Wholing ~ 27-Jun-2017


This is not an Ascension Note; it is something I wrote that I intended for the Spiritual Musing page on my website, only it doesn’t work, so I’m posting and sharing it here:

What is the difference between wholing and healing?

Healing is an old term. It indicates that one seeks fixing from the “healer;” yet, unless the two are on the same vibratory level, nothing occurs. Wholing is the recognition that one is already whole in Truth. Wholing does not take Power from another, as healing does.

When a person seeks healing from another, they give Power to the one they choose to heal them. Wholing does not do this, as both are on an equal vibration. There is no seeking to be “fixed,” for both recognize that they are whole. Wholing does not take Power from the other, knowing that the other is capable of wholing themselves.

Regardless of what you have read, The Christ knew that every person was capable of self-wholing. He merely helped the other see the Power within themselves. Much of what He knew was passed to Him by His mother. The wholer does not take Responsibility for fixing the other, but recognizes that the person is already whole and a powerful sovereign being of Love/Light. The wholer simply helps the other see that they are responsible for all in their life and helps the other see what is blocking their own Light. Wholers also see that in Truth there is no other, for all is a mirror of themselves, showing where the wholer is also blocking their own Light.

The wholer works with one’s Soul for the highest Truth and shows this Truth to the one desiring wholing. Wholing is nothing more than removing what no longer belongs. This can be illustrated by the story of the Pieta: Michelangelo was in the square with a large block of marble. A little boy was watching him as Michelangelo began chipping away, revealing the masterpiece within the block of marble. When Michelangelo finished, the little boy asked, “How did you know that was in there?”

This story symbolizes wholing. The wholer helps the other see what they may let go of; that which no longer belongs, revealing the masterpiece within. Of course, the person receiving this information may choose to release or not.

The wholer also knows that after a person releases, it must be replaced by Source Love; as after a person releases, a void is created. If it is not filled up with Love, the old returns to fill the void. A person may want to fill the void with what they choose and yet Source Love is much grander than anything a person can think of; this is because thoughts are limited and limiting.

Words are important, for they actually reveal what beliefs a person holds in the subconscious. Many use words without Awareness. They simply use words they are used to using without understanding that the words they use keep old 3D beliefs intact. If one doesn’t consciously use words, they empower the old, and then don’t understand why they keep creating the same situations repeating themselves. Healing is such a word; it is of the old.

 

Embodying the New – 03-May-2017 (posted May 9, 2017)


We continue to calibrate new bodies through letting go of the old and embodying the New. Easily said than done for sure. As we integrate the tremendous energies flowing into us, we may simplify our lives by releasing anything that no longer serves or inspires us. This includes people, things and beliefs. Anything that holds the past in its energetic fingerprint needs to go, as the old simply cannot exist in the New and everything holds energy; for everything is energy. That old photo of that old boyfriend or girlfriend holds onto you just as easily as if he or she were in your physical space. Let it go.

Many do feel complete and it takes a while for this completion to integrate throughout one’s life. It can be a confusing and disoriented time and yet it all leads to a greater new level of purpose and new ways to express it. Truly all one can do is to take one step at a time as it presents itself. As we let go, we also receive more Light. With each let-go, we integrate the same amount of Light that is equal to the amount of energy we let go of. New choices come with this New and if we attempt to make decisions based on old beliefs or what we’ve done before, nothing happens. We are no longer separate; we are sovereign Divine beings of Light. Be aware that any calibration must move through our cells, our mental, emotional, physical, astral, etheric and the many bodies that make us who we are. Know too that each being is of a particular dimension, so the calibration also moves through your Home Dimension that is also a part of who you are. Your Soul orchestrates all of this, so relax and get out of your intellectual ego that wonders how to do this.

As Your cells absorb the New Light, the Light helps dissolve old beliefs, which are energy, held in your cells that keep you repeating the same situations over and over again, for beliefs create. Your cells are fed by your DNA and your old DNA is transforming to your New DNA and all this affects your Blueprint, which holds your new potential. I speak of your New Blueprint; not your original Blueprint, for that one is obsolete.

