Energy Update ~ Integrating and Settling of the Frequency Holders Transition to the New Earth ~ March 6, 2018

Many of the new forerunners frequency holders of the New Earth continue to allow the incoming sacred frequency to settle and anchor. You may be feeling and sensing new information, insights and pathways about your purpose, Galactic mission, origins and spiritual gifts.

There is a renewal of inspiration for a new direction for you to share and express your unique gifts of the Creator. You are being given signs, signals and affirmations that you are part of something greater—a Divine Plan—where an enhanced support field for your reason for being here on the planet is increasing connection with your divine inner power and spirit guides.

Timeline Shift: A Choice to Make

Some may be experiencing shifts in the timeline where there is a sudden lag as if time has stopped for half a moment though in that lapse you expand out of time to interdimensional space. This is where you sense an increase in your multidimensional awareness and expanded vibrational resonances. This gives you an energetic imprint marker on your journey of life and that you have a choice to make. What is being given is an upgrade expansion of your Divine Blueprint Creator Source field.

You are learning how to consciously astral and time travel as time keepers of your own destiny and this may be the reason why people have suddenly left or entered your life and/or why there could be conflicts with others.

Ringing Tone Frequencies in the Ears 333

The New Earth frequencies of the ringing tone frequencies in the ears or hearing musical tones may come and then go away. It will usually be in only one of the ears. This can be your frequency shifting and expanding, recalibrating to a higher frequency capacity.

This can also be a sign of contact from your guides/the Universe about your ascension and where you are receiving spiritual downloads. (Always check with a healthcare provider to rule out any medical or physical issues.)

Notice if you have any intense emotions that present themselves as this can be an energetic block(s) ready to be transformed, allowing you to not only progress but to also increase your vibrational frequency. Allow, breathe, let go/release to love and forgiveness all attachments, cords, control agendas and soul contracts that no longer serve where you are now in your highest good of your sovereign self.

Honor the process of anchoring the alignment with your own unique personal frequency and the cycles of Gaia as your body may be shifting and integrating by way of clearing toxins, programs and emotions where you will need down time and resting. You will know for how long and when the Universe is calling you to act and re-emerge.

By being mindful of these processes, you are working with the sacred divine feminine and being natural Gatekeepers for the New Earth Grid by the flow and transformations that are happening through you. The sacred divine feminine healing of balance is emerging through the higher heart of the crystalline light body and grids of Gaia. You are this New Earth emerging.

Energy Eclipse Update ~ Fatigue, Emotional Unbalance and Solar Wind Increasing ~ Feb. 1, 2018

Blessings Beloveds,

This morning’s Lunar Eclipse was VERY powerful and we are still feeling the upgrades. The effects will last into the next partial Solar Eclipse on February 15th. We are also in the middle of a timeline shift as I talked about in my article yesterday.

I stayed up until 4:30 am ( the eclipse being at 5:51 am)  but could not stay awake any longer. I wanted to but couldn’t. I have always watched every eclipse in the past. We know they are powerful transformers of energy. Our Moon was so bright and big, it was a wonder to behold.

There were some moments of intense emotions last night as the eclipse was building and you might find yourself having these same moments. Show love to yourself during this process. Pay attention to these emotions as they come in to help transform you. You may notice things coming to the surface that you knew nothing about. This event will bring all things hidden to the surface. You must work to dislodge these from your consciousness and make amends with it. Love is the key, show yourself love and look clearly at anything that comes up to be transformed. Then start the transformation process within yourself.

You may find yourself NOW moving to make decisions on things that have been put off. The  Eclipse brings clarity of mind, so now we have the power to forge ahead on our dreams and goals for the future. These plans could be something you wanted but never thought you could have. Now is the time to manifest these dreams. The energy is there to pull forward into your reality.

The Solar Wind is on the rise as I predicted may take place with my prior articles. No geomagnetic storms as of yet but we still have the entire day to see what happens. Be aware solar wind increases now have just as much power as geomagnetic storms. These too will bring transformation and change.

I have made a list of some of the symptoms you might feel today and going into the next week as this eclipse’s energy continues. You may have seen these some of these on my prior articles and they are still in effect.

