Dear Friends,

Once more I am forwarding extracts from a Kryon message, that I feel every soul will benefit from. It gives clear guidance as to how you should approach this new cycle to fully benefit from it. You are now virtually free from the attention and interference of the dark Ones, so grasp this opportunity with both hands with full assurance of success.

In view of the uplifting information now coming through Kryon’s messages, it seems apparent that from time to time more revelations will be made to assist our progress, so that we are aware of how much more is likely to be given us along with our new capabilities. Some information such as the following, is so important I feel it is vital that as many souls as possible have the opportunity to at least read what I consider to be the high points of this message. It is obvious that since 2012, we are in a totally new paradigm that is giving us freedom and the “permission” to progress at an unprecedented rate without fear, and with the full backing of those of the Light. I am sure most souls will welcome the opportunity to take their future progress into their own hands, knowing even so that their Guides are still there if help is needed. The New Age has now clearly taken off and it is up to us as individuals to take control of our future, as we determine which direction to go in and choose whatever we need to experience on our way to Ascension.

To make easier reading of the extracts, I have re-worded some small parts so that they flow together without losing the original intention or meaning.

Extracts from Kryon message “To Stop Aging of the Body”

“Sparks” as they are allowed to do so, are the things which prod you to find information, and it comes with intuition. There is a new paradigm not using tools of the old energy, and there is a new frequency that you can tune into, say “I will allow for new things to come in”. You are starting to have revelations, say” I can control my life and I do not need authority to say “Yes” or “No” to anything, or create a reality that is totally yours”. There is a confluence of energy that smooths things out. Say “I am free, I can control who I am, and stop the aging of my body, we are going to operate differently, and I am in control”. You are ageless and can stop the aging now, talk to your cellular structure. Understand you are the boss, you are in charge. There is no greater power on the planet than the consciousness of Humanity. You can drop your karma, as you have control over these type of things. Drop it completely, and say “I can control my own reality – and drop my karma”. God did not put here to suffer – there is no reason to recreate an old energy of suffering at all for you to move forward. God is love, God is inside you – suffering is man-made. You ask is it correct that we should suffer a little, No! and Innate will tell you, and Higher Self will tell you that suffering will be replaced by joy. They will tell you that it comes from an old energy. Say “No more suffering for me” and let your intuition tell you this. There is no reason to create an old energy of suffering at all for you to move forward as an old soul. Make a proclamation from this point on “I drop my karma, I am in control, I do not have any more karma that would create bad things occurring in old souls”. Are you starting to understand who is in control, you and your Higher Self are because you both guide the Sparks, and give it your the permission and the awareness to start changing your reality. There are those that said that only God can do that, and I will agree. Saying “You are God” that is blasphemous, yet today a new energy is going to be the common mantra of old souls say “Inside me is a piece of the Creator that is eternal and that is what I follow – the God inside, and that is pure and everything I have. I control with the intent to listen to that voice and be that thing that I know is in line with the Creative Source, which is in me and talks to me, and that is why I am not going to age much anymore, because I removed the karma, and I am in control”.

The spark of the Revelation of Family – the Spiritual Family is pure and forever, and may not be in your Biological Family. I want you to get up and find it, because it will change your life, it will smooth things over, it will create benevolence in your control of your own life because you have family who knows you and loves you, and follows the Creative Source inside them too, and you could look at that family member and see the God inside them and acknowledge it in you. That is the family and if you are lucky enough to have that in a biological family, you are so fortunate and it is not an accident, they were brought here for that so that they would know that their Mother or their Father, or Sisters and Brothers have something and they would be motivated to go find it in you and there they sit. Old souls do not necessarily come in with old souls. You are starting to take charge of the Light, and are ready to move forward and strike the Light with the Spark, and know it can control everything about you. Say “Dear Akash, Dear Higher Self, Dear Innate, Dear Corporeal Structure listen, there is no fear of enlightenment in me, because now I am in an energy that supports me instead of one that was against me, the fear belongs to the old energy, not this energy. – I am free”.

