I think Q is addressing predictions of a big disclosure or unsealing of indictments today on 4/10/20.
Q has not specifically set dates as to when FISA indictments will be unsealed and when arrests will take place. It could be today, it could be next week, it could be a predictions that are not fulfilled lead to FakeNews mocking the Q movement.
