide us. It seems paradox, and yet that is the key. Slowing down, listening carefully, while everything speeds up. Trying versus allowing, believe vs. faith, trust vs. mistrust. Trying and having rigid beliefs is an effect of free will, manifesting as the need of control. We are holding on to old concepts and beliefs that we had been ingrained with for such a long time,which kept us in dependency and fear. And that will be no more. This energy now is truly forcing us back into our essence. The ego will be overruled, whether we like it or not. Until we surrender. Accepting what is. Accepting our fears, seeing them, allowing them to be there, and yet having the deep faith that it is perfect, and that these layers need to be stripped away to fully anchor in the new fifth dimensional frequencies and experience heaven on earth. The moment we are fully aligned and step into our true power of authenticity, the most amazing magic happens and everything falls into place .

This energy comes exactly at the time when we are getting ready to fully step into creation. This energy has different effects for the different ascension waves and is depending on your personal energetic mix and set-up. (I wrote about the energetic make up in the last blog on twin flames, which is just as true for anyone).

Faith moves Mountains

So depending on where you are at in your personal process, you might experience this sacred marriage of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine as intense triggers, intense mental, physical and emotional pain, as it flushes out what no longer serves and keeps us from our inner balance. Many will also experience this as intense sexual kundalini rushes as the own energetic system is shifting and coming online on a higher frequency.

In German, there is a saying: “Glauben versetzt Berge.” You can translate this in two ways: “Belief moves Mountains.” or “Faith moves mountains”. How beautiful to see how you can see this from two perspectives and that the English language offers the understanding of the difference. Seeing it from fear, or from love. Are you ready to let go of beliefs that are tied to certain rules, rituals and expectations, and step into the pure openness and wideness of trust in the perfection of it all, without having any idea how this will play out? Are you ready to let go of control and commit to your essence instead? Are your ready to trust your own intuition, instead of blindly following the teachings and messages of others? Are you able to have and keep the faith?

The more our DNA shifts, the more we come back into our true power, the more we learn about frequencies, sacred geometry, sound, free energy – the more we realize the true meaning of this saying. Faith indeed literally can move mountains. And yet, our full creative power will only be unlocked when we are able to remain in a state of deep trust, faith and allowing things to unfold. The slightest attempt to control something will keep the door locked. So acknowledge the power that lies within us, appreciate the sharpness of the Divine Masculine to cut through everything that still keeps us tied into the old paradigm.

We are getting ready to fly. I am beyond excited to take off into this adventure together with you, creating a new world. A playful, loving, light one, exploring jointly how the new energies work. There is no more rulebooks, no bibles, no instruction manual. We are all new to this and are all part of this big learning organism called humanity, which is about to find back into wholeness, unity and oneness. And each and every single one of us has an important part in this transformation. Godspeed!

Twin Flames – Embodying the Energetic Dance ~ Jan. 7, 2018


Hi there!

It has been a while that I felt inspired to write about Twin Flames. This blog came through with passing the threshold into a whole new era of co-creation and embodiment. The first twin flames are about to complete this process. It has been exhausting, it has been more than life-altering, it has been painful, it has been bliss, it has been deep despair, it has been hope… and…
non of that matters anymore once we have shifted into the fifth dimension for good.

Now that the energetic templates are in place for the collective, we are entering a new phase: co-creation and manifestation of New Earth. What this means for those in in a twin-flame experience is discussed in the blog “Twin Flames – Embodying the Energetic Dance:” 

This blog is taking a deeper look into the energetics of twin flames and why not all twin flames experience it the same. It also explains what is going on for the counterparts and how they experience it. It gives an outlook where all of this is headed. I find it beyond exciting and love every single bit of it.

Note: The twin flame experience is absolutely fascinating from an energetic perspective and so perfectly organized, while the human part of us struggles with it intensely. This article contains a lot of information that can be quite overwhelming at first. Take your time to integrate it, feel what resonates. You might discover that each time you come back to it and re-read it that you will find more information and getting a fuller picture.

 

When we read about twin flames, the information beyond the romantic idea usually is all about finding the energetic balance. That is only half of the truth. Twin Flames are not only here to balance their spiritual energetic aspects. They are mainly here to embody the new energetic templates of unconditional love. And that era has just begun.

