This keeps getting better and better ya’ll! The last article I presented flat out told us we are all God, portions of the same thing. Sound familiar? How exciting this is and when you really stop and think about it…you’ll KNOW this is true! Now, I find another article, written by Dr. Suzzanne Lie urging us to look within ourselves to find our Godhood. I AM blown away, totally.

Now it is up for each of us to look deep within ourselves to realize WHO WE ARE. There is no need for humanity to “settle” for anything! Do you remember when OUT SIDE us was real and IN SIDE was, well we did not know what it was. Yes, we did know. OUT SIDE us was real. No one talked about IN SIDE us as being REAL. Inside us were organs, bones, cells, and blood, but they were not sentient. WE were our body! INSIDE our body was what kept our body alive.

Our aura was outside of us, and everything, religious, spiritual or multidimensional (a term we had not heard of) was outside of us. We believed that we were our body and all the spiritual/religious elements of our lives were outside of us and, usually, far above us. WE were only our body.

We had been taught that our inside was not important. Besides, our outside/real self was so busy trying to survive that we had little TIME to search for an inner essence. If we were very good, then we might be able to pray to Heaven far above us to ask for help. Then, when we died, we could go outside of our bodies and travel far UP to Heaven where God lived far, far, above us.

Our Spiritual Guidance was not IN us. In fact, it would be shocking and conceited to even consider such a notion. We were JUST humans. For many incarnations it was punishable by death to say that we were connected to a higher being. Thus, in order to survive and to protect our family, we told our children that their inner power was just their imagination.

The real world was outside. The real power was outside of us. The REAL world was outside of us. For untold incarnations, these lives of living on the outside repeated themselves. Sometimes we were the heroes and sometimes we were the villains.

Then, during a very special lifetime, we had an opportunity to actually perceive our own inner SELF inside of our Earth Vessel. We found that this inner perspective was wise beyond our years and would ONLY speak the truth.

Now truth was a problem because we had been raised on lies and illusions. We would have to LET GO of everything we had ever been taught was REAL and look inside to perceive our outside reality from the ‘control tower’ our Inner SELF.

Of course, this perspective did not make us feel special. In fact, most of the time it made us feel crazy. However, if we went back to our old way of perceiving, then we REALLY started feeling crazy. Something was happening to us.

We did not know what that something was, but it was scaring, exhilarating, beyond words, euphoric and made us disassociate more and more the 3D rules that had always controlled our consciousness. When we were just our outside self, we believed these 3D rules, but now this new, inner self made us feel and act different.

Our different feelings created new actions, as well as an ever-expanding consciousness. We discovered that as our consciousness expanded the “need to survive” was augmented by the “need to know.” This urge to “know” made us look beyond the confines of our local reality.

As our world got smaller, we became exposed to other cultures that told us to go inside. So, we secretly looked inside. It took more courage than we thought, but as we went deeper and deeper inside our selves we discovered a certain feeling that we could not find on the outside.

We then began to differentiate between the inside of us and the outside. This differentiation was a big step on the path to higher consciousness. This Inner Path led us to discover a living essence inside of us that was NOT found outside.

Then, after many years of meditation and going inside, we began to discover a SELF that knew everything that we had ever experienced, learned, suffered and loved. In fact, this Inner SELF had a totally different perspective on life.

Rather than focusing on survival and what the outside world told us to think, do, feel and have, we began to recognize our own INSIDE thoughts, feelings and desires. This focus placed us in the driver’s seat of our own lives. Then we really began to change.

When the “they” outside of us were the bosses of our life, we had to work so hard that our reality became very small. We had to get enough money to survive, or to get rich so that they (meaning those on the outside of us) would like us more, be impressed or whatever.

As we kept going inside and talking to our Inner SELF, the urge to “get money” because of “them” began to diminish. Slowly our old urge to “get more money” was replaced with the urge to “get more wisdom.” It was then that we began to look outside, not with the intention of wanting, but with the intention of giving.

What we discovered was very shocking. The sky was polluted, the food was poisoned, the water was tainted and the “healthy” wheat, corn and vegetables were genetically altered. Wars were almost continuous. Famine was common. Storms were bigger than ever, and species after species of plants and animals were endangered or gone forever.

“What HAPPENED?” we asked our selves. “Where was I when all this was happening to my world? How could my world fall apart like this? What did I do wrong?”

“Did you mean to ask, ‘How can I help?’” we hear our Inner SELF ask.

“I am just one person. How could I help?” we ask, trying not to hear the anger in our voice. But there was no answer to our anger and fear because these emotions lowered our connection to our Inner SELF. Then, we fell back into the belief that we were just human.

The fear and anger began to completely overtake the higher consciousness that we had fleetingly visited. Far too quickly we forgot all that we had remembered while we enjoyed the connection to our Inner SELF.

We had slipped into the “Dark Night of the Soul,” but we didn’t know that because we had stopped reading and listening to all that wonderful information we had eagerly embraced while in our state of higher consciousness.

Then one day a small boy rode past us learning how to ride a two-wheeler. He fell off the bike again and again and again. He hurt himself, cried, and then got back on the bike. Every time he fell off, he learned something that he didn’t even know he was learning until he fell off the bike.

“Why can’t I learn how to stay on that stupid bike?” the boy asked.

“Because then you would not learn to remember how to keep your balance,” the small boy heard an inner voice say. No one had told him about inner voices, so he thought it was normal.

“I don’t want to learn about my balance,” yelled the small boy because he had FAILED again to stay on his bike. He stomped the ground, kicked the “stupid bike,” and ran off, embarrassed because he had failed again.

“What is wrong with me? Why can’t I keep my balance like that inner guy said?” the boy mumbled.

