Your soul is burning with need to expand. How to allow it? Be your best self. Push forward in every moment and do your absolute best. It may not always work the way you hoped, that’s why we can get back up and keep walking – maybe even run or fly.

You need to let go to allow the flow of love to break free in each moment. Being in your true essence is not difficult and doesnt have to be complicated. In fact it can be as easy as choosing love. This is the trigger for many people. They dont wish to choose love because they believe they are LESS than love when they are not. LOVE is an energy wrapping around everything. Who wants to see the universe as a dark prison? Everything is beautiful. This means that you are unconscious and not being willing to surface your suffering.

This needs to happen in order for the soul to reheart you of who you are. You are love. Your soul is pure perfection. When you look deep into someones eyes, you see their true essence, their unique frequency – a.k.a their SOUL. By being in your soul, you realize how wonderful everything really is. You also begin realizing how strong your soul essence is and firm in the mission that it came here to do. Your soul did not come here to quit. We are not designed to do that.

Its absolutely a wonder to see the best in everyone. Sometimes trippy, in a gold way. I would NEVER abandon mission or my soul, because in my heart and flaming soul i know i will always be grateful of my own divinity, growth, freedom and compassion.

Hello there. Sophia Love has written another post that asks us all a very important question…”Who Are You?”. This queston kind of culminates the essence of what humanity is being asked to consider as we find ourselves in these uncertain times..who ARE we, how do we want to BE?

Humanity, as a mass, has accepted what it has been taught, to “obey”, to fall into line with others, and to accept. But now, humanity sees that these tokens of our existence do not really work for us and the judgements which stem from these ideas of conformity do not leave us feeling any better of clearer about who we are.

Imagine yourself, just for a moment, as an unlimted BEing. Surround yourself with whatever you want and be in the location of your dreams in the circumstances you desire. How do these imaginings leave you? I imagine myself joining my twin flame in traveling all over this world, but in a state of total and complete love…for myself, love for this person, love for engaging in a delightful activity. When I stop and really think about this state of love…I AM in another dimension.

What is being considered now is this concept of ascension, which, by all reports, is just more of what you are right now. In that arena, it can be called expansion. (Thank you KK!) You aren’t going anywhere. No one is higher up or going up. Everyone is expanding in their authenticity, right where they are. Your authentic self is love.

You may be 16 or 66, blue eyed or black haired, tall or short, Plieadian or Lemurian and it doesn’t matter. Not now. Oh, it looks like it matters and each attribute will color your process. But that’s only cosmetic.

Within – it’s all love – becoming more so.

I imagine it means lots of adjusting. We are defined by our personalities and driven by our addictions. Love doesn’t care about those. Love is universally recognized while remaining undefinable. This, because love isn’t something you say or see or even do. It is your essence. Love is something you know. Love is who you are. And we all know who we are, deep down, beneath all the costuming and desires.

I don’t imagine we’ll lose our personalities. I imagine that it won’t be just our personalities walking around now. I see love walking around, once we’ve expanded enough to let it pop through.

This is so very exciting yet it won’t make headlines. And that’s okay. Headlines aren’t required; this expansion is recorded in our hearts.

I am. Today that expression includes deep contemplation around “more love”. What does it look like? What does it feel like? What does it sound like? What does it taste like? I keep wanting to call it “grown up” love yet that would be a misnomer. Love is every expression, and seen at each physical age.

Do you remember who you are? Perhaps with the expansion we can do away with reflections (and mirrors). Without “needing” another to mirror you – you will stand in full acceptance of your magnificence. This will occur without names or “others” to validate it for you. You will then stand free.

You are the one you’ve been waiting for.