Thank you for taking the time to read these extracts, and of course the full message will enlarge on some aspects of it. At any given time I always add to my personal list the very best of Kryon’s messages, so you are welcome to request a copy. Kryon is a prolific speaker through Lee Carroll, and whilst on tour it is hard to keep up with the number of great messages coming through him.

Know that since we passed the Marker of 2012 we have effectively put the future into our own hands, having much more say in not just how we progress, but also how quickly it takes place. The Sphere Alliance are already stationed in our Solar System and now permitted to draw even closer and directly oversee our progress. They will ensure that the choices we make are upheld, and will not allow other groups or entities to interfere with or change the outcome of events. We have the golden opportunity to set up the future in a way that we find acceptable, and to fulfil our own desires.

Without a doubt major changes are beginning to take place on Earth, and we will see that they are positive and to be welcomed. The new energies will bring about changes that cannot be prevented, and they will take us into the “Promised Land”

Mike Quinsey ~ Trials and Tribulations of the Old Cycle Will Not Return ~ Feb. 24, 2018

The future is in the hands of every soul, whilst some will project specific changes that they would welcome, others simply wish for the better without necessarily being specific. The net result is that as a Human collective you will determine what the future holds for you. You have already been informed of new advancements that have in the meantime been developed and simply await the right time to be introduced. Be aware that there will always be those who try to hold onto the old ways, so be assured that progress cannot be stopped. You are in a new cycle and with it will come many changes that will affect various aspects of life. The trials and tribulations of the old cycle will not return, and you have everything to gain that will lift up the quality of your lives. You had effectively been kept in a time warp and denied many improvements that you have since become aware of, that cannot be denied you for much longer.

However, no real progress will be made until specific changes take place concerning certain people and the positions they hold in authority. Things cannot move on whilst those that have a different agenda cling to the old paradigm, and if necessary enforced changes will have to take place. To that end the Light workers have been removing many of the dark Ones to make the changes easier, but it is those who command authority in high places that are harder to remove. However, progress is being made and the most important changes will take place in due course. Nothing can stop the vibrations from continuing to rise up, and these are affecting the whole Human Race, that is gradually leaving the old ways behind. In time, anything or anyone holding on to the old lower vibrations will have to change or be moved to another path that reflects their level of evolution.

Slowly but surely your friends from other dimensions will now be able to visit you, whereas previously most of them were stopped so as to not “interfere” with your evolution. Again, because you have progressed beyond 2012 you have proved that many of you are ready to meet them. You have already been given information regarding your mentors – the Pleiadians and they too will meet you as and when it is appropriate. You are entitled to start feeling excited at the thought of what is being lined up for you to experience. It should make all of your previous experiences well worthwhile.

As Human Beings you have much more to learn about yourselves, because you are immortal Beings having had hundreds of lives, yet shielded from knowing about them so that you could concentrate on the challenges before you. You took on an important one that meant you had to rise up into the Light, from a position where you were in a lower vibration. Sufficient of you were successful, so much so that the marker of 2012 was passed. Relatively speaking, the few have exceeded expectations and all have benefitted from it. You really cannot yet comprehend what a wonderful, even amazing achievement it was, after previous cycles when you were unsuccessful. You can feel elated because you now have an easier path that will be full of wonderful surprises.

So what should you do in the meantime, and the answer is to firmly set your sights on Ascension, and ignore the distractions of the remaining dark Ones as their power is diminishing all of the time. You are now heading for the greater Light that in your perception is changing in a way that will be wonderfully acceptable and uplifting. Times will become joyful events as the darkness disappears all together, and you exist in a glorious Light and you will feel the love it emanates. By then you should also have a closer link with Higher Beings of Light who will help you reach the next stage in your evolution. You will always be experiencing and learning of new things, so that one day they will make you an entirely independent Galactic Being.

Knowing that happiness and joy beckon it will give you the strength to see yourself through the remaining days, until you will be lifted up. Your future will be so different to what you are presently familiar with that in some ways it is almost impossible to describe. To have perfect health, a body that does not age, to create for your own needs, and be relatively free to move around by the power of thought, must sound a very attractive idea. Think big and the more you do so, the quicker you will reach that level of existence. Encased in the cocoon of lower vibrations you rarely sensed your true potential, yet many felt that there was a lot more to life than they were experiencing. You are now in a position to increase your awareness and understanding as your consciousness grows with your ever increasing vibrations.