“I am happy that you believe in me enough to hear my words,” said the boy’s Inner SELF. “Do you want us to tell you about keeping your balance?”

The little boy thought that it was really weird that this inner voice was talking to him, but he really did want to know about balance, so he said, “OK.”

“Balance is about the ability to listen to your inner SELF while you also pay attention to your outer world. You did not hear me, your Inner SELF, say, ‘You CAN do anything you want.” You only heard your outer self saying, ‘Why can’t I ride this stupid bike?”

“How do you know what I was thinking inside?” the boy asked with an angry tone.

“Because I am you on the inside. Because I am inside you, I can see both your inner and your outer world. I am the inner you that can only say the truth and remembers every one you ever were and every thing you ever did.

“Also, I am connected to all the versions of your higher dimensional versions of SELF that are all INSIDE of you. When you can remember how to balance me, your INNER SELF, with the YOU, your Outer Self, you will be connected to your entire multidimensional world.”

“What is a multidimensional world?” asked the small boy.

“Join me, and I will show you,” the Inner SELF whispered into the small boy’s heart.

Dr. Suzanne Lie brings us another message form our Arturian brethren, this time humanity is urged to find, BE, and remain in you NOW as much as possible. Yes, yes, this can be difficult to do while living daily in our 3D lives, but the ability to stay in your NOW makes multidimensionality possible. Using your imagination during your day also leads to multidimensionality as imagination is a 5D frequency. Wow! That’s really neat to know!

We also  learn that learning Light language is not necessary as “Light Language comes in packages of information. These packages can only be “opened” when you are in a higher state of consciousness.” So…spending time day dreaming is actually a good thing, as “Light Language message will enter your physical brain through your pineal gland.” Your physical brain will then inform that you will need to calibrate your consciousness to the fifth dimension and beyond, as that was your state of consciousness when you chose your assignment.”

Our Beloved Inter-Galactic Emissaries,

We see that many of you are fully awakening to your true Multidimensional SELF and are either seeking to remember or trying to live the Mission that you wrote for yourself before you entered your current earth vessel.

We wish to remind you that in order to fulfill your mission, you will need to find a way in your busy life to “create the NOW” to focus on expanding your personal frequency of consciousness. As you create that NOW everyday, you will learn/remember how to live in the NOW. Since the NOW resonates to the fifth dimension and beyond, you will also be learning/remembering how to live I the ONE of the fifth dimension and beyond.

This fifth dimensional NOW is NOT separate from your third/fourth dimensional life, as the flow of the NOW releases ALL separation and bonds all frequencies of reality within the ONE. Within this NOW of the ONE you will completely remember your Mission.

Dear away team, please remember that your fifth-dimensional mission will come to you via Light Language. Therefore, it will NOT come to you in the sequential order of your physical world. Since your Mission resonates to the fifth dimension and beyond, it is stored in your Multidimensional Mind.

Your Multidimensional Mind resonates to the fifth dimension and beyond and communicates with you via Light Language. Therefore, it will NOT communicate with you via sequential words. Light Language comes in packages of information. These packages can only be “opened” when you are in a higher state of consciousness.

If the ringer on your phone is too low or turned off, you will not know that someone is try to call you. However, they can leave a message. In the same manner, we, your higher expressions of SELF, leave you our message in a package of Light Language that you will only know is there if your “check your phone.”

Of course, you can “set your phone to busser” so you can feel/hear that a message has arrived. This analogy is similar to receiving a fifth dimensional package of Light Language from your SELF. You will likely feel it, become very dizzy for a moment, instantly become distracted from your 3D task and/or suddenly become very sleepy.

You Light Language message will enter your physical brain through your pineal gland. You physical brain will then inform tht you will need to calibrate your consciousness to the fifth dimension and beyond, as that was your state of consciousness when you chose your assignment.

We understand how difficult it is to remember your higher dimensional decisions while your consciousness is limited by the frequency of your 3D vessel. The physical reality demands that you focus on your lower dimensional perceptions in order to perform your physical tasks.

Therefore, your consciousness can become “stuck” in the habit of perceiving the physical world as real and the higher dimensional worlds as “just your imagination.” Of course, they are your imagination because imagination is fifth dimensional thought. It is for this reason that any form of creative endeavor or form of meditation assists you to expand your consciousness into the higher dimensional reality in which you eternally exist.

When you take an earth vessel, you only “put your toe in the water,” so to speak. In other words, only a very small portion of your entire multidimensional self actually occupies your third dimensional form. Your fourth dimensional self fills your aura when you are happy or having fun and enters your dreams to remind you that you are MORE than the body you are wearing.

We understand, dear grounded ones, how addictive your third dimensional reality is. The physical reality is a realm of great separation, which creates an innate fear. This fear confronts you repeatedly through out your day.

Therefore, you wish to “be good enough” so that “they” will want to be with you. Also, this fear is like a stack of dirty dishes. Just when you think you are done “cleaning up,” someone gives you more “dirty dishes” to clean.

We use the above analogy because “cleaning up” is one of the main tasks that our volunteers have chosen to accept. From your vantage point in the higher dimensions, you can see how much damage has been done to the body of dearest Gaia. Thus, many of you chose to assist with the clean up of physical and astral waste material.

From your higher perspective you can see the innate beauty of Gaia’s waterway, the glory of Her clear skies and the many wonders of Her beautiful planet. You can also see the pollution, dirt, negative thought forms and fear that constantly diminish Gaia’s immune system. Yes, Gaia has an immune system, as does all of Her inhabitants.

Just human’s immune system is diminished by pollution, poisons in the food, germs and viruses that thrive in filth and inadequate light, nutrition and love; Gaia’s immune system is also compromised. When you could perceive Gaia from the higher dimensions, you could easily observe how humanity was harming Her.