This transition is only easy if you let it be, even while you physically feel so much! You may have highs and lows; you may be forgetful, have headaches and cry easily. Your Awareness is acute and this leads to be being very intuitive about others and all dramas; however, you may find that you are no longer sucked in unconsciously. If you choose to play, you do so consciously. You may feel as though there are so many choices that you may feel pulled in many different directions. Observe it all. Observe the lies and manipulations unconscious folks play out without the ego-need to change them. Just be you; stay grounded and detached and be who you are in every situation.

We are moving from being linear to being multidimensional, where there is no time. You may forget what day it is and may not have the desire to take part in others’ ceremonies or group gatherings. You may not even feel as though you want more information or take part in more and more education. Know too that the 5th Dimension is simply one dimension among many. You are of a higher dimension than the 5th almost assuredly. The New Earth Grid is made of many dimensions and each being brings their own dimension to be a part of the New Earth Grid. I see it as a grid of leylines with each leyline activated by one’s own dimension. Stay in the Moment. Because we are no longer in linear time, there is no past or future; all is in the Moment. Being in the Now Moment is the only place where you can be aware. Awareness is not in the past or the future, for the past is complete and the future is created from choices made in the Now Moment. If you are in the present Moment and a memory becomes conscious, then you have a choice to let it go or continue to have it create your life.

Your body changes when you are transitioning to the New. You may find you are more sensitive to chemicals and certain foods. Your skin may break out as you detox. Food is important to pay attention to. Eating organic, non-GMO and pesticide-free helps tremendously. If you live on any land, you may be guided to treat the land as you treat yourself…with care and no pesticides (I love my dandelions, as do the bees and birds). You may experience changes in sleep and other phenomena. Your mind is blending with your Heart and you are more discerning with what you watch, listen to and read. Your Intuition sees through illusions and lies; whether they  are of the government, advertisements or individuals. You are becoming more creative, which is actually a connection with Soul. You may choose more Silence and alone time and a desire to be outside. Time is different. Sometimes it seems as though time slows or speeds up. This again is the shift from being linear to multidimensional.

Meditation is essential; for it not only expands your Heart; it connects you with Soul/Source and empowers your Awareness so you do not mindlessly repeat old nonsensical patterns. It balances you and aligns your chakras. It does much to help you be in the New, rather than staying in the old, which perpetuates being an unconscious puppet of the 3D matrix.

We are becoming New; we are embodying it. When we intellectualize the New by looking for more and more information, it merely keeps us in our heads and the New cannot be embodied when we intellectualize it. The New must be integrated/embodied. Walk your talk. Pay attention to all synchronicities, for they guide you. Be aware of how you limit yourself and how when meeting a challenge, you retreat…if you do. Rather, see what the challenge teaches you. Perceive the challenge as an Opportunity to grow. 

There are many kinds of addictions…to food, to others, to T.V; to purchasing things…the list goes on; it is a way that separate ego fills an empty space within. Separate ego always thinks it’s best to go outside of oneself to be happy. Really? Addictions are created any time one unconsciously does something and repeats it over and over again with no Awareness. Addictions are attachments. Addictions are a way to avoid something. Is there something you are avoiding? In each Moment, ask what would serve you and what holds you back. Speak honestly and express yourself in loving ways. Listen to your body and ask what it needs. Pay attention and follow your Intuition (Guidance) always.

The Divine Trinity of Faith, Surrender and Flow helps you awaken (more) and empower your Awareness (more). When you trust and have Faith that you are much more than what you’ve believed, you grow. When you surrender the old and flow through life, following your Intuition and Guidance, you grow. Be in Acceptance and be patient, for there are eons of unconscious lifetimes that wait to be transformed. There is no rush; we are not in some kind of race or “deadline.” Rather, we simply take one step at a time so that the changes we make create a foundation. Otherwise, it’s all fluff. The world and you actually are transforming rapidly, although it may seem so slow. We are not in linear time, where there is a continuation of Step A to Step B to further steps. There very well may be growth, integration, a sense of going backward, repetition of old patterns, then movement and so forth, with no particular pattern. All growth ebbs and flows. Do not be discouraged when and if you find yourself repeating old patterns or engaging in old dramas, for these are times to simply strengthen what you started. Trust it is all a part of your unfolding into being more. If you feel the stress and fear of others, transmute it in Nature. Trees especially are wonderful transforming beings. Pay attention to all of life; human, fauna and flora; for each has a message for you. I especially like Aodaoin Hathaway’s (Dances with Dragons) Nature Essences (my name for them). They include messages from the Elementals, Sacred Sites and the Green World. Montserrat (The Sacred Feminine) has created messages from Light Codes, which I also love. The two oracles together balance Earth with the higher dimensions. 