 

“I have done so much energetic balancing work, I have connected with my twin regularly energetically in meditation, I have let go so many times, etc, etc… and yet… my twin flame is nowhere to be seen in the physical.” Sounds familiar?

There is a very common misunderstanding and information widely spread amongst twin flame groups. That twin flames need each other to be whole and that this is the reason why they have to re-unite eventually. This is exactly where many remain stuck. With this idea in mind, everything they do, they only do for the sake of reaching union. Guess what…. That is a conditional belief and behavior based on lack: “If I do all this work, I will reach union.” As long as we are still thinking we need to reach something, we are not acting from a place of wholeness and are not in the NOW, but we are coming from a place of lack and fear. The key is to find the balance within and reaching a state of being truly unconditional. A state, when we do not feel any need or attachment any longer, when we do not feel we need to reach something to be complete. When we are not attached to any certain outcome but open to all possibilities, including union.

Of course, this is easier said and done, and we all know how challenging this journey is. How often we go through the intense ups and downs, asking ourselves why the heck we have to experience this and if this ever ends. And yet, the more we learn about ourselves, the more we learn about the dynamics and true purpose, the easier it becomes to navigate. The highs increase, the lows get less. Up to a point when we are able to not only hold the higher fifth dimensional frequencies, but also embody them in a way to inspire and assist many others to go through the ascension process. In order to be able to do so and to fully enjoy life again, we need to rediscover our wholeness, creating the sacred union within. To have an harmonic dance of the masculine and feminine energies within us, and be able to fully express them through our physical body.

 

Physical twins are made of the same make-up (DNA-wise), they are two individuals that are able to enjoy and live their life on their own without needing the other, and yet they have a close connection through their whole life. Just like physical twins, energetic twins (twin flames) also learn throughout their journey to create this independence without ever feeling disconnected from the energetic twin. The experience of the energetic connection changes over time. The more inner balance is reached, the lighter and more empowering it feels. Energetic twins do have more options physically, how the connection will play out, as they do have different genetic designs, so in human form they are no siblings. The connection could become anything in an embodied manifested form – whether as a partnership, a friendship or remaining a spiritual connection. This all depends on the agreements that have been made, what choices are made with the free will of the individuals (what timeline, altered reality is chosen) and what kind of service to human ascension is provided by the energetic pairs. And that is what we always need to be aware of, although the human ego mind loves to remain attached to the idea of “the One” in physical form. The ego mind loves to identify with things and people, and yet it remains a fact: Twin flames are energetic twins, not physical twins, they are not attached to one human body. This is the last big attachment and condition to overcome to reach complete freedom and balance within. The ego will fight against this idea, will judge, blame, justify to remain attached to this one last anchor to hold on to in the big chaos we find ourselves in. And yet, only if we let go of that idea, things can unfold beautifully  in a beyond magical way.

 

It is quite interesting, that the most important aspect of the twin flame journey is hardly ever written about. The EMBODIMENT of the new templates for unconditional love and connections, relations with a partner and other people. Twins are able to share these new codes with everyone that comes into their field as soon as they have reached the sacred union within. We show how we can relate to others without any conditions, expectations, attachments or pain. We are fully anchored into the NOW moment, fully present with others, sharing amazing connections and experiences. We open hearts in an instant, as soon as people come into our field. And that is what we are here for. To assist people finding their way into New Earth. Same planet, different frequency, different experience. And we can only assist because we know what people go through. We have experienced it ourselves. I have written about that and summarized the purpose in this blog from 2016.

“So, but what about reunion”, our ego will ask. The twin flame dynamics and the way they incarnated are set-up in a very clever way. Because the idea of having found the ultimate partner is what keeps us going to go through all the pain and despair. Until we reach a point where we are able to navigate on our own. Until we realize that there is so much more we did not see or understand before and that our life transforms in ways that were way beyond our human imagination.

