Dr. Suzanne Lie has put out a really neat video that you might like to listen to. This video is actually a channelling from the Arturians speaking about humanity moving out of our 3D environment into a light body of higher dimension.

I enjoyed listening to this recording very much as I have experienced moving into what I perceive as 5D for just a moment in this time and really liked the advice to contact your higher self in the morning before starting you day in this 3D environment.