Simplify your life; uncomplicate things. The New is simple. There are no rules and no exhaustive list of “how.” I like that! It is then easy to stay in the Moment. Sleeping with the window open blesses me with the birds’ early-morning song and perhaps the singing of coyotes and owls at night. Looking up at the Moon and stars is another favorite blessing of mine. Keeping life simple is a way to stay present without the overwhelm of worldly drama.

Breathe deeply into your Heart, the gateway bridge between the lower, personal chakras and the higher spiritual chakras. There is no need to visit sacred sites around the world when it is sacred right where you are. Whatever you choose to do always blesses the Earth with your Presence.

Just because the Equinox has come and gone, according to man-made time, please remember that there is no time in the higher dimensions…thus, we are still being affected by this powerful energy. The Equinox is giving us a big push into the higher dimensions, as much as they are within us. They are helping us to separate from the 3D world of duality. The New is Soul-based; the old is ego-based. The New has nothing to do with old programs, beliefs or thoughts. It is fresh and we can’t take the old and expect to create the New from it. We have been shown where we are still attached to the old and have been nudged to let it all go and make room for the New, as guided by Soul. We have had the opportunity to finalize old karmic patterns and contracts that we made long ago; or I should say, were made for us based on an ongoing karmic pattern. Being in the New, we are shown new aspects of who we truly are and receive opportunities to express ourselves as Soul; if we take them.

These opportunities are connected to choices and actions you take. The highest frequencies of these choices and actions are Love, Joy and Passion. These are Soul Essences. As you merge with Soul, you embody these essences, which take you higher in consciousness, which then affects every aspect of your life and imbues your life with these Soul Essences. See? It’s a Spiral of Love. Then you love and accept yourself and others with no old expectations of how they “should” be or how you “should” be. Shoulds are based on old beliefs, patterns and rules. They do not belong in the New; they are very much of the old; not a part of who you are now.

Certainly the energies can feel a bit confusing. In one minute, we feel very anchored in the New and the next minute feel entrenched in the old. You see, the period of linear time is done; linear means going from one thing to another in some sort of order. Flow is not like this. It ebbs and flows. So go with what is. If you feel yourself being pulled back in the old, see if there is something that is pulling you back and something that wants release. Otherwise, just go with it. Stay out of self-judgment. Release what wants release gently and easily; we are not in a race. If you feel grief, allow it and then release it. If you feel sad, allow it and then release it. If you feel anger, allow it and then release it. Fill up with Divine Love always after release; otherwise you create a void after you release and the old often returns to fill up that void. Isn’t it best to continue to fill up with Divine Love? Of course, we also release and rise in layers, much like peeling an onion. We remove the outer layers and the deeper layers are revealed. No matter, continue to accept, release and fill up. Do not linger or analyze what comes up from your depths; simply accept, release and fill up. Once you begin to analyze and wonder about it, you attach to the old energy and this keeps it within you. Keep your vibration high by not attaching to anything old. Always see the bigger picture without needing to know why something is occurring. As you shift your perception from “what’s wrong” to “what’s right,” your world shifts. You have a choice…you can wallow or evolve.

While I don’t like to focus on “Ascension phenomena,” it sometimes helps to know that what you are experiencing physically is because of the ongoing downloads of Light and your bodies are adjusting. There is no difference between emotions, thoughts and physical phenomena, for they are all One. What affects one, affects all. The downloads are Light and they upgrade everything you are. Go with it without intellectually wondering if you ate something that doesn’t agree with you, are allergic to something or that you picked up some bad juju. Instead, take care of yourself as best you can. You can ask different parts of your body what it needs. Remember that these adjustments and upgrades help you to anchor new or forgotten gifts; gifts to share and gifts to help you be on the best path for your highest expression. Your Soul is in charge. Your ego is the expressor of Soul. When you meditate in your Heart or High Heart, you empower you as Soul. You and Soul are One. Soul is your Highest Self and it is Source. When you follow your guidance, you enhance your Divinity.