 

The embodiment/physical reunion as a pair is only possible when the individuals have reached full alignment and balance within of masculine and feminine energies and have shifted fully into the higher frequencies of the fifth dimension. And that simply has not happened yet, because the energetic environment and template for planet earth was not established and completed until the year of 2017. Even those twin flame couples that have “reunited” are not in full 5D embodied union yet, and are still struggling with the inner balancing and ascension symptoms while permanently balancing with the partner as well. We are now seeing the first more feminine counterparts (not gender based) reaching this inner alignment and balance. Only when this inner balance is reached by the more feminine part, the heart opening process can be kicked off for the more masculine part. That is just how energetic principles work. The feminine goes first. So we will have a “Sex and the City 5D” party for a while, with many feminine “single” counterparts holding space in 5D for the masculine to follow. Again, this does not automatically mean it leads to physical reunion and a romantic partnership. The cool thing is: When we reach that state of inner wholeness, it does not matter anymore. Because by then, we have experienced that we can share magical experiences and connect with others in beautiful ways, too. So what does it mean at this point? It simply means that now the masculine twin flame collective will be pushed into their awakening, inspiring the human collective to follow along with it.

This alignment and shift happens on two levels: The spiritual level (the energy centers above the heart), and the earthly level. (the energy centers below the heart). The heart to heart connection is already established by the twins energetically, as this is where the “split soul/energy field” still is connected. How the twin flame journey plays out for the different individual pairs, is depending on their individual energetic mix and set up. So there is no “one fits all” process.

In order to understand all of this better, we have to take a look into the process of evolution/creation and into the characteristics of the masculine and feminine energies taking into account the different levels (spiritual level and earthly level) and the different energetic bodies (spiritual, mental, emotional, physical).

 

 

The Process of Evolution / Creation

 

In the beginning is chaos. The sea of possibilities we swim in is the spiritual feminine (Shakti, Yin, Life Force). The spiritual feminine – our intuition, does nothing but float in this sea and scan all possibilities being open to all options. She feels intuitively what resonates and what feels good. When we look into the string theory, this is when photons are still wave patterns. That is when synchronicities take place. When alike wave patterns align with alike wave patterns. Yet, nothing happens as long as we just float. Until the masculine energy joins the dance and starts observing and focusing on a possibility. Then the photon becomes a particle. It takes form. The spiritual masculine starts structuring the chaos, to then make a choice, setting an intention. Instead of spraying the energy everywhere, the masculine bundles the energy and creates powerful momentum. This choice can be made based on love or on fear, trust or mistrust. The difference: commitment (detached from a certain outcome) or control (attached to a certain outcome). This choice impacts the whole manfiestation of the individual reality in the embodied form and experience in the material world. This is the whole difference between the fifth and the third dimension, whether we experience abundance, unity and ease, or lack, separation and effort.

Through this choice and intention, we enter the embodiment process. The spiritual masculine’s intention kicks off the earthly embodied flow in form of an emotion to truly feel the creation riping. This is the earthly feminine taking over. The moment an emotion comes in, we are truly dedicated to the experience we chose. Creativity is initiated: The being pregnant with an idea or project. Being patient and trusting that everything comes together in perfect timing. Once the idea or project is ripe and ready to be born, the earthly masculine energy takes over again. Now it is time for action, for physical manifestation. The earthly masculine again bundles energy to make things happen.

Looking at this, it becomes obvious that we all need to find this inner flow and balance first to become powerful creators and manifestors. We all have our deficiencies and imbalances energetically that we are learning to balance out in the course of the process. That does not mean that we reach a 50:50 balance, and that is not the intention either. A healthy 60:40 / 40:60 proportion will still leave us with a preference and the ability to still create polarity. (More on this you can find here). The spiritual feminine is the first one to go through this, and as mentioned before, the first one’s of this group are about to complete this process. According to the energetic characteristics and laws, there is no other way than the spiritual feminine going first. A strong intuition is the basis for everything else to come. Only those that are able to see and feel all possibilities can initiate the necessary changes to pave the way for others to follow.

Now having learned this, how does this apply to twin flames? Twin flames share the same energetic field but have decided for an unequal share of energies they will carry when they incarnate. This served to be able to create an intense polarity to make sure they would find each other again to initiate the earthly, human process of ascension. To make sure they would feel such an intense pull towards each other to stay motivated to go through this process individually. What happens though, is that the counterparts are constantly sucking the energy of each other where they have their deficit. That is why they experience such great longing and missing. Also this is experienced by the spiritual feminine first, as her heart stays open after the twin flame encounter (no matter if that happened physically in the earthly realms or energetically in the spiritual realms). The masculine heart closes down again after the encounter. The masculine goes into a sort of passive sucking mode, without being aware of it at all. The closed heart causes him to remain in his old reality and the twin experience is remembered as an intense sexual pull, towards someone that was not meant to be any more than that. As they are no longer able to feel the heart to heart connection, they are not able to access emotions they experienced with an open heart either.