You have an incredible potential to be whatever you wish, and there need be no limit to your ambition. You are becoming free from earlier life plans that were needed to enable you to rise up out of the lower vibrations. However, you will still be able to get guidance from those who could tell you what would be the most sensible and rewarding path for you to take. Now you have evolved into the higher levels, you will have more freewill to choose which path to take. Through your achievements you have gained the trust of those around you and more of them will be now able to openly contact you. It will help speed up your evolution, and you will have a much better idea of which direction you wish to go in. With the helpful advice of your Guides, you can be sure that you will find the right choice for this particular time.

Things on Earth at present do appear to be in a muddle with no clear sign of which direction Humanity is going in, yet behind the scenes there are those who have the power to mould the future. At all times great Beings oversee Humanities progress and ensure that karmic reasons apart, you do follow a path that furthers your evolution. Clearly you do have an input but in acknowledging the guidance of those who can see the greater picture, you will almost certainly follow their advice. In fact at all stages of your development you have help and advice, and are never left without someone to turn to if you need help.

Time continues to slowly change as the new cycle unfolds, and pulls away from that which is of the old energy. People that are unaware of reason for what is happening feel unsettled, and the future is just waiting to be revealed that should leave people in no doubt that New Age has truly commenced. The dark Ones are losing power rapidly but will fight until the last hour when they may capitulate. Certainly they are being severely weakened by the continuing arrest of their minions. Because of the nature of what is being done in relative secrecy, it is difficult to get updates on the progress being made, but it is clearly diminishing the power of the dark Ones.

Things you are involved in connected with bringing the New Age, move along very slowly on the Earth, yet the net result is that you are beginning to bring the changes about. Human thoughts are now more inclined to seek a peaceful path, having tired of the continual threats of war and confrontations. No sooner do you overcome one problem then another arises, and in part it is a legacy of previous actions by the dark Ones. Their set-up is still active but is diminishing with time, and is becoming fragmented. They certainly do not command the power they had previously, but have established underground bases that are very active. They will continue until their funds run out as “war” can obviously be a very expansive venture. So, do not despair; the future is predictable, and will fall in place with the changes that are lined up to come out.

 

There is no going back to how things were before 2012, as you are already making progress in the new vibrations that are lifting Humanity up. The future is Golden, and it matters not which side of the veil you are on. The whole Galaxy is on the move into an area in space that will be new to you. It will be most welcome and enable you to live a very satisfying life far beyond anything you might have imagined. Although you may not grasp the magnitude of what is happening, as the future unfolds you will be both amazed and delighted at the path that is laid out before you. In relatively short time life will be unrecognizable when compared to now, and you will be more than satisfied with the degree of upliftment that you will experience. Some souls will cling to what they are familiar with and be reluctant to change, and that is accepted as you are on a freewill planet.

 

Be assured that although there is a future mapped out for you, it is how you get there that is in your hands. The more quickly you collectively lift up your vibrations, the quicker you will move out of the lower ones and all of the negativity that it carries. You are far more responsible for how things work out than is apparent to you. So each individual is encouraged to keep focused on the Light, and do not be distracted by whatever happen around you. Indeed your presence has much more value than you probably think, and when sufficient of you come together your power is increased to much higher levels. So never feel that your contribution is too small or inadequate, as you wield much more power than you think you do. As time passes even you will note how much more you are able to achieve working with the Light.

 

You can use it in a Universal manner, or for individuals that you may wish to send healing for. You need only find a quiet place to relax and meditate to prepare yourself to send out healing energies. It happens virtually automatically where you find yourselves in a loving and peaceful situation and share those feelings with other souls. There is the classic example of the Mother who comforts her child when it is upset, by showing her love for it. Words have power, which is why the sooner you drop making negative comments, the quicker you will make progress in your evolution. Also be careful what you wish upon another soul, as it will have a habit of coming back to you. It will be hard to suddenly change the way you think, when you give energy to the words you speak, but even being aware is a step along the path of changes that will need to be made.