There may be major life changes. These can be anything from a family quarrel to a completely changed environment. Realize that it’s all created by you, whether consciously or otherwise. However the changes appear, trust it’s all for your highest evolution. If you find yourself blaming something or someone for these changes, let that old energy go. Everything is designed for you, by you, to lift you higher. You can ask yourself how you want to perceive the change. When you perceive anything from a higher point of view, you evolve. If you blame (like so many are doing these days, regardless of who they say they are), you hold onto the old, especially when your perception is that this thing, whatever it is; is happening to you and not for you. You can look at it dispassionately and respond differently than you would have in the past. Be grateful for all in your life; stay away from judging anything as “good” or “bad,” for this is duality. 

Some of us experience being able to see through the “veil.” For instance, some may see stars that move, different colors and shapes and manifestations of other things that aren’t “normal” in 3D life. This is because our minds and perceptions are shifting higher. We can talk with other-worldly beings; they love it when we do. I am also receiving information that many of the Ascended Masters are here with us, as are many angels. Of course, many of us are angels as well. There are more folks on Earth, because we all want to be a part of this tremendous, never before experienced, time on Earth. There is no-one or nothing that isn’t touched by this shift. Many may not realize it and yet, that doesn’t matter. What matters is that we put one foot in front of the other and follow our own Divine Path.

Living with such Awareness does not mean there are no challenges; it’s just that you see through the challenges in a different way. Let’s change the word “challenge” to opportunity, for that is what a challenge is. You flow with them, rather than resist them or blame someone for them. Each time you move through a challenge (opportunity), you move quickly on a Wave of Grace. You don’t get stuck in some circular ongoing merry-go-round when you have Awareness and a higher perspective. There are no limitations, aside from what you create yourself based on old beliefs. If you feel stuck, see how you are creating this by what you believe is true. With each step, we anchor the New onto Earth and activate more and more the New Earth Grid. Connect and ground to it; this helps you and Gaia.

These upgrades release toxins, for we are pure energy. We may appear solid, yet we aren’t. As we receive more Light, we shift. If we were solid, we wouldn’t experience change. As we align with the higher dimensional Light, we help our bodies align with this high energy, so that we become One with it. When we don’t align with the higher energies, we create a push-pull or schism and this results in pain…mentally, emotionally and physically. How can we align? By flowing with changes and not resisting them; by meditating; by being in Nature. Having high vibrational thoughts also helps. This is staying positive with what is. Yet, when we experience headaches, anxiety, tummy upset, depression, backaches and other physical phenomena, we want to blame it on something. Blame is resistance. Better to flow with the higher energies, for when you flow with, you do not resist; you align with whatever energy is flowing into you. When you hold onto old emotions, thoughts and beliefs, you are not congruent with the higher energies and therefore, are in resistance. When you release the old and make guided new choices, you align. All emotions create something physical, as do all thoughts. Scan your body and find where you are holding some old belief or energy (perhaps it is something you hold pain about or something/someone you need to forgive). Ask your body and Soul-Self to help you let it go and fill the empty space with Divine Love afterward. When energy flows freely, there is healing/wholing. When you are clear, you align with the higher energies and while you may still have adjustments in your body, they will feel easier than when you resist.

All of the masters have told us that we will do these things and greater things. This is the time. Meditate, breathe and move gently with Awareness. Love yourself; all aspects of you; and flow. Ask all your bodies what they need for Wholeness and then follow their guidance. You are on Earth for a purpose and that purpose is to Be Love.

 

The 2017 March Equinox ~ March 19, 2017


Feel beneath the words. Each word is an energy; and there is lots beneath the words shared here. Read between the lines. Feel with your Heart.