This individual energetic mix is different for each couple. The most extreme ones would be what humans would label as a psychopath on the one end (like 95% spiritual and earthly masculine: extremely conscious and a real doer but not able to feel emotions, or have a lot of patience at all) and the cardio-empath on the other extreme (95% spiritual and earthly feminine, extremely intuitive, sensitive and creative, but not able at all to focus, take decisions or get things done). In between there are many different options in terms of distribution of energies and combinations of energetic set ups. There are twins that connect more earthly / sexually / physically first and discover a connection and flow there as never before, but they truly struggle with communicating with each other, then it shows that they decided for a strong sexual polarity first, but not having established a mental connection yet. And there are twins that have an amazing mental click, being able to share and talk for hours, and yet having sex with each other is downright impossible. The only thing all pairs share is the heart to heart connection. This also makes clear why the individual twin flame experiences are not the same for everyone.

The Running and the Chasing

In many cases, the more spiritual feminine is more earthly masculine, and the more spiritual masculine is more earthly feminine. That also explains the very common running and chasing dynamics that often take place between twin flames. While the spiritual feminine aches to be with the other person, her strong immature earthly masculine desperately wants to make it happen and fights for it (chasing). She is not (yet) able to stay focused on her own process (deficit of spiritual masculine energy) and has no patience to let things develop in their natural way (deficit of earthly feminine energy).

 

The running on the other hand is a very feminine fear reaction of the immature earthly feminine (flight or freeze response), getting into a place of not having to take action, but rather distract oneself by focusing on other projects (spiritual masculine), to not have to deal with all the possibilities with regards to the twin connection.

 

Only when we have all of these parts back in a healthy balance within, and the individuals are able to navigate the process of creation from a place of love on their own, they are ready to enter the new phase of co-creation. Then it becomes a sharing and amplification of powerful individual energies, instead of pulling and sucking the energy of the partner and vice versa. Only when the formerly stronger spiritual feminine has found this inner balance, she has reached a state energetically, where she no longer needs to suck the energy of her partner, and therefore, she no longer provides energy to her counterpart anymore either. The vicious cycle of sucking energy from each other is broken through. And that is the point when the masculine counterpart starts feeling the void and is pushed into his own process of awakening. Only when the energy he was passively sucking from the counterpart is no longer available, he is forced to wake up and find his way to create this energy on his own. His world will fall apart, he will feel exhausted, incomplete and empty because of the missing energy. It will become so uncomfortable that he will search for an answer and a solution to find their inner balance as well.

 

 

Female and Male Characteristics

 

So how can I tell whether I am balanced or not in the different parts? Here is a little overview on the balanced and imbalanced characteristics of the masculine and feminine traits so you can see for yourself where you stand in your own process.

When we are able to create all of the feminine and masculine traits in the “Balance” column for ourselves, we have reached a state of inner wholeness.

That also requires that all of our fear and belief patterns have shifted, which I have written about in many of my blogs, so I will not repeat it here. At this point, we have integrated our ego, our heart center is open full time and inspires anyone coming into our field, no matter in which dimension we are, we hold our frequency. Our mind has shifted into parallel mode and linear time is no longer existent. Our physical body has released all lower dimensional patterns from the cellular memory. We are fully anchored in the fifth dimension.

Thus, the balancing and shifting for powerful embodiment takes place on different levels: Each energy center (former chakras), each body (mental, emotional, physical) and earthly / spiritually. As said, the experiences differ widely depending on the individual energetic mixes and splits.

 

So what does that mean for our twin flame experience? It means that anything is possible. In a world without conditions and expectations, we are taking it as is and are enjoying every single bit of it, seeing the purpose of it all, even when we have a shitty day, week or month. Our divine counterpart will always be in our heart, and all we can feel is love and gratitude for them, for being our best trigger, teacher and partner to support us in reaching this state of independence. Once we don’t need them anymore, once we do not feel the longing anymore, we know that we have shifted for good and are holding our balance and embodying the higher fifth dimensional frequencies on our own. As long as there is a longing and missing, we are trying to pull energy from our counterpart, instead of creating the energy for ourselves. Getting out of the energetic comfort zone and training those parts of us where we are not balanced is key. This will step by step bring you back into the place where magic is a daily business and everything happens effortlessly.

