The Secret to Creating in the Fifth Dimension: Releasing ~ Feb. 28, 2018

Throughout our lives so far, we have gotten used to living, or surviving, with fear as a mechanism to protect ourselves against the world, courtesy of our egos. As we enter and begin to settle in the Fifth Dimension, one of the hardest parts of the acclimatization process is learning to let go.

This has become overused as a term since we are often told by spiritual guides to let go, to breathe, but this time it is more complex, and more rewarding. We have gotten used to being on our own, throughout the Third Dimension construct, but there has to be an elementary change that must take place: TRUST. This time we have a partner that merges with us to be part of a mechanism we now call Conscious Creation: the Universe.

In order to create we need to make two elementary changes. We need to learn to trust in the Source completely and to believe in our ability to create. Then, we need to learn to let go of all the things we cannot control, on a complete basis, to the Universe so that it can deal with this obsolete energy and discard it. The longer we hold onto it, the more we meddle with the energy that is supposed to come down and replace it and we stall the process, making it difficult for ourselves to be in acceptance of the abundance of waves that flush our bodies and our reality in this tumultuous and rewarding time. We are not creating alone. We are visualizers, we anticipate and create the reality that we wish for. We must learn to believe in this ability and to have full faith that after we release it the Universe will do its part. This is a complete partnership that relies of both sides to fully create.

We need to erase the past view of ourselves as physical bodies at the mercy of the dense world. We are infinite light beings existing in infinite dimensions with a loving Counterpart watching over us and rewarding our release of the past and the archaic.

We can never create fully until we have accepted that we are creators and that we now have a symbiotic relationship with the UNIVERSE, which is the physical manifestation of the Creator. Secondly, we must accept that, as opposed to all the lifetimes when we have been swallowed by fear and anger, this time around, two constants have changed: We are AWAKE, and we are NOT ALONE: We are LOVED. That is the most powerful tool for creating and understanding that manifestation is not only willing things into being. We have to tear down all the blockages of the past, the desire to rush things, the anticipation, the fear that we will not get what we want, the meddling of the ego, etc…

For example, in the past, one may have tried to create and things weren’t moving, so they started meddling, trying to accelerate the process, fear started creeping in, and the ego started dictating that either this was not meant to be, or that the person had to take more action. All these actions we lead by FEAR of not accomplishing this. There was no TRUST, no LOVE, and no RELEASE. This process was stifled repeatedly until the person gave up and let it go. After some inner changes, the situation would pop later having taken form. Unfortunately, it took a toll on said person and the fear remained.

This really doesn’t have to take place this way anymore. This is the first time we are fully awake in millennia. We are creating, we are revealing our true selves to ourselves, and we MUST stop being afraid and start trusting, in the process, in our power, in LOVE, and in our GUIDANCE and the UNIVERSE.

Let go completely and let your light find you again and take you where it needs to. Whatever you are enduring, the last layers of pain, fear, anger, it is all for the best and you really should not fear anything anymore. The light is here and it has started shining within you. Trust yourself, the process, be patient and know that you loved more than you can fathom. That is your mantra in the difficult moments.

Awakening 5D Healing

The energies are really whacked out at the moment. The Great Shift we have all just passed through has left everything a little bit topsy turvy. It’s all getting glitchy people, really glitchy. There is a lot of static in the atmosphere, wired up energies causing people to feel like elastic being pulled tighter and tighter. For others this energetic static can cause fuzziness, hazy, cotton wool head where staying on top of daily routines can be challenging. Think mercury retrograde ten fold. Expect delays, obstacles, cancellations, mix ups and general weirdness with appointments, arrangements and plans. Issues with technology can be a problem, stay calm and push through glitches with patience, to fret and feel angry will feed the interference. Stay patient with love shield up.

To expand our consciousness we let go of preconceived or preconditioned ideas of God, mortality, the cosmos and our inner soul being. This is a profoundly challenging transformation and one that can really take it’s toll on us. The world we live in is bending, it’s fluctuating, it’s rippling in front of our eyes. Dimensional slippage, being aware of alternate timelines either visually, telepathically or in lucid dream state, increases as we raise our internal cellular vibration. Time anomalies can occur. We become increasingly hyper awarene of the energy in everyday situations and interactions. We can feel overwhelmed one day and raring to go the next. Many people are reporting flipping between needing to sleep all the time to barely sleeping at all. Others are experiencing vivid dreams, astral travel, epiphanies and deep karmic release. We each upgrade at our own pace. We only get what we can handle. We can say stop at anytime to catch our breath and regroup.