 

The Earth is the only planet of freewill in the Galaxy, and that must make you wonder how you can live in a situation where you do not have it. Look at it this way, you are on the path of evolution and at the level you are presently on it allows you freewill in a way that teaches you how to raise your vibrations. When you reach that point where your ego has to take a back seat instead of having an emphasis on self, you will start to feel yourself as a part of the whole instead of an individual. Having reached that point you would become at One with God, yes with your Godself. In expressing love for all souls, with no exceptions, you live your life accordingly and have no need whatsoever to exert power to still be an individual. You do not lose your individuality as such and continue to evolve and will have reached a higher level, and ultimately become a Galactic Being.

 

Everything you need will be yours through your power of thought, and you will follow a new path as your Pleiadian forefathers have already done, and now nurture you as you return to the higher vibrations. You had been purposefully left to make your own way out of the lower vibrations, and having made a momentous advancement by passing the 2012 marker, the situation has changed. Help will be yours as and when it is necessary, so call upon your Guides and even Galactic friends when necessary, and help will be at hand.

 

Prior to the start of this new cycle you were held in the lower vibrations, and help was given in accordance with your level of understanding. Now however you have already started to raise your vibrations and will continue to do so. It allows you the advantage of being able to speed up your evolution, and with it receive more help from outside. Indeed you will be given more than previously because your level of consciousness has increased. Those of you who are ready to receive the higher knowledge must not be held back any longer, and you will be given every opportunity to advance yourselves much more quickly than previously. It is most important that you keep an open mind and accept new information that may be somewhat different to what you have previously understood to be the truth. Understand that your present levels of consciousness are the measure by which new information can be given to you. There is clearly a right time to give you more, but also avoid overloading you at any one time.

 

You still have freewill but please leave the old teachings behind, as they have well served their purpose in giving you the experiences you needed to evolve out of the lower dimension. The hard work you put in is now being followed by an easier cycle, where eventually only the Light will exist. Gone will be the lower energies and anything associated with them, instead you have a glorious future ahead of you and become a master of your own energies and use them for all your needs. You can take great credit for having lifted yourselves out of the lower vibrations, and you will not return to them again. Be careful with the thoughts you send out by ensuring they are of the Light. Think big as you create your higher pathway, and know that in the course of time there will be nothing that will be beyond your creative abilities. At the present time it is wise to keep focused on your positive visions for the future, as Humanity collectively will be projecting their desires as to what it will hold for you.

Mike Quinsey ~ Reaching the Level of a Cosmic Being ~ Feb. 9, 2018

As time progresses you should be aware that you are creating a new life for yourself. You are slowly beginning to discover the real you, a Being of magnificence and inner beauty. You are beginning to understand that “judgement” is something that you must overcome if you are to finally reach the level of a Cosmic Being. Truthfully no soul is in a position to judge another one, and will rarely if ever understand or be aware of their background that has led to their need for certain experiences. It is all planned in advance and covers lessons that need to be learnt to continue evolving.

Be assured that although you seem to be the “victim” of circumstances beyond your control, nothing of any importance really happens by chance. Your necessary life experiences are planned before you incarnate and your Guides help ensure that at the appropriate time they take place. They also do their best to keep you away from unplanned experiences that may incur more karma, but even so your freewill is paramount and respected. You could say that your Guides are the unsung and often unacknowledged heroes in your life, determined to do all they can to keep you to your life plan. They are equally keen to help where there are lessons to be learnt, so that you do not have to go through the same experience again.

You might ask what the benefit is to you assuming you have a successful life where your karmic responsibilities are concerned. Your immediate gain is that you should not expect to have to go through the same experiences again. That means you have moved up the ladder and your vibrations will have increased. You will have taken a step closer to your goal that is to achieve Ascension. The journey is very trying, and your challenge when you started out was to progress out of the lower vibrations, with little knowledge if any of your true self. However, now that Humanity has passed the marker, the truth of who you really are will become apparent. The vibrations are rising up and as they do so you will begin to leave the lower ones behind. At the same time you will become aware of your true self and understand where you are heading. Everything you do to make good progress will prove to be very worthwhile in the long run.