We want you all to know how vital it is to clean up Gaia by service and/or education. We appreciate all your efforts, and Gaia appreciates you too. Those of you who love Nature know that planet Earth is a living, breathing being, far advanced beyond humans.

Humanity was meant to be the Keepers of the Land. However, the brainwashing took over and the humans forgot. They forgot their Multidimensional SELF and they forgot they every particle of life on Earth IS Earth.

Even though humans have been taught to be separate from their emotions, Earth is NOT separate from Her water. Even though humans are separate from many of their thoughts, Earth is NOT separate from her atmosphere. Just as the waters and the skies determine the “weather” of the planet, your human thoughts and emotions determine the “weather” of your consciousness.

In fact, the combination of your thoughts and emotions are the key to your true creative force. Yes, our dear grounded ones YOU are a Force of Creation. By learning a degree of mastery over your thoughts and emotions, you can remember how to create your reality. You create your reality by combing your thoughts and emotions to create a thought form.

This thought form then adheres to the 3D Matrix of your vicinity to either grow or whither away. Fortunately, if your thought forms are fear-based and no one feeds that fear, your creation will wither away from neglect. On the other hand, if you feed this thought form its daily ration of fear, it will thrive and call many of it other fearful creations to join it.

Have you not noticed how people who are very frightened or live in self-pity “just can’t catch a break?” They cannot “catch a break” because they only throw out fear and self-pity. Conversely, there are others who focus on loving their self, their friends, their physical area and the world in general.

These awakened ones back up this love with positive thoughts of hope, tenacity and determination to create a happy life. These people are the ones that others call “lucky,” “successful” and “creative.” These people are not LUCKY.

Instead, these people are LOVING. They remember to love their world, and they remember to love their SELF. How can one give away what they do not possess? Therefore, these “lucky ones” use great will power and force of intention to master their thoughts and emotions.

No, they are not always happy or inspired. On the other hand, these people are often tired, overworked, and battling the same fear that others give into and live. These lucky ones know that their higher consciousness is always “one line.” Therefore, just as you would not expose your child to a violent and frightened movie, they do not expose their consciousness to information that creates fear.

Of course, you cannot avoid all fearful information, and you do not want to put your head in the sand. However, once you are aware that you are living your mission and doing everything that you can to fulfill your reason for incarnation, a deep sense of protection begins to fill you thoughts and emotions.

This protection reminds you to seek the source of your protection INSIDE of your SELF! By this time in your life, you have had plenty of proof that “what you thing about you bring about.” Therefore, you do not allow your thoughts to linger on fear and negativity. Instead, you “Blaze, Blaze, Blaze the Violet Fire” and/or send unconditional love to the source of your fear.

Better yet, you use the Violet Flame of Transmutation and the great force of unconditional love to create a pathway of light and love in a world filled with darkness and fear. The beautiful thing is that since this pathway has been blessed with Violet Fire and Unconditional Love, it has become a multidimensional pathway.

Oh, the glory that we, your friends and family, feel when we see another of our volunteers realize that they have created their own way Home. Furthermore, as you continue your journey on your Pathway of Love and Light, you have discover that you are living in Unity Consciousness with all life.

One awakened human has ten times more power of creation than a human who is still trapped in darkness. Then, as these awakened one join their united power of creation with other awakened ones, their creative powers progress exponentially. Hence, 1 and 1 is 2, 2 and 2 is 4, 4 and 4 is 8, 8 and 8 is 16…

You see now how ten time more power progresses to 20 times more power than the darkness, to 40 times more power, to 80 times more power of transmutation and unconditional love. Our dear, wonderful volunteers, we see the evolution of light over darkness progressing in this very fashion.

Be aware that those trapped in fear could choose even more desperate measures to “hold back the steady stream of light and love.” To their surprise, when and if they are overtaken by this ever-expanding wave of loving transmutation, they are instantly healed.

Then, just as they once forgot their true Multidimensional SELF, they begin to forget why they wanted to harm others or their environment. Just as they once forgot that Gaia is a living being with whom they are intimately connected, they begin to forget the fearful and violet indoctrinations that made them forget their true SELF.

The Path of Light can take much longer to create, as the builders need a degree of mastery over their thoughts and emotions to create it. But, as one-by-one they remember how to create light and love in their world, they unite with every one who has also remembers their own innate abilities of creation.

Sorrow, fear and anger separates, but love, laugher and positive thinking naturally bonds into groups based on “unity of purpose.” We wish you could perceive ascending Gaia from our viewpoint in the higher dimensions. If you did, you would be filled with victory and joy.

In fact, go ahead and take our word for it to feel the victory and joy even – without the perceptual proof! FEEL that proof in your heart and SEE that proof in your wondrous imagination. Then SHARE!

One of the most difficult parts of third dimensional life is that is considered good to reach out and talk about your fears and sorrows. That is, of course true. However, we ask that you reach out and talk about your love and power of creation. There has been a few humans in every era who talk about the power of positive thinking and loving emotions.

However, most people do not dare to talk about how good their life is because the dark ones made you believe that would be “conceited,” “unkind to the suffering one,” or it would “bad luck.” But what if you all decided to NOT listen to the voices of fear and domination and to ONLY attend to the voices Love and Light.

Yes, you would still have to do your earthly chores. Yes, you would definitely have bad days in which you fall into forgetfulness. That is until you return to the true Ascended Master that you are NOW. Yes, YOU came from the fifth dimension and beyond in which being an “ascended master” is normal.

Oh the glorious day when being an ascend master is normal for the inhabitants of our beloved sister Gaia! In fact, Gaia is planning a great party for that day. Please attend, as you are ALL invited. If someone you know and/or love is still trapped in the darkness, bring them along to enjoy the fifth dimension and beyond.