We are here at last…the powerful Equinox. If you haven’t awakened yet, you will; and if you have, you will awaken more. You awaken to anything that isn’t flowing and you get to change it! It takes prioritizing what is most joyful and important for you. If anything of the past bubbles up that is painful, perhaps it is time to let it go and choose a different way that is more aligned with who you are now. The Equinox is a time of celebration. It occurs March 21st at 3:28 a.m. on the west coast of America. It is a big leap forward to anchor the New. The New is created and now we take a big step in manifesting it in our own lives and in the world. There will be big movements as we go forward; in Earth and in us. It all depends on where your focus is. If it is maintaining the old, then that is what is manifest for you. If you, along with so many of us, choose to manifest Peace, Joy, Love and Abundance, etc. then that is what is manifest in your life. Create first; manifest second. As you meditate or rest and open up your Crown Chakra with the intention to receive, you will. Then you put it all into action. Remember that you are in the world, but not of it. You are an Earth Angel. As above, so below; as within, so without.

It does appear as though there is separation in the world; that of 3D and that of higher dimensions. How you choose to live affects all of life..it enhances or degrades. It is your choice as to how you want to manifest. If you choose the higher dimensions (not just the 5th Dimension), then act accordingly. Visualization manifests; thoughts manifest; any way you choose to express Love, then do it. Remember that Love is much more powerful than fear (fear is actually an illusion, while Love is Truth); it dissolves fear. All that is not Love can then return to the Light for Transformation. Let go of separate-ego thoughts of why, when, where, how and who. These only delay you and send you in a downward spiral of ongoing, circular thinking. Instead, take a step toward being more Love. Keep your Heart-feelings high and have your thoughts match your feelings. Heart: feelings; ego: thoughts. By bringing them together in a high vibration, you bring separate-ego to be Soul’s expression…its rightful place.

The Equinox is a powerful jump up and through. It brings more Balance. What is Balance; what does it mean to you? Balance is when all our bodies (mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, etheric, astral and aether) all work as one unit. It is having all our chakras clear and connected as One. It is being in the Flow without interruption. It is being grounded to higher realms and to Gaia, serving as a conduit between Heaven and Earth. When we are balanced, we move up in vibration and we anchor the New. Anything that interrupts the Flow is of the old. We can begin a new chapter. To be in Balance, slow down, be simple and be aware of every thought and feeling. Be in Nature. Realize that everything is a part of you, even those things you might judge as not being a part of you. Everything shines a light onto what you’ve integrated or where you have stopped the Flow. Always look to see what pushes your buttons, for it is here that you can still see what wants release and transformation. Do those things that are only what you are inspired to do; these are things not based in old responsibilities, but on what is joyous and passionate. When you do, you step more into Balance.

When you celebrate the Equinox, you may be guided to leave your crystals out overnight to absorb the beautiful energies; if you live in the U.S. You may also place them in the sun, as our sun is a conduit for the higher energies of Source. Realize too that your intentions are echoed in all the sacred sites, temples and grid of Earth. 

The Equinox has the potential to transform any area of your life that is lagging behind. It has the potential to light up the New Earth Grid in a spectacular way. It has the potential to unite all as One Heart; Unity Consciousness. It is a passage, if you aspire to be more. It activates new DNA, a new voice for our cells and new expression for each of us. How do you choose to express yourself? You may embody your highest self in order to shine ever brighter. As we shine our expanded Light, it touches all Hearts on Earth, whether human, flora or fauna. We live by example; we are the wayshowers; we are the avatars. Together we are One Heart.

We are Peace. How do you express Peace? If you are against anyone or anything, you are not Peace. Peace is being Love. It is expressed through your Heart. The Equinox is feminine in nature. It is a full integration of the Divine Feminine. It is soft, yet powerful. It does not push or control. It welcomes with open arms. The Divine Feminine is within every life form.

The energies of the Equinox are peaking now, as they have been in the past weeks. Each passing day, the energy has amped up, and after the Equinox, the Beauty of this passage continues. This can lead to old energies bubbling up. Some of these might include indecision, physical adjustments and other things of the old. They come to our conscious mind to let go of them. We are challenged to stay out of busy-ness and circular thinking. Not clearing old energies is an attempt to be held back in the 3rd and 4th Dimensions, which are rife with separation and duality. This could result in not knowing what to do, being torn between trusting and not trusting, stress and confusion. You may see very clearly what works and what doesn’t. While this pushes us to let go of our old comfort zones, it may be difficult to surrender to what we are not sure of and yet, this is what is asked of us…to surrender to the New, even if we don’t know what that means. What does it mean to leave duality and surrender to the New? It means that there isn’t that push-pull many have been experiencing. We may experience a resurgence of duality in our lives. Yet, often it is darker before the dawn. Many may experience a return of old physical manifestations such as fuzzy eyes, a return of dietary shifts (eating things not so good for us and then shifting to what is nutritionally sound); ask your body what it needs in each moment and follow its guidance; and other manifestations of adjustment.