Beyond the Money Game! ~ Oct. 1, 2017


Hey folks…this article makes a ton of common sense for me! I want to manifest $$, but never seem to be able to “hit the jackpot” despite going through a series of actions designed to propagate the bug bucks. Why is that?

Perhaps this inability is due to the factors spoken of by Vera Ingeborg! So…please read this article, imagine your “big bucks” through the ideas presented by Vera, plan the way you will use your $$, and…

In our current paradigm, it seems all is about money. If we don’t have money, we are not safe, not able to survive, we are not worthy. It is so natural to us, that money is the key. Now here is a challenging thought. What if it is not money that brings abundance? What if it is self-love?

This sounds very odd to the human mind, as it is a concept it does not understand. The mind has been programmed to believe in lack, danger, separation, and darkness. When we look at it from an energetic perspective, it makes total sense. We can simplify it by saying it is not about money, it is about purpose.

And….

The big secret is: Money can never be the purpose. Yet, so many companies and people see money as the purpose. The question of “Why” are we doing things is answered by the mind with: “to make money, to feel safe, to feel worthy.” So why is it then, that we still do not feel whole and fulfilled, no matter how much money we make and how many things we gather?

Because we are searching for real purpose. We are longing to be more than just a slave to the system we live in, driven by the illusion of lack, mistrust, and fear.  Deep down we know, we are searching for ways to express and be ourselves. The true us, sharing our gifts and talents with the world, without having to adapt or wearing a mask to fit in.

We just do not know how, because old patterns and beliefs we still carry in our energetic system are keeping us from seeing a different way and taking a different perspective. When we recognize that we can dissolve these old programs by creating new ones and releasing the old through our emotions, we start to see the bigger picture.

We recognize that this organism is striving for energetic balance, and it is completely imbalanced at the moment. We can see and feel this imbalance everywhere: The conflicts with people, our stress-levels, the stress level of the planet, chaos.

Our first attempt is to try to change the system, the outer. Until we realize it shall be the other way around. The change happens from within. When one “cell” of the organism, one human being goes through a change and rewrites the script energetically. It passes on the script to other cells around that get inspired energetically to change as well. That is how evolution works.

And here is the link to purpose and self-love: When we make this change about us, about our inner calling, following our intuition instead of letting outside circumstances drive us. When we learn to set our energetic boundaries without closing down, we shift. We find and live our purpose and inspire others. Money is nothing but an energetic flow expressed in a materialized version. Money represents the part we receive when we live and share a purpose. No matter if it is as an individual, as a company, as a nation. When we set purpose equal to backflow, there cannot be a balance.

Au contraire: We are drifting further and further away from it. The more we come back into balance and sharing purpose, the more we will realize, we don’t need money. When all cells know they have a certain purpose and task in the overall organism, there is no question whether to contribute or not. Because we truly understand how we interdepend.

We know that we will be provided with what we need by the organism and the contribution and commitment of others. We are committed without being dependent or attached. We go into a natural exchange of giving and receiving, knowing everyone is important in this organism. The illusion of separation disappears and is replaced with the experience of Oneness, interconnectedness, and community.

We realize: Money does not give us freedom and security, it is the self-love we share with others that will.

Distracted again! How Irma guides us away from Wholeness ~ Sept. 8, 2017


I love this message! This is EXACTLY what I needed to hear about…MYSELF and how I FEEL about my “reality” in this world of illusion. Please don’t get me wrong as the illusion “looks” real, feels “real”, but the message to me is loud and clear that I create with my energy. How do I create? With my THOUGHTS!!

I control my destiny, not anyone or anything else! My job is to learn to be in that “sweet spot” of love, and learn and do and achieve from my heart. No “mind” need apply!

The storm Irma is keeping everyone busy, even the spiritual world. And exactly that is what gives it its power.

“Everyone, keep focusing on dismantling Irma”, “Keep sending love and light into the storm”, “this is a man-manufactured storm”. These are examples of what we read these days on many platforms in the spiritual community. While this is, from a human perspective, of course a well-meant approach to keep the storm from happening, it actually provides energy to it. Why? Because that is how energy works.