They may not be able to stay too long, but once they have gotten a taste of a fifth dimensional reality, they will lose their taste for fear and domination over others. We have NO fear in the higher worlds. If any fear occurs, we see it as a wound and instantly rush to heal it.

We can come into the NOW of your awareness to speak about your third-dimensional, sequential time. Sequential time is constructed from the collective physical requirements of a third dimensional reality so that the members of that reality can create a timeline on which they can fulfill their divine plane, also known as their “Mission.”

Within this time-bound reality the collective consciousness of that world has thoughts, emotions and behaviors which impinge upon the 3D matrix to program and re-program the ever-changing experience of time. “Time” is quite novel to us higher dimensionals, as we often call ourselves.

When we take a form in the third/fourth dimensional hologram, we think of “going into time” like you make think of “going into an amusement park.” An amusement part has many exciting experiences, which are usually based on some form of fear. Will this upside down cart drop me on the ground far below? Will I win the huge bear to impress my girlfriend or will I make a fool of my self?

When you are at an amusement park you eat many foods that you know are of a very low frequency and are likely very bad for your body. However, you are “having fun,” so it is OK to indulge your lower urges. You can scream in the roller coaster and act like a child and no one will notice.

Since we of the higher frequencies have not “been on the 3D” for many eras of what you would call “time,” we think that a bit of fear and self-indulgence will be just fine. We only think that because we have forgotten how addictive fear and self-indulgence can be. You see, we even forgot about how it feels to be a “third dimensional.”

Hence, we forgot how fear, separation, loneliness, hunger, work and many other earth-bound experiences impact on our state of consciousness. When we higher dimensionals so “bravely” volunteered to take on a physical earth vessel, we have usually forgotten the density and extremely fragility of the third dimension. We have also forgotten the sensation of illness, pain, fatigue, anxiety and depression, as well.

Unfortunately, by the time we remember how very difficult it is on the third dimension, we are already merged with our new life and duty bound to fulfill our very idealistic mission statement that we created while wearing our fifth dimensional, and beyond, lightbody. The problem is that by the time many of us are old enough in human age to fulfill the mission we designed while living in the higher worlds, we have forgotten that there ever was a mission.

By that “time” we have likely even forgotten that we are higher dimensional beings who volunteered to merge our consciousness with a third dimensional who volunteered to accept our energy field. What started, literally, as a match created in heaven, soon began to feel to both parties as a bad idea or a big mistake.

“How can I possibly fulfill that mission?” asks the human. Meanwhile the inner galactic and/or celestial counterpart says, “How could I have forgotten it was so difficult on this frequency of reality?”

Eventually, the human often forgets the mission and the galactic forgets their true, multidimensional nature. Also, both of them forget they are actually different dimensional expressions of the SAME person.

Are you beginning to understand our/your plight now? This process is much like making Italian dressing. If both of you don’t continually “shake the bottle” the oil and vinegar separate. Of course, no one is actually shaking our human vessel, but we realize that sometimes it does feel like that.

Sometime the human cannot remember anything about their true nature, and the galactic can’t remember why they would volunteer for such an impossible assignment. Even though Earth is a hologram, it is a VERY convincing hologram that all the inhabitants think of as a “real world.”

This is where “time” comes into the picture. The third-dimensional human, who is really a fifth-dimensional galactic being, and the-fifth dimensional galactic being, who thinks he/she is a third-dimensional human, get lost in each other. Then, they too often forget that they are both expressions of their shared Multidimensional SELF.

This leaves us, the members of the Galactic Command Center, in a very difficult position of how do we wake these people up without breaking Gaia’s laws of a “free will planet?”

What we try to do is we find humans, somewhere, who are close to awakening to their Multidimensional SELF and continuously over light them.

We go into their dreams, their meditations and influence their creativity as much as possible. Please remember that these people are our dear friends and family member who volunteered for a VERY difficult mission. We cannot abandon them, but we also cannot break the laws of free will.

We tell you our story because we can see how difficult it is for you to try to be a higher consciousness being while living in a reality filled with fear and lies. We, also, ask you to think about this situation from our perspective. How would you feel if one of your children, best friends and/or family members “went on a journey” and did not contact you to tell you they were safe?

In fact, what if you knew that they were not safe, maybe their life was in danger, and there was nothing you could do to help them? Meanwhile, you knew there were very dark beings who were damaging your loved one’s life, threatening their health by destroying their environment, putting poisonous “medicine” into their food and bodies, AND there was nothing you could do because of an old law of free will!

However, we have a great advantage that you on the third dimension do not experience. We live in the NOW and have no passage of time. Because of our intimate relationship with our friends and family “On Mission” to 3D Earth, we can now remember how very difficult it is to live in a time-bound world.

We see that many of you, our volunteers, have found a way to expand your consciousness beyond the frequency of the 3D drama and live in the relative peace of comfort of your fifth dimensional perceptions. Yes, there are many fifth dimensional perceptions on Gaia. In fact, there are more and more each day.

YOU, our so beloved Away Team, are finally beginning to really make a change. You see, as soon as your multidimensional memory begins to return, you remember the joys of unity with us, you higher expressions of SELF. Then, you begin to remember that you volunteered to spread that unity consciousness through out your third-dimensional world.

Yes, thanks to the Zetas and their Draconian friends, you have Internet. Through your Internet you can communicate with fellow volunteers all over the face of Gaia. Every time you communicate with another of your beloved crewmembers and family members, you find deep joy, unconditional love and immense courage to unite with those who still slumber in illusion.

We know that many of you remember the story of Sleeping Beauty in which the handsome prince had to fight the wicked witch and hack his way through the torn bushes to rescue his beloved who would remained asleep until he awakened her with his loving kiss. That is exactly what we are doing.