Eclipse Symptoms; 

  • Overly Emotional
  • Extreme Fatigue
  • Unbalanced Energy In Others Resulting In Off Behavior( do not take this personally, instead show compassion )
  • Psychic and Paranormal Experiences
  • Increased Hunger
  • Intense Blurry Vision
  • Increased Body Heat

Take today off if possible, meditate, go into your sacred space and show yourself love by honoring yourself today. Get on track with goals and manifesting your dreams. It is a good time to bring into reality what we desire.

Geomagnetic storms could kick in later, if so I will let everyone know. I will be updating through articles the  energy changes as we continue to move through this Eclipse Portal.

Navigating The Eclipse Corridor & Timeline Shift ~ August 16, 2017

We are smack dab in the eclipse corridor and timeline shift. So much is shifting within and “out there”. The energies are doing exactly what they are supposed to do. They are changing us in all ways. In one moment the energies are high and they open our heart chakras so wide that we feel bursting with love and oneness. Then we feel like we have “fallen” as all that is no longer compatible with a wide open heart chakra is brought to the surface to be resolved. It can make us feel like we are the ping pong ball in the universe’s table tennis match. My cranial sacral healer says “Be sure to command that all integration be done with ease and grace, comfort and joy.” That boundary has done much to help me feel steadier in the energies.

Recently, I asked my team to show me what the new timeline looks like and what they showed me was a frame work, a beautiful golden blueprint. Many of us have participated in building and grounding that framework into the collective reality. They explained that this is the framework that will hold each person’s creation, their own personal hologram. This framework is not rigid, in fact, it can expand as it is only held by our own personal limitations and beliefs. The heart chakra is our own personal projector that allows what is within us (wants, beliefs, limitations, and fears) to be created out there. If the heart chakra is not opening as wide as it can, it limits our projection ability.

It is for this very reason that we need to be aware of how our thoughts, actions, and beliefs affect our heart chakra. Become familiar with the feeling of an open chakra versus one closed and look at what programming is running when it is less open. We also have to look at all of our belief structures, not only the ones we think we have left behind but the ones we have created on this journey to self as well. Whenever a belief becomes rigid it defines our personal reality. Take a moment and see the belief constructs you may hold not as something intangible but as a solid structure, like a box. Is your personal box big enough? Will it expand as you grow or is it something that you have clung to for safety and security?

Understand that we have never been here before. There is no one on earth that has experienced these energies as they are streaming in now. That means that we all flying in unknown territory. Yes, we can get information from our teams but these do have to come through our filters and the belief constructs we have created. This is how we have such differing reports on what is coming, some feel that all must crumble for things to change, some see all changing in a blink of an eye. What I see is neither a collapse of all we know nor all changing to utopia in a minute. What I see is a consistent forward momentum that will accelerate quicker and quicker as more contribute their energy to that stream. It is a conscious effort on the part of each of us to figure out where our limitations and fears are and work on letting them go. It is our fears and worries that bind us to a lower reality one of struggle and strife.

I asked my team about the descriptions I had read of what life will be like in 5D after the timeline shift and their accuracy. What they said was that it is like a pregnant mom envisioning what her adult child will be like. Is that vision accurate? Yes, it may be but what it didn’t include is the nights of no sleep, the temper tantrums, teenage rebellion and all the difficulties that come with growing up. What they explained is that after the timeline shift is complete that we will still be feeling our way, figuring out who we are and what we can create. What will change and is changing is how quickly our thoughts and actions are creating our reality for the good and the bad.

So while it may feel like we are flying blind, if we have tapped into our own internal GPS (our soul) we will make it through. Discernment is more important than ever. This means that the only authority on your life, your journey, and your physical form is you. This doesn’t mean that we can’t go to others for guidance, support, and healing but it does mean that you should not give up your autonomy to another. It is for this reason that we are being shown clearly areas where we have become disempowered or caught in a victim loop. We are the masters now. The training wheels are off as we are given full carte blanch to create our own reality.