In reality you have gone through your present experiences previously, and have accepted your present situation in the interests of others who are still learning about duality and unaware of its purpose where their evolution is concerned. You who are the older souls have leading roles to play, and well equipped to help others along their life path. Where a soul is awakening and needs guidance, they will find you when it is in their interests. The likelihood is that you may have already helped many souls who are already on the path to understanding their reason for being on Earth. Sometimes such souls are attracted to you by your light even if they cannot actually see it, but they “feel” it. Their Guides may also be playing a part in setting up such situations, as even if they are unaware of it they can be influenced to take whatever action is necessary for their experience.

Progress will seem slow as matters are sorted out to bring peace to Earth. In time it will become apparent that major changes are underway and the quality of life lifted up. Even the early changes will be an indication of what is to come, and it will be seen that a major step forward is being taken to bring the New Age fully into being. The plans are already being implemented and much is ready to go ahead when the signal is given. So do not waver at this point in the changes as much happens without your knowledge. Matters have been under control for quite some time now, and every effort is to ensure that when the right time arrives the many projects can immediately go ahead. You will be pleasantly surprised as to how much has been prepared in advance, so keep your vision upon the future knowing that nothing can stop it from manifesting as predicted. It has been predestined and will go far beyond your present imagination, and what you have been told to expect.

It has taken some time to get things underway, but now you should start getting news of developments that are the commencement of New Age projects. The details may be held back, but given time it will gradually become safe to release more information. Behind the scenes the plan to remove the dark Ones is still going ahead but is taking a considerable amount of time. Patience is called for and will be well rewarded in due course. The lack of real news is partly because it is being blocked and as usual you are left in the dark. However, it will reach a stage when all will be revealed, but little by little so as not to overwhelm those who have little or no knowledge of what is really taking place on your planet.

President Trump manages to remain in power and is living on borrowed time, but manages to bring about beneficial changes that would not otherwise have taken place. When it suits those who run matters they will get rid of him, and those who would like to see that lead to complete changes will get their way. Politics is a murky game and in the present circumstances a hotbed of activity. The dark Ones still believe that they have a say in what takes place, but an even greater powers than theirs has overall control. There is a plan that has long been prepared, that will ensure the foundation is laid that will allow positive changes to bring the New Age into being. You may rest assured that the timing will be right as the Forces of Light do not leave things to chance. There has been a plan in place for a very long time that is destined to bring you the results you have long awaited.

Those who monitor your progress can handle any situation that comes up, and by various means can arrange events so that they work out in line with the agreed plan for your Ascension. The time has arrived when you must begin to move forward, and leave behind the baggage that you may still carry from the old cycle. Every soul who wants to ascend and feels that they are ready can start anew in this cycle, and as long as they continue to raise their vibrations they can succeed. Treat all souls and situations with Universal Love and leave any form of judgement behind. It may sound difficult as it is quite different to what you have been used to doing previously, but with determination you can succeed.

Never lose sight of the fact that you have constant help, and are never left to tackle your challenges by yourself. Trust your intuition at all times, and normally the first thoughts that come into your head are usually the most important ones. Meditate for short periods as this will enable your Guides to draw closer to you and “speak” with you. Help is never far away and there are a number of ways that information can be directed to you.

Mike Quinsey ~ The Momentum is Building Up Which Will Hasten the First Changes ~ Feb. 2, 2018

The momentum is building up that will hasten the first changes, heralding the beginning of the introduction of new measures that will signal the New Age is really under way. There is an underlying sense of urgency so that the new can begin to replace the old that has now served its purpose, and is no longer suitable for peoples current needs. The old ways of confrontation will be replaced by the urge to move on and settle old issues in an amicable manner, without the use of force or threats of retaliation. Changes must come very soon and people will look up to the bigger powers to set a good example of peaceful co-operation.

Major decisions will be necessary to change the role of the armed forces, that will be looked upon as the peacekeepers of the future. Universal agreements will have to be made to run down the arms race and war activities must cease, and eventually will be unnecessary as all countries agree on a peaceful coexistence. It will take time to achieve but such changes, are coming, regardless of present feelings about the need to be prepared for warlike actions. The idea of war is in any event no longer an option, and those who harbour such thoughts will find that their attempts will be rejected and blocked.