 

The Law of Attention

What we focus on gets our energy and will grow in our experience. That is the universal law of attention. What we focus on, will become a bigger part of our reality, because energetically we are asking for it and are creating it. That is how things manifest. In the case of Irma, we are still fighting against something out of fear it could do us harm. Out of mistrusting the system. We are feeding fear without realizing it, thinking we are doing something good and are acting from a place of love.

It really does not matter whether the storm was man-made or is a natural storm, whether the earth is flat or round, whether the moon is real or a space station. All these discussions and theories are part of the fourth dimensional realm of duality, where we still believe in right or wrong. Where we still put labels on things and identify with them. We are still trying to change things instead of allowing them in the moment to be there. Without realizing it, we are making ourselves part of just another outside illusion, and have let our mind take over again to be guided away from the place where we are already whole: From our heart. Where we ARE love.

 

Big Difference: Sending Love or being Love

There is a big difference between sending love and being love. When we SEND love, we still feel we need to change the outside world. We still feel we need to fix or heal something or someone outside of us. We are still afraid of things that manifest in our outside reality. We give our energy away, still out of fear. And often – We take away someone else’s power by trying to fix or change something or someone outside of us instead of focusing on our own stuff. We forget once more, that the only thing we can change is ourselves through changing our perspective and way of dealing with a situation or person. When we SEND love, we mistrust ourselves and our own creation. That way, we feed energy into something or someone, with the result that our fear-based experience related to it will grow. That is the Law of Attraction playing out for us. We are reacting to fear with fear, disguised as (conditional) love. Because we set the condition: “IF we send enough love and light, the situation will change.” We expect something to change by sending love to something outside of us.

When we ARE love, we accept all that is as part of our experience and own (co-) creation. We stay within and feel what a situation or person is causing within us and what feelings come to surface. We stay centered and focus only on what is reflected back to us through the situation. That way, we embrace what this situation has to offer for us to transform energy through feeling what comes with it. By going within, we accept what IS and see the perfection in it, and how it helps us individually and as a collective to move forward. We do not interpret or label anything as good or bad. We know that what manifests in our outside reality is a reflection of our (collective’s) inner world. In that moment, we are unconditional love. We have no expectations. We own our experience as our creation and know how to change it: WITHIN, focusing on what we want to feel, not on what we don’t want to feel.

A nice movie scene to watch again is the storm at the end of the Truman Show. In that moment, Truman does not care about whether this storm is real or not. It feels very real to him, he is in that situation and yet all he does is focusing on himself. On reaching his freedom. He does not care about what was done to him in the past and by whom. He has found his truth and power and follows his intuition to create a new reality for him, outside of the illusions he had lived in and had accepted as his reality despite the director trying to tell him that he is afraid, and that is why he cannot leave. He simply takes a bow as a sign of gratitude and leaves the old reality behind.

 

So actually: It is very simple. Everything that guides us away from our inner world, our intuition and our heart, everything that keeps us busy in our outside reality is helping us to shift and transmute something that is causing a misbalance within us. Something that is keeping us from experiencing a new reality of our own creation. And the current geo-storms assist us in releasing and transmuting even faster! So go within, move into the eye of your own storm, be love, feel the emotions that come up, and shift it!

Free your Mind: Dropping all Labels ~ August 26, 2017


 I am very grateful that you can find most of my blogs as an audio version on the youtube channel Higher Self. 

The world is full of labels to define what something or someone is or not. It helps the human mind to sort things and people into boxes and to differentiate. And… to separate…. Although it is not always obvious…. the spiritual world is also full of labels. And yes – Labels are important on our journey to help us to understand where we are in our process and what is happening with us, to then drop them again, detach and move on. Yet, that is where many of us remain stuck. By developing and identification with and attachment to a certain label.

 

It is not easy to admit that one to ourselves. That we are still attached to certain beliefs and concepts: Labels. Because we think we have evolved so much, grown so much and now we are eager to change the world. Often, we don’t realize that we are repeating the past. Before we had our wake up call, we were the CEO, the Head of, the President, the Doctor, the MBA, the Jew, the Muslim, the Christian, the Buddhist etc. Now we are the Lightworker, the Indigo Child, the Twin Flame, the Ascended Master, the Guru, part of the 144.000 etc. Yet, none of this says anything about who we truly are. We are labeling ourselves and others again and…. are taking or giving away our power and are creating separation. That leads us away from true oneness and takes away our freedom. True freedom means to be free from all conditioning, all beliefs, all attachments, all identification: All labels.