We are confronting the wicked witch of greed and power over others, hacking through the dark illusions that have trapped our loved ones and awakening them with the power of our love and the tenderness of our kiss.

We speak with you today to let you ALL know that you WILL be awakened. Your kingdom of peace and love WILL be returned to you, and much, much more. You ARE deeply loved, and we will never give up on you.

We all resonate to unity consciousness. Hence, you are us, and we are you. We will NEVER give up on you! How could we, as we ARE YOU resonating to a higher frequency of reality? We are all ONE being in the NOW. Hence, as soon as you awaken, we ask for your assistance.

We ask that as soon as you awaken to your Multidimensional SELF that you go out and awaken as many others as you can to their Multidimensional SELF. Just one of you can awaken hundreds or thousands of others.

In fact, you may not need to awaken them, as many are already fully awake to the fact that “it is the NOW to change.” They do not know what “the NOW” means, or what changes they need to make, but they are ready and willing to learn.

You are our beloved friends are our family. You do not need to tell the ones whom you awaken about themselves, as that is for them to discover. But, you can tell them about yourself. Tell them the truth what they unconsciously hunger to hear and, most of all, send them unconditional love.

Unconditional love is a new concept for far too may humans. Therefore, be sure to also send them unconditional forgiveness and unconditional acceptance. All unconditional gifts resonate to the fifth dimension and beyond. Therefore, these emotional gifts resonate beyond the time and limitations of the third-dimensional world.

As the newly awakened ones begin to release the 3D concepts of time and limitation, our beloved volunteers to Earth will begin to awaken to the truth of their Multidimensional SELF. Then, the first thing they will do is to awaken other volunteers of their away mission.

Just as fear can, and definitely does, spread through the 3D hologram, unconditional love can also spread throughout your world. Most important, the fifth dimensional quality of unconditional love, unconditional forgiveness and unconditional acceptance will sink deep into the core of Gaia and float up into the atmosphere to heal the harm and attract the love.

Oh, what a glorious site we will see as this love and light brings our volunteers back to their true SELF and awakens to the HERE and NOW of the higher worlds. Within the NOW there is no time, and within the HERE we, the Arcturians as well as your higher dimensional SELF, will welcome you Home!

You feel good, spiritually aware and awake, but what are the steps you can take to contact your higher self, or your spiritual guides? Just how the heck do you receive messages from these beings who cannot be heard or seen? Does anyone give instructions on how to do this?

Getting in touch with your higher self requires a still frame of mind. Meditation is the best way to stop the mindless chatter within your head when you are quiet. It quietens the mind and the chatter which tells you who you are and what you can and can’t do and be and takes you straight to the quiet and calm which is your Higher Self. Start meditating by just focusing on your breath. How do focus on your breath? Simply breathe in on a count of 4, immediately followed by breathing out on a count of three. Do this count of breathing in and out repeatedly. By breathing according to  this repeated count, your mind will become focused and still.

Remember…your higher self is inside of you, so…don’t be afraid to talk with yourself. If you can find a secluded spot…have a verbal discussion with yourself as this is great for opening doors within you! You might be surprised by the thoughts that begin to stream into your mind!

Dear Higher Expression of my SELF, I felt you were telling me something during my meditation. Can you assist me to put your message into words?

Of course Suzille,

We are happy to assist you, for we are YOU. Do you remember your reality as an Arcturian? You have often written as though we are above you in some manner, but we want you to remember that we are WITHIN you. Above and below are third dimensional terms based on space/time.

Our reality is multidimensional and based on the time being NOW and the space being HERE. Therefore, you do not need to go up, down or even in or out. You simple need to BE Aware of your true Multidimensional SELF. When you are aware of your constant connection with “All That Is” you are “HERE and NOW.”

Allow your thoughts to travel within to find your Multidimensional Mind, not above you but within the core of your brain. Allow your emotions to travel within your heart to remember that your emotions are not within your aura, but within your core. When you remember that ALL your thoughts and emotions arise from within your core, you realize that you can only respond to your self.

Your 3D brain puts your thoughts and emotions outside of your core so that they appear as “not you.” Because of this misplacement, our ones wearing earth vessels often feel as though their thoughts and emotions arise as a response to something or someone outside of them. If YOU are the creator of your reality, which indeed you are, how could the tools of your creations (thoughts and emotions) originate from outside of YOU.

Once you take full responsibility for the fact that every thought and emotion that appears to originate from “some one else” is simply a reflection of what is occurring from with in you, you have re-gained Mastery over your energy field. Conversely, as long as you allow your self to “react to” rather than “take ownership of” every thought and emotion you are functioning form your earth vessel rather than from your Multidimensional SELF.

We know what a huge shift in consciousness it requires to take FULL responsibility for every thought and every emotion that is registered by your consciousness. However, once you have remembered that innate knowing, you are well on your return to mastery. We say, “return to mastery,” for all of you are ascended beings who have volunteered to wear an earth vessel to assist Gaia. You may think you have come to assist humanity, which is true.

However, once Gaia ascends beyond Her 3D Matrix, she will be able to offer humanity a reality based completely on light and love. Conversely, the only reason why Gaia has not completed her ascension process is because of humanity. All the other kingdoms of her world, plant, animal, insect, mineral, etc. are cleared and ready for “take off.”

You see humanity’s experiment of separation from the conscious perception of SELF did not go well. Once humanity separated from the conscious connection with their higher expressions of their SELF, many “power over others” beings, mostly the Draconians, slipped into human forms and tainted the experiment.

The experiment of life on a polarized world was to be a training ground to expedite the process of moving through the different expressions of multidimensionality. If one lived in a reality based on the perception that polarities were separate, could they remember that there is always an energy field connecting the polarities?