The overhaul of our mind body spirit trinity being occurs at DNA level. Dormant strands embedded for future evolution are being activated by cosmic waves triggering gateways and portals releasing higher frequencies into our atmosphere. It all comes down to our breath. We breath in a very shallow way in the matrix. This keeps us vibrating at the lower end of the universal frequency spectrum. By lengthening and deepening our breath we are tuning up our cellular frequency. We are raising our vibration. This has a calming effect on our trinity system. Our heart rate slows down, our mind clears, our spirit wakes up. All in the breath. By breathing into our throat, chest and stomach we draw Gaia energy into our core, we release matrix static, stress and anxiety as we exhale. After practising and incorporating deep breathing into our daily lives we become able to draw this chi, this higher frequency energy, through breath, into our sacral and root chakras. This in turn activates release of denser karma and improves our ability to unplug from the matrix.

To breathe is to live. To breathe in the matrix is to keep our energetic system switched off. To deepen and lengthen our breath is to dial up to 5th dimension and beyond. Like dominoes, learning to breathe quantum, is part of a chain reaction of expanded unified consciousness. Seek out sound healing, meditation groups, slower yoga practises like kundilini and assana to aid this process.

Stay vigilant beautiful people, the energies are unsettled and rocky, this can lead to confusion and upset particularly for those still sleeping. The awareness that something is going on but being unable to identify what it is or resonate with it can be very disorientating. This can lead to aggression, bewilderment and unpredictability in people. Be circumspect when out and about. Be aware of your surroundings and stay grounded. Matrix deprogramming, DNA upgrades and energetic rewiring… it’s bound to get a bit woo at times. Remember to breathe people and we will be fine! Safe surfing, in light and love.

Greetings Dear Ones, I AM here to provide an update on the energies of September. There is so much going on behind the scenes for the mission of Ascension. The energies for this month is intensely feminine in nature. The celestial bodies are aligning with Virgo, to bring forth these energies onto the Planet. Emotions will run high during these moments, especially with the Piscean Full Moon. In addition, the eclipse energies of August will begin to permeate throughout the collective. It is a time of Harvest. Karmic Blessings will come forth to All those whom have chosen the Heart. The Energies of Virgo

Many of planets are transiting with Virgo, a highly feminine energy. The energies will bring forth unresolved emotions to the surface. One particular outlook that All must face, is the Full Embracement of the Divine Feminine. You will be faced with questions, such as:

Do you embrace the Divine Feminine within?

AM I looking outside of myself for Love?

Am I in Balanced Harmonics with the Divine Feminine & Masculine within?

Do I Honor the mission of Ascension to Mother Earth?

Do I Honor Being in Service to Mother Earth?

Do I embrace Our Beloved Mother, Great Spirit, The Holy Spirit, Prime Creator, Source, Mother of All Creation within my Heart and Soul?

Most of the collective are imbalanced energetically, putting the Masculine on a pedestal. This is due to the Patriarchal conditionings of society, cultures, religions and more. While The Father has the role of supporting Mother, however, it is Mother who allowed Humanity to be born on Her Womb and experience the miracles of physicality. If you have difficulty embracing this Truth, we suggest stepping outside in nature, and ask yourselves;

Who’s body do you Dwell on?

Who provides you with Nourishment?

Who provides the air you Breathe?

Who is the Source of your very Essence?

 The spiritual journey is about the inner healing of one’s Being, the balance of both the Divine Feminine and Masculine within, to flow solely from the Heart by dissolving the programmed ego mind. The Heart is God, as God is a feeling… a knowing of the Totality that you are the Essence of Love = God. Dear Ones, to deny the Love of God, the Holy Spirit, Prime Creator, Mother of All Creation, is to deny the God essence within you, and sever your connection to Source… your Divine Birthright. The mind and higher mind, blocks this connection, as it can never feel or know Love.

Season of Harvest and the Gathering

The initial energies of Harvest are upon you. This entails the release of Abundance Energies and Karmic Blessings to All those in service to Mother Earth, and fully embracing the Heart. These are such exciting moments. These energies were initialized by the August Eclipses, and are Now present in the form of Blessings and Lessons. Many on Earth have chosen lessons, and you see these energies come to fruition in Full Force, especially those responsible for thwarting the mission of Ascension, participation in Gaia’s & Humanity’s destruction and continuing the Old Paradigm. This also includes, all of their unconscious and conscious subordinates, as they too are energetically accountable.

New Earth projects will be initialized, as the Gathering has commenced. The Gathering is the unification of like hearted beings coming together to begin their specific missions and roles on Our Beloved Gaia. This will be an intense feeling from the Heart. A passion to come forth and be One with your Brothers & Sisters of the Love… to Be of Service to Mother Earth in Unity Consciousness. Your angels and guides will guide you from the Heart. Be aware of your dreams and synchronistic events, as they are your guide posts.