Humanity has moved on from the days of old and realises that there is more to life than the continual wars that have filled your history books. The many lessons that needed to be learnt have long gone since you passed the marker, and it is time to reject anything that goes against the idea of peaceful cooperation. The warmongers will be gradually removed from their positons of authority and power, and new appointments will be made of people that are more suited to handle the welcome changes that will bring world peace. Be assured that the plans for changes will go ahead, and pave the way for a peaceful and settled society that can enjoy their new found freedom and happiness.

The sooner people realize that they have a wonderful opportunity to plan their own path to Ascension, the sooner they will benefit from the opportunities that are now waiting to be taken. The baggage that you carried with you from the last cycle is no longer a hindrance, and the path ahead is straight and uncomplicated. Set your sights upon your objective and head straight for Ascension. Let no one or anything else delay your progress, and be assured that as time passes the tasks you face will become easier. You simply cannot be affected by anyone else unless you allow it, so be determined to go all of the way with complete confidence. This New Age allows for others to help you on your way, and you will find that your Guides will come close to you should help be required. There is a parting of the ways with those of the dark Forces and it means that your progress will become easier with little or no difficulty, and those who would delay your progress will be unable to prevent your success.

Humanity has been patiently waiting for what should be the first of many beneficial changes. At present it covers revaluation of the currencies commencing with the Zim, and all appears to be ready and waiting for the signal to commence. The set-up has required some extensive arrangements that have been no mean task, as will the eventual changes that will be bring all together. Timing is of the essence as no mistakes can be allowed to occur, and each transaction must be fluid and above board. It will all be seen as well worth waiting for and as the first of many changes that will bring the New Age into your reality.

So much is lined up ready to propel you into a new era that you have been hearing about for quite a long time. Some still do not grasp the fact that war and all that is associated with such actions, is going to be gradually phased out as it has no place in the higher vibrations. Also the people have spoken and made the necessary changes that entitle them to live without the threat of war. As the vibrations continue to lift up so the negative actions will begin to cease. The all-powerful Light will however still continue to bring about changes where the vibrations have been at their lowest. Before long a point will be reached when the lower energies can no longer exist at the new level, and absolute peace will descend upon Earth.

Many people are still uncertain of where they stand and cling to that which is familiar. However, what is coming is so far removed from what you experience now, and in every respect will be a great advancement to what you are familiar with. Life will be made so much easier than it is now, inasmuch that you will not spend so much time providing for your daily needs, as you will have devices that create exactly what you need and that includes food items that you use on a daily basis. There is almost no limit to what you can “create” and that includes clothing and other essentials.

You will quickly become independent and consequently have so much more time for yourself and the pursuit of your interests. Travel will also be possible to anywhere in the world in next to no time by methods that are yet to be introduced. Much is being worked upon that will greatly uplift your quality of life, but perhaps you will put a longer life top of your list, as with the higher vibrations comes less in the way of aging until eventually it does not happen at all. Obviously not all of these changes will come overnight but you have so much to look forward to, as you are destined to become Galactic Beings.

Many of you are going all of the way to Ascension, and if it is your ambition project it as your strong belief and you will be helping to make it become your reality. The fact that the vibrations are continuing to lift up means you will also be doing the same, providing you maintain your focus upon your goal and do not allow anything negative to pull your vibrations down. It may sound like a hard challenge, but providing you keep to your task you will find yourself becoming stronger and more purposeful with comparative ease. Never lose sight of the fact that at all times you have your Guides in attendance who will do their best to keep you on track. They are always near to you so invite them to accompany you on your path to Ascension.

If you doubt your own ability to stay the course to Ascension, bear in that you have earnt this opportunity to ascend, and although some souls can do it in comparative isolation, the upliftment in vibrations that has taken place since 2012 is an opportunity for any soul to rise up. However you must apply yourself to the task and with help and firm intent there is no reason why you should not reach your goal. However, you cannot take others with you who have not sufficiently raised their vibrations. Stay positive and if you can also help others on the way, so be it.