Once that energy field is common knowledge, you are no longer trapped in the “dark” or far above in the “light.” Instead, the light and the dark are merely states of consciousness that ALL beings experience. And “where” do you feel these experiences? Have you placed them outside of you where you feel safer and where they are NOT you?

Conversely, have you discovered that you are NOT the reactor to your reality but the creator of your reality? If you are the creator of your reality, then your experience of life does not stem from OUTSIDE of your earth vessel. No, if you are the creator of your reality, your experiences must arise from INSIDE of you.

But, which of the myriad versions of even your physical “you” is the source of that inner creation? In other words, which frequency of YOU have you assigned to be the creator of your reality? Did you assign that creation to your 3D, 4D or 5D and beyond expression of SELF?

You are a great multidimensional being who resonates all the way from Source to flow into myriad realities on myriad dimensions. But where is the Source, and where are all these dimensions? Yes, you are beginning to understand us now. They, All In All, are inside of you. YOU are a portal through which the energy fields of multidimensional light and unconditional love flow from Source to Gaia and back again.

Did you ever realize how very important you are? Even when you are standing still, sleeping, driving in traffic, paying your billings, arguing with a loved one, walking in nature, swimming in the ocean, looking up at the sky, YOU are a living portal of light. In fact, every person, place, situation and thing serves as a portal through which the multidimensional light of the ONE can flow in order to experience creation.

Now are you beginning to understand your great importance? Are you able now to realize that your earth vessel is merely a package for the energy field that is YOU? This package was created from the elements of the environment in which you created your body. You have practiced for myriad lives, known to us as missions, on countless frequencies of reality during many timelines to BE a “portal of light.”

You began being a portal on the higher dimensions where there was no resistance. Then, ready or not, Gaia put out here SOS. You came in answer to Gaia’s call during the fall of Atlantis to assist Her from falling off Her axis. Once you entered Earth’s time, you could incarnate in any timeline, even those that appeared to your physical perception to be “before Atlantis.”

When and where did you forget your SELF? In the same manner that one may go back in time to trace their steps in order to find a lost item, we ask you to go back in time to find the NOW in which you forgot your SELF?

You were all born with that memory, but 3D life has a way of forcing you to forget your SELF so that you can survive the rigors of life on a third dimensional planet. First go back into your current incarnation into form to remember what and when you forgot.

You see, our beloved volunteers to assist Gaia, ALL of you came into your current incarnation with the knowing that YOU are a portal of light through which your multidimensional light could flow. ALL of you are multidimensional being who have anchor points all the way up the frequency trail from the physical world to Source.

The fact that you are multidimensional does not make your special, as every human is multidimensional. What makes you so very important is that YOU are remembering that you are a portal. You are becoming aware that you must anchor your portal into the planetary body of Gaia.

YOU are vital to Gaia because you are remembering that your Primary Mission is to open your portal and allow the multidimensional light and unconditional love from Source to flow through your core. As this light and love flows through you, please remember to ground it in the body of Gaia.

If you do not ground this immense energy field it will be too intense for your earth vessel, and you could short-circuit systems that are important for the survival of your physical body. After you have grounded this energy field, it is vital that you open the portals of your chakras to share the light.

Your human vessel is not meant to hold this energy field, but to share it.

If you do not open your chakra portals and share this energy field, you will create a feedback loop within your vessel that will damage it. Remember your vessel is created from the frequency of third/fourth dimensional planet. On the other hand, YOU are created from the Light of Source. This light is not meant to be static, but must infinitely flow within the NOW of the ONE.

It is this “holding in the light” that causes many of humanity illnesses and diseases. Your earth vessel is merely a form of clay and cannot resonate to your true frequency, except for within your core.

Within the core of your spinal cord and brain, your seemingly inactive kundalini/light silently goes about your mission of allowing the multidimensional light and unconditional love:

  • To flow into your pineal gland
  • Through your physical form to be grounded in Gaia
  • And out through your windows of light—your chakras.

If you are receiving this transmission, you have volunteered for this mission. The problem that our wonderful volunteers have faced is the problem of forgetfulness. You see, the third/fourth dimensional brain can only remember energy fields that resonate to the frequencies of the third and fourth dimension.

Furthermore, our volunteers are very busy simply surviving in a reality in which darkness reigns. Within your 3D reality, those who follow the doctrines of “power over others” are often victorious over those who follow the principles of “power within.” This situation began when the Draconians finally lost the Galactic War and many of them migrated to Earth.

Since dinosaurs were amongst the very early inhabitants of Earth, their Draconian descendants saw Earth as “their” planet. Since the power-over-other carnivore, dinosaurs often ruled, they believed that they had the right to rule over your NOW. These Dracs in human clothing have especially dominated your reality during the previous 2,000 years of the Kali Yuga, which recently concluded.

However, your tender, sweet souls suffered greatly during those times, and even now, many of you have forgotten your SELF. Fortunately, more and more of you, our volunteers, are awakening to your SELF every day. Upon your first awakening you are much like an infant who cannot remember that you are a portal of light.

Therefore, we ask all of our awakened ones to:

  • Plug your light portal into the planetary body of Gaia,
  • Connect with the antennae of your Multidimensional SELF,
  • And transmit your light and love out through the portals of your chakras.

Then, we ask that you project your innate multidimensional light and unconditional love out from the chakras of your human vessel and into the chakras of Gaia’s planetary vessel. We suggest that you also share your gift of light and love with Gaia’s earth (planetary body), air (atmosphere), fire (core) and water (oceans, rivers and lakes).

It is through this deep merging of your human chakras and elements with Gaia’s planetary chakras and elements that you provide the deepest and most immediate assistance to Earth. We shall return to share more information about Gaia’s chakra system.

We the Arcturians are grateful for your service, as is Gaia.

My dear human portals, I am Gaia.