The abundance will vary on how it will be distributed. The key factor is consciousness. There are many events that have to transpire for the abundance to come forward. Divine Timing is always at work. We recommend staying focused within your hearts and let go of any expectation, as this blocks Universal Energies.

Being in the Heart, or Being in the Mind

Those flowing with the energies of Love, are experiencing high energies daily. It only get higher and better in these moments. Being in the flow of Love, you gain;

Constant synchronistic events,

Direct guidance from the angels and spiritual team,

Increased awareness,

Experience more Joy and Laughter,

Youthful Appearance,

Youthful Energy,

Heightened intuition,

Increased manifestation,

Witness miracles every moment

and much more. Even integrating energies becomes seamless. This is the experiences of Being in the Heart.

However, for those in the mind, these experiences are very much the opposite. These DeAscension symptoms can vary for everyone and will be experienced almost daily. Such experiences are as follows;

Feeling energetically sucked dry,

Extreme Dehydration,

Fatigue,

Lethargic,

Heart Palpitations,

Excessive Eating, especially sugar,

Aging bodily affects,

Headaches,

Migraines,

Vertigo,

Loss of Cognitive thinking,

Loss of motor skills,

Poor Listening skills,

Poor Perception,

And much more. The list of DeAscension symptoms can be very long. This occurs due to the mind trying to integrate higher consciousness energies and experienced a burn out effect. In simpler terms, the ego… the mind, is sucking the life force from you. It truth, it is the mind that ages humanity and is the root cause for disease. The same applies to the spiritual journey. The mind seeks more energy, either through excess foods, increase sugar intake or more commonly, through other people.  When it comes to our modern day society, there is no doubt that we are being told how to live and what our lives are supposed to look like. When we are born we have our parents imposing their ideas and beliefs onto us about what is right and what is wrong and then from there we are usually enrolled into the public school system. Here is where a lot of our natural, inherent creative abilities unfortunately come to die.

In many cases, the school system doesn’t celebrate gifts in the realm of art, music, poetry etc. Rather, the more logical analytical ways of knowledge are celebrated, such as math, science, and memorization. Sure, these are important gifts as well and they should be celebrated, but not all people fit into that mould. And then what happens to those gifts that are left untapped and never brought forward into our world for everyone to enjoy? Well, society wants us to believe that those gifts do not fit into our system and we can’t make a living by utilizing them. What a conundrum.

Madrid based animators, Daniel Martinez Lara and Rafa Cano Mendez showcased this issue perfectly by putting together this 7 minute short to teach us a lesson on what happens to your life when you allow your creative abilities and talents to be drowned out by the daily 9-5 grind.

This film also touches on parenthood and how important it is to let go of the idea of a desired outcome for your children and to let them figure out for themselves what it is they would like to do. Of course every parent wants the best for their children, but we have to remember what is our best is not necessarily the best for our children. We need to be able to recognize the level at which we are just succumbing to the pressures of society as well. At some point letting go and trusting can go a long way.

This critically acclaimed short film was made entirely with a type of software called Blender, an open-source 3D rendering program. It was dedicated “to our families, for helping us not to lose our color.” Without further adieu, here is the award-winning short film, Alike, enjoy!

It doesn’t take much to get the point across. This super simple film is both heart-warming and informative and I’m sure many of us can relate to both the child and the adult in this film on some level. Feeling restricted as a child with so many limitations on what is acceptable, then feeling so completely and utterly depleted as an adult.

We all need to remember not to get so caught up in getting ahead that we forget about what brings us joy and what makes us really come alive. People living in their highest joy, and following their bliss and passion is exactly what the world needs right now, so find out what makes you come alive and go do exactly that, and see how quickly your world transforms.

” The Pace Quickens ” ~ March 30, 2017


Dearest Hearts,

First, my deepest and most sincere love to you strong, powerful, loving beings that do not give up on yourself as you continue to work so diligently to carve out a more enlightened, more honest depiction of life and your relationship to it.

Certainly the month of March didn’t give us a pass to relax. The prices and prizes of evolution became more distinctively clear.

From the salt of the earth, to the star spangled skies, our souls, higher Self and every thing, thought, particle and being in between is consciously or unconsciously, and often piercingly, further helping each of us separate fact from fiction … either by contrast or harmony…to clarify and unify our truest nature and begin what may often appear as an unconventional new life.

In No Uncertain Terms

The pace and catalysts quicken this next month of April, punctuated by Easter and Passover. Ripe for potential and rich with opportunity there will not be a slow down, though more planetary, political, inter-dimensional, galactic core, and to the core influences… as the structure of human consciousness and the global landscape is further rearranged.