When we hear that we are the masters now, our mind wants to take over and think of all the ways we should be doing. It can become a mental loop of why we are not good enough or ready to be the master. Yet the way that we create the reality we want is through the open and clear heart chakra. The mind confuses things. The mind does not understand that being in service simply means tapping into our potential and highest joy. It means first BEING the light and then DOING only when it is in line with our light. For many of us, this is not easy to wrap our mind around, we have had years of programming that told us our worth is what we DO, not in who we are. I was talking to a client about this and what was brought to mind was an experience that shaped me.

After I graduated high school I had the amazing opportunity to go to Sicily for the summer and live with my girlfriend’s Aunt and Uncle. This experience changed me in ways that I am sure they didn’t even realize. My home life was tumultuous on a good day and absolutely insane on a bad one. My father was an alcoholic and my mother was abusive to us mentally, emotionally and physically. I could never tell when the house would erupt in violence and chaos. Yet, what I found is that if I had a friend stay over they would behave. My mother wouldn’t pick a fight when my dad slinked in from the bars at 3 am and she would put on a face of the cool, happy mom. Somewhere in my child mind, I thought that most families were insane and that love was drama. I thought that when I spent time with a friend’s family, they were on their best behavior too.

What I realized living with this other family in Sicily was that not all families were play acting when guests were over. No one could play act for the duration that I lived with them without showing some dysfunction if they were trying to hide it. What I did see was that the Aunt and Uncle clearly not only loved each other but respected one another. The house had a wonderful feel to it and even when one became annoyed with the other, it was solved with discussion, not violence. It changed everything, including the definition I had of love and what I would tolerate in my future relationships. I credit this revelation with helping me to choose a mate that would love, support and grow with me. It helped me to not recreate the abuse cycle that extended through the generations of my family.

The family I stayed with knew nothing of me or my dysfunctional home. They didn’t lecture me on a healthy family or relationships, they were just themselves. It was them BEING their authentic selves full of love that showed me a different way.

This is what is being asked of all of us now. BE the example. In whatever way that looks like for you.

It is for this reason that they have said for a few years now “Hold your light strong within you. Be the light.” This is not the easiest task and it requires full authenticity. We are surely being put through our paces with the world events and the amount of fear that is in the collective. We are also seeing the spiritual mask slip from many. This is a good thing because all the masks must go and we have to be unapologetically real while realizing that it is this genuineness that becomes a beacon of change for others.

Remember in all moments you are contributing to a field of consciousness, a morphic field with your thoughts and focus. This focus helps this field grow and become more powerful. Think of all this propaganda and blustering about WW3 every time someone speculates or contributes to this war mongering the field of it becoming real grows and gets stronger. It’s not putting your head in the sand to not focus on this crap. It’s actually draining power from that field of potential. We are much better served focusing on the reality we do want to create for ourselves and others.

We have the largest group awakening in this moment and as we know this is not an easy process and the fear is palpable within the collective. We are being called upon to be the beacons for these souls, to help illuminate the path. We do this not by telling them how to live, eat, breathe or be but by living an authentic heart centered life. When one is ready they will ask us our truth and at that time their ears will be open enough to listen.

I hope that this message finds you all well, digging deep into all that you are and seeing yourself as the amazing soul that you are.

The Dawning of The Age of Aquarius ~ The 5th Dimension ~ April 13, 2017

This morning I woke up with this funny feeling in the center of my chest. Not painful, but almost in a sense of being overwhelmed… in a good way. After settling down from the initial shock of my 7 A.M.  alarm, I relaxed to take in my surroundings and the sensations of my body. And laying in complete silence and darkness, I noticed my heart was “breathing”.  It was ALIVE! I felt like the Grinch when his heart expanded and expanded, although my heart wasn’t completely closed. There had been some reasons to why I decided to shut my heart off to certain people and circumstances, but I’ve been feeling the shift to open and healed those wounded aspects of myself.

YES! My heart was alive! I never felt this feeling before.  A bubbling, breathing, overwhelming, joyful sensation, pushing and pulsating upward, through my throat and downward to my belly. Very overwhelming yet exhilarating. I didn’t know what to do with this sensation or even, what this sensation was accredited to.