I wish to tell you that I am infinitely grateful for your service. My “primitive” societies instinctively knew that we, person and planet, were ONE being. However, since the corruption and eventually destruction of Atlantis, many of my humans became detached from my life essence and began to perceive me as a “thing,” “a large rock” on which other things grew and/or lived.

Fortunately, many of my early inhabitants managed to survive and still know me as their Mother. Also, those who lovingly work the land or live off the waters know that I am an alive being with intentions and emotions similar to theirs. Unfortunately, many have tried to conquer others so that they could steal my land and own my waters.

Since they had no love within them, they had no love for their Mother Earth. In their grasp for meaningless power-over others, they destroyed untold members of my biosphere, even reaching up into my fourth dimensional worlds. Once their destructive manner invaded my fourth dimensional realities, the Galactic Federation of Light was given permission to directly assist me.

Before that moment, the Federation could not assist me, as I had foolishly chosen to be a “freewill planet.” I had no idea how destructive that freewill would become. Fortunately, humanity is my only inhabitants who “spoil their nest” and damage the very planet that allows them the experience of being a third-dimensional human.

Now, that the Galactics and Celestials are answering my call by making the great sacrifice of wearing a human vessel, I see that there is hope for my survival. My planetary body has faced possible destruction more time than humanity knows. You, the humans who were meant to be my protector, have also been invaded by the darkness.

My beloved humans, I can NOW lovingly tell you that the long, dark night is transmuting into the dawn of a new planetary “day.”

Wow! Ever feel like you are not really from here? I mean, not really from earth…or at least not like too many other earthlings? Ever yearn for something…but don’t know exactly what that something is? Does the mindless shatter and shenanigans of others you know bore you? There may be a reason for this and Suzanne Lie writes about this situation today.

Many of us, me included, do not “know” in complete detail exactly what our mission is here on Earth at this time. Yeah…we are here to help bring in the Light, but what exactly are the details? Please read this article by Dr. Lie and after reading this, meditate for a while. I rather imagine your heart strings may start humming and soon a thought will pop into your consciousness that may answer questions you have, or at least set you on a path where answers will come to you. Remember, synchronicity is your friend where the right things happen at the right time!

We are the Arcturian, speaking to you from the NOW of 1946,

We are in what is known as a “hospital” awaiting the birth of the female human that we will be over-lighting. The year is 1946 and Earth is in great danger again, and still. Gaia has put out another call to the Ashtar Command and the Galactic Federation to assist her. She needs some humans who can be a genetic combination of galactics and celestials to assist Her in the dangerous times ahead.

The testing and the droppings of atomic bombs have wounded Her body all the way into her fourth dimensional expression. It appears that the Draconians wearing human forms have lost this latest World War, but in reality they have infiltrated much of the Allied forces that appear to have won.

These forces have now gone underground, both literally via their many underground cities, and physically in that many Draconians have taken an earth vessel to disguise their true nature. To counteract this ruse, we of the Galactic Federation are contributing our genetics to certain humans who have volunteered for this Mission.

We will then over-light them throughout their lifetime. “We,” meaning the Arcturians, have joined our genetics with the Pleiadians, Antarians and Sirians from Sirius B, which is one of our Galactic Regional Centers. The contribution of this genetic combination will be implanted in our galactic family members who have volunteered to take a human vessel during this NOW.

The main area in which these decisions and actions are occurring are on the Arcturian Mothership. Our Mothership that has been over-lighting dear Gaia during the horrific destructions during World War I and II. From our Nowness on the Mothership we can see there are many possible realities in which Earth is destroyed by yet another World War. In fact, the seeds for this third world war are already planted.

We see that the Zeta Reticuli who have worked with the Nazi’s on their plan to create a “superior race” are about to shift their attention to the United States. The United States has taken many of the German masterminds into their scientific community. Also, the Draconians in human disguise who supported the Nazis during the first two world wars have shifted their interests to the United States.

From the Draconians perspective of the fourth dimension, they have been able to view the possible reality of their defeat during WWII and are already planning another world war, with their base in the United States.

Because the Draconians timeline is out of phase with third-dimensional Earth time, they are able to implant their genetic codes into many of the founding fathers of the United States. They have already taken over the Freemasons who have been the holders of the Atlantian technology and information since the Julius Caesar destroyed the great library in Alexandria, Egypt.

To combat what the Draconians have done, as well as what we see the United States will allow the Zetas to do, we have decided that we must implant much of our genetic material into humans who are being born from this NOW of 1946 and forward.

These humans will have a greater chance of receiving and activating the 97% ascension genes that have been turned-off in humanity until the fifth dimensional light can activate them. The ones who are born just after WWII will be mature adults during the possible timelines of Gaia’s ascension.

Therefore, we are contributing our genetic material, as well as our constant higher guidance, to as many of these humans as possible. In this manner, we anticipate that some of them will be able to remain in some degree of contact with their higher expressions of SELF. We also hope that this multidimensional contact will assist them to remember to accept the higher light into their consciousness so that it can activate their 97% Galactic DNA.

Those humans will have the ability to remember their true, multidimensional nature will be able to communicate with their Pleiadian, Sirian and Arcturian higher expressions of their Multidimensional SELF. Since these galactic beings were amongst the ones who initially seeded the human race, we have been chosen to assist Gaia by assisting her people.

From our location in the fifth dimensional NOW we can see all possible “future” realities. Therefore, we know that even though Gaia’s plans for planetary ascension have been greatly disrupted by the Draconian humans, stemming from this 1946 timeline there is still a possible reality in which Gaia does, indeed, ascend.

Therefore, we have decided to genetically upgrade certain members of the human race. We are hoping that this upgrade, as well as our constant over-lighting of these volunteers, will create a support system for Gaia’s plan to transmute Her third-dimensional shell back into Her true fifth-dimensional Light Planet.