Mayhem and miracles will collide and Divine Consciousness take over more often than not.

In the weeks ahead be open… eyes, mind and heart wide open… to the ways in which you are going to be persuaded to become of one mind, be steered towards acceptance, be prompted to experiment with the unknown, be directed to welcome Love… in a much higher frequency… and to align and adapt to the qualities of your True Self, in no uncertain terms. At times it will be under pressure, other times in disguise, while other times it will be through pure joyful motivation.

Speaking of in no uncertain terms…on a personal note, two weeks ago, I had an experience of front line duality raging in my mind so intensely, the only thing that could happen was that one would die off.

Something buried deep in my subconscious mind came head to head with a present moment catalyst along with the pressure-provoking energies at hand. Boom!

Watching this battle in shock and awe for two days (as though it were on a movie screen) I heard, Let go, let go. Don’t think. Don’t do anything. Let the content pour out. I felt as though I was walking on the edge of a sword.

With the help of a powerful friend sincerely holding space and adding wisdom, and me consciously engaging my Higher Self and the Universe at large…the battle came to an end…two days later. Wrung out, I took to my bed feeling as though I was being stitched up.

Waking the next day I was crystal clear and clearly different. Though shaky for a couple of days, I felt the effect of this transfiguration and knew a part of my Soul that had strayed, returned.

Opportunity for expansion and heightened awareness will come to us all in the least imaginable ways.

Will The Pressure Ease Up?

To a large degree, we determine that. The more we exercise our Mastery when it comes to detecting false realities, erroneous convictions, fragmented emotional perspectives, beliefs formed from the past or projected about the future, internal guidance stemming from a split reality and illogical mental data…and then stop falling for or being prodded by it…the pressure will ease up.

If need be we must double our efforts, in this rarified time, to let go, let go, let go of all struggle and everything projected. The second you detect a pressure-forming split in your consciousness let your consciousness go, and replace it with nothing of your own making. Create space for Divine revelation through your Higher Self to be received.

Pressure needs a clear channel to make its way out. Your Higher Self/Divine Consciousness needs a clear channel to make its way in. You are the channel through which everything comes and goes.

The Make Over of The World At Large

As for the world at large teeming with uncertainty, duality, and polarization, in all certainty I share this… globally things won’t ease up anytime soon as the world and all parts of it continue to be edited and undergo deep restructuring on every front. Strongly now… as the shake-up has truly and loudly begun… wave upon wave of pressurized energy is being emitted, as anything would, that is blowing up or blowing apart.

You/we are in a position to decide if the pressure of the world’s make-over overwhelms you…or not. More and more are beginning to realize their safety, health, well being and freedom are not dependent upon the world. Quite the opposite.

Certainly the activities are going to brush up against us and even rile us up at times. Human and sentient lives are involved. In our core we love each other, we’ve been each other and, the well being of all life matters…though it cannot occur through the deception (sound familiar?) of its old ways.

The outside world, in the beginning stages of its content laden global strip down is a necessary means to an end and beginning… in more than one way. All to not only expose countless outright lies and illusions that have compromised and weakened life, all of life, but also to stir up and wake up a new consciousness amongst the least expected and the least practiced.

Those beings waking up will unsuspectingly have great opportunity to take 3D earth life, as it has been, and flip it into a higher octave of consciousness, while those in 5D consciousness lend their support, newfound experience, Love and Light… though from a completely disentangled experience.

All of this will continue until the chunks and fragments of distortion, duality, polarity and meaningless realities fade or distinctly snap out of place. And they will.

All of this until the indwelling Motherboard of our true God Selves is exposed and lit up like the dashboard of a spaceship and Love is powering our very existence. And it shall, once we become purified conduits for Divine Intelligence to abide peacefully within.

Unlike Ever Before

Make no mistake that right now in April of 2017, a holy and sacred month, you/we are at the most life (to Life) ex-changing point ever experienced since taking on form. Though that was the talk of the past nine years and more…it is the reality of this one.

There is a succession of ages that make their way through time. We are in a new one.

At the end of 2016 humanity passed through an age of decline. That time was referred to as the New Age. The New Age was an age of information… information to move us out of a declining state of nature and a crippling matrix. It moved enough of us… to relentlessly move ourselves… out of the life that threatened our highest potential as God beings in form.

Up several octaves in frequency, as a great result of our efforts combined with the nature and potential of evolution… when the cycle turned in 2017 we entered into a different age…a Golden Age of (potentially) non-circumstantial happiness, peace, creativity and Love. This is an age to be defined by Us and through us… as New Humans.

Let us bless the pressure that crops up and put it to good use… and may we all fly by our motivation.