 

The (Spiritual) Ego

The (spiritual) ego is a tricky one. So often we think we have overcome it, and yet we end up in attachments and beliefs again, without even realizing that we are trying to change the other/outer by imposing our knowledge and belief onto people. Or we drop into following a teacher or guru again, taking everything for granted an individual is saying. It is a fine line to walk to be of service, stay in self-love and self-respect and yet share with others to inspire without any attachment / expectation / condition. The ego loves to create stories. To every label, there is a story attached. So that we can identify or disidentify with them.

Because: The ego mind needs identification. It cannot stand the idea of just being and doing without a label or role. It loves to define what we are and what we are not. Who is part of our tribe and who is not. Who I identify with and who not….And that is exactly what keeps us from being free: The attachment to identification: To labels.

We will never have all the answers while we are in human form. That is not the point either. The point is to trust ourselves and our interdependence with all there is, and yet being free and our authentic self. The point is to take in the experiences we move through, integrate them and grow even further, sharing them with others without identifying with them or seeing them as the only truth. We are always teacher and student at the same time. Only then there is balance. The point is to see that there is no right or wrong, there are no dogmas or rules or routines to follow. We are learning to understand and listen to energetic impulses. What feels right in one moment and then follow along with it. We have a perfect inner guidance system that does not need any confirmation from the outside world.

Just because someone claims to know it all and talks about love and light, does that mean they are truly coming from an open heart? No certificate, no track record can prove that, although the ego loves to buy into these. We can only feel the truth with our heart. In a world where we rely on our inner guidance, no certificates are necessary as we trust what resonates without making ourselves dependent or develop an attachment.

 

3 Ways to detect Spiritual Labeling

So how do we detect spiritual labeling, if we use it ourselves or if we follow the labeling of others?

The ego pushes, authenticity pulls

The ego loves to push itself onto others and into the world. It makes a lot of noise, says, buy this program, do that and sells its knowledge as the only way. It tries to convince, control, manipulate by using labels to create some illusion of authority or qualification.

The authentic self on the other hand knows how energy works and relies on the pull effect. It knows that everything comes to you when you follow the impulses and the flow. It knows that those that need information at a certain point in time will find it. It knows that there is no need for big marketing machineries. The authentic self acts out of purpose, not out of a need for recognition or reward, be it monetary or non-monetary as it knows that when coming from the open and balanced heart space, the balance of giving and receiving is always granted.

Comparison

The ego loves to compare. And by comparing, it creates separation. Be it through comparing how far one is in their process in comparison to others, how much more someone has to learn in comparison to others etc. It creates the illusion, that we need to reach a certain state or goal to be spiritual enough to earn a title (label), as it comes from a place of lack and the fear of not being good enough. The ego does not understand the concept of oneness, and that we are all part of the whole, that we all have our talents, gifts and tasks that are serving the greater good. The ego does not understand, that we are already whole. Instead it keeps distracting us from our wholeness within. Pure freedom is also being free from the need to compare. Everything just is.

Separation

The ego talks separation. It creates a difference between self and others. It addresses people with “You are this”, “You are to do that” etc. It distracts from self and own issues by focusing on others. This way, it is trying to take the power away from others and trying to have control over others. It commands, telling people what is right or wrong. It disidentifies with the whole.

The authentic self sees itself as part of the whole. It shares own experiences and wisdom without any shame or expectation. It is not afraid to change its perspective, when new learnings are integrated, as it is not attached to any rigid beliefs.

To summarize: The ego preaches and creates a feeling of being incomplete, minor and rebuked, while the authentic self inspires, motivates and creates the feeling of wholeness.

Being in the flow is surrendering and accepting that nothing is constant. There are times we stand still, and times we move, times we hold on, times we let go, times we know and times we do not know. There is no right or wrong, just gateways we pass while we grow and expand. When we use our inner guidance and feel into the energy of what is shared and/or going on, we know what resonates with our inner truth: No story, no label attached. No identification necessary. We just are. That is true freedom and self-empowerment!