As we shift higher, lots of the old may very well bubble up. This all leads to a new anchoring of the New, once you let go and allow Love to flow freely into you. Follow your energy and trust. Just flow; no pushing and be simple. Love and care for you. If your buttons are pushed, please do not react, for then you attach to the old energies. If you do not react, you are free from perceiving yourself as a victim of others’ projections and patterns. When you do not react, you can see what is yours and what is not. Being a victim means you are hooked by blame, shame, guilt  and attachment to being right, along with fear.

Trust that all you experience is for your highest evolution. Everything you experience you have chosen; whether Soul-chosen or by conscious choice. Be gentle with yourself…dance, play, draw, sing or whatever is fun and light for you to do. Whether you are alone or with others, it doesn’t matter, for we are One.

We are Source ~ Jan. 15, 2017

When you understand that you are not separate from anything or anyone or from Source, you experience yourself and everyone and everything as pure Love. Therefore, you are aware that all you experience and share is Love. Even when you judge something as not being Love, realize that all is Love, even though it may disturb you. It only disturbs you if there is something within you that is not Love. Then you may let that go and fill up the empty space with Love. Be aware that all you create and share is that which you are…Love. When you see and understand that everyone demonstrates Love to the extent that they know they are Love; when you see the similarities and not the differences between you and all others, do you build a bridge of Love.

We are here to create more Love and more Joy. By being these, we create more of what we are. Step by step we open to the Truth that we are Source. If we are not separate from Source, then the next step to embrace is that we are Source. We are pure energy, as Source is. We are pure Love, as Source is. So, we already know how to live as Love and as Source. We are continually evolving to be more Source. As we keep our focus on being that, we cannot help but create only that…Love. Every thought and every action creates. It is up to us as to whether that is Love or less than Love.

Many can see that their consciousness has shifted in the past eight or so years. Whether you woke up during this time or woke up before, it doesn’t really matter. What matters is that you have awakened. No longer are you satisfied with the status quo or doing things in order to belong to a bigger group or to an identity that isn’t your own. Your Awakening helped you question everything and set you on a path of inner and outer Discovery. Sometimes what you discovered wasn’t pleasant, yet it helped you align more and more to a bigger Truth of you. Then you set off on a journey to discover the Authentic You. Along the way, there have been roadblocks (illusions) to move through, yet they always led you to Clarity and more Awareness. 

Those of us who took on this challenge are the wayshowers of the world. We follow our Intuition, rather than the “conventional wisdom” of intellect. We do not do something in a way we’ve done it before unconsciously, but allow our Heart’s Wisdom to guide us. Much as been shed and yet this clearing has allowed more Love to pour into us, changing us, including our cells, our DNA and assumptions we had. We learned that we are free to choose and therefore free to create from a higher and more conscious knowing…not from the past; not from the future; but from this very Moment. We are clear; we are clean; we are not held to the never-ending karma of the old, but from our fullest potential of being Source.

You attract what you are. The clearer you are, the clearer are your manifestations. You do not attract what you necessarily want; you attract what you are. So instead of getting what you want, you get what you need to help raise your vibration. If your mind wants more money and it doesn’t come, what needs to change within you first? If you still believe in lack, because it is what you’ve experienced in the past, you will only attract more lack. When you take Responsibility for what you are within, realize that it is a huge first step. Then do things that are fun and light for you. Notice all the ways in which Abundance is in your life. Abundance is a Soul Essence; it is much more than money. Question: are you thriving or surviving? Feel the difference between these words. Do those things that illicit a feeling of thriving. Let go of surviving, for that is lack consciousness. When I donate money or goods, I feel abundant. When I pay bills, I feel abundant. When I am thankful for the warm house I live in, I feel abundant. Giving and Gratitude are sure ways to change any lack belief into Abundance. And when I receive, I give thanks.