Then that small still voice inside of me spoke.  “This is your rebirth”.

Yesterday, I noticed that timelines seemed to have shifted as well. According to my birth card, I am a King of Hearts. The King of Hearts is associated with the number 13. The number 13, well at the time, in the old paradigm, is symbolic of death and rebirth. So, last night, I decided to re-read the description of my birth card. And as I read… the description wasn’t the same. It read that 13 was the number of LOVE and UNITY.

Whaaaaaaaat?

I had an inkling that the editors of the site didn’t make any adjustments to the King of Hearts description, so I decided to pay a visit to my trusty friend, “Google”. I typed, “13 death and rebirth”. The only thing I found to those criteria was in relation to the tarot card, “Death”. The death card is enumerated number 13, the card of transformations. A little boggled, I decided to research, “13 love and unity”. And lo and behold, 13 was the new love and unity number.

Wow, timelines really do shift! I finally experienced a real timeline shift. This **** is getting real.

Now, back to my breathing heart and rebirth. As I laid there in bed, another divine impression invaded my being.  “This is the dawning of the age of Aquarius, the age of Aquarrrriiiuuuusssss”.  I “felt” the song loud and clear in my soul. I decided to find it on YouTube. “The 5th Dimension – Aquarius/Let the Sunshine In” played. I listened intently. Over and over again. It was music to my soul.

Finally, it hit me! We have ascended to the 5th dimension (yes, the Universe is wonderful for giving us signs). It is here! The Age of Aquarius! Christ Consciousness!

It has probably been here, and I just happen to shift because of my decision to release, surrender and trust in the Universe. Who knows?  All I know is that I have been open to doing the healing work and liberating myself of what no longer served my highest good. And that meant facing a lot of fears. A lot of fears! And in doing so, I realized that what didn’t kill me only made me stronger.  And happier too, might I add.

This new way of being is marked by one of love, trust, peace, harmony, understating, and compassion.  Not necessarily, in that order… but you get my drift.

We have been through a lot, individually and collectively. Last year happened to be a very rough year for me. It felt like I died multiple deaths, only to rise again like the phoenix fresh from a fiery grave. And maybe you can relate. I came from a place of self-sacrifice, rejection, frustration, loneliness, lack of confidence and hopelessness; to finally realizing what I had been missing the entire time.i finaly had an “Aha” moment!  I wasn’t honoring or loving myself completely and fully as I deserved to be loved. And only when I decided to take a stand for myself and honor the way I was feeling, speaking up for myself, and removing myself from people and situations that no longer felt good, I changed my perspective. I changed my life. I had to love myself first.  I had to release the things that were a burden and weight to my soul. In order to ascend, you have to be light. Get it? Love and liiiiight?!

When you know love and give love to yourself first, you can open yourself up to receive it just as freely as you give it.  And then you shift.

In this dimension, it is all about love and unity. We are not separate. We are all one, working together for the well-being of man-kind. Honoring one another as we would honor ourselves. “Namaste”, right?

If you are not feeling like you are there yet, it’s no biggie. When the time is right, you will shift into a new way of being. You have to experience all that you need to experience in order to say, “Enough is enough. I don’t want to feel this way anymore”. Every experience we have in life is teaching us lessons.  Good or bad. And when that time is right, the Universe will conspire to help you on the path of self-love.  Actually, the Universe is conspiring even without our knowledge of the divine guidance offered to us. The planets are aligning perfectly for spiritual growth and understanding at this moment in time.

To my warriors that have shifted and are shifting, we have a mission to accomplish! This is a new-journey to self-discovery and unlocking the gifts and treasures that were hidden from us in the old paradigm. As we open up and move forward boldly  we co-create something so beautiful. It’s time to get creative. Get your paint and brushes out to help co-create this new beautiful world that we have entered into.

Yes! The shift is happening! It is real!

Trust that all is working out for your greatest good and the greatest good of those connected, in this journey we call life. We are one. And we are in this together.