As we look forward to that impending “time” of 2014 and beyond, we see a strong possible reality in which enough humans can transmute their third-dimensional physical body into their fifth-dimensional Light Body. We know that Gaia will be ready, Her minerals, plants and animals will be ready, but many humans will still be trapped in the darkness of 3D illusion. It is for this reason that we have decided to contribute our genetics and constant guidance.

Oh! We sense that the physical being we are over-lighting is about to be born, but there appears to be a problem. We will need to over-light her from within the surgery room. In this timeline the mother is often put to sleep so she does not suffer the pain of delivery. However, the labor has been long and the mother cannot assist in the birthing process while she is unconscious.

Immediately, we are in the surgery room. We see the Lightbody of the one soon to be born hovering over the mother’s inert body. We will have to enter her physical form while in utero, or she will not survive. Thus, we send a fragment of our collective SELF into the mother, then into the unborn babe.

The mother is awake to her physical form, which allows her to perceive our assistance from her etheric self. In this manner, we are able to assist with the delivery. However, the mother has been under the ether too long, and her life signs alarm the doctor and nurses. Hence, the newborn is somewhat abandoned on metal weighing table while everyone tends to the mother.

This moment of abandonment will be replayed in her psyche until her full awakening. On the other hand, being a newborn, she is able to perceive our energy field, which is lovingly encompassing her while the others tend to the mother. This early merging of consciousness, which appeared to occur as a “mistake,” will actually assist her perceptions us throughout her life.

It is in this manner that we, her higher expressions of SELF, remember the density and chaos of the third dimension. Just as she and the others who have volunteered for this assignment will greatly benefit from our guidance, we will learn through them how best to guide humanity.

All of those who volunteered to take this “away mission” will be wearing an earth vessel that has been seeding with galactic DNA. We are hopeful that this higher dimensional DNA will assist them to activate and merge with the higher expressions of their Multidimensional SELF at an early age. The difficult component for our volunteers will be the great loneliness for “Home” that they will suffer.

We move forward now into the timeline from the 1950’s through the early 1990’s in which the Zeta Reticuli are using human DNA to augment their own over-replicated DNA. Since they lost their long war with the Draconians, they have been working with the Dracs to infiltrate humans in the United States. Since Germany had lost the war, they came to the United States, as it was the most powerful and wealthy country at the close of WWII.

Because of their long war with the Draconians, as well as their own mistreatment of the planetary surface, the Zeta’s needed to retreat into the inner caverns of their planet. Unfortunately, before they realized it they had sterile and had to replicate themselves via cloning. Since they cloned out emotions, they were unaware of the fear they induced in their human subjects.

The Zetas, along with their Draconian companions, came to Earth to take DNA samples from their abductees. They were especially interested in the humans who had volunteered to be our “away team to Earth” because they were holding a constant genetic connection with us, the members of the Galactic Federation.

Since the United States had already been long infiltrated by their friends the Draconians, they were willing to hand over many of their humans in exchange for advanced technology. This technology was kept by the Illuminati, Draconian humans, and never shared with the masses of the people.

The “away team” of our galactics and celestials in human vessels has had to silently know what could not be discussed for many decades. They knew the truth of what was occurring because we told them. We told them everything in their dreams and meditations and guided them toward information when we saw they were ready.

Many of our away team felt different, isolated and alone with an inner secret that they did not totally understand and would not dare share with any one. Therefore, they became lonely, depressed and often went “off into their imagination.”

However, when others thought they were just “day dreaming,” they were actually communicating with us. Unfortunately, once their consciousness returned to 3D life, they usually forgot what had occurred in their higher dimensional selves.

With that brief history lesson, we the Arcturians, return to your NOW of full awakening. Due to all that we have described, many of our away team forgot to remember their higher dimensional expressions. They, you, were often haunted by dreams and imaginations, which were actually reality. However, the brainwashing of the third dimension was much worse than we had predicted.

Therefore, many members of our away team in human form forgot about the higher expressions of their Multidimensional SELF that actually connected them to the Home for which they so longed. Some of our away team was primarily associated with the celestial, angelic kingdom. On the other hand, some of them were primarily associated with the members of the Galactic Federation and/or Ashtar Command.

Thus, some of you have more “angelic traits” and others have more “galactic traits.” However, once your awareness expands into your higher fourth and fifth dimensional expressions of your Multidimensional SELF, you reality will become increasingly based on unity with all life. Then the “difference” between angelic and galactic will merge into the true unity of the ONE.

In the higher dimensions, Angels, Galactic Federation members, Ascended Masters and Elohim, who are builders and holders of form, all merge into the ONE of the NOW. Then, as your consciousness increasingly merges with the higher expressions of your Multidimensional SELF, your human graduation from third-dimensional individual consciousness will transmute into the higher dimensional unity consciousness with all life.

We, your higher dimensional expressions, are HERE in the ever-present NOW to merge with our courageous representatives on Earth. We see that all of you have suffered much, but have not given up on your own inner directives. We commend you all for somehow remembering us, who are higher expressions of your SELF, in spite of the immense third dimensional campaign to force you all to live in fear and follow that which is outside of you.

YOU, our beloved volunteers who have chosen to wear an earth vessel during this time of great personal and planetary transmutation, are ALWAYS with us. We are with you and observe how even when you are tired, frightened or angry you carry on. Somehow, you have remembered to remember your SELF.

Because of your courage and tenacity, we can openly communicate with you in your NOW. We thank you for remembering your true, Multidimensional SELF and lovingly commend you on your great sacrifice and courage. Despite all barriers that you confront, we see that you are still able to hear our call to action!

Remember that WE are YOU, NOW!