We each are leaders. Whether you are a leader in a career or not; you are a wayshower. You lead through honoring yourself and being a lighthouse, shining bright. It is not necessary to lead groups or classes or be a healer. You lead through example. You are not a follower, so be in your Power and be all of who you are. There are some big lessons for those who don’t believe they lead. A long time ago, I placed someone on a pedestal, thinking they knew so much more than me. They came tumbling down as I saw that they did not live what they taught. I did this over and over again until I got the message: “I am my own teacher, my own healer and my own leader.” 

Words, actions and feelings all must be aligned in Integrity and Congruency. If they are not, it is impossible to walk your talk. It is impossible to lead or be authentic. Everything you do and say affects others. Your energy touches all.

Everything you say, do and are must have a higher purpose. It is this purpose that lends energy to all you say, feel and do. Purpose is not necessarily a doing; it is how you show up; it is the essence you shine out. You may dispassionately observe how duality is in play in the world. You needn’t follow along, for your purpose is to leave all duality behind and be Love. There is no us and them; there is no good and evil; these are dualistic beliefs. There are some who refuse to see or be Love; they insist on judging whether something or someone is good or evil. This judgment is all a part of duality. When you complain or judge, you engage the energy of duality. Let it go. You needn’t engage in arguments about what you think is “right” or “wrong,” for then you actually empower duality. For instance, my mother is very vocal about hating Barack Obama. I don’t try and convince her otherwise; she can do what she wants. I do smile, since she claims how important it is to be “open-minded.” I don’t need to point anything out to her or anyone; I know who I am. We need not engage or show another the “error of their ways.” We detach; we remain aloof (remember when that was a “bad” word?). We stay focused on who and what we are. We need not convince anyone of how enlightened or smart or anything we are. Those are egotistic labels and we have moved beyond this. We quietly just love. 

Our New Earth began in Spirit…in the ethers. It is through our choices that it has begun to take form. The more choices we make that are of Love consciousness, the more the New Earth takes form. Each choice is based in consciousness, so as our consciousness grows, the forms in our lives are created from a high place. Consciousness evolves based on who we are within and on the choices we make. In the old 3D world, we based decisions on lack and competition. In the New, we base decisions on Love and Collaboration. Competition creates fear and lack. Collaboration is based on Oneness and Love.

As we stay in the Moment and choose based on our Heart’s Wisdom and our Intuition; we become Soul-guided. We become what Soul intended long ago…to be completely merged with Soul, while we express Love mentally, emotionally and physically. There never intended to be a separation between Soul and separate ego. And now we understand that our egos (created by having a body) are intended to express Soul. When we lead from Love/Soul/Source, we let go more of the old struggle and fear. We trust as we intend with our Hearts. When we keep our thoughts and feelings high, our consciousness expands and therefore, the forms created are of Love. Instead of intellectually creating goals, we focus on how we want to feel and consciousness creates from the Soul Essences we intend from. Of course, we need not wait, for as we focus on a desired feeling in the Moment, consciousness creates the form that matches our feeling/vibration. As we let go of any attachment to how it “should” look or how it is created or by what timetable, we free this energy to manifest.

As Love, there is no struggle, no “making something happen” or doubt. We trust that all is in Divine Order and occurs in Divine Time. We let go and let be. Realize that what you intend is not just for you, for we are all connected; it is for all. We cannot have a thought, feeling or action that does not affect the Whole. Also realize that if there is anything that is not Love within you, it will surface so that you may release it and then fill up with Love. The purpose for this is so all our choices are of Love. Flow with what is and see if it is aligned with a thought or feeling. If it is not aligned with Love, then make an adjustment.

Goal-planning, worrying, controlling, struggling, resisting or pushing does not help. All these separation-thoughts and actions keep you in the old. Rather, flow, trust and Heart-know that all is in Divine Order. Fill up with Universal Divine Love instead. Do this continuously no matter what seems to pull you off course. Let go of anything that is not Love and refuse to be seduced by outer drama, which seems to be so prevalent now. See where you still hold duality within and remind yourself of the Truth…you are Source; you are Love. And you are so very loved and supported through all.