Divine Focus: Welcoming the Third Wave ~ September 21, 2016

Blessings Beloved Light Tribe,

Our third wave of 2016 is beginning to crest, with its initial frequencies heralding the New. Gatekeepers and Gridworkers have been busy for weeks, Gaia and the new grids are responding already, and we are prepared for the new arrival next week.

This is an influx of highly charged pure light which takes us to a brand new level. As always, vibrational match is key to your experience of it, however these frequencies are aimed at assisting an accelerated timeline. For the Ascension Tribe, the veils are thinning again and our realities feel more surreal than grounded. As we have learned from the two earlier waves, that is typical for these wave influxes this year. This one involves a timeline shift, so our focus is needed more than ever.

Gaia is, and will be, continually releasing codes through the new grid systems which are of a Solar-crystalline nature. It is triggered by the incoming light level, and Gaia responds to it just as our bodies and DNA are triggered to activate dormant codes during Ascension. This is preparation to receive much higher levels of Solar light. The September wave is a big jump in that process, and we are receiving an accelerated timeline to compliment that process, simply because we are capable and consciously requesting it.

It is the task of Gatekeepers, Gridworkers, Wayshowers and any Lightworker in Service to welcome this new light with humility, integrity and the Divine Love which it deserves. This level of light is a Divine gift to HUmanity. The groundwork has been laid and the Gateways have been opened for a brand-new experience; a leveling up of the Ascension process. It may not be apparent to the collective; the external realties are a terrible compass for what is actually happening, Beloveds. This passage was always meant to have many distractions and triggers; realize that can be as merciful as it is manipulative. Some vessels are not wired for change, some are meant to loop in a reality until its extinction. Take note that is not the responsibility of the Light Tribe to monitor, watch or participate in the dissolvement of old realities. Focus on the divinity, purity and new experiences available to you in this now moment, and the acceleration will greatly assist your progress.

Experiencing the Accelerated Timeline

This passage of Revelation allows your unique skills to step forth. This is a moment to be creative and free your heart as the old energies which restrained creative endeavors, creative thought, and unique expression drop away. It is also important to honor each other’s intuitive guidance with the changes happening within you. Some of you are veil-lifters and have the ability to assist others in seeing this new reality clearly. Some of you are natural gridworkers and have not explored that aspect. Some of you desire to create new ceremony or gatherings and have not done this. As uncomplimentary timelines collapse, the old light constraints about spiritual expression no longer apply.

Most notable will be a tremendous expansion within the heart center. As the crystalline structures activate within your body, their vibration can begin to match the incoming photonic frequencies. This prepares the physical vessel to transform itself into a conduit for the Christed Self. This is why many of you have been guided to let go of anything unnecessary. The Christ (Crystalline consciousness, Unity consciousness) has very different preoccupations than the lower Self. It functions as Oneness. During these transformational phases, it needs your attention.

Revelation, Revelation, Revelation

There are so many beautiful surprises and revelations available to you, Beloveds. Watch your response to the unfoldments as they present. Welcome every change, every shift, every revelation, every disclosure with your higher wisdom. Our collective and individual realties are very complex metaphors, and highly creative. Appreciate what Source has created with this particular brand of Ascension experience. See all of this from the cosmic perspective; the timeless immortal perspective of what is occurring on this planet. Entanglement with the lower realities, judgment, or attachments to beliefs of the old Self cause pronounced mental, emotional and physical issues as the light increases. Embrace responsible creation through higher choices. Fill your hearts with joy and gratitude that these new realities have been designed on your behalf and are now readily available for you to experience. Many Gateways are being opened as others close; keep moving forward.

I AM filled with humble gratitude to experience this beautiful leveling up and final Gatework as these waves of light enter our consciousness. Solar and Gaia Gateways will be opened on Equinox and the crest of the wave arrives September 26, extending through the 30th. This is a purer crystalline-based frequency which is aimed at consciousness shifts. Remember this even as your physical realities begin to feel somewhat surreal, and the body adjusts to keep up. Our visions and councils are reflecting this influx already; everything is aligning in Divine perfection. Keep your focus on this intention. We Love You, We Bless You, We Thank You.
